I accept that in America, every person charged with a crime is innocent until proven guilty. In the scenario we will be looking at today, there is a plethora of testimony already on the record that there was a crime and a cover-up. As always, the cover-up is worse and more devious than the original crime. Let’s meet the villains:
Governor Andrew Cuomo D-NY
This is the man that the Media called America’s Governor. His daily press conferences during the spring and summer of COVID-19 put him front and center on the national stage. In 2020, he was the anti-Trump, and the Media fawned over him. What they did not do was pay attention to what he was doing. Cuomo was manipulating patients in nursing homes, mixing infected patients with healthy residents. He was creating the original Super-Spreader. The bodies were stacking up. He was falsifying the records, all while writing a best-selling book on leadership in a Pandemic. He was being groomed for the Presidency until all hell broke loose.
State employees were coming forward, exposing the horrendous mismanagement in nursing homes. At the same time, women were coming forward, charging Cuomo with sexual improprieties. As high as the Media had lifted him, he crashed very hard. It is estimated that there were over 10,000 nursing home deaths in New York as a result of Cuomo’s directives
Governor Gretchen Whitmer D-MI & Governor Phil Murphy D-NJ
Governor Whitmer and Governor Murphy went to the Governor Cuomo School of Nursing Home Management. They learned so much from America’s Governor that they experienced the same result. People were getting sick, some were dying, and the whole situation was covered up, just like Andrew taught them to do.
It was sickening how three Democrat Governors from three of the more populated states could have been responsible for thousands of innocent, elderly, vulnerable citizens of their states who are now dead. All three of these Governors have been criticized by people from both sides of the aisle. The consensus is clear, these three leaders abused their power and created a situation where people died, and then they did their best to cover it all up.
Calls for investigations and recall elections rang loudly through their respective states. Nationally there were calls for House and Senate inquiries. It appeared that these three politicians were crashing. They had committed political suicide. But wait, help was right around the corner, specifically at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. President Joe Biden came to the rescue of these three fallen leaders this past week by directing the Department of Justice not to investigate either. End of story. Maybe not.
Joe Biden had promised during the election that the DOJ would be independent and not used by him as a political tool. Like he has on many other instances, Joe Biden lied. Biden has not only pulled the DOJ off the case here but last week said that he would use the DOJ to identify misinformation on Social Media for removal and possible charges. It appears the DOJ is right there in Joe’s toolbox.
Biden may have given these power-hungry individuals a reprieve, but the court of public opinion will not be so kind. These three are dead politically. They may not be charged for their crimes. They may not serve time for their crimes. Being removed from high-profile positions of influence may be a harsher sentence. May they rot in obscurity for the crimes they are guilty of, but that the victims’ families will never see justice brought down on the ones that took their loved ones away forever. That is the sad ending to this sad story, and now Joe Biden will be permanently connected to it.
