We are providing former President Donald Trump’s schedule to compare and contrast the leadership and work style of the two presidents. The schedules are from the same “day” in the administration, not the same “date”.
President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump continue their 9-day, 5-nation tour in Rome and Belgium on Wednesday.
Both the president and first lady will attend a welcome ceremony at the Vatican in the morning before the president has a private audience with the Pope. Later, Mrs. Trump will join the president for an extended audience with His Holyness. After a meeting with the Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin, the first couple will tour the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica.
President Trump will then meet with President Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni of Italy in around Noon.
Just before 2 pm local time, the President, First Lady and their diplomatic entourage will depart Rome en route to Brussels, Belgium. The president and first lady will take an official photo with Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium at the Royal palace before the president meets with Belgium’s Prime minister that evening.
