Election Litigation May Continue into 2021

Recently the Media Research Center polled Joe Biden voters in the seven critical swing states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The poll showed that the fake news media censoring negative stories about Biden and positive stories about the President swing the election. The litigation of this year’s presidential race has proven to be an uphill battle for the Trump legal team, thus far. The reality here is this: even with signed and sworn affidavits of voter fraud and other evidence the president’s attorneys profess to have, the courts are still throwing out their cases.

The Nevada Supreme Court tossed out the Trump legal team’s appeal to overturn Biden’s win in the battleground state. Meanwhile, the U.S. Supreme Court announced its refusal to hear the case Republicans wanted to bring forward regarding election irregularities in Pennsylvania.

January 6, 2021, will mark the date in which the U.S. Congress counts and certifies the Electoral College’s votes. Meanwhile, the counting and certification process of the Electoral College arrives this upcoming Monday, December 14.

Trump’s lawyers Jenna Ellis and Giuliani also mentioned in their statement that the only true, constitutional deadline to complete election litigation is on January 20, the date of inauguration for presidents. Thus far, the Trump legal team still has pending, ongoing, and unfinished lawsuits in multiple states.

Biden and Kamala plan to turn America into just another third-world country and a free-for-all to invading illegals coming to our country for us to support and to steal our jobs, social security, medicare and make us all dependent on the government for handouts after we have worked so hard to get what we have. This is true Communism coming to America. Resist!! don’t give up your guns to these bandits; they want to make us zombies and dependent on THEM and Controlled by THEM and bow to China who will own us just as Trump said they would if Biden got in.

President Trump is doing his sworn duty to defend and protect the Constitution! He should and must use every resource available to bring any and all voter fraud, including officials who bent and broke the law in executing their duties in an unlawful manner to ensure a Biden victory, into the sunshine and expose it for what it is! The Dem strategy to steal the election is the most corrupt and complex ever to attack America’s Constitution and citizens!

President Trump won HUGE; he got more votes than any other President. The other side cheated, cheated, cheated, broke all kinds of laws. This shouldn’t even have to be thought about. This is America, too; land of the free, home of the brave. To have that continue we need President Trump. Otherwise, America will be just another communist country. 

It’s not Fraud that will possibly change the election results. It’s all about illegal unconstitutional voting by the electors. 

Texas is suing Georgia and other states which sends the action to the Supreme Court for dispute which will probably bounce the election back to the legislature of each state in question. 

Texas also asked the Supreme Court to delay the Dec. 14 date for Electoral College votes to be formally cast, a date set by law in 1887.

The lawsuit asks the Supreme Court for a declaratory judgment that Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin violated election law and thus their electoral votes–as they currently stand–should not be counted. The four states must “conduct a special election to appoint presidential electors.”

Biden has amassed 306 electoral votes – far higher than the necessary 270 – compared to Trump’s 232 in the state-by-state Electoral College that determines the election’s outcome. The four states contribute a combined 62 electoral votes to Biden’s total.

The Supreme Court’s 6-3 conservative majority includes three justices appointed by Trump. Before the election, Trump said he expected its outcome to be decided by the Supreme Court.

Trump’s filing with the court said the four states “conducted the elections according to unauthorized rules,” adding that it was “not necessary for the Plaintiff in Intervention (Trump) to prove that fraud occurred” to have the election results thrown out.

Trump says his campaign supports the lawsuit filed by Texas at the U.S. Supreme Court seeking new elections in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin because of voting irregularities in those states.  A total of 17 states have joined the court challenge in less than two days. Seventeen other states so far have joined Texas in the case before the Supreme Court, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. Other states signing on by Wednesday night are Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia, The Daily Wire reported.

Trump brought his motion in his personal capacity, rather than through the U.S. Justice Department or his campaign. Democrats and other critics have accused Trump of aiming to reduce public confidence in U.S. election integrity and undermine democracy by trying to subvert the will of the voters.

Trump’s trying to subvert the will of the people and reduce public confidence in the voting system?? It’s the Democrats who are doing that by post dating ballots, bringing in thousands of ballots in the middle of the night after the date due, boarding up windows so no one can see in, taking out suitcases full of ballots all for Biden after telling poll watchers to leave and having voting machines that cause a glitch (so they say) that causes two million votes to go for Biden that were supposed to go for Trump and they want us to believe that Trump is destroying confidence in the system? He’s trying to correct it by exposing it.

According to a recent poll from Rasmussen, about half of all Americans — and roughly three-quarters of Republicans — believe it is “likely” that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in certain states in order to help Democratic nominee Joe Biden win the 2020 election, Breitbart reported.

That finding tracks well with other post-election polls that show a substantial portion of the nation’s electorate has lost faith in the electoral system and believes it to be “rigged” in favor of certain candidates over others.

Biden won by immense cheating. He did not win fair and square. They want us to believe that a guy who spends 40 years in Congress without a single accomplishment and spends his entire campaign campaigning from his basement and has trouble speaking and needs a teleprompter suddenly gets 12 million more votes than Hillary and 12 million more votes than Obama when he can’t even get 30 people to come out to his rallies? We’re supposed to believe that?

Last week, Giuliani presented what he called “bank heist” surveillance video that purports to show poll workers in Georgia pulling boxes of ballots out from under a table. Democrats have insisted for weeks that Trump has not provided any evidence of fraud, and Georgia officials heartened Dems by saying there is nothing unusual in the video. As the saying goes, “There are none so blind as those who will not see.”

If the state does not, cannot or will not vote, then it goes back to congress. This is what will or may change the election to favor the president.

So, one vote per state in a contingent election in the House Republicans currently control 26 state delegations. Democrats control 22. Two states are essentially tied. The GOP holds more state delegations than Democrats. But this is all decided in the new Congress. Moreover, dozens of House seats aren’t settled yet.

The Georgia election is also very important. “The 2020 Election was a total scam, we won by a lot (and will hopefully turn over the fraudulent result), but we must get out and help David and Kelly, two GREAT people. Otherwise, we are playing right into the hands of some very sick people,” Trump wrote on social media.  

The Democrats would like to gain complete power and use that power to make sure that Republicans never win a victory again. However, the Democrats need to win the two runoff elections in Georgia. The Georgia Senate elections are highly important because if the Democrats win them then the radicals will be in control of the Senate.

If Democrats win both races the Senate will be deadlocked at 50-50 and with Biden in Kamala Harris as VP will have the deciding vote and we all know where she stands. The last time the Senate was a 50-50 tie Democrats persuaded Vermont Republican Jim Jeffords to switch parties and hand Democrats control of the Senate.

Should Ossoff and Warnock win on January 5 Washington insiders expect Democrats to make a major push to convince Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Mitt Romney or another RINO who may be in danger of losing a 2022 primary to a Trump supporter to switch ranks and install Chuck Schumer as Majority Leader.

President Donald Trump may well have “probable cause” to investigate voter fraud, celebrity lawyer Alan Dershowitz said Sunday.

“There certainly is probable cause for investigating and looking further,” Dershowitz told Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures in a bombshell interview, according to the Washington Examiner.“[Rudy] Giuliani has made very serious accusations,” he added of Trump’s personal lawyer.

Dershowitz said that Trump’s claims of fraud have merit, but that the clock is ticking for his team to challenge the results. The Electoral College formally meets next Monday to cast their votes for president.

“The question is, which institution is designed, constitutionally, to look into it?” Dershowitz asked, according to the Examiner. “Is it the state legislature? Is it the courts? Is the clock running in such a way that there won’t be time to look into this?”

AS Joseph Stalin once said, “The people who cast the votes mean nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.” And so it goes today.
