For Your Consideration: 2020 GOP Candidates/Races Spotlight Series – Part 1
If you have an anxiety disorder skip ahead to the next paragraph – a kind of joke.
There are 138 days, 9 hours, 59 minutes, and 32 seconds as of this writing until Americans cast their ballots for 2020 elections. That is for all races, not just Presidential. Right Wire Report will be addressing why you should pull the lever for the incumbent President, Donald J. Trump, in a separate article forthcoming. But for now, the focus will be on key down-ticket races.
If President Trump wins re-election, his policy initiatives and legislative success are dependent on having a Republican-controlled Senate and House to support and advance them. And if the unthinkable happens, and he loses, a republican controlled Senate will be the only thing between the end of our Republic, rewriting our Bill of Rights, and the transformative new Socialist Parliamentary style government that will be ushered in.
While many may not live in the state or districts listed, donations and social media postings can enhance a candidate’s reach and victory potential. Please note Right Wire Report has no direct affiliation with any candidate listed. For Your consideration:
Pennsylvania
Representative Scott Perry (R–PA 10th District) since 2019: He is the Incumbent. Perry suffered from Democrat redistricting and previously served as Representative, PA 4th District (2013–2019). Perry retained his seat by less than 3 points after the change.
Perry, a retired National Guard brigadier general who served in Iraq, ascended the political ladder during the Obama years when Pennsylvanians elected numerous Republicans to Congress. His support for Trump, however, adds a layer of vulnerability among the district’s bounty of suburban voters. His Democrat opponent is Eugene DePasquale, a member of a politically connected family from Pittsburgh who has served as auditor general of the state. Perry’s voting record, as well as Pa voters angst over (D) Governor Tom Wolf’s handling of the coronavirus, is hopefully a winning strategy. Read More about Perry here. And donate here.
Jim Bognet
Bognet won his GOP Primary (Pa 8th district)and will try to flip this seat from the incumbent (D) Matt Cartwright. Bognet has a background in GOP politics, including at the U.S. Export-Import Bank under Trump. He’s running, in part, on that experience, while also touting Trump’s “America First” economic message. Minnesota
Jason Lewis has served in Congress (MN 2nd congressional district) and is now running for Senate seat. Before becoming a member of Congress, Lewis had a 25 yr career in business as a radio broadcaster. Read more about Lewis here. And donate here.

Michelle Fischbach
Challenger R (MN 7th congressional district) Fischbach recently served as the 49th Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota and before that was the first woman to serve as president of the MN Senate and has been endorsed by President Trump. Michigan
John James for US Senate. The latest polling shows incumbent (D), Gary Peters is in serious jeopardy. A James win would be a significant pick-up and expand GOP diversity in Senate numbers. This will be James’ second pass at being elected to the US Senate, and the first run was against (D) Debbie Stabenow in 2018. Then he won the GOP Primary by 55%, and Stabenow defeated him 52.3% to 45.8%. James is a West Point Graduate and served eight years in the US Army and served several tours of duty as an Apache pilot. Being an American means exercising your right to vote, and that right is a sovereign choice. It has often been touted that this particular Presidential race is the most consequential one of a lifetime. But 2020 is not just another race or cliché. This is the firewall, and only time will reveal if the bricks provided the foundation to a stronger Republic or merely delayed the inevitable.
There is no other choice at this juncture in our Empire but to vote AGAINST the concept of inevitable. And vote for those willing to sustain this experiment of liberty who are Pro-America candidates willing to fight and stem the red tide of socialism and the inevitable Marxist/Communist paradigm to manifest.
