El Paso CBP Officers Arrest Multiple Criminals Attempting To Enter The U.S.
EL PASO, Texas – CBP Officers assigned to the Port of El Paso apprehend three illegal aliens yesterday.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers processing a northbound train arriving from Mexico apprehended three undocumented aliens, all Mexico citizens, attempting to make entry without inspection at the Union Pacific Railroad border crossing in El Paso, Texas just before 10 p.m. CBP officers located the undocumented aliens/stowaways attempting to enter the United States hiding inside a railcar. No injuries were reported during the apprehension. Two of the aliens were found to be prior deports and one had a prior assault charge.
“Vigilance is one of our core values,” said El Paso Director of Field Operations Hector Mancha. “These apprehensions are a reflection of our officer’s commitment to overcome everyday challenges while securing our border, protecting and keeping our community safe.”
The subjects will be charged and processed accordingly to the applicable immigration laws.
