I beg you to digress for a moment and ask, “Has anyone been following the stories about forestry issues in California?”
Companies were finally given permits to manicure forest growths leading to a 20+% reduction in forest fires. Wow!
Finally, proof government can use common sense to resolve a ‘real’ problem and be held accountable! It’s not a total success, but certainly proves there are solutions to the massive forest fire issues plaguing California.
Well, maybe not so fast… enter our unhinged Democrat friends demanding a halt to this forest care program because it might damage the forests. No, it’s not a bad joke or dream! It’s for real and more confirmations Democrat stupidity is always on parade, right?
Can anyone imagine it’s better to lose 100% of our forests instead of 80%? Not to mention the potentials for loss of wildlife and habitat, people, livestock, pets, homes, businesses, and adding to global warming issues? Really?
The point being is we are at a crossroad in America asking these same people to help resolve mass shootings! Are you kidding?
Consider the millions of dollars collected by Democrats from fund raising over dead bodies even before the funerals begin! Are we to believe Democrats are willing to give up this financial opportunity? Wouldn’t it be wiser to excuse them from this debate, immediately?
History dictates the only way mass shooting violence will be resolved is only if President Trump convenes a delegation of non-partisan Patriots that are mandated to produce recommendations for comprehensive changes in gun laws to address the real issue: murder – not inanimate object controls, across America.
They will need to fixate and resolve at least the following items:

- The final resolution must logically conclude mass shootings would be forever minimized if not eliminated by using citizens as the ‘first-line of defense’ – not police
- Current gun laws are worthless and must be eliminated
- All members of the delegation must agree that inanimate objects don’t kill but insane people commit murder with various inanimate objects
- Any legislation recommended would remove the word gun and replace it with Murder Control Legislation
- All legislation would emphasize the fact that guns are citizens best friends – never enemies, since there will always be the potential for loss of life waiting for police to arrive on scene
- Taxes and all restrictions currently in place against inanimate self-defense objects, manufacturers, and merchants must be removed and eliminated
- People using guns to protect the lives of American citizens will become tax exempt (Federal, State, and Local)
- Those guilty of committing gun crimes shall be executed within not more than 30-days from the event
- Those guilty of murder shall not have their names published by news media
- Those guilty of murder shall have the names, photos, and addresses of parents and families of 3 generations published by all major news outlets
Congress must then pass legislation (hopefully a one-page document) to ensure brevity and total understanding, so the courts have zero ‘wiggle’ room in their rulings.
After these accomplishments, we must then pass “mandatory gun carry laws.” It is irrefutable that guns are the best resource to protect citizens so we must change public opinions to reflect they are our best friends.
It is only “murderers and law-breakers” that are our enemies and they must be destroyed – regardless of age, circumstance, race, religion, or sex. Otherwise, we lose all our Constitutional Benefits and Rights.
Therefore, we must identify certain people within our societies that must carry a gun – unless specifically exempted for personal or religious causes. Exempted people will then pay an additional 10% Federal Income tax to offset their benefits for protection.
Here is a general listing of a few citizens that should carry:

- All Medical professions
- Bankers/Tellers/Assistants
- Attorneys/Assistants
- CPA’s/Assistants
- Pilots
- Ship/boat captains
- Truckers
- Parents
- Homeowners
- Automobile owners
- Construction workers
- Taxi drivers
- Bus drivers
- Legislators/Assistants
- Government Officials/Assistants
- Merchants/Assistants
- Waiters/waitresses
- Garbage workers
- Entertainers
- Journalists
- Judges/Assistants
- Ticket Agents
- Arms Dealers
- Anyone wanting to carry above the age of 14
Yes, any US Citizen in a position of authority and/or responsibility should carry in the best interests of society to protect those within or near their care and/or custody. Building a web of security across America must become our primary goal.
Such planning will negate any need for body guards, since everyone will become one.
At the heart of almost every gathering or event in America, is the family unit. Therefore, families must be empowered with unlimited lethal protections. Knowing any gathering of citizens is replete with guns, means the entire area would be secure and puts the murderer on notice to avoid this area.
Homeowners must be able to protect their home, property, and neighborhoods. Merchants must also protect their customers and employees.
Americans must know we will be safe and protected while shopping, dining, worshipping, attending outdoor events, or enjoying an indoor presentation, meeting, play, movie, etc. Murders notified to stay away through strength – not gun free zones welcoming them.
The point is to move the gun control debate out of the hands of phony Democrats into the ‘real world.’ Criminals and the insane must no longer be able to find ‘soft targets.’
One-day gun safety courses must be frequently provided, free of charge, from all publicly funded entities (tax exempt entities, government agencies, schools and churches) for all ages – not just adults. Gun safety classes must be taught at every grade level within our educational systems – technical schools included.
Churches and non-profits (the largest benefactors of tax-free money) should be mandated to supply appropriate weapons to those in responsible positions within their communities not financially able to purchase them.
All these entities should be given tax incentives to establish ‘for profit’ education classes to overcome any financial losses associated with gun training.
Such ‘for profit’ classes could include age dependent training against rape, robbery, car theft, hit and run situations, bullying, blackmail, pregnancy, illegal drugs, drunk driving, texting and driving, excess cell phone use, violent video games, mob violence, mass shootings, sex trafficking, illegal aliens, mental illness, and alcohol prevention to round-out a more sober and safer society.
Guns would then be sold and registered to citizens 14 years of age and older by social security numbers. Gun merchants would then record sales by gun serial numbers and SS Numbers.
Gun merchants must maintain a secure and private registry of all guns sold – not background checks that serve no purpose but to waste taxpayer money.
If nefarious gun crimes are suspicioned by law enforcement officers, they would be able to track guns by serial numbers obtained at the scene of the crime. If the gun was stolen, then the original buyer would have records to prove innocence.
All arms dealers would be linked to a communication system with the FBI/Local Police through a similar system known as the Amber Alert. No more wasted time and money chasing down leads saving millions in taxpayer money, annually.
If police are searching for a certain gun owner, they would “blast” the message to all arms dealers and retrieve the information on the purchaser and then contact the Social Security Administration for any further details needed.
Yes, fraud is always going to be involved in anything the government does, so make it a felony to commit gun fraud starting with a minimum 10-year prison sentence and automatic death penalty when guns are employed to commit ‘any’ criminal act.
The fact that a well-educated society is a better society, rings true. This is but a foundation for building better societies without increases in taxes or yelling at one another with no desire to fix the problems.
While this recommendation may not be the final version, it’s certainly a good starting point. Most critically, this proposal ends the dreams and aspirations Democrats currently hold for America to become a Socialist country by taking away our rights to self-defense!
Finally, let’s be very clear and agree that Democrats don’t want to end forest fires but use them as a vehicle to raise money to fight against doing what is best and proper for the forests.
Likewise, when it comes to resolving mass shootings, they don’t want to address the real problem but use them as a vehicle to raise massive amounts of money to fight against doing what is best and proper for society.
America has everything to gain and nothing to lose by adopting this proposal. This is a serious issue deserving the attention of our best and brightest minds while we fight against the Democrat’s lies, deceit, and tyranny – the real red flag issue!

Of the twenty-seven words contained in our Second Amendment nowhere do I see any caveats allowing for the feral government, any government state or local the ability or responsibility to restrict my God given and constitutionally protected right of self preservation. There are no clauses allowing for background checks, waiting periods, psychological profiling, permitting, or the registration of any firearm to anyone!
Most of our elected politicians in Government don’t recognize the Clause “the right of the “people” to keep and bear (carry) arms ‘SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED’ However, I do see plenty of elected officials who would just as soon try and TAKE our God given right by usurpative fiat while at the same time refusing to abide by their oaths of office. Guns have but two enemies, RUST and Politicians!!!
As for the NICS Universal background checks, They are the opposite of being effective and a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. It’s already a crime to sell a firearm to somebody who is not legally allowed to own a firearm, whether one goes through a background check or not, that is already a crime.
The NICS background check database is “faulty” and “racially biased,” in that minorities are more likely to share a surname with someone else who may have a criminal record.
Consider for decades now our Bill of rights has been under attack. Again I want to reference the Amendment that the framers intended to guarantee compliance of the other nine amendments, our second amendment.
I am curious to find out just how many politicians would be willing to place the same caveats as they have on our Second Amendment or any other amendment e.g. file a form and wait several days so one can exercise their first Amendment right to exercise free speech – file a form and wait several days to exercise their third amendment rights protecting us from unreasonable search and seizure. Or the ninth amendment that states that there are other rights that may exist aside from the ones explicitly mentioned, in the Bill of Rights even though they are not listed. Meaning they can be violated. The proverbial political foot is in the door, and APATHY from the American people is allowing the door to usurpation to be thrown WIDE open as if it wasn’t there.
Regarding Red flag gun confiscation laws; they violate the Fourth Amendment.
If the government takes somebody’s God-given rights because they think that a person might someday commit a crime, then we enter into the realm of dystopian science fiction movies. Whether one is an ardent defender of the Second Amendment or not, all of us should be concerned about the implications of the Fourth Amendment and due process. The fourth amendment is a foundation of our country.”
Democrats don’t care about keeping people safe. For Democrats, this issue is about emotion. They’re appealing to emotion and not reason. If they were appealing to reason, they would know ways to keep people safe and that, to quote a book, ‘more guns equal less crime.’ But also for the Democrats, it’s about paying back their donors. Soros and Bloomberg are going to want to get what they paid for, and what they paid for is disarming our society.”
No one but God can dictate policy to me and my family and I will do whatever it takes to secure my liberty and the liberty of my fellow patriots. Stand in my way try and usurp my rights or otherwise enslave me, you should be prepared to back your actions up with your life as I am prepared to do likewise!!
There comes a time when you have to stand for the Constitution or die by legislation one usurpative bill at a time.

I have been in this fight for more than six decades. Nearly twenty five years ago we (my wife and I) became “Angel Parents” We lost our youngest son and his fiancée to a three time convicted twice deported illegal WETBACK low life dirt bag felon in a public library parking lot a block away from the police dept.
I cannot understand how or why elected officials are fine with encouraging these vermin to enter the U.S. then denying our own citizenry the right and ability to defend themselves by proclamation!
What was most tragic this occurred in a LIEberally mandated gun free zone where my son “obeyed the law” and paid for it with his and his fiancée’s lives. I make it a point to NEVER be in a “gun free zone” as I carry no matter if I am in a mandated gun free zone and no one is the wiser.
I see red whenever I hear a “bleeding-heart LIEberal” cry about injustice of “poor law abiding migrants” treated like the scum they are!!! Or how effective disarming law abiding citizens save lives. NONE of them have walked a mile in my shoes
Our only solace was when justice was served when this dirt bag tried to rob an off duty cop who wasted that POS. This was one of the most gratifying days of my life
I am old enough to remember when mentally ill people were put in hospitals not in congress who would rather focus on non issues rather than solve real problems

American Citizens obtain a permit to legally hold a rally — Left alone NOTHING would have happened – Antifa, Black Lives Matter and others show up armed for violence. Violence breaks out and the LIEberal Fake News Media and Politicians blame white citizens?

I have been rather active in politics. I have been especially addressing my concerns with elected officials in my state. On several occasions when attempting to acquire face time with my one time US Senator Dirty Harry Reid (who has offices in Carson City) When “Dirty Harry” was in his Carson City offices I made plans to acquire face time to address my concerns Several times I was assaulted by members of his entourage mostly being blocked and pushed. Twice some of his goon squad actually tried to grab me and force me to the floor. — Wrong move on behalf of his body guards. I am no small man and trained in hand to hand combat resulting in two of them suffering broken arms and facial injuries. No charges against me were filed but I did file charges against his goons which were dismissed. Future encounters whenever they saw me his goons ushered him away and taking an alternate route when they saw me. I guess I was the original “Mad Maxine Waters” only in reciprocal who calls for LIEberals to get in the faces of conservatives
