President Donald Trump will participate in a photo opportunity with the 2019 Presidential Scholars, receive his intelligence briefing, have lunch with Vice President Mike Pence then sign an executive order on drug pricing.

Two previously unannounced events took place on Monday during which President Trump and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin briefed reporters on additional sanctions against Iran.
