New Poll Predicts Grim Future for Never Trumper Jeff Flake

Arizona may finally be able to rid itself of its two RINO U.S. Senators in the very near future.

The senile old warmonger John McCain’s days are numbered due to the cancer that is slowly devouring his brain and his counterpart is also in very serious trouble with voters.

Senator Jeff Flake seems to have badly miscalculated when he became one of President Donald Trump’s fiercest Republican critics. Flake had nowhere near the accumulated clout that McCain had compiled over the years by milking his “war hero” mythology and from the look of things, may not even survive the state’s GOP primary next year.

A poll from a liberal group has Flake’s Senate future on life support which would be consistent with a different survey conducted last month showing that his support had dropped into the teens after his calls for a Republican mutiny against his own party’s POTUS.

According to The Hill “Poll shows Flake down huge in primary and general election”:

A new poll shows Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) down by huge numbers among Arizona Republicans and trailing his opponents in both the GOP primary and general elections.

Flake scored only a 25 percent favorability rating among Republican primary voters in a new poll by the left-leaning GBA Strategies group, with a 56 percent unfavorable rating. Over half of voters disapprove of the job Flake is doing, with 59 percent disapproving and only 34 percent approving.

A consistent critic of President Trump, Flake authored a book called “Conscience of a Conservative: A Rejection of Destructive Politics and a Return to Principle,” calling on the GOP to reject many of the populist and economic protectionist policies advocated by the president.

The survey also shows Flake trailing Republican primary opponent Kelli Ward in a head-to-head matchup 58-31 percent. He trails by more than 20 points among registered Republicans and unaffiliated voters and is behind in every region in the state.

Being ousted would be poetic justice for Flake, especially after he arrogantly gave his new book the same title as that of iconic Arizonan Barry Goldwater who would be disgusted at now what passes for “conservative” representation in his home state.

The likelihood of being rid of BOTH McCain and Flake has to bring great joy to conservatives in Arizona even if at least one ends up being replaced by a Democrat because what’s the difference?
