Sarah Sanders kicked out of Red Hen Restaurant in Lexington because she works for Trump
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders confirmed Saturday morning that she was refused service at a Lexington, Virginia restaurant simply because she is part of the Trump administration.
“Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left,” she tweeted. “Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so.”

Sarah’s father, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee highlighted the small-mindedness it takes to treat someone so rudely simply because you disagree with them.
“Bigotry. On the menu at Red Hen Restaurant in Lexington VA,” he posted in a tweet. “Or you can ask for the ‘Hate Plate’. And appetizers are ‘small plates for small minds’.”

Apparently, Sanders and seven others in her party had been seated and served appetizers when co-owner, Stephanie Wilkinson, went total-snowflake on them.
The behavior, typical of liberals and five-year-olds, didn’t stop with the refusal of service. Inside the restaurant, they felt it necessary to add a note to their internal board saying “86 Sara Huckabee Sanders” – the misspelling is theirs.
The Red Hen (@RedHenLex on Twitter) is taking a beating on Yelp for having treated a guest so terribly. (RELATED: Former ethics chief incorrectly accuses Sanders of violation for tweet after being thrown out of restaurant)
The restaurant owners may have missed this, but Lexington is in Rockbridge County which went 62.4% for President Trump in 2016. The R+30 county is waaaaaaay red.
This is just the latest “bratburst” from the left.
Last week, DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was forced out of MXDC Cocina Mexicana in Washington, DC by a group of infantile socialists. Not only did the manager not stop the terrible treatment of his guests, he supported it.
“We are not upset the protesters came here and we are not upset even if it was any of our staffers [who called] the protesters,” the MXDC Cocina Mexicana manager told TheDCNF. “We are happy about what happened.”
