President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Huntsville, Alabama in support of Senator Luther Strange who is seeking the Republican nomination for re-election to the U.S. Senate.
Strange is in a primary run-off against Roy Moore who is more popular in the polls despite Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell directing millions of dollars to support Strange.
Trump’s support of the establishment candidate may be a test of his influence on the electorate.

It is strange that Trump would choose Turtle Face’s buddy Strange over Judge Moore. It looks to me like Trump is adding another alligator to the swamp.
