Well That Was Quick: Scaramucci Out as White House Communications Director
It looks like the media feeding frenzy over Anthony “the Mooch” Scaramucci was too much for President Donald Trump as it is being reported that the feisty Italian has already been removed from his new job.
The killer was that the Mooch made the unforgivable screw up of trusting liberal reporter Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker to hold up his end of the bargain in an off the record conversation.
Scaramucci launched into his best Tommy DeVito routine, a near perfect match for the character played by Joe Pesci in the classic movie “Goodfellas” in which he casually dropped the vulgar terms “f*ck” and “c*ck” among other colorful expressions.
It was irresistible for Lizza who quickly fed the chat into the anti-Trump echo chamber where it was quickly picked up by the media which has double standards when it comes to Democrats who routinely drop F bombs including sitting Senators and the head of the DNC.

The New York Times is reporting “Trump Removes Anthony Scaramucci From Communications Director Role”:
President Trump has decided to remove Anthony Scaramucci from his position as communications director, three people close to the decision said Monday, relieving him just days after Mr. Scaramucci unloaded a crude verbal tirade against other senior members of the president’s senior staff.
While it has yet to be substantiated – and it IS the New York Times – such a move would fit with the appointment of former USMC General John Kelly as the new White House Chief of Staff.
Military men have little use for loose cannons and despite his entertainment value, the Mooch has become just a bit too much of a lightning rod for a scandal-crazed press that had already dragged his family into matters.
This is a developing story.
Too much for the President…..or well planned?
