The US Supreme Court has unanimously given the backs of their hands to the partisan judges on the bench in California and Hawaii by deciding that President Trump has the constitutional right and duty to issue the much-debated travel ban. This decision is not surprising given the high overturn rate of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Those appellate judges are behaving like a bunch of leftist partisans with no idea of the seriousness of their position nor their value to our nation.
It is frightening to realize that judges, whose sole purpose is to decide what is legal and constitutional, would inject liberal politics into their decisions. Their lack impartiality is placing the nation in great danger.
I hope that Congress disbands the 9th Circuit Court allowing President Trump to appoint real constitutional scholars to that body of black robes instead of forcing the nation to have to put up with the ultra-leftist fools now seated.

Judges and other elected officials that ignore or refuse to follow legal orders and laws are ‘criminals’ themselves and should be treated accordingly. Take’em off the bench and sit them on the jail floor
