Madalin Stunt Cars 2 Review

Grand Theft Auto V has continued to remain relevant years after its inception thanks to regular updates and, more recently, the ability to drive cars on various stunt tracks. But, you don’t need a high-powered console or a copy of a $50 game to get your fill of car stunts. In fact, with Madalin Stunt Cars 2, you can get in on the stunt car action straight from your browser. The graphics might not be quite as good as something you’d find on a modern console, but let’s be honest here, you’re playing on online game from a browser and this is as good as it gets. Check out our review of Madalin Stunt Cars 2 to find out why you should check it out!

Concept

The concept behind Madalin Stunt Cars 2 is a simple on. You get to pick from a total of 34 cars and you get to perform whatever stunts you can think of with the different obstacles provided in one of three different maps. None of the cars are officially licensed, so none of them have an “official” name, but we’re more than confident that you’ll be able to find your favorite car here anyway. As far as performing stunts goes, the three different maps have a number of ramps, loops, and tunnels to have your way with.

Graphics

Some like to boast Madalin Stunt Cars 2 has having console-like graphics. That’s not actually the case – you won’t find Xbox-One of PS4-quality graphics here – but the graphics aren’t bad. Think of them as a mix between the Sega DreamCast and the Nintendo Game Cube. The cars are rendered quite well as is the 3D landscape. This comes courtesy of the Unity 3D graphics engine and that allows for graphics that are quite stunning as far as free car games online go.

Sound

Of all elements of Madalin Stunt Cars 2, the one thing that could be improved is sound. Of the 34 cars, every single one of them produces the same sounds and, as the engine revs up, it sounds like every single one has a misfire. The only other sound that we could find was a noise that’s repeated every time you run into something that you shouldn’t. Again, you can’t really complain given the nature of the game but, if you’re expecting to hear the difference between a supercar and a muscle car, you might want to look elsewhere.

Overall Opinion

Overall, Madalin Stunt Cars 2 is a pretty fun game. As long as you can look past the somewhat annoying engine noise (especially after a few minutes of gameplay) and the lack of other sounds, you’ll find that the game is quite addictive. The steering also takes a little to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it isn’t that bad. Some in-air control of the car would be nice and, since realism isn’t exactly something you consider with a game like this, it would fit in nicely. In the end, we’d definitely recommend giving Madalin Stunt Cars 2 a try.

How to Play

Gameplay is simple. When you start the game, you can scroll between the selection of cars – there’s definitely something for everyone – and select one of three tracks on the left. We preferred Map No 3 the most, but all of them are pretty cool. One you’re on the map, use the up and down arrow keys to accelerate and brake, respectively. The left and right keys steer the car left or right, and that’s all you need to know. Have fun!
