The latest forecast track has Hurricane Matthew staying just off the Florida, Georgia coasts before slamming into South and North Carolina on Saturday morning.

Weather models show the storm making landfall between Myrtle Beach South Carolina and possibly skirting the North Carolina coast.
The storm’s last reported position puts it in between Haiti and Cuba as both island nations are currently feeling the fury of a category 4 hurricane.
Matthew was expected to drop 3-4 feet of rain on Haiti along with a strong storm surge and 145 mph winds making it the strongest storm the island has seen in over 50 years. Forecasters were expecting the storm to be a “catastrophic event” for the impoverished island nation.
