Police are seeking two suspects with the following descriptions:

Police are looking for two shooting suspects. One man is described as a black male with a light complexion, who is 6-foot-tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and a Carolina baseball hat. The second suspect is described as a black male who was wearing a black and white checkered shirt.

Also police have confirmed that there were two wounded – one male, and one female – both apparently suffering from leg wounds, but their injuries are considered non-life-threatening.

There were approximately 15,000 people attending this event, that is meant to be a peaceful gathering in support of legal use of marijuana. Attendees quickly left the Civic Center Park area immediately after the shots rang out. There do not appear to be any confirmed reports at this time about any injuries due to the crowds, however the interviewed eyewitness (video above) stated she saw at least one person trampled.

Press reports indicate that a small dog was also shot.

This is a developing story, and may be updated as more details are confirmed.
