Alleged: Representatives Pelosi, Nadler and Schiff Violated 18 U.S.C. Section 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights; and, 18 U.S.C. Section 371 – Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.
To: Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Chairmen Jerrold Nadler, Adam Schiff,
Without constitutional authority, you conspired to launch, and did launch, a “Formal Impeachment Inquiry” on or about September 24, 2019.
Next, you conspired to injure President Trump during the ensuing impeachment proceedings by barring his free exercise and enjoyment of the protections of the Bill of Rights. (18 USC Section 241.) Violation does not require an overt act, formation of the conspiracy suffices.
Moreover, you identified no impeachable offenses in the Articles of Impeachment; and, you produced no evidentiary facts to support any impeachable offense.
You improperly interfered with the workings of the Office of the President and the Executive Branch (18 U.S.C. Section 371—Conspiracy to Defraud the United States). (Tanner v. United States, 483 U.S. 107, 128 (1987); see Dennis v. United States, 384 U.S. 855 (1966).) For broad definition of “defraud,” see United States v. Tuohey, 867 F.2d 534, 537 (CA9 – 1989).
Your sham “Formal Impeachment Inquiry” and effectuation of the impeachment fall outside the “sphere of legitimate legislative activity.” (Tenney v. Brandhove (1951) 341 U.S. 367.) Therefore, your protections under the Speech or Debate Clause are forfeit. You now stand naked before the law.
It is little wonder that submission of the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate has been delayed. You have committed wrongs that you cannot undo. In common parlance, you’re humped!
It is time for you serial liars and leakers to be held accountable. The irony is bittersweet. Bitter for you. Sweet for America.
