In-N-Out Burger refuses to be vax police

We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government,” said Arnie Wensinger, In-N-Out Burger’s chief legal and business officer.

Wensinger’s response came after In-N-Out Burger’s location in San Francisco, California was temporarily closed on Oct. 14 by the city’s fascist government. The fascism doesn’t stop there as Business Insider reported that the company’s location in Pleasant Hill, California was fined $750 this week.

The company’s crime? They won’t act like Nazis and ask patrons to “chow me your papers,” that would be vax passports. And in the Pleasant Hill, it was nanny state narcs who led to the fine as Business Insider wrote: “The fine came after repeated complaints from residents that staff at In-N-Outs location in Pleasant Hill werent checking vaccine cards of customers sitting indoors.”

The San Francisco location reopened but is not allowing indoor dining at the current time.

The Highwire reported on the incident, including Wensinger’s response. As also noted in the report, this action by the government comes as Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsome has removed any mandate to submit to the experimental jabs on a union that gave him $1 million while his 12-year-old daughter has not been jabbed yet, despite him saying all school children 12 and up must submit. It might also be worth pointing out that San Francisco residents are calling the streets of the city a “zombie apocalypse” while officials spend their time fining businesses for not being part of their gestapo rather than cleaning up their streets.

“After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation,” Wensinger stated.

Wensinger added: “As a Company, In-N-Out Burger strongly believes in the highest form of customer service and to us that means serving all Customers who visit us and making all Customers feel welcome…. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant Associates to segregate Customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason.”

“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive,” Wensinger concluded.”

In-N-Out Burger has been operating since 1948 when Harry Snyder opened his first location in Baldwin Park, California, according to the company’s website. It now has over 350 locations with restaurants in or announced to have in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Utah.

Beyond the refusal to enforce the dictators, the cesspool that is San Francisco, and California statewide, may not like In-N-Out’s dedication to Christianity. The burger joint has for decades included Bible verses on cups to wrappers.

Lynsi Snyder, In-N-Out Burger’s owner, told the Christian Post in 2019: “It was my uncle Rich who put the Bible verses on the cups and wrappers in the early ‘90s, just before he passed away. He had just accepted the Lord and wanted to put that little touch of his faith on our brand. It’s a family business and will always be, and that’s a family touch. In later years, I added verses to the fry boat, coffee, and hot cocoa cups.

Snyder cited three Bible verses used on the company’s products:

John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Proverbs 24:16: “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

Luke 6:35: But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for He is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
