Leaderless in Libya: The Propaganda Behind It
Saturday a NATO air-strike designed to protect the Rebels against Gadhafi’s use of military might ended up killing 13 rebels. Once again we see just what happens when a leaderless group of Rebels tries to wage a war with the help of an undefined and leaderless coalition. While the news reports are sketchy at best, as it has been from the (start of this fiasco, the Rebels appear to have advanced right into the NATO air-strike. The difference between Bush in Iraq and Obama in Libya can be summed up in one easy word: forgiveness. Bush was called a war criminal for trying to help Iraq install a Democracy, where the other Hussein (Saddam) made Gadhafi look like a Nobel Peace prize winner by comparison. The number of proven murders by Saddam Hussein in Iraq outweighs the number of suggested murders of civilians by Ghadafi in Libya by about 200,000 to 1 according to past U.N. estimates. Bush is still called a war criminal yet today we see Barack Hussein Obama forgiven immediately when 13 Rebels get killed in a leaderless war in Libya. From the USAToday:
A NATO air-strike intended to thwart Moammar Gadhafi‘s forces killed 13 rebel fighters in eastern Libya instead, the opposition said Saturday, but they described it as an “unfortunate accident” and stressed it did not diminish their support for the international air campaign.
This is so hypocritical in both how it has been reported, and also in how it seems that civilian casualties are understood as necessary in Libya, yet in Iraq, where Taliban/Al Qaeda soldiers used Mosques and civilians as shields on a daily basis, if one person became collateral damage, it was time to get the rope and hang President Bush from the highest tree. Another possible underlying fact that could explain this blatant hypocrisy, is that Bush is a Christian, and Barack Hussein Obama is Muslim in name at the minimum.Make no mistake, this is Obama’s illegal war in Libya. The killing of civilians in Libya is now quickly forgiven as an “unfortunate accident.”
The CIA has been involved in this war since before the American people were even given any clue as to the possible U.S. military intervention in Libya, and the underpinnings were reported here, which was later on proven to be the truth here.
Also of note in the leaderless war in Libya, is the fact that I am seeing new weapons in the hands of the Rebels despite Obama and his media propagandists refusing to admit we are arming the Rebels. Take a look at the brand spanking new weapon and fatigues on the Rebel pictured below.
Just last week we heard cries from this ragtag bunch of dysfunctional Rebels that they need Cash and weapons immediately. Sure looks like they are getting it in that picture, yet our so-called journalists across the world fail to point this out. Arming the Rebels is a direct violation of so many U.N. and NATO laws and charters that admitting it could bring out worldwide calls for criminal charges for everyone involved. This also makes a very good case for Obama trying to hide behind NATO in this illegal war action, as when there is no stated person in charge, no charges can be filed for things like the killing of civilians. Call is a worldwide NATO coalition for a Kinetic Military action in Libya, and therefore make it impossible to hold anyone accountable in the future.
Also of note is the fact that the CIA has been on the ground in Libya since before this illegal war started, and their expertise lies in the arming and support of the overthrow of governments throughout history. To this day, the secret order Obama signed allowing for the CIA boots on the ground in Libya is still just that: A secret order to undermine a foreign Government.
Now we see that the rebels have a “spokesman.” From the USA Today article once again we see apparent media control and the possibilities for propaganda bulltins grows considerably:
Another opposition spokesman, Abdel-Hafidh Ghoga, said it was an example of the lack of coordination in the ranks that has proven a key obstacle to victory over the more organized Libyan military. “This unfortunate accident was a mistake that was caused by the rebels’ advance during the coalition’s attack,” Ghoga said. “Now the military leadership that has been organized more effectively recently is working on preventing the recurrence of these accidents. (emphasis mine)
There we see instant forgiveness for the killing of civilians in wartime in Libya being called an unfortunate accident. This is called collateral damage, and there has never been a war throughout world history that didn’t involve some type of collateral damage. It is just that in Libya today, it is now termed an acceptable “unfortunate accident,” while in Iraq it demanded that George Bush be labelled a war criminal. Thus the war in Libya remains a leaderless kinetic military action, brought about by the leaderless Rebels, simply in order to try to cover up the fact that this is an illegal war started by one Barack Hussein Obama.
Saturday, April 2nd, 2011, 13 Muslim rebels were killed by a NATO air-strike designed to protect them, yet all is forgiven the minute it happened by everyone involved. Somewhere behind all of this is a propaganda minister pulling the media strings, and surely Dr. Paul Joseph Goebbels, a German politician and Reich Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany would be nodding his head in approval today.
Wonder where Cindy Sheehan and her pals are along with the Code Pink “ladies”. I don’t see any of them out there protesting like they did when Bush was in office. This shows right here that the way they acted towards Bush was out of nothing but sheer hate and him not being a liberal democrat.
Hi Carol,
Code Pink is a leftist group serving at the behest of the Liberal Democrats, so don’t expect any integrity from that bunch of misguided misfits and hypocrites.
RE: Gary Johnson article from back in February. What tangible signs do you see coming from Democrats about Johnson. The only thing I can think of is a syndicated article that keeps poping up in random small local newspapers.
Several sites have ran pieces describing Johnson as another Rand Paul… except he is on drugs.(lies) Johnson writes for Huffington post, a Liberal rag that promotes constant GOP bashing…. yet lets Johnson write for them. Andrew Breitbart fell for this same trap and Huffpo let him write 2 articles, then joined in their very own leftist bloggers bashing of Breitbart and embarrassingly kicked him to the curb. This was a set-up.
As far as Johnson and Democrats go, I believe they want him to gain some mediocre support to try to cause a bigger divide within the GOP and Teaparty- thus Huffpo lets him write on there. Serious Democratic operatives have to love what they see in Johnson’s stance of legalizing all drugs even Heroin, and his anti-war stance no matter the situation. The Democratic Party of today is nothing like the true champions for the poor people they were decades ago, therefor, I sure as hell can’t say one way or another what they are up to in regards with Johnson. He writes for the Huffpo liberal rag, period. Huffington is now giving him a platform on there for stated no reason, but she gets her marching orders daily from the DNC/-Obama team, that much is obvious.
After seeing Johnson’s new campaign website, I have to also say that he doesn’t look too serious in thinking he actually has a chance to win the GOP nomination. Third Party bid, like Ron Paul? Sure but under what party? The Huffpo sponsored USSA Party? (United Socialist States of America) I was hoping he would have gotten off the free dope for addicts paid for by the taxpayers jag, and the total anti-war stance. War is an essential evil in keeping America free from Socialist indoctrination and Communist Dictators promoting attacks from other countries. No candidate is perfect. Johnson’s biggest flaws prevent him from being a serious candidate, IMO, and now that the leftist rag vHuffpo is featuring his writing, his chances within the GOP just went down considerably, especially Independent voters knowledgable about the Huffington Post DNC/ Liberal promotion.
Air support is dangerous and much less effective without a trained American with some high-tech communications/positioning gear. Two more of these, and we’ll just integrate American military into each band of rebels. Then we’ll have some direct action forces. Then we’ll put troops on the ground to protect certain high value targets. Then…
Hi Tim,
Thus the dangers of engaging in a military action without defining the end goals first. Remember the Chosen one telling America that we are not at war with Libya ? This war was planned and there is an agenda behind it, and the American people are being kept in the dark… still. So much for honest and open government.
