Herman Cain was the Great Black Hope. At least for me, he was. I had listened to Herman on the radio and called into this show on occasion. The man was a veritable cornucopia of information and his facts were always verifiable.
Many of his callers urged him to run for President as they (and I) felt that a man of his integrity, intelligence and success in the business world was what was necessary to turn the economy of this country around. We felt he would be a leader we could be proud of and the country would look up to for guidance in a world gone mad.
Herman began speaking at Tea Party Rallies around Georgia and then in different states. His popularity grew as he was exposing himself to a national audience. Many new callers were listening to the streaming of his radio show on the net stating that they had heard him at a Tea Party or seen his speech on CSPAN.
After much soul searching and praying, Herman decided to give up his radio show and run for the office of the President of the United States of America! We were so proud of him and we backed him all the way.
Herman started out slow, but his campaign began to reach more and more people, His ability to relate to the man on the street, his humor, his good natured way of coming across to his audience, (without a teleprompter, I might add) were all part of his appeal to down to earth Americans. His solutions to the economic situation were appealing to people who were hurting from Obama’s disastrous economic policies.
Herman started to be heard on conservative radio talk shows. Everyone who interviewed him, liked him and his 999 Plan. Then, he was on the various news programs, resulting in more and more support for Herman in spite of his several faux pas. Several high powered talking heads, like Dick Morris, were bringing his message to the people on the net and on radio and TV.
Herman rose to the top of the polls and someone or several some ones, threw a monkey wrench into the works. Women came forward to accuse Herman of sexual improprieties. The first two actually helped Herman’s campaign as he continued to rise in the polls and his contributions increased. But the last woman, who accused him of an actual sexual affair which she said lasted for 13 years was a campaign killer. Her accusation came at a time when Herman, who had lost support in the polls, once again topped a Rasmussen Poll the week before Thanksgiving.
I’m not going to go into the similarities of these 3 women’s backgrounds. You can do that research yourself since the main stream media won’t tell you what they are, nor will they tell you that there is no proof of these accusations. Herman was in a very bad position and he had divulged that his wife didn’t know about his friendship with this woman or his financial help to her. After talking to his wife, he decided to suspend his campaign. This only means he can continue to collect contributions in order to pay his campaign debts.
Herman will continue to talk, to push The Fair Tax, to promote American Ideals and Ideas across this nation. He’s not going to be silenced IN the political arena. He will thwart the people who started this smear campaign.
In my educated political opinion, there were several reasons those people –decided to attack Herman. One of them is that the Democratic Party cannot have a black man running around America telling black people, or any other person on the Welfare Plantation, that they don’t need the government to support them or to keep them out of the free market system. He will continue to bring thE message that, with perseverance and ambition, anyone can be rich in this country. Obama’s campaign cannot lose even 1% of the black vote and be re-elected. Herman would have taken more than 1% of that vote and he would have taken other votes that Obama is counting on. His color did matter in this election, even if those of us who backed him argued against his color being the reason we supported him. But it only mattered to the Democratic Party who practices the agenda of race baiting.
Herman was the only candidate to hint at the danger of Islam. It indicated that he would not adhere to the philosophy of diversity, which has ruined the cultures of our European ancestors. And he was berated for it and raked over the coals before the issue disappeared. I honestly believe Herman knew the fears the American people have about radical Islam taking over America.
But the most important reason that Herman had to be gotten rid of was his stance on restructuring the tax system. Right now, the Democrat and Republican power structure have American workers under their thumb with a taxation system that is communist inspired. A graduated tax system is expounded upon in The Communist Manifesto, which I have written about in a previous article, http://conservativedailynews.com/2011/08/the-new-enemy-part-ii-marxism/. This draconian taxation system, which is not only theft of a person’s labor but immoral, is part and parcel of the American Income Tax Amendment. The Congress controls your money. It also controls how your money is spent. As we’ve seen, the people in Congress don’t care that we have objections to, not only the tax system itself, but the way our money is spent.
Herman promoted, and will continue to promote, The Fair Tax, his 999 Plan being a stepping stone to the adoption of this system as our national taxation system. You can view the particulars of The Fair Tax at www.fairtax.org.
Herman would have lifted the yoke of taxes based on your hard work and given you a system that allowed you to choose when to be taxed. It would have been an equal tax on every person who bought a new product, whether it be an article of clothing, a car or a new house. In essence, Herman wanted to turn you back into a citizen of the United States instead of continuing to be a subject of the Federal Government and the IRS. By doing that, Herman would have taken the major tool of those that require you to be under their thumb. He would have broken it, discarded it, and thrown it onto the trash pile of bad ideas and Unconstitutional laws. Herman would have freed you, and that is not in the best interests of those who have made Congressional Representation their life’s work.
I say, God Bless you, Herman, keep up the good fight, and maybe others will listen to your message and finally, we can start the long road back to the vision of the Founders of this once great nation.

Herman Cain was the Great Black Hope. At least for me, he was. I had listened to Herman on the radio and called into this show on occasion. The man was a veritable cornucopia of information and his facts were always verifiable.
Multiple unspecified claims of sexual harassment from anonymous sources. Just what a presidential candidate like Herman Cain needs to brighten his day.
Don’t be concerned that one accuser currently serves as a communications director at the Inspector General’s Office of the Treasury Department, a position she has held since last year. A member of the “progressive” administration leveling charges against a Conservative political opponent? There’s nothing to see here folks. Zero possibility of conflict of interest.
Never mind that Gloria Allred pigeon Sharon Bialek, who has a history of financial troubles and legal squabbles, who has been described as a complete gold digger; the day after making her accusations enjoyed her fifteen minutes of fame spending her waking hours smiling her way through the morning TV rounds. This is just business as usual in reality TV America. There is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary about this. Perhaps if she plays her cards right she’ll get a shot at a Kardashian style wedding scam someday.
Never mind that Bialek lived in the same Chicago building as top White House aid David Axlerod. That’s purely coincidence. She just happened to live there. Big deal. You know, like the current White House occupant just happened to live in the same neighborhood as 1960′s Weather Underground radical and unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers? Nothing to worry about. That was ”handled” by the “progressive” Party Pravda back in 2008 when they demonstrated full blown journalistic incompetence by repeating the “progressive” campaign’s claim that Ayers was “just a guy who lives in my neighborhood” ad nauseum.
Don’t concern yourself with the fact that Bialek met publicly with Cain just a month ago at a Tea Party event, an encounter witnessed by WIND radio co-host Amy Jacobson, who described it this way: “It looked sort of flirtatious,I mean they were hugging. But she could have been giving him the kiss of death for all I know. I had no idea what they were talking about, but she was inches from his ear.”
Forget about Bill Clinton’s “gift” from Monica Lewinsky. Never mind the cigar or the stain on the blue dress, or that before his election, Clinton exposed himself to Jennifer Flowers and Paula Jones. That was all A-OK. Those cases were clearly instances where Clinton was demonstrating great courage on behalf of all men. In the interest of “progress”, Clinton was waging a personal battle against trivial charges of sexual harassment.
Unless you’re a Conservative. Then it’s a completely different story.
First, “progressive” political enemies attack like hyenas (FYI, hyenas devour their prey without killing it first), then false accusations fly with even greater frequency than the current White House occupant going to a fund raiser. Next the “progressive” Party Pravda kicks into high gear repeating the smears and the lies. Truth be told, the same “news networks” that mostly ignored Bill Clinton’s sexual escapades devoted an incredible fifty stories to the Cain allegations in just the first four days.
Welcome to post-partisan America, obama style.
Welcome to Herman Cain’s “progressive” lynching.
On Tuesday at 5pm Eastern Time, Herman Cain responded to allegations of improper sexual advances by Sharon Bialek.
“I tried to remember if I recognized her, and I didn’t. I tried to remember if I remembered that s name and I couldn’t.
When speaking about the charges that Ms. Bialek has made, Herman said “they simply didn’t happen”.
On Tuesday, the campaign of GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain released a statement putting his latest accuser Sharon Bialek’s history into full public view.
The fact is that Ms. Bialek has had a long and troubled history, from the courts to personal finances – which may help explain why she has come forward 14 years after an alleged incident with Mr. Cain, powered by celebrity attorney and long term Democrat donor Gloria Allred.
In the courts, Ms. Bialek has had a lengthy record in the Cook County Court system over various civil lawsuits. The following cases on file in Cook County are:
- · 2000-M1-707461 Defendant against Broadcare Management
- · 2000-M1-714398 Defendant in lawsuit against Broadcare Management
- · 2000-M1-701522 Defendant in lawsuit against Broadcare Management
- · 2005-M1-111072 Defendant in lawsuit against Mr. Mark Beatovic.
- · 2007-M1-189176 Defendant in lawsuit against Midland Funding.
- · 2009-M1-158826 Defendant in lawsuit against Illinois Lending.
Ms. Bialek was also sued in 1999 over a paternity matter according to ABC 7 Chicago (WLS-TV). Source: WLS-TV, November 7, 2011
In personal finances, PACER (Federal Court) records show that Ms. Bialek has filed for bankruptcy in the Northern District of Illinois bankruptcy court in 1991 and 2001. The respective case numbers according to the PACER system are 1:01-bk-22664 and 1:91-bk-23273.
Ms. Bialek has worked for nine employers over the last seventeen years. Source: WLS-TV, November 7, 2011
While the Cook County Circuit Court docket search does reveal a Sharon Bialek as a defendant in the above cases, the Cain campaign is the first official confirmation that it is the same Sharon Bialek that is accusing Herman Cain of sexual impropriety.
The campaign’s release also asks key questions as to the timing of Ms. Bialek’s claim, how her high-powered legal team is being funded considering her vast financial troubles and what, if anything, Sharon Bialek is receiving in return for coming out so close to the primaries.
Some recent history that the release did not point out is that Sharon and Herman were together last month. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that at the TeaCon meeting last month, radio host Amy Jacobson (AM 560 WND) observed Herman Cain and Sharon Bialek hug and talk closely.
They hugged each other backstage in a full embrace like old friends.
She grabbed his arm and whispered in his left ear.
She kept talking as he bent to listen, and he kept saying “Uh, huh. Uh, huh.”
“I don’t know if what she was giving him was a sucker punch, but he didn’t put his arm down while she was talking to him,” said the Sneed source.
The “he”… is GOP presidential contender Herman Cain, who has been accused of sexual harassment by several women.
The “she”… is Chicagoan Sharon Bialek, who held a news conference Tuesday as the only woman to PUBLICLY accuse Cain of sexual harassment.
In an interview with Glenn Beck on his GBTV network, Amy Jacobson – the source for the Sun-Times article had a slightly different account:
Jacobson described that at a Tea Party convention in October, the accuser, Sharon Bialek, rushed Herman Cain backstage. She held his attention for 2-3 minutes, and after what appeared to be an intense and in-depth discussion Bialek stormed off.
Jacobson didn’t know what was said or why Bialek left the way she did, but the account on the Chicago news site and in the interview tell different stories of the interaction – and neither shines a positive light on Sharon Bialek.
In response to the allegations made today by Gloria Allred, Mr. Cain will conduct a press conference on Tuesday, November 8th at the Scottsdale Plaza in Phoenix, Arizona at 3:00 pm local time.
It is noteworthy that Gloria Allred is a celebrity lawyer who specializes in generating publicity for herself and her clients.
Ms. Allred is a high-profile Democrat Party donor and activist who has given over ten thousand dollars to liberal Democrats like Barack Obama, Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer.
The questions the media should be asking are who’s paying for Gloria Allred’s fee, how did Ms. Bialek get introduced to Ms. Allred, and was she paid to come forward with these false accusations or was she promised employment?
After attacking Herman Cain through anonymous accusers for a week, his opponents have now convinced a woman with a long history of severe financial difficulties, including personal bankruptcy, to falsely accuse the Republican frontrunner of events occurring over a decade ago for which there is no record, nor even a complaint filed.
Below is a statement Herman Cain released today in regards to anonymous accusers. No mention was made of Sharon Bialek.
I am a serious person, seeking the opportunity to do a serious and very important job. Our nation has very serious problems, particularly of an economic nature, and Barack Obama does not have the skill, knowledge or will to solve them.
Unfortunately, the media-driven process by which one must seek this opportunity is fundamentally unserious. I have touched on this before – the emphasis on “gaffes,” gotcha questions and time devoted to trivial nonsense – and everyone knows the process only became further detached from relevance this week as the media published anonymous, ancient, vague personal allegations against me.
Once this kind of nonsense starts, the media’s rules say you have to act in a certain way. I am well aware of these rules. And I refuse to play by them.
There are several reasons for this. One is that, lest anyone forget, we actually have serious matters to talk about. Since the media went bananas over this so-called story, my schedule has not changed in the slightest. I have continued to make all planned public appearances. I have continued to answer questions about my 9-9-9 tax reform plan. I have continued to do everything else that our strategy proscribes.
Another reason I refuse to play by these rules is that, by doing it my way, I’m getting much better results. My fundraising has skyrocketed since all this nonsense began. Just this weekend, the Washington Post has come out with a new poll – taken since all this started – showing me in the lead nationally, with my numbers on the rise.
The media may be obsessed with this business, but the voters are not. And I am not.
But there’s another crucially important reason I refuse to play by these rules: These rules stink. Can the process by which we pick the leader of our nation be any more absurd? I’m not talking about the primary process or the role of the electorate. There is nothing wrong with that. I am talking about the media’s trivializing of such an important matter.
Consider: I held various executive positions in corporate America for several decades. I had thousands of employees working for me. I can’t even begin to recall how many conversations I had with people during that time, how many directives I gave, how much friendly banter might have taken place.
I also had to make tough decisions during these years. I turned around a poorly performing region for Burger King, then turned around a struggling Godfather’s Pizza organization. At some point during a career like this, someone will not like things you do, or how you do it. Someone will complain.
That is just the nature of things if you’ve ever done much in your life.
So once the editors of Politico started looking for people who would make claims against me, their chances of finding a few takers were probably about 100 percent. These people will not give their names. The so-called “witnesses” who purportedly corroborated their stories also will not give their names. That’s about what you would expect when people are engaging in a “hatchet job,” as it’s been described by Joseph Fassler, who was chairman of the National Restaurant Association board when I was there.
It’s easy to make accusations when, by virtue of your anonymity, you don’t have to be held accountable for the claims you’re making. It’s easy to publish them when, like Politico, you don’t follow basic rules of journalism by naming your sources or giving any details whatsoever about what supposedly happened.
But the process by which we choose our presidents has become so warped that, when something like this happens, the media and political strategists start grading you on whether you play an absurd game by their absurd rules.
When someone stops you on the street and hits you with an accusation like this, they subsequently write a story about the look in your eyes, and how many seconds it took you to speak some words in response. They go to “crisis management experts” who offer the usual sage wisdom about “getting all the information out” – as if you can get any “information” out (aside from telling them nothing happened, which they don’t want to hear) in response to allegations that are unsourced and nonspecific.
Then, when you haven’t “calmed the firestorm” – if only because the people wielding the blow-torches have no intention of putting them out – more experts are put on the air to say this proves you are “not ready for prime time.”
Maybe that would matter if I was trying out for the cast of Saturday Night Live. But this should be a slightly more serious undertaking than that.
Contrary to the belief of experts, so wise and learned in the ways of politics, I do know what the established rules say I am supposed to do. I simply refuse to do it. That’s because the rules are ridiculous, and they produce leaders like Barack Obama, who play the political game like experts but govern like complete incompetents.
The nation needs its tax structure reformed, its spending brought under control, its debt reduced and its overall governing structure made far more responsive to the needs of the people. The nation needs many other problems addressed. If it’s OK with the American people, I would like to address them.
If the media want to continue talking about nonsense, that’s fine. I’m not going to join them. It doesn’t look like the citizenry plans to join them either.
Earlier today, Gloria Allred held a press conference with Herman Cain’s accuser, Sharon Bialek. Below is the the entire press conference.
Gloria Allred brought forth the 4th accuser in the ongoing sexual harassment charges against Herman Cain Monday afternoon. Sharon Bialek worked for the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association in Chicago in 1996-1997. Part of her job was to work on a new scholarship initiative for students who wished to continue their education in the restaurant industry. She was let go in 1997 after being told she had not raised enough money. Bialek felt her discharge was unfair but had no legal resource. Having spent some time with Cain at an NRA convention in 1997 she felt they had made a warm, respectful connection and reached out to Cain for help with employment. As Allred puts it, Cain offered her his own version of a “stimulus package”.
Allred offered declarations from an ex-boyfriend and businessman friend of Bialek’s who back up her claim of harassment by Cain during that time and will attest to the fact that she shared her concerns with them.
Bialek was well spoken and intelligent. Her resume is impressive and she is currently a stay at home mother. Allred was also careful to note that Bialek is a registered Republican. She described first meeting Cain in 1997 at an NRA luncheon with her boyfriend and how they immediately like Cain. She claimed Cain was “warm and attentive” and she was honored when Cain invited her and her boyfriend back to a party at his hotel suite later that night. It was her boyfriend who suggested she contact Cain to help her with a job hunt. Bialek continued that she called Cain and arranged to meet him in Washington D.C. “for coffee”. When she checked into the D.C. Capital Hilton, Bialek described how surprised she was to find her room was rather “palatial”. Upon meeting Cain in the lobby bar, he proceeded to ask her how she liked her accommodations. At this point, Bialek describes Cain as “smirking” as he said, “I upgraded you”. Later, the two went to dinner and then Cain suggested they drive by the NRA headquarters, to which Bialek agreed. That is where the alleged assault took place. Bialek claims they parked the car at which point Cain reached up her skirt and tried to fondle her, then grabbed her head and forced it toward his genital area. She immediately rebuked him, explained that wasn’t what she came there for and left. Bialek later described the general incident to her boyfriend and another friend, but not the details. She also says she did not come forward with the accusations at the time because she was not employed by the NRA, but seeing his candidacy now, she felt it was important to represent the other women who could not or would not come forward, and victims of “sexual harassment everywhere”. Bialek wrapped up with a statement aimed directly at Cain – “I want you to come clean…I implore you to make this right”.
Bialek answered no further questions herself, but Allred did take a few from the press directly following the statements. Allred says her client is not filing any law suits, has not sold her story or profited from it and is only interested in lending a voice to the charges.
Bialek seemed confident, well-spoken and quite put-together. She did not carry an air of fake desperation or duplicity, but she was also rather emotionless considering she was speaking of such a disturbing event. The press conference seems to raise more questions than answers. Has Cain known about this woman’s claims (false or true that they may be) all this time and if so, had he simply hoped they would not be publicized? Why did Bialek fly all the way from Chicago to Washington D.C. to ask for help finding a job in the first place? It seems a simple phone call or a few emails could have sufficed. If the allegations are true, why would Cain – a very intelligent man- even run? The ball is clearly in Cain’s court and it remains to be seen how his camp will handle this current situation. So far, Cain’s support has only swelled in light of the controversy. It remains to be seen if that support will continue now that America has a face and a voice to put to the accusations.
Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. ET, super sex lawyer Gloria Allred will hold a press conference. She will apparently be coming forward with a fourth alleged victim of Herman Cain and his harassing, uncomfortable looks. According to RadarOnline the woman claims she came to Cain for help with an employment issue and was sexually harassed by him. It remains to be seen if Allred’s involvement will hurt or help Cain. Stay tuned to Conservative Daily News all day for updates on the press conference.
Joel P. Bennett, the lawyer who has accused Herman Cain of “sexual harassment” without providing a shred of evidence of any kind, nor producing the name of Mr. Cain’s accuser, has a history of filing employment discrimination cases that are without merit, or so the findings of both lower and appellate courts would certainly lead us to believe.
In CURRIER v. POSTMASTER GENERAL, No. 01-5248, Argued Sept. 5, 2002. — October 04, 2002 the Appellate court dismissed Kenneth Currier’s claim alleging employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. In his original pleading Currier claimed that he was reassigned to a “materially lower position with materially lower duties.” But by his own admission, the job he held immediately before the 1995 Reduction In Force was a “do nothing position.” After the RIF he became a manager for legislative support in government relations. He had general budget duties for an office and supervised up to a dozen workers. He thus went from a position before the RIF with no duties to a position after the RIF with some duties.
In CZEKALSKI v. LaHOOD Loni Czekalski sued the Department of Transportation (DOT), alleging that her supervisor at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) discriminated against her on the basis of sex by reassigning her to an inferior position. The FAA contended that her re-assignment was due to her “failure to provide direction and support,” “allowing a program to languish” and a general lack of “leadership qualities.” Her new position was to serve as Program Manager for the Year 2000(Y2K) Project. This position turned out to be “probably the single most significant office in the entire agency” according to an FAA employee. In the end, the lower court dismissed Ms. Czekalski’s case and the appellate court agreed.
In CATHY S. NEUREN v. ADDUCI, MASTRIANI, MEEKS & SCHILL, et al., Mr. Bennett argued successfully against the plaintiff in a sexual discrimination suit. Ms. Neuren claimed that she was dismissed due to sexual discrimination, and the law firm for whom she worked argued that she was dismissed for cause. The lower court found for the law firm and the appellate court agreed.
There are many other examples.
Mr. Joel P. Bennett has been actively involved in litigation on both sides of the employment practices field for most of his career, and it would seem, at least from his lack of any presentation of any confirm-able facts of any kind, that he is simply the kind of attorney who will take whatever case comes his way, regardless of the facts, if he sees a material benefit to his law firm.
To make these kind of allegations, especially given Mr. Bennett’s history of trying trivial cases, against the leader of the GOP Presidential field is worse than irresponsible, and for supposed journalists to report unfounded allegations such as these without documentation, sources, or anything even remotely resembling confirmation, borders on criminal.
It seems perfectly reasonable for the Cain campaign to refuse to answer any more questions about this matter, unless or until the media or the ambulance chaser come up with an actual named witness who will come forward, or some actual documentation. After all, our constitution guarantees the right to face one’s accuser, and further, contrary to the national media’s bent these days, presumes innocence until proven guilty.
So Politico, NBC, CBS, ABC, all other National Media, and Joel P. Bennett, put up or shut up!
This just in from Politico:
Cain’s inflammatory charge came in an interview with Forbes:
In the summer of 2003, Cain recalls briefing Anderson—his general campaign consultant at the time—that sexual harassment claims were brought against him while he was chairman of the National Restaurant Association from 1996 to 1999.
“I told my wife about this in 1999 and I’ve got nothing to hide,” Cain told me Wednesday. “When I sat down with my general campaign consultant Kurt Anderson in a private room in our campaign offices in 2003 we discussed opposition research on me. It was a typical campaign conversation. I told him that there was only one case, one set of charges, one woman while I was at the National Restaurant Association. Those charges were baseless, but I thought he needed to know about them. I don’t recall anyone else being in the room when I told him.” …
Aside from knowing about the alleged sexual harassment accusations, Cain campaign officials point to the timing of Anderson’s hiring by Perry as evidence of his involvement. The campaign announced Anderson’s role on October 24, just a week before Politico broke the story.
Does he regret telling Anderson about it? “I don’t regret it at all,” Cain says. “The guy who was supposed to help with strategy should know everything. I put it on the table right from the get go. I wasn’t trying to hide it.”
Herman Cain’s campaign manager, Mark Block, went on Fox News to personally accuse the Perry campaign of leaking the sexual harassment charges to Politico. He says, “The actions of the Perry campaign are despicable.” Video is below.
Now the Perry camp points their finger at the Romney camp. (I kid you not, people)
This via CBS.com:
Rick Perry’s presidential campaign says it is “absolutely not” responsible for leaking the fact that Herman Cain was accused of sexual misconduct while head of the National Restaurant Association to Politico, which broke the explosive story Sunday night.
“That is false, patently untrue, no one at this campaign was involved in this story,” said Perry communications director Ray Sullivan.
Sullivan then suggested to CBS News and National Journal reporter Rebecca Kaplan that Mitt Romney’s campaign is behind the allegations.
“I wouldn’t put it past them,” he said, stating that blog posts have noted that Cain’s successor at the Restaurant Association “is a big Romney donor.”
“There are much closer connections between the Restaurant Association, Cain and the Romney camp than there are with us,” he said.
Federal Election Commission records show that Steven C. Anderson, who succeeded Cain as the Restaurant Association’s CEO, gave $1,000 to Romney’s campaign on July 14, Kaplan reports. He also gave a total of $1,000 to Cain in two $500 installments during Cain’s 2003-2004 Senate campaign.
In response to Sullivan’s comments, Romney spokesperson Andrea Saul offered two words to CBS News: “Not true.” She declined to elaborate.
