Twitter Hashtag #RacistDemocrats

After becoming completely disgusted with MSNBC’s coverage of the RNC Convention, beginning with Chris Mathews assumption that all food stamp recipients are black, to their failure to cover Mia Love, or any GOP minority speaker, I took to Twitter to establish a new hashtag #RacistDemocrat, only to discover someone had beaten me to it.

With the thousands of examples of horrible epithets hurled at black conservatives from the left on social media, and the hundreds of examples of somewhat softer racism from the media and political leaders, it seemed important to have a place to post examples.

After Mia Love’s speech last night, open-minded tolerant democrats took to twitter to call her horrible names and even went so far as to edit her Wikipedia page, calling her a “house nigger.”

From Twitchy.com

Tuesday night after rising GOP star Mia Love brought down the house with her inspiring convention speech, the stomach-turning Left labeled the black conservative a “token” and an “Aunt Tom.”

Meanwhile, revoltingly racist, woman-hating Wikipedia vandals were hard at work updating her entry with disgusting slurs like “House Nigger” and “dirty, worthless whore.” The page called her a “total sell-out to the Right Wing Hate machine and the greedy bigots who control the GOP.”
Glenn Reynolds reported the defacement of Love’s Wikipedia page last night.

Here is a screen shot of the page before it was corrected:

While they claim to want a colorblind society, and discourse in a civil manner, it is becoming increasingly difficult to take anyone on the left seriously when they display this kind of bigotry and hatred.

An Open Letter to MSNBC’s Toure: On Real Racism

“I know it’s a heavy thing, I don’t say it lightly, but this is ‘niggerization’. You are not one of us, you are like the scary black man who we’ve been trained to fear.” – Toure, MSNBC analyst in reference to Mitt Romney.
Toure said this Thursday on MSNBC’s the Cycle with S.E.Cupp. Below is my YouTube response. A full transcript can be found at kiradavis.net

New Black Panthers: “Under Siege”

Just days ago, on August 12th 2012, the New Black Panther Party on its radio show was claiming that they(black people) were “under siege” by the “RNC, tea party, tea baggers, and people who hate black people.” The voice of the woman speaking is Michelle Williams. Chief of Staff to the group.

Breitbart has acquired two audio files of the group in action on their radio show, openly expressing their views of racism and hatred toward anyone not black.

In the second audio clip from the New Black Panthers, they are openly threatening white people.  There is a man who is saying that you must “drag them(white people) from their homes, and skin their asses alive.”  He continues to say that you have to “pour acid on their asses, dunk them in the G** Damn river, bring them back up and punch in the head.”

He goes on to explain how the New Black Panther Party needs to establish its own military organization. Listen to both audio clips from Breitbart.com below.

First Audio file.

Second Audio file.

The female voice that is heard in the first audio clip, is the chief of staff to the New Black Panther Party, Michelle Williams.  The one who put out the bounty on George Zimmerman during the racial hype in the beginning of that investigation into the Trayvon Martin Case in Florida.

ACE to file amicus brief in affirmative action case

In a Monday press release ACE, the American Council on Education, stated that it was filing an amicus brief to support the University of Texas’ affirmative action admission standards in the case Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin. Abilgail Fisher filed the suit after having been turned down for admission in 2008 what she believed was a decision based on her race – firmly in violation of the equal protections clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ACE said that it was filing the brief, ” urging the court to reaffirm the constitutionality of the university’s use of race and ethnicity in its admissions process.” (emphasis added)

While most Americans already knew that affirmative action was race/ethnicity-based, the fact ACE is filing a brief that flat out says it is astounding. How does changing the tone from “separate but equal” to “together and unequal” remove racial division? Why isn’t it simply… equality of opportunity?

ACE goes on to trip all over themselves by describing the pluses of the UT admissions policy:

The ACE brief argues that a core holding in Grutter remains valid: Universities can consider race or ethnicity as a “plus” factor in the context of individualized consideration of each and every applicant.

The problem here is that if race is a “plus” factor for one group, does that not make it a “minus” factor for anyone not included in the “plus” groups?

Shouldn’t the focus be on achievement? If a middle-class hispanic student and a middle-class white student both score 1160’s on the SAT and have 3.4 GPAs, why should either one’s race come into the picture at all? According to ACE, it’s about diversity:

“Courts have long recognized that diversity is a compelling interest in higher education and that individual institutions are in the best position to determine how to pursue that interest in service to their own educational objectives.”

If a school wants to have a more diverse population, it should attract top performing members of ethnic groups, not knee-cap one group because there aren’t enough applicants from another.

One Supreme Court Justice won’t be deciding the case as Justice Elena Kagan has recused herself, likely due to her involvement with the case during her tenure as the Solicitor General. That leaves a right-leaning court that may seek to apply the 14th as it was intended, not as it has been abused.

The fourteenth amendment is precisely the amendment that was cited in Brown v. Board of Education that led to the de-segregation of schools. Can the supreme court possibly argue that the Constitution should protect one group more so than another?

If the court finds for Fisher, it will overturn Grutter v. Bollinger which affirmed the use of race and ethnicity in admissions. A win for the plaintiff will likely result in the end of affirmative action in schools across the nation.

Race Isn’t Everything, It’s the Only Thing

Contempt of Congress charges are being levied against U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder because he is a champion “supporting measures to overturn these voter-suppression initiatives in the states”.  So says Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

A “progressive” has spoken.  End of story.

It is absolutely inconceivable that contempt of Congress charges could be over secret documents pertaining to the murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.  It certainly could not have anything to do with weapons lost in the botched Fast and Furious gunrunning operation. Not in any way, shape or form.  Not no way, not no how.  Such conclusions are completely out of the question.  To even suggest such possibilities prove beyond all reasonable doubt that you are indisputably a closed minded, razor toothed racist vampire who is exactly like that evil, lily white, ship jobs overseas vulture capitalist Mitt Romney.  You have always been a racist.  You will always be a racist.  Your parents were racists.  Your children will be racists.  You are in love with your racism.  You are proud of your racist views.  You hope your racist views and ways will spread across the country and ideally, the entire world.

Racist, racist, racist, racist, racist, racist, racist…

Welcome to the “progressive” States of America, where race isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.

Never mind that on the subject of race Eric Holder called the United States “a nation of cowards”.  In case the subtlety escapes you, Holder thinks the entire nation is racist.  Of course for Holder, racists are white by definition.

Forever erase from your memory the fact that Eric Holder dismissed a slam dunk case of voter intimidation committed by member of the New Black Panthers Party in Philadelphia during the 2008 election.  That there are eye witnesses and video evidence showing that they were in uniform, wielding clubs and verbally taunting potential voters proves nothing.

Forget that the U.S. Department of Justice is suing Arizona and other States because they are acting responsibly by protecting U.S. Citizens from invasion.  In the “progressive” States of America, that too is racist.

Ensuring voter integrity in American elections by carefully reviewing voter rolls in order to root out fraudulent votes is forbidden.  To engage in such activity is…yes, you guessed it…racist!

Perhaps it would be a useful to take this exercise to its inevitable conclusion:

If you wear white sneakers instead of ones of color, you must be racist.  If you wear a white t-shirt instead of one of color, you are clearly a racist.  If you drive a white car instead of one of color, you simply must be a proud, long practicing racist…especially if your car has whitewall tires.  Any and all students who write on white notepads instead of ones of color must be racists.  All places of residence where the walls are painted with white paint are populated by racists.  Watching a movie or television show starring Betty White?  Sitting on a white toilet seat?  Using the white pages in the phone book?  Wearing white socks and underwear?  Reading books containing white pages?  Knowing someone whose last name is White?  Using white copy paper?  Those vendors who mail their customers telephone, gas and electric bills in white envelopes?  Drying your hands with a white towel?  Puffy white clouds in the sky?

You guessed it: morally reprehensible.

Considering the clearly racist clothing policy practiced by the Wimbledon tennis tournament, it is easy to understand obama’s resentment towards and dislike for the British.

It would be suitable to refer to an old fable about the boy who cried wolf, but that would open the floodgates for charges of racism over use of the term “boy”.

Nine out of ten journalists say, “Guilty!”

Audio experts are working around the clock to find more Zimmerman racism hidden in the 9–1–1 tapes. Maybe if they play them backward...

Good news for Neighborhood Watch celebrity, George Zimmerman. The Associated Press reports that in 23 years only 2,000 people have been exonerated after being wrongly convicted of a serious felony.

Each year there are nearly one million felony convictions, over 10,000 times more than the 90 innocent defendants wrongly convicted. The findings are particularly encouraging for Zimmerman as he faces criminal prosecution for second–degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin and simultaneously a trial–by–media for the same offense.

The miscarriage of justice rate compares very favorably with the hospital medical error rate of 18 percent, where presumably the doctor doesn’t have any animus toward the customer, as opposed to prosecutors who do.

And public opinion is starting to come around. A new Rasmussen Reports national survey found 40 percent think Zimmerman acted in self–defense.

This finding is in sharp contrast to a survey of mainstream journalists that found 85 percent believe Zimmerman should already be doing time in Guantanamo.

Then when it appears justice may finally be allowed to take its course, the Washington Post uses a discredited CNN idea to attack George.

You may recall CNN reporter Gary Tuchman examined Zimmerman’s 9–1–1 call and discovered RACISM! Which is to be expected from someone with a white father. Using “one of the most sophisticated audio edit suites in the broadcast news business” CNN heard Zimmerman saying “(bleeping) coons” after technicians “enhanced” the recording.

Naturally to demonstrate even–handed news judgment, the tape was played for viewers about 300 times during the segment. As the reporter intoned, “Listen closely for “coon,” a word only bigots use. Remember it starts with a ‘c’ and ends with ‘oon.’”

Except the word wasn’t “coon.” Two weeks later, with much less fanfare, CNN re–enhances the tape and sure enough Zimmerman was saying “(bleeping) cold.”

How fortunate Zimmerman didn’t have to hide in the weeds to observe Martin. I can only imagine what the media would have done if George had muttered something about being bitten by a (bleeping) chigger.

Which brings us back to the sound–enhancing WaPo and its recording of a witness call, which FBI analysts have already termed “inconclusive.” The WaPo recycles the lie that Zimmerman ignored an order from the dispatcher. And in a nice touch, writes “…cursing under his breath, Zimmerman got out of his truck and began to follow (Martin).” But, thanks to CNN, we know Zimmerman was cursing the weather, a common activity worldwide, and not Martin.

Martin’s father heard the WaPo tape and told police the voice was not his son’s, But that was before lawyers got to him and visions of wrongful death lawsuits began dancing in his head. In contrast, the WaPo’s expert — who wouldn’t have known Trayvon if the kid had approached him at 7/11 and asked for a loan to buy Skittles — imagines Martin yelling, “I’m begging you!” “Help me!” And then, “Stop!”

Since the story was written by two females, I won’t fault them for their lack of expertise when it comes to fight dynamics. But in the real world the person who lands the first punch usually wins. Since witnesses place Martin on top of Zimmerman repeatedly punching him “MMA” style, it’s reasonable to assume his was the first punch.

Someone winning a fight is also not the one calling for help. The puncher is usually concentrating on pounding the punchee. Evidence shows Zimmerman’s back was wet from ground contact and he had a broken nose, two black eyes and cuts on the back of his head, so Trayvon evidently was doing a thorough job.

You can find the recording on the Post website and identifying any one element is like trying to isolate a single razzberry in a Spike Jones recording. One of the edited audio segments purports to be Martin’s “Stop!” But I’ve been in recording studios for 35 years and I hear “Help!” in both recordings, which stands to reason since Zimmerman is losing the fight.

But this is where it gets interesting. The “expert” asserts those 45 seconds aren’t Zimmerman calling for help during the fight, but Martin pleading with Zimmerman not to shoot him AFTER the fighting was over.

So by his reckoning, the fight is concluded. Zimmerman has his gun out. Martin begs for his life for almost a minute and then Zimmerman executes him in cold blood.

But lab results reveal the gunshot was so close it burned Martin’s skin. We know there was a single shot. If the entry wound is low and travels upward, it supports Zimmerman. But even without that information, if the fight was over and Martin was pleading for his life, chances are he would have been backing or running away, putting distance between himself and Zimmerman.

Common sense would dictate waiting for the evidence and using practical experience to evaluate it, but the Post, along with the majority of the media, has already found Zimmerman guilty and they want us to join them.

Yes, Race Matters.

1Does race really matter? This question is posed a lot in the conservative blogosphere. This is never a question I hear liberal commentators ask each other. It’s obvious that to liberals race does matter…a lot. It’s the first quality that they seem to observe, often. Criticize Obama? Well, you must be a racist. Black teen killed by non-Black? Clearly it was a hate crime because the victim was Black! Breitbart.com’s Joel Pollack daring to raise alarms about Critical Race Theory? Racism, obviously. The only time race doesn’t seem to matter to liberals is when it works to prove the opposite of their accusations. Pollack’s wife is Black, but whatever…racist! Many conservatives are Black but still – racism!

The Trayvon Martin case has brought renewed tensions to the race issue, helped along by eager hustlers like Al Sharpton. For liberal America the case was further proof that we still have a long way to go to reach race equality. For many conservatives it elicited surprise that we are still so angry about the issue of race in this country today, over 50 years after the civil rights movement. I’ve received many comments from people in light of the Martin case expressing confusion and frustration. One commenter said “I’ve been shocked to see how this whole thing has become such a huge deal. Why do we still look at each other as this race or that? When I look at a person I truly don’t see the color of their skin. We should all be colorblind…” This comment is completely representative of many, many others I have heard about race in the last few weeks.

So…does race really matter?

As a Black conservative woman, my answer is “Yes! It does.” Understandably this will make many conservatives feel uncomfortable. Conservative America has been the butt of blatantly cruel and false accusations of racism for decades now. Their words are routinely twisted and misrepresented in the media and Hollywood complex. The meme of “racist conservative” has led many of us to shy away from uncomfortable conversations about race. But I fear that in our attempts to pull our society away from the “race first” hysteria of outlets like MSNBC, some conservatives have pulled too far in the other direction. We completely discount the role of race in our society in our attempts to be “colorblind”. I think race does matter. I do think it’s important. In this world race is intimately tied to culture, and culture is what gives the human race it’s flavoring. Have you ever been to a cookout at a black family’s house? It’s a whole lot different from going to a cookout with a White family. Is that because of income level or education? Not really. It’s because of race, which inevitably leads to culture.

I don’t want our society to be colorblind. I am perfectly fine with anyone noticing that I am a Black woman. I’m proud of my heritage. I’m proud of the amazing contributions the Black community has made in building this blessed and prosperous country. Our community has faced incredible odds, discrimination and oppression, while at the same time becoming extremely influential in areas that set the tone for the general American culture, such as the arts and education. All the racial adversity, the struggles – it all added up to an incredibly rich and vibrant culture. I don’t want to ignore that richness in the name of being “colorblind”. I believe the same goes for other race communities as well. To me, diversity doesn’t just mean a bunch of people of all different races in the same place, it means many distinct cultures coming together and sharing their unique experiences/gifts. I don’t want my Asian friends to be just like me. I love learning about their stories and traditions. Their race actually gives them a specific perspective on American life that I just don’t have. Their race does matter to me, because it informs their views and how they relate to those around them and american society in general.

I appreciate so much my White friends who tell me race doesn’t matter to them. They are good people and they just want to be able to see others for the “content of their character” . But if I’m being honest, sometimes it also bothers me when they say things like that. What they don’t understand is that for most black people race does matter. It isn’t just about “Black power” and lingering issues from our enslaved ancestors. It’s about the way we laugh, what we laugh about; how we socialize, worship, recreate; it’s about how we eat, how we communicate, how we raise our families. All of these things hold within them hundreds of years of experiences and development. And of course that holds true for all racial communities. Sometimes, when a White friend says they want everyone to ignore race, it feels like they are saying we should ignore culture too; and what many people may not realize is that for Black people, their culture is a great source of pride, despite the failings and troubles of our community in recent decades.

I’m certainly not saying it’s wrong to see folks outside of their racial designations; but the controversial Derbyshire piece from a few weeks ago got me thinking about this whole idea of race and conversations surrounding race. His piece was disturbing but it made me think – if I were ever going to have a real, open discussion on black/white race relations I would want a guy like that in on it. Why? Because he said uncomfortable things. At least he admitted how he really felt. It’s hard to have the uncomfortable conversations in today’s climate. If you don’t hold the “right” views you are immediately shot down and ridiculed. That doesn’t leave much room for honesty. I’d like for us to be able to really have those cringe-worthy talks, where people say what they really think even if it sounds crazy or offensive. How can we challenge misperceptions and prejudice if no one is willing to take the risk of opening the dialogue? How can we truly become a post-racial America if no one is willing to tell the truth about our differences, similarities, and all the awkward things in between?

Race does matter. It’s okay to see race, because it means acknowledging culture. It just shouldn’t be the first thing we see, and it shouldn’t be where we get stuck.

The Equality and Fairness Doctrine. Is it Racist?

The left in America has pushed this Equality and Fairness doctrine for decades believing that it is needed in America because America is inherently a racist nation.  One belief by Liberals is that employers or the bourgeoisie are naturally racist against those of “color.”  When someone goes in for a job interview, and there are multiple applicants to that same position, an employer makes a decision on who is best qualified for that position based on the applicants abilities.  If all of the applicants have the same abilities, then the employer uses the interview as the deciding factor.  Liberals in America tend to insinuate that employers higher less individuals based on the color of their skin, than on their ability. This might happen in a extremely small percentage of cases in this great nation.  However, that said, for Liberals to force employers to employ individuals based on the color of their skin regardless of their skill, is a terrible idea for both the employee and employer.  Why? You are creating an entitlement mentality in the person who is being employed. In turn, they will believe that they deserve certain privileges in life based on the color of their skin.  That alone is contradictory to what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wanted in American society.  Dr King, wanted people to be judged by the content of their character and NOT the color of their skin.  This is not lost to the American Left.  The left does not care about fairness or equality in the terms that most Americans understand it, period.  It is about power and control only.  If the left cared about individuals succeeding in America. They would  would support the Constitution and the rule of law, where everyone has an “equal” chance based on hard work, and merit, not the color of their skin.

Going back to what I was saying about being bad for the employer that is forced to higher someone who may not be qualified for a job, yet has to take that individual on as an employee because of some arbitrary quota. Let us say, for instance, that this person does not have the proper skill set to perform the task at hand.  If person A(has blue skin color) works for an employer that produces widgets and has green skin, notices that person A is not performing the task that is required. The “bourgeoisie” then has to take time away from his work schedule to try and speak with person A about their bad job performance.  Now, person B(green skin) may face a lawsuit, because person A was given this job based on the color of his/her skin color.  So now the employee will feel entitled to this job, when individuals are given special considerations over another person or group of individuals who can actually perform the task at hand, it creates an entitlement mentality.  So now, the “bourgeoisie” or the employer is unable to fire person A because of their terrible job performance.  Person B is forced to either continue to employee Person A who cannot perform the tasks that are needed, or find another position that Person A can handle, thus creating another problem that could bring about a lawsuit.  If Person B tells Person A that his skill set is not up to par with the standards of the business or the other employees, Person A will consider it to be a “colorist,” statement,  not a racist one, because we are all the same race, proven by procreation.  So now, enter groups like ACLU, NAACP, any group willing to rocket themselves to the center of a problem that was based on the very laws that were forced on the country in the first place, under the guise of “fairness” and “equality.”  How is it fair to employ someone based on the color of their skin and not merit?  What happens if they quit and try to get another job, and cannot, because they have no actual set of skills to perform at higher job levels?  This creates a perpetual problem that no one in this country is really addressing. When conservatives do try and address the underlying issue, Liberals throw the race card around, because they cannot defend their own policies that actually add to any racism in America.  When you constantly tell a certain group of individuals that they are entitled to something, base on how they look, they finally believe it.  Then the problem of racism continues and does not get better.  Which brings me to a few individuals who help perpetuate the problem of “fairness” and “equality.”

When we become a nation of men and not laws, we enter into situations as I just finished explaining.  President Obama, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, all call for “fairness” and “equality” on the basis of white versus color , rich versus poor, Liberal versus Conservative, and yet none of these arguments are based on merit.  If you have worked hard and earned a good living for yourself, based on merit and the free market system, then it was because of all those other people that you accomplished what you now have.  So now, you must pay more in return for your hard work, to benefit the collective.  If they really wanted equality, why cannot I have fifteen minutes of air time on Al Sharpton’s XM radio show?  Why cannot I not sit in the Oval Office?  The reason being, is, I am not qualified for those positions, not because of my skin color, but because I do not have the proper skills to fill those positions.  I have not worked hard and earned those positions based on the merit of my hard work.  When did those ideas get flushed down the drain?  Why has this culture of dependency and Liberalism taken over such a great nation.  Look at the differences between America now and fifty years ago.  The difference is more people worked hard for what they have.  Now a large portion of America works harder to get what they did not earn.  Why? Liberalism is a parasite on American Tradition, it is a culture of “emotion,” and “collectivism.”  No where in the Left Wing Parties ideals is it based on the merit of the individual.  They draw their ideas from the ten pillars of communism.  If they had any original thoughts, America would not be able to compare so much of their rhetoric to the fallen Soviet Union.

The past few months in this country have been ridiculous to watch.  So many leaders of the Black Community, on the left of course, are saying that asking an “individual” for their identification card to vote is racist.  Why would they say this?

One: It is about power and control over the minds of democratic voters, period.

Two: When Conservatives try to bring this topic up and ask for evidence to prove that this would actually suppress the vote of the black community.  They(leftists or Communists) just continue to throw out the race card and race bait.  They cannot and do not ever offer evidence on how it would actually suppress the vote of minorities.

Three: The left cannot win elections on merit or hard work, or even rational thought.  They have to use deceit and fraudulent tactics to win elections in today’s society. Even find a way to bring back the dead to vote for them.

Four: If there was a way for us to validate those who vote, liberals would not be able to use organizations like ACORN to bus voters around the country to different polling stations to vote multiple times to win elections for them.  At the end of the day, America has to make a choice.  If you apply common sense to anything the communists on the left say, it falls flat at your feet.  However, if you want to live off of other peoples dime and hard work, then the left is for you.  If you believe America is racist, oppressive, arrogant, greedy, the Progressive/Liberal/Marxist Party is for you.

On the other hand, IF you believe America was based on the merit of the individual, the content of someone’s character, and NOT the color of their skin. If you embrace economic freedom, liberty, private property rights, voting laws that make sense, true equal opportunity.  Then welcome to the world of Conservatism.
