The most telling comment in the piece is how Obama has talked about “going Bulworth” and just saying what he actually thinks. This is a reference to the Warren Beatty/Halle Berry film about a California senator who decides to tell everyone what he believes, no matter the consequences. The New York Post has taken it to mean Obama wants to come out and admit he’s a socialist, which the Bulworth character is. This could be true, but it also reveals a problem with our political system.

Politicians have a problem with being 100-percent honest. Big surprise, but a David Axelrod quote following the Bulworth revelation is even more telling. Axelrod told The Times, “But the reality is that while you want to be truthful, you want to be straightforward, you also want to be practical about whatever you’re saying.”

It’s not that politicians can’t tell the truth, it’s that they don’t think the public wants to know the truth.

The sad part is…they’re probably right.

More people would rather be told that things are “going to be okay,” instead of hearing the horrific reality of the situation.

The 2012 election is a perfect example of this. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan were vilified for discussing the nation’s $16-trillion in debt. Columnists like Paul Krugman claimed the nation’s debt isn’t an issue, while Obama told David Letterman “we don’t have to worry about it short term.” Letterman asked only one follow up but that shouldn’t be surprising. He’s not Jake Tapper.

When Romney spoke his mind in the “infamous” 47-percent quote, he was said to “not represent all Americans” and to have “written off half the nation.” Obama, again, told Letterman about how he wanted to represent the “entire country,” but didn’t talk the substance of Romney’s quote, why he may have said it or the context.

Guaranteed: more people saw Obama make those comments than any of Romney’s speeches on the debt.

However, it’s not just Romney who was vilified. Ron Paul was called a “dangerous man” for some of his positions. A look at the jokes the late night talk show hosts said about Paul, shows they saw him more as a “crazy uncle” and not a real candidate. Now, Paul is a horrible messenger from time to time (see his Chris Kyle tweet and his September 11^th comment) but he’s at least willing to speak his mind and tell the truth. Something refreshing in politics.

As much as people claim to want the truth, the reality is much different. The truth hurts and people prefer “flowers and sunshine” to reality. There’s a difference between pointing out problems and solutions, and just telling people it will be okay. This is why politicians use double-speak and seem distance. A majority of people don’t want reality.

There is a way for conservatives and libertarians to break through this. Outreach. Real outreach, not the failed attempt of Project ORCA by Romney’s team during 2012. Get out in the community and be with people. See what they experience. Explain to them how freedom and liberty is important and show them how it can make their lives better. Support what Deneen Borelli and Wayne Dupree are doing in the Black community and what “True the Vote” is trying to do with the Hispanic community. Talk to friends. Engage them.

And keep politicians accountable. It’s not always pragmatic to change one’s mind. Sometimes it’s simply political. Get them to explain why they do what they do. Get them to tell the truth.

It’s the only way to prove Axelrod and his ilk wrong.

And to make sure Bulworth isn’t “just” a movie but reality.

(Richmond, VA) – “The IRS Exempt Organizations unit has violated the sacred constitutional rights of some 75 Tea Party and Patriot groups that had applied for tax-exempt status between 2009 and 2012,” said Mark Daugherty, Chairman, Virginia Tea Party Patriots Federation. “The Tea Party rejects the apology by Lois Lerner, Director, Exempt Organizations, for her department’s confirmed discrimination and illegal treatment against groups that have the words ‘Tea Party’ or ‘Patriots’ in their name,” declared Mr. Daugherty.

The Constitutional violations include.

1. First Amendment: The rights of free speech. Viewpoint discrimination.

2. Fourth Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.

3. Fourteenth Amendment: Equal protection of the law.

Mark Daugherty said, “This egregious behavior requires a full top-to-bottom investigation by the Inspector General of the operations and practices of the IRS Exempt Organizations unit. “Furthermore, The IRS agents, supervisors, and senior executives should be held accountable for their illegal actions.”

The Virginia Tea Party Patriots Federation notes the abusive and overtly political behavior by the IRS during the Clinton administration when critics of President Clinton were subjected to tax audits.* “This cycle of IRS abuse and illegal behavior must be stopped,” said Mark Daugherty.

The Virginia Tea Party Patriots Federation thanks the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) for advocating on behalf of 27 tea party groups seeking tax-exempt status, including tea party groups in Virginia.

“Several Tea Party groups in northern Virginia were discouraged from seeking tax-exempt status due to the chilling effects of the enhanced investigations by the IRS,” said Mark Daugherty. “In addition, the Shenandoah Valley Tea Party Patriots spent 26 months working through the tortuous tax-exempt process, and spent 235 hours to compile a 10-pound report measuring seven inches thick, to comply with a second-round of IRS information requests.”

Ron Wilcox, lead organizer of the Northern Va Tea Party, said, “We were discouraged from applying for tax exempt status because we knew the IRS was targeting the tea party groups for ‘special examination’ and ‘enforcement’.”

“The tea party groups targeted should also be reimbursed for the extra time and expense forced upon them in attempting to comply with these illegal, threatening mandates handed down against them by the IRS,” states Mr. Daugherty.

The Virginia Tea Party Patriots Federation is a coalition of 46 independent Tea Party and patriot groups that stand for fiscal responsibility, constitutionally-limited government, and free market principles.

From the moment US Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice took to the airwaves to insist that the attacks that took the lives of a US Ambassador and three of his colleagues were, in fact, not a coordinated and planned terrorist assault of a US target of interest, but, rather, a “spontaneous” uprising turned violent, spurred by a third-rate video that literally no one had ever seen, the American people were being subjected to fact manipulation for political purposes. With an election coming up, a terrorist attack did not fit the Obama Campaign’s narrative that, “Osama bin Laden is dead and al Qaeda is on the run.” If the al Qaeda was on the run on September 11, 2012, it was running forward, bayonets fixed, with death in their eyes.

But re-writing history is nothing new to the Progressive Movement. During the time of Woodrow Wilson, Progressives perfected the art of propaganda to such an extent that many in the fascist  movements of Europe – Hitler, the hierarchy of the Nazi Party and even Italy’s Mussolini – took notice; impressed at the effectiveness and results achieved by Wilson’s Administration.

In Liberal Fascism, Jonah Goldberg writes:

“Under President Wilson, progressives perfected the art of government propaganda. Wilson appointed the journalist and former muckraker George Creel to head the Committee on Public Information (CPI), the first modern ministry for propaganda in the Western world. Thus empowered, Creel methodically assembled an army of nearly 100,000 ‘Four Minute Men,’ each trained by the CPI to deliver, at a moment’s notice, four-minute propaganda speeches at town meetings or any other public venues where they might be heard. In 1917–18 alone, these operatives delivered some 7.55 million speeches in 5,200 communities.

“In addition, the CPI produced – with taxpayer dollars – millions of posters, buttons, and pamphlets bearing pro-Wilson, Progressive messages. The CPI’s nearly 100 pamphlets were distributed to approximately 75 million people. ‘It was a fight for the minds of men, for the “conquest of their convictions,” and the battle line ran through every home in every country,’ Creel later recalled…

“The public-relations pioneer Edward Bernays learned the science of what he termed ‘the conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses’ during his time on Creel’s committee.”

To that end, it could be argued that Barack Obama’s entire life story is a product of decades of propaganda perfection. From Dreams From My Father to The Audacity of Hope, Mr. Obama’s entire life’s story has been very carefully crafted to present a myth rather than a man; a story rather than a life; an illusion instead of a person; an idea rather than reality. But I digress…

With UN Ambassador Rice’s advancement of the narrative that it was a protest over an inconsequential and poorly made film that served at the genesis for the murders of Ambassador Stevens and his colleagues, the spin of a propaganda machine meant to protect the Obama presidency began. CIA talking points used in a briefing to Obama Administration officials by the Director of National Intelligence were revised no less than two times in less than 24-hours – from 231 words that included references to jihadists and al Qaeda to 91 words that completely expunged all reference to radical Islamist participation, planning or premeditation.

And then the propaganda machine began to hum. From Ambassador Rice to White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to high-ranking officials at the Pentagon and CIA, to President Obama himself, the story – the talking points – were so succinctly crafted and choreographed that they could have been loaded into a teleprompter. Well-rehearsed and with authoritative style, each of these political operatives delivered the approved talking points text with conviction, insisting that they, too, were disgusted by the Islamophobic nature of the incendiary video. Mrs. Clinton even went so far as to look the father of slain former-Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods in the eye and say, “We will make sure the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.”

Of course, the light of the truth is shining on the facts of this story thanks to many in the new media, talk radio and FOX News, three information outlets routinely lambasted as “bias” and “right-wing” by the Progressive Movement’s many “useful idiots,” both in the mainstream media and the special interest community. And those facts, as they present, depict a much different reality – a much more truthful accounting – of the circumstances surrounding the slaughter in Benghazi. Ambassador Stevens and his colleagues were abandoned; left to fend for themselves and die in a foreign land so that an election could be won.

An equally disturbing truth, albeit not as lethal, is the fact that many serving in the highest elected offices in the United States; the highest offices in the Executive Branch as well as the Legislative Branch, left these people to die because of their political aspirations; so emboldened by their total commitment to a socio-political ideology, so cripplingly devoted to attaining the power that only winning elections can afford, that they blatantly and freely deceive the American people, even about lethal attacks on our diplomats; deadly attacks against our country.

Perhaps even more disturbing is the very real fact that many, if not all, of the people who voted for Mr. Obama in 2012 were led to incorporate the “Obama Campaign Islamophobic film narrative” into their decisions at the ballot box.

The facts being what they are, it cannot be denied that the decision to deceive the American people, the decision to flagrantly lie to the American people – and, in fact, the decision to abandon four Americans as they fought for their very lives – was a decision based on a political motive. The CIA talking points on the slaughter in Benghazi were purposely and grotesquely altered in an effort to deceive the voting public into believing the deadly events of September 11, 2012, were inconsequential to the 2012 Presidential Election; that everything that could have been done to save the lives of four Americans in the service of their country was done; that the hellfire that rained down on Ambassador Christopher Stevens, US Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, and former-Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods was the result of “common over-reactionary” violence associated with the hurt feelings of Islamofascists to which the Obama Administration had no recourse.

The decision to lie to the American people about the act of war that happened in Benghazi, Libya, on September 12, 2012, was made to mask the weak and conciliatory foreign policy of a president whose only real-life prerequisite experience for the highest office in the land was that of Chicago community organizer – not a constitutional scholar, not an exceptional legal mind, not a well-seasoned elected public servant, but a failed Chicago Progressive community organizer.

In the book, Fabian Freeway, Rose L. Martin explains the agenda mindset of the founders of the Fabian Socialist Movement, the very movement that would give birth to today’s Progressive Movement. Incidentally, among the founding members of this arrogant and totalitarian movement: George Bernard Shaw:

“From the outset, the nine young men and women who remained to found the Fabian Society had grandiose plans. Quite simply, they wanted to change the world through a species of propaganda termed ‘education,’ which would lead to political action. To a rather astonishing degree they have been successful…”

“Changing the world through a species of propaganda termed ‘education’.” Given the fact that the same people who lied to the American people about the slaughter in Benghazi are the very people in control of our public education system, I would have to say I have never read more chilling words.

When the people we elect to public office are caught lying there should be consequences; a price paid for the cost of the deception. Keeping in mind that the four Americans who died in the slaughter of Benghazi – whose last moments on this earth must have been hopelessly tormenting – have already paid the ultimate price in the service of their country, it is fair to say that, so far, the only price Mr. Obama has been made to pay for his deadly political opportunism is to be re-elected to the Presidency on the wings of a lie.

I’m sure he’ll lose sleep over it.

On May 25, 1787 the Constitutional Convention opened.  One hundred sixteen days later, on September 17, 1787 they concluded their official work.  All but one of the thirteen states (excluding Rhode Island) participated in the convention.  Those twelve States gave unanimous order the Constitution should be submitted for ratification.

Among the forty-two specific delegates that participated in the convention thirty-eight voted in favor.  The principle concern of the remaining four was that proposed constitution did not contain a bill of rights articulating the rights of the people and the states over the authority of the national central government.

Yet, even in the Federalist victory for the Constitution they gave promise that such a bill of rights would be championed by the Congress as amendments to the Constitution.

Two hundred seventy-eight days later the Constitution was ratified.  Then on March 4, 1789 Congress convened in New York City for the first time. Just ninety-seven days later, even before the Supreme Court was officially established, James Madison, true to the promise given, introduced The Bill of Rights to Congress to be acted upon.

It is really quite amazing what we witness in the United States of America today.

The rights articulated in those first ten amendments to the Constitution, under the honor of those men given authority and trust of the people, are tossed aside by our current crop of congressional members.

The first amendment set the people apart from the dictates of the federal government over the free exercise of consciences.  Yet, the rights of religion, speech, assembly, and opposition to government tyranny are assailed routinely by operatives of that government.

The second amendment guaranteed the uninfringed right of the people to keep and bear arms distinctly for the purpose of preserving the strength of states against the dominance of the national government.  Yet, on every hand federally elected officials seek to superimpose their desires over the rights of the people.

The third and fourth amendments assure protection of the people against the quartering of soldiers in their homes, and against unreasonable search and seizure.  Yet, police forces with arms and fire power of a standing army may now routinely enter homes at gunpoint.  The president advocates for the power to impose upon every American via the modern technology of drone warfare.  Departments of the government may intrude private home and confiscate children.  Is it truly beyond imagination that such people will not soon advocate for armed incursion of the military into private homes?

The Fifth Amendment protects every citizen against double jeopardy and against the taking of private property.  Yet, we see routinely how the government hounds citizens.  Numerous examples exist of government trying a person for a specific crime, and upon failure to establish guilt go about finding an alternate charge to try them…only demand a retaliatory sentencing for guilt.  In my own city a man is hounded endlessly by a federal agency.  His goods and property have been confiscated without trial.  In like manner his extended family’s good have also been stolen by the government…again without trial or conviction.

The sixth and seventh amendments were meant to protect the citizenry against an executive government exercising undue length of trials and avoidance of the judicial government to punish a presumed perpetrator.  Yet, the revenue arms of the federal government taunt citizens literally for over a decade for crimes which they cannot generate evidence for against a citizen.  Further, because of the arrogance of the courts the eighth amendment, protecting the people against a zealous government intent on setting an appearance of justice, impose indiscriminant sentences.

Corresponding with the first eight amendments the ninth reiterates for emphasis that it is the rights of the government that are restricted, not the rights of the people.  Yet, routinely, elected federal officials purport to have authority over the rights people in all matters.

Finally, in the tenth amendment, simply to slam the point home with an exclamation mark the federal government is told in no uncertain terms that ALL the power given to the federal has been stated, and if it has not been stated it does not exist with them.  Yet, the federal government wields a whip of revenue over the heads of the various states coercing compliance.

It is really quite amazing what we witness in the United States of America today.  We have been turned upside-down and inside-out like a carnival contortionist.

If Madison, Adams, Jefferson, Washington and the delegates to the Constitutional Convention were alive today they would be standing in awe at the failure that modern America has made of the nation they created at such great a cost.

What really surprised me was to hear Bill Maher agree with me.  To me, Bill Maher has always been a left-wing pompous jerk, with no semblance of reality apparent in anything he had to say.  When I saw this video clip I was astonished to say the least.  Bill Maher saying the same things I have been saying???  Maher must have lost his marbles or my ears were playing tricks on me!!!  But as I watched the clip I began to see something in him that changed my perspective.

I saw Maher stick to his guns when he got pushback, undeniably on shaky ground but pushback none the less, from those trying to dismiss his premise.  I was also surprised that Maher actually got some support from a member of the panel.  The lady, Anna Smith, was right there with him and rightly pointed out that much of this has been happening for a long time, although on a smaller scale, such as the “stop and frisk” she mentioned.  Not being from New York, I was not aware that this was a common practice.  It is wrong and should be stopped.

What didn’t surprise me was Robert Traynham from MSNBC supporting the police state.  Obama is at the top of the police state command and gets the support of an MSNBC liberal, no surprise there.  As a side note, I wonder if Traynham would be so supportive if George W. Bush was in charge right now and a brown-skinned Muslim was the target of this manhunt.  Maher, also a liberal through and through, was adamant about his point and showed pictures and a video of the state of a militarized police force that is not designed to write a traffic ticket.

This makes me wonder about Maher.  With his stand on this police state issue he brings a rationale that is normally missing from his “I hate everything about America” shtick.  The one thing I have learned over the years is that liberals, the true “died in the wool” liberals, have a utopian view of the world in general and in America in particular.  Maher appears to be one of these.  I have never thought of him as even remotely patriotic, or even a true American, but this gives me a different perspective on him.

The true liberal looks to an idealistic utopia that is impossible to obtain, but they have that goal and believe down deep in their hearts that it can be accomplished.  All that is needed is the right group of people to make it happen.  It seems Maher is one of those utopian true believers.  From this video I believe he really thinks his view of America can become a reality.  It can’t ever work because mankind is terribly flawed and those like Obama are beyond flawed, flawed to the point of being downright evil.  I believe Maher originally saw Obama as the person that could pull off the utopia he envisioned but is now seeing what Obama’s agenda entails, and it frightens him. He said this is “very troubling” to him.  It is beyond troubling to me but I get his point.

Many people make the mistake of looking at Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, Napolitano, Holder, and their ilk as liberals.  They aren’t liberals, they are Marxists, and in Obama’s case a Muslim Marxist.  They aren’t looking for some kind of utopia where everyone benefits equally and contributes equally.  They are looking to establish a Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia style dictatorship with them in charge and everyone else bowing to them.  I believe this is the reality that Maher has finally seen for what it is.  I saw and heard disappointment and shock in Maher’s expression and voice.  He seems to have come to a realization that what he thought Obama would do isn’t what Obama is doing.

Maher made the same case I have been making, but didn’t get the same kind of backlash I have received, at least not yet.  He made point after point about the actions of the police and stayed the course when others tried to intimidate him into accepting the necessity of what they did in Boston.  I heard liberals defending a police state atmosphere and telling Maher that the police state tactic is for our own good.  Hearing liberals defend a dictatorship astounds me and Maher rightly rejected their premise outright.

He rightly pointed out the case of the gunfire aimed at the boat Tsarnaev was hiding in.  He commented that they wanted him alive yet fired a sustained volley of bullets in their zeal to “take this kid alive” so they could question him.  If they wanted him alive why did they fire so many shots, and how did they manage to miss him with that many shots fired?  Trigger happy cops seem to be the normal thing these days.  I have written about that also, pointing out the number of innocent civilians who have been killed by the police without just cause, with the explanation of “oh, it was a mistake”.  That isn’t very comforting that I could be killed “by mistake” and those who kill me go right on out to do it again without any concerns about their actions.  Maher also pointed out that Tsanraev was given his Miranda rights way too early, thereby losing valuable information that could lead to the arrest of co-conspirators.

He agreed Miranda rights should be given but the law says 48 hours and the Obama regime jumped right in to make sure no information would be forthcoming.  Maher found this to be irresponsible and dangerous.  Again, Bill and Bob are on the same page.

I found myself watching this clip and seeing myself sitting in Bill Maher’s chair, saying the exact same words and making the exact same case.  As scary as that is, I find it refreshing at the same time.  Maher is ultra-liberal and I am ultra-conservative.  I have always seen he and I as polar opposites politically yet we see this situation from exactly the same perspective.  That is frightening yet encouraging on a level that goes far beyond liberal/conservative ideology.  When two people as diametrically opposite as Maher and myself agree totally something is terribly wrong, or something is very right, in our nation.

If someone would have told me a week ago that I would be in agreement with Bill Maher I would have told them, “when that happens you will know Hell has frozen over”.  Well, I guess it must be cold in Hell today because I find myself standing side-by-side with Bill Maher on this Boston bombing situation.  As frightening as that is it gives me hope that America just might survive.  When two people like Maher and myself see what is happening and come to the exact same conclusion I know that I am not as far out in “tin foil hat” country as some would like to convince me I am.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility give to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

Tolerance is not a wonderful thing; it’s the ultimate “F” bomb forcing Americans to assimilate to multiculturalism (Cultural Marxism), and that ideology is dangerous.

Tolerance toward everyone and every foreign culture within any country’s borders has long gotten people, armies, and countries slaughtered by brutal enemies. But that is the grand scheme behind “tolerance.”

It’s one thing to for foreign cultures to come to America and become American, but it’s a threat when those cultures demand America assimilate to them.

Today tolerance is permitting two threats to takeover America: Islam’s culture and violence and illegal and legal immigration from third world countries demanding America assimilate to those cultures.

First the Ted Kennedy 1965 Immigration Act opened the amnesty floodgates for “an extension of civil rights sentiments beyond our borders,” and America has been losing its culture to many cultures that hate us ever since. Kennedy’s Immigration Act refused the continuing admittance of white Europeans to America. There was no tolerance for Irish, English, Scots, and Germans, and only a small number of Visas were extended to Italians and some Eastern European countries. Why? Progressive leftist intolerance demands Americans accept illegal and legal immigration from non-white third world countries, while apologizing for white America’s prosperity (despite America having prosperity in all races) uneducated and unskilled third world countries are forbidden to experience.

America ought to express regret to those foreigners who hate the United States, but adore our food stamp and welfare programs. After all, Americans are obliged to“tolerate” and assimilate to those taking over with foreign cultures!

Yet the so-called tolerant Left forbids non-white third world countries from rising up and prospering their own lands. The excuse; those people would lose their culture. Never mind the fact those people are starving to death in their natural resources lands they should be allowed to build wealthy from. The Left wants those cultures to come to America and takeover America’s despicable white culture with resentment toward Americans. And Americans better tolerate this conquering with a repentant smile.

And whatever we filthy Americans do, apologize to illegal aliens—a word now banned by the Associated Press, because “illegal” is considered a “negative connotation.”  Never mind the negative connotation of foreign cultures demanding America surrender to them.

Next: The “T” word has run further toward America’s ruination since 9/11. Now Americans are expected to apologize to Islam for its violent world-wide mass slaughter. America should apologize to the world for existing while Islamic enemies slaughter Americans.

Who cares that Islam and other foreign cultures are  taking over and destroying America, and who cares if they have no tolerance for America and Americans,  non-Muslim Americans must request forgiveness from Islamists even as Islamists slaughter us.  

By-the-way, it’s not a negative connotation to say you despise Jews—after all, don’t you think “they” own too many banks—, Israel—can’t “they” find another place to settle their 5000 year-old land—, Christians—look how they’ve taken over the world by beheading everyone into submission!  And whites; look how they extinguished every, single African and indigenous tribe on earth.

Yes, tolerance! It is of utmost importance when it comes to demeaning and destroying America. 

This so-called broad-mindedness, which tells Americans we must be charitable toward all, is a progressive code phrase set up to destroy liberty. Tolerance demands Americans lock-step to, and follow, everything and everyone, while hating white Christian, conservative Americans and America’s imperialistic founding— that intolerable Constitution that upholds Natures Laws, i.e. individual freedom and liberty to all.

What is intolerable is many Americans accept this hatred. Those who detest America will never “tolerate” Americans, so why are we “tolerating” them? Because politically correct government leaders and the anti-American Left demand Americans endure the destruction of our nation, culture, language, and people. It is after all the best way to apologize for America’s existence.

As author Bruce Bawer noted in City Journal:  

Call it a cultural surrender. The House of War is slowly—or not so slowly, in Europe’s case—being absorbed into the House of Submission.

The Left does not want America to last, that’s why it adores illegal and legal immigration from third world countries and terror states. The Left wants angry unskilled, uneducated people invading America and living off the welfare state.

Leftists want jihadists bombing American cities and Americans submitting to the enemy. That is because the “House of Submission” Bawer refers to lacks tolerance for the 19^th and early 20^th century immigration: Immigrate to America because it offers opportunity to become wealthy—something Europe forbade unless one belonged to the aristocracy. Wealth opportunity is not tolerated by progressives. Old immigration helped build America; it rejected terrorists and anarchists and promoted prosperity, something “tolerance” is determined to undermine.

Early 20^th century immigrants may have been poor and many lived in overcrowded cities, but work opportunity, earning and saving money, meant rising out of poverty. Those immigrants assimilated to America’s culture because they wanted to be American. Tolerance instructs today’s immigrants that America is a nation of racists and Americans should assimilate to foreign cultures living here.

Tolerance says Americans are“totalitarian in nature,” so make all believe we are a “nation of immigrants.”

The “Tolerance” pro-amnesty phrase—“America is a nation of immigrants”—has further brainwashed Americans into believing we are Al Gore’s “out of one, many,” and not “E Pluribus Unum,” “Out of Many, One.”

If America is a nation of immigrants, then there are no American-born or nationalized Americans.

If America’s current population is 307 million people and 50 million are legal and illegal, and of that, 12 million illegal, then only 13% of the U.S. population are naturalized citizens and 16% illegal.  That means America is a nation of majority American citizens born or naturalized. Thus we are not a nation of immigrants, but Americans.

How intolerant!

Notice it’s perfectly acceptable for illegal immigrants from Mexico, South America, and other third world countries to take “Medicaid ($2.5 billion); treatment for the uninsured ($2.2 billion); food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches ($1.9 billion); the federal prison and court systems ($1.6 billion); and federal aid to schools ($1.4 billion) from American taxpayers, after all, America is too white, too rich, and has no right offering opportunity to anyone who wants to work their way legally and honestly toward their dream!

If most third world immigrants are unskilled, it’s America’s fault. We offer too much work opportunity!

If Islam creates terror, it’s simply lashing out at that fact America offers Islamic terrorists too many prospects for Ivy League educations.

How intolerant!

This is the Left: They despise everything America stands for: The Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration, law-abiding immigration to become American, freedom, liberty, free speech that says you can’t say “illegal alien” to describe people illegally entering and living inside U.S. borders. And forget religious freedom that allows Christians to say the name Jesus and own Bibles when Korans should be the only holy book allowed in America.

The only time the Left tolerates the Bill of Rights and Constitution is for itself—to spread its progressive propaganda created to destroy the Constitution, Bill of Rights and America.

“Tolerance” is giving America the finger with a big “F” you. It is getting America attacked and people slaughtered in the name of multiculturalism. 

Those who hate America will never tolerate Americans or this nation as it was founded, so why are we tolerating those who hate America and want to destroy her?

President Obama made a very interesting decision on Wednesday by not only appealing to people’s emotions, but also openly demonizing and mocking the NRA and the U.S. Senate for not passing the Manchin-Toomey plan. It is several tactics defined by Saul Alinsky in “Rules For Radicals.”

The first is openly ridiculing the NRA, gun owners and the Republicans (and Democrats) who voted against the measure. By saying, “… instead of supporting this compromise, the gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill…but that didn’t matter. And unfortunately, this pattern of spreading untruths about this legislation served a purpose, because those lies upset an intense minority of gun owners, and that in turn intimidated a lot of senators (emphasis mine).”

Obama is trying to put the NRA, the GOP and gun owners into a box. It’s an attempt to make them ‘the bad guy,’ and out of the mainstream. He does this again with the, “90 percent of Americans want background checks.”

This doesn’t tell the entire truth. There are several Quinnipiac polls showing 90 percent surveyed want background checks, but the question is too simple. The survey doesn’t say who should be doing the checks, whether it was national, state or local. It simply asks whether background checks should be done. This is an important distinction supporters of gun control bills aren’t discussing.

However, gun rights advocates haven’t explained this. They are instead going on the defensive, which is what Obama hoped. The NRA is only using the “background checks will do nothing to stop crime,”strategy and raising fears about a national gun registry. These are valid concerns, but won’t work long-term because people will get tired of hearing it. As Alinsky says, “A tactic that drags on too long, becomes a drag.”

It’s also helping Obama marginalize them even further. The President can now use another Alinsky rule of, “pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Obama can now bring out legitimately hurting families, like those in Newtown and Aurora, to have them push gun control. This tactic puts a face on those who have suffered in horrific tragedies. It makes it easier for the President to point at the NRA and say, “these people are keeping children from being safe.”

However, there are ways to use the personalization for gun rights. The best way to do this is bring out the Lone Star College student, who said on live TV, he wished he could have been armed when someone stabbed 14 people. Or have 15-year-old Sarah Merkle talk about gun rights. Or Mark Mattioli who lost his young son at Sandy Hook discuss why new gun laws won’t work. These can be effective push backs against Obama.

Obama isn’t going to back off on the push for gun control. While his original attack may have gotten an alternative he was looking for in the Toomey-Manchin plan, that thankfully failed. He, along with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, are going to come up with new plans.

The NRA and gun rights supporters need to come up with their own plan, using new tactics, to beat it off. Encouraging people to the ballot box is one thing. TV and radio spots work as well. However, it’s important for gun rights supporters to remember to use Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites to get the word out.

It’s not over, and while Obama is president, the fight for gun rights may never end.

Leaders of TEA Party Organizations,

I have seen the different groups in the TEA Party family all working independently, or so it seems to me, on projects that are all very important.  I know that one of the draws of the TEA Party is independence but the time has come that all of you must unite to fight the common enemy, an out of control government.  Both political parties are unresponsive to the citizens and only getting worse.  There are good conservatives in Congress but they are being beaten down one at a time by a machine that destroys anyone who refuses to bow to the “party loyalty first” crowd and their behind-the-scenes handlers.

The Republican Party “leadership” is in league with the most radical Democrats who have ever been in power.  We are on the verge of losing our freedom because we continue to support those who have turned their backs on us time and again.  Republicans have lied to us so many times I have lost track of the number.  They have “investigated” time and gain yet have given us nothing but hand-wringing and excuses for the evil deeds of politicians of both parties.  It is time to take drastic measures.

There are good men and women in Congress fighting for We the People but they need us behind them in a united front.  TEA Party minded people make up much of the party but the Republican Party establishment is moving more towards pandering mode and ignoring us.

After the 2010 mid-term elections John Boehner, who sat in the Speaker’s chair because of us, said the TEA Party played a very minor role in the record setting landslide elections at the federal, state, and local levels.  After the “moderate candidate” disaster in 2012 the same John Boehner blamed the TEA Party for the losses.  John McCain and Lindsey Graham, among others, continually attack those who speak for us, and the McConnell/Boehner “quick, run up the white flag we will fight another day” way of doing things is unacceptable yet we accept it.  We are the enemy to them, not their allies.  They use us like Democrats use the welfare state.  We can do better.

I wrote a blog article that I hope the leadership of all of these different organizations will read.  Conservative America has the numbers in population to make a wholesale change.  All we need is leadership; people who will set their egos aside and lead us to where our founders intended us to be, using the system they designed.  As I wrote, you have the people with you.  We have in the past and continue to show we are here.  There are prominent conservatives in the media, the political realm, and Hollywood who have immense fortunes that could help fund a political party, and there are many good, conservative legislators to govern.

Many wealthy founding fathers died penniless but they had forged the greatest nation ever established. We don’t have to begin from scratch to build a nation; all we have to do is once again live by their design.  How much better could we honor those who have died to establish and preserve this Republic?

We the People are ready, we are willing, and we are able.  All we need is for those of you organizing things, and those with the financial means to finance it, to get together and forge the type of future envisioned by our founders so many years ago.  It can be done and you can do it, with the support of the 67% of We the People who call themselves TEA Party folks.

I mentioned this in passing to Steve Eichler of TEA Party.Org .  His response was “a TEA Party Congress? Interesting”.  I like the sound of a TEA Party Congress.  It represents the vision and the work of our founders.  We have allowed our nation to come under the control of despots who see themselves as ruling rather than governing.  The only way to change it is to garner the support of the 67% who identify with the TEA Party and focus it on an Independent party.

The demographics say that 40% of people identify as Republicans, 40% as Democrats, and 20% as Independents.  Even with my lowly high school education I can figure out that no two of the groups can make up 67%.  That means TEA Party people must come from all three demographic groups.  I know that there are enough disaffected Democrat voters to give us the support we need to stop the tyranny being foisted upon us by both political parties.

Divided we are a minority in both parties but united we can overcome both parties and stop the evil despotism that is destroying the very fabric of our nation.  We the People need your help to accomplish this goal.  Without leadership there is no hope for liberty to survive.  With leadership we can once again make the United States of America the greatest nation on earth.

God granted us a great nation that has fallen away from his way; and with that falling away has come decline, despair, and tyranny.  Together we can bring our nation back to the principles of God that are the basis of our past success as a nation. I don’t speak of a theological nation but rather a restoration of the values established by the founders.  The question is; Can you do it?  Will you do it?  Can all of you, will all off you,  join forces to defeat the tyranny that is tearing our nation apart and destroying the futures of our children and grandchildren?

I am with you, and you will find the majority of We the People will follow you if you will unite and truly lead as our founders led.  Duty, Honor, Country, “with a firm reliance on Divine Providence” is the answer to our national and personal woes.  I pledge to you my support, my loyalty to your cause as long as it is the cause of constitutional liberty, my sacred honor, and my life.  I have no fortune to pledge but I pledge what I can offer if you will accept the mantle of leadership and work to restore the nation so many have died to establish and preserve.

My wife and I recently sent separate e-mails to Sen. Tom Coburn asking him to join Rand Paul’s filibuster of Harry Reid’s latest gun control scheme.  We sent messages on the same day, she from her office and me from our home.  Neither of us knew about the other until that evening when we sat down for dinner and discussed the day’s events.  The responses we received were a day apart, hers on April 9th and mine on April 10^th.

I don’t know why we were surprised when we compared the responses but we were.  We both received the form letter some aide undoubtedly wrote to make it sound like Sen. Coburn actually believes in the 2^nd Amendment and the rights of We the People.  I have included the response I received and have my wife’s available if anyone desires to contest that they are the same.  I also know of two other people who received the same letter.

Letter from Sen. Tom Coburn in response to a request that he join the filibuster started by Sen. Rand Paul:

Dear Mr. Russell,

Thank you for taking the time to write me to express your opinion and concerns about the various gun control proposals. I am encouraged so many Oklahomans are making their voices heard. I have received an overwhelming number of letters, and in order to respond in a timely manner, I am writing a response that encompasses my entire position. If you have additional questions or concerns, please write me again.

  I want to be clear: I remain committed to defending and protecting our Constitution; namely the Second Amendment.  I have long protected the rights of law-abiding citizens to own guns. I am opposed to a ban on assault rifles and I oppose limiting magazines. I will not vote for any bill that limits the gun rights of law abiding citizens.  While I support a debate in the Senate on gun related issues—including reaffirming these rights and forcing gun-control advocates to have their votes on record and be held accountable for their votes—I will not only support, but lead a filibuster to prevent the passage of any bill that limits the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.  

The news reports are correct that I have been involved in discussions to write legislation improving the existing background checks to enable private citizens to check a database and ensure the person they seek to sell their gun to is legally allowed to own a firearm.  I believe it is good public policy to make sure that those who are mentally-ill or a felon (both are already prohibited from owning a gun), do not have access to a weapon.  However, I oppose record keeping and will not agree to legislation that expands record keeping to private sales.

The concern I am hearing over and over is not just about people maintaining their right to own firearms—it is a concern about how to preserve liberty.  When our Constitution was adopted, we had just won a war fought largely by Minute Men and localized, or unofficial, militias (Sons of Liberty, etc).  The first shots fired at Concord were, in part, to preserve a local supply of firearms that the British sought to confiscate.  Our founders believed very strongly that the individual right to bear arms would preserve the independence and freedom won in 1781, just as they had enabled our founders to win the revolutionary war.  They feared tyranny and centralized power—which is why our Constitution was established.  In addition to the checks created by balancing power between a legislature and executive—and checked by a judiciary—the Bill of Rights sought to limit the federal government and clearly stated that those powers not enumerated in the Constitution and delegated to the federal government would remain with the states and the people (the 9th and 10th Amendments). 

Yet, our federal government regularly legislates on matters that belong to the states and the people.  Our freedoms are being gradually encroached and choked by ever-increasing regulations, laws, agencies, and overspending.  This concerns me greatly and I fight daily to rein in the size, scope and spending of our federal government.  I believe the greatest threat to our Republic is apathy as our overindulgent federal government, through indebtedness, spends the money of future generations.  James Madison, the architect of our Constitution, said something similar in 1788 in a speech in Virginia when he said, “Since the general civilization of mankind, I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.”

I am aware of this and I work to push back on all attacks to our Constitution, including those to our Second Amendment. Congress must be careful not to legislate in a way that makes criminals out of law-abiding, gun-owning citizens.

Thank you for being involved and allowing me these last eight years to fight to protect our Constitution.  I daily think about the sacrifices of past generations and I am grateful.  In these last four years, as I finish out my second term, I remain committed to protecting your Second Amendment rights and working to limit our federal government and reduce federal spending.

That isn’t a response, it’s a press release.  And just what is there to debate about the 2^nd Amendment?  I thought it was quite obvious what the founders intended.  They intended for citizens to have the means to defend themselves, first and foremost, against a tyrannical government.  This mental health scam is just a way of abolishing the right to own firearms, thereby rendering We the People defenseless against a dictatorship.  Keep guns out of the hands of criminals???  How did prohibition work out, Senator??  How is Chicago working out???  Try enforcing the laws on the books now before passing more.  See how that works out.  But your answer is to surrender here and fight  ”next time”.  What “next time”???? Which “next time”?  When????????

I have always supported Sen. Coburn because I thought he was a true American patriot who cared deeply about his country and the God-given rights listed in the Constitution.  Coburn just voted to allow a simple majority of Democrats to gut the 2^nd Amendment, and nullify the 4^th and 5^th Amendments; and is telling constituents he supports our right to possess firearms.

This is double-talk if I ever saw double-talk!! And who decides who is mentally ill or not, Diane Feinstein???  Was I wrong all these years or has Coburn just decided that my liberty isn’t worth his effort since he is retiring from Congress at the end of this term?  Frankly, I don’t know what to think about him!!  Gun control, Amnesty, where does Coburn really stand up for America??

It is very apparent that Sen. Coburn, along with the bulk of the Republican Party and every member of the Democrat Party, has betrayed We the People.  They have also betrayed the oath of office they swore, to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America”.  That oath apparently is no longer valid in their minds.  They twist its meaning to justify their treachery as they have assumed the mantle of dictators with the power of life and death over the citizens they consider to be no more than subjects.  You know, kind of like King George!!!

Members of both political parties have gone beyond violating their oaths of office and have reached the point of treason.  It is painfully obvious they have no intention of governing, taking the position that their esteemed positions give them the “right”  to rule over We the People as if we are cattle to be herded at their whim.  When I see the outright arrogance and corruption that pervades government, both political parties and at all levels, it is impossible to come to the conclusion that liberty as established by our founding fathers is the driving force of politicians.  Power, prestige in the media, and personal wealth is all they seek.  The Constitution and the rights of citizens get in the way of their goal of total control of the nation.

Members of both political parties run to the microphones and cameras of their media lapdogs to proclaim their dedication to freedom while doing everything they can to destroy that freedom.  And the lapdog media, desiring favor from those same ruling politicians, report what they are told to report, and spin as they are told to spin.

This isn’t a Democrat vs. Republican power play; it is a political ruling class vs. We the People power play and We the People are losing.  DHS is arming itself to the teeth with billions of rounds of hollow point ammunition, the kind that cannot be used in war; thousands of full automatic rifles, the true “assault rifle”; thousands of armored vehicles called MRAP’s, the mine-proof type used in war by our military; and DHS agents run practice operations with local law enforcement, using machine gun firing helicopters over our cities.  What is all this armament of a “domestic security force” to be used for???  Care to take a guess????  Maybe they are going to start rounding up all the illegal aliens!!!!!!

Sen. Diane Feinstein tells us that ALL veterans are mentally ill, dangerously unstable, and should be banned from owning firearms.  In New York and California local law enforcement is already confiscating guns from those they see as a threat to their dictatorship.  How about that one Sen. Coburn???  Some states are racing to see who can pass the stiffest gun control legislation.  Never mind the 2^nd , 4^th, and 5th Amendments!!!!  They have DHS to back them up.

The Veteran’s Administration is now used as a conduit for imprisoning men and women who served their country honorably and now only desire to have the medical treatment promised to them for their service.  They have put their lives in danger for the freedom of others, protecting the very scumbag politicians that now seek to have them committed to asylums without due process; and to confiscate their guns without any reason other than politicians see them as a threat to their tyranny.

Is this the vision of America seen by our founding fathers; that veterans are now a threat to the very liberty the founders fought and died for?   Are veterans a threat to society because they shared that vision and were willing to risk their lives to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America”?  Is this how the experiment in freedom is to end?

And what of those who berate me and call me a “paranoid fear monger” because I see what is happening and call attention to tyranny?  “It can’t happen here”???? It is happening here, right now, and politicians in both political parties no longer hide behind fancy words and deception.  They come right out and state their intentions to disarm the entire populace, except for the criminals, of course.  New York governor Andrew Cuomo recently pronounced that “you don’t need 10 rounds to kill a deah”!!  Hey there Andy, the 2^nd Amendment isn’t about killing a “deah”, it is about keeping people like you in your place.  It is about protecting We the People from tyranny, from Nazi or Soviet style dictatorships that enslave and murder their people.  Politicians are supposed to be “public servants”, not rulers, but look where we are today.

I hope I live long enough to see these politicians and their bureaucrat minions, charged, arrested, tried, convicted, and imprisoned for treason.  If We the People lose the war we are in right now it will be generations, if ever, before liberty will be restored.  Not one step backwards, Senator!!!

 John McCain doesn’t understand filibustering gun control???  I am astonished at the statement, and at the same time, not the least little bit surprised by it.  He really means what he says; he is oblivious, and totally flabbergasted.  HE DOESN’T GET IT!!!!

He took an oath as an officer in the United States Navy to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, and reaffirmed that oath as a member of Congress.  He violates the oath of office he swore before God and the American people every day.

McCain is so hung up on the pomp and circumstance of the “debate society” known as the Senate he can’t see the Constitution.  He is the consummate stuffed shirt “Duke of…” that I remember from the “swashbuckler” movies of my childhood and teens years.  The government hierarchy we have now, Democrat and Republican, is just like a monarchy of old Europe.

We are not being governed by people who respect, or even have knowledge of, our founding document.  We are being ruled by arrogant, pompous windbags who see themselves as set above We the People.  They will do what they decide is best for us, regardless of what we want, or what the Constitution says.  We are too stupid to understand liberty so they must rule our every move and have us pay them handsomely to do it.  Oh, and bow to the “Senator” or “Congressman” titles they carry for life!!!  They get treated like royalty by the media and they act like royalty.

The Robin Hood analogy fits with what is happening in America.  Prince John is a mirror of our government of today.  As a matter of fact, Prince John was the government of England at the time.  Really big business, the “too big to fail” branch of business, and government are the Prince John and Sheriff of Nottingham of our day.  John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and their ilk are part of the “king’s court” of Prince John.  They all work together to insure they get their share of the good life in the king’s court.  They are well-compensated and live a life of luxury, during and after their terms of office.

The IRS is the tax collector that Robin Hood took money from.  DHS is the enforcement arm of Prince John, his army.  DHS appears to be ramping up for something; buying full automatic rifles and semi-automatic pistols by the thousands, ammunition in the billions of rounds, and MRAP armored personnel carriers in the thousands.  They are teaming up with local law enforcement to run drills in city streets; practicing  locking down cities, “for our own protection”.  Martial law, anyone???  Why would they be arming an internal military force “equal to or better than” the United States military?  They aren’t likely to be rounding up illegal aliens any time in the near or distant future.  Who is the internal enemy they seek to overcome with this vast firepower?

We all know that McCain is going to insure that no illegal aliens will be inconvenienced by immigration laws.  He wants to wage war all over the world but refuses to secure the borders of our nation.  And while spending his time worrying  about the plight of people who are here illegally, McCain graciously finds enough time and energy to see to it that those of us who are here legally have no way of defending ourselves against any foe, foreign or domestic.  And he just can’t understand how anyone can object!!!!  Hey, “Senator”, what does the Constitution say in the 18 enumerated duties of the federal government?  Is McCain a traitor or just a senile old fool who needs to go home?

McCain may be a war hero (argument starts right about here) but history tells us that Benedict Arnold was one of the most outstanding officers of the Revolutionary War.  Arnold is remembered as a traitor, but before he betrayed a fledgling nation he too was a war hero.  McCain and those like him see We the People as mere peasants.  The royal attitude of elected politicians and their bureaucrat enforcers is a symptom of our destruction as a nation.

They are all doing this to us and any peasant with the temerity to object will be disarmed, and kept under observation should they survive the disarming.  The arrogance of the federal government, and many state and local governments, is appalling.  Criminals don’t follow the registration and background check laws we have now, so passing more laws won’t solve that problem.  Chicago was just announced as the worst city in the nation for the prosecution of firearms law violations.  They don’t prosecute the laws they have available today so let’s just have them pass some more they won’t enforce!!!!

Republicans, including “Senator” McCain, are on the verge of further restricting the rights of the law abiding citizen to own firearms, something that will do absolutely nothing to make We the People any safer.  It could, however, make it much easier for enemies, both foreign and domestic (DHS, maybe??), to impose their will on We the People if they should have the inkling.

McCain and those like him in government are a disease that is killing a nation and its people.  They have become so entrenched in their opulence they seem to see themselves as royalty.  As the “royals” increase their own opulence and hunger for power the liberty of the peasants disappears.  As personal freedoms go down the drain so does the nation.

Government produces nothing and is designed to merely be an office of We the People, not a ruling junta. McCain’s confusion about the duties of the federal government and the rights of the citizens is a danger to all of us.  He either doesn’t know what the Constitution says or doesn’t care.  Either way he has no business being in an elected office.  Hmmm, that can be said for nearly every member of Congress and virtually all of their bureaucrat minions!!!

People who have experienced gun control beg us to not go there but we are heading there anyway, or at least the government and many citizens are going there.  I’m not going there, I WILL NOT COMPLY!!!

We are on a course that destroyed the liberties, and lives, of millions of people in many countries throughout the 20^th Century.  If we don’t reverse course and turn our nation back to the Constitution we will soon follow the path that Mr. Martinez describes in this video.  Our founders must be spinning in their graves over what is happening to the nation they sacrificed so much to establish.

 Since Barack Obama has said he is going to send federal agents into Oklahoma and other states to enforce Obamacare, what is there to make me believe he won’t send federal agents in to enforce his gun registration/confiscation scheme?  If he “dictates” an executive order that I have to turn in or register any weapons and I refuse, who is going to enforce that dictate?  If Congress decrees that I cannot own particular types of weapons or magazines and I refuse to comply, who is going to enforce it?

Do I have to worry about the government kicking in my door because I exercise my rights as written in the Constitution?  Will I wake up in the middle of the night and find masked men in military garb at my door with automatic weapons, face masks, body armor head to toe, and an armored personnel carrier; all there with the intent to arrest me for violating a law that is clearly unConstitutional?

Some say I am paranoid, a fear monger, and a “radical right wing extremist”, for asking these questions.  I’m none of those things.  I am a patriot who believes in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the right to live by both as our founders intended.  I am a citizen who sees rampant abuse of the Constitution by those we elect to uphold and defend said Constitution.

We see incidents like these I list becoming the rule rather than the exception.  Police dressed head to toe in military garb, face hoods, and body armor are taking a “shoot first and ask questions later” attitude in everyday contacts with people.  In California SWAT teams, also dressed in military uniforms and equipment, are rounding up firearms from those who have been “deemed” to now possess firearms illegally.  No court hearings, no due process, just a kicked in door and shots fired if resisted.

During the Chris Dorner incident police riddled two different vehicles with bullets without bothering to find out who was in the vehicle before opening fire.  One vehicle contained a white man who was uninjured (Dorner was black).  The other vehicle contained two Hispanic women, one elderly, and both of whom were wounded.  In both cases they were in pickup trucks that were nowhere near the description given of the truck Dorner was reported to be driving.  It seemed that merely being in a truck at that time in California was enough to get one shot by police.  Why should I believe those with the same attitude won’t just shoot me out of convenience?

Those who call me paranoid or a fear monger must see the same things I see, or do they?  What do the naysayers think about the Marine who was shot to death in a 2011 Gestapo style “drug” raid that found nothing illegal?   They shot this veteran 60 times in his own home without so much as identifying themselves, and then let him lay there for over an hour while they ransacked the house to no avail.  If you naysayers will look at the link to this story you will find it is from the Huffington Post, hardly a “vast right wing conspiracy” publication. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/05/25/jose-guerena-arizona-_n_867020.html

How can people see what is going on every day and say it can’t/won’t happen here?  Why not?  How does one see DHS arming itself to the teeth without wondering why they need such armaments?  Who are they going to use this military hardware on?  At the same time, politicians at all levels and in both political parties are breaking their necks to disarm citizens.  If we are all defenseless why do they need armored vehicles and automatic weapons with billions of rounds of ammunition?  It is as if those in political office don’t believe in the vision of the founding fathers.

Those who say it won’t or can’t happen here are living in a dream world, one that will turn into a nightmare before their very eyes.  There were many who said it couldn’t happen in Germany, but it did.  Hundreds of thousands of Jews left Germany when they saw the steps Hitler was taking.  Some went to other European countries and were eventually rounded up when German forces conquered Europe.  Some came to the United States and contributed to the defeat of the Axis Powers.  Some came here to live normal working class lives and survived the Holocaust that killed 6 million of their people.

We hear stories from people who have experienced tyranny in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia yet many Americans thumb their nose at those who know from first-hand experience what life is like in totalitarian societies.  Those who deny what is obvious will suffer when the shoe of tyranny drops, and they will deserve what they get.  They won’t be the only ones to suffer, however.  An entire nation will lose the liberty won and preserved with the blood of millions of patriots.  It certainly won’t give me any pleasure to say “I told you so”, assuming I survive the initial attack.

Most of us don’t have a choice but to stay and fight for our future.  Some can move to countries that don’t have despots and wanna-be dictators running them but they won’t be safe there for long once America falls.  When we are gone as the “shining city on a hill” it won’t be long before the rest of the world is subjected to the same tyranny we saw in 1930’s Germany.

According to the Constitution I am part of the defensive militia of America.  If the government was following the Constitution they would be arming me and my neighbors instead of a DHS force that has no Constitutional authority to operate inside the United States.  What is the point of disarming the citizens and arming a federal police force to the teeth with military style equipment?  What possible justification do they have for this?  Who do they plan to fight with all of this hardware? We are far gone from the vision of our founders.

 Coming on the heels of executive orders that by-pass Congress and the Constitution on the 2^nd Amendment we now find Barack Obama and his henchmen shredding even more of the Constitution.  Jay Carney essentially threatened local sheriffs who have said they will uphold their oath of office to the Constitution and refuse to obey unconstitutional federal gun laws.  Carney came out and said they better obey Obama’s orders because of Obama’s dedication to upholding that same Constitution.  After adding this to the countless edicts that have come out we now find Obama issuing another EO creating a federal commission to change state election laws to suit him and his Marxist handlers

How can anyone not see the blatant tyranny being brought by this bunch of wanna-be banana republic dictators?  The only vote fraud anyone has proven has come from his supporters, like the woman in Illinois bragging that she voted 6 – 9 times in 2012.  I am sure Obama plans for his commission to stop such activity.

The only vote fraud found in the last several elections have benefitted Democrats, such as Al Franken in 2008.  Now Obama and his criminal enterprise intend to stack the deck even further by dictating (there is that word again) how state elections are conducted.  I am sure we will soon find Gestapo agents from DHS “overseeing” every process involved in voting, and the counting of those votes.

Our Constitution was written by men who lived under a tyrannical government and wrote our guiding document to prevent such a thing from happening again.  Over time We the People have become so enamored of the political parties that many no longer see the Constitution for what it is, a road map of liberty, self-determination, and personal responsibility.  Neither political party has the best interests of the citizens in mind.  They only look to how they are going to be the ones sitting at the top of their ivory tower and getting the biggest piece of the pie of tyranny they are baking for We the People.

The government established by our founders was to be a government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, and FOR THE PEOPLE.  It was written to give the most power to the citizens.  Through the citizens LIMITED power would be given to the state government, and through the state governments even further LIMITED power would be given to the federal government.  Today we see the federal government dictating what We the People can and cannot do through bureaucrats and professional politicians who go to law school, enter politics, and spend their lives dictating our rights back to us as it suits them.

Any fringe group that doesn’t like what the Constitution says about liberty and personal responsibility goes to government or to the courts and gets what they want handed to them as long as they will support those who give them a free pass to stomp on the rights of others.  This isn’t how our founders designed our system.  This is the system used in feudal Europe where one man, or his appointed minions, decides who gets what, who can do what, and who has to bow to the whims of who.

You don’t like guns, don’t own one; you don’t like sugary drinks, don’t drink one; you don’t like beef because you think it is unhealthy, don’t eat it.  But what gives anyone the right to tell me I can’t do these things, and what gives Barack Obama and his minions the right to determine how elections are administered at the state level?

This voting issue, like the gun ownership issue, isn’t about “fairness” or “safety”; it is about control, the control of many by a few.  This is dictatorship by conning citizens into believing that the federal government knows best.  Our founders didn’t believe such tripe and neither do I.  If we are to live free and have the ability to live our lives we must also take some personal responsibility for said freedom.

Obama and his allies in both political parties seek to change election laws to suit themselves, yet have a very poor record of prosecuting those who violate current election laws, such as the lady I mentioned earlier.  And speaking of prosecuting law breakers, Chicago came out 90^th of 90 cities studied recently in the prosecution of federal gun laws yet these same people want more gun restrictions.  Why pass more laws that won’t be enforced???  Why change election laws when current ones aren’t enforced???

You see, it isn’t about enforcing the law, it is about tyranny.  It is about passing more laws that restrict the liberty of the law abiding American citizen.  The political elites want to be able to insure they will reign forever without danger of We the People sending them to prison where they belong, the gallows which they deserve, or to just send them back home.

If this “commission” is allowed to stand, our system of free elections will be gone forever, if not already gone.  Intimidation, deceit, and bribery are the order of the day in our political society now and will only get worse if Obama gets to dictate how elections are done.  We already find ourselves living under severe voter fraud but neither political party will acknowledge fraud, much less do anything to stop it.

The “battle” between the parties is merely a dog and pony show to make We the People think someone actually cares about the voice of the people.  I am sure we will find another “Gang of …” to get together for a “bi-partisan agreement” on how to solve the issue of “fair elections”.

WOW!!!

 Obama rated 5th best U.S. President ever

 Of the total of 44 US Presidents: Obama rated 5th best president ever. I was just reading a Democratic publicity release that said, “…after a little more than 4 years, Obama has been rated the 5th best president ever.”

How does this sit with you?  Do you agree or disagree from the information offered in the heading?  The Facebook comments ran from outrage to disbelief to mild profanity.  I shared the post and then spent nearly an hour monitoring this one story.  Many of the responses show how little attention that even high information voters sometimes pay to what they read, or hear.  I don’t find many liberals on my friends list so I can only imagine how the low information liberal took this headline and snippet of the story.

It is critical that we pay very close attention to not only the entire item/story but who wrote it, from what perspective it comes, and if there is any fact behind what is written.  Some of those who made derogatory remarks are people I am familiar with on Facebook, and as such, know a lot about their political stance.  I had a lot of fun making the remark; “take a moment, wipe the egg off your face, and read it again, ALL OF IT!!”

Some came back after wiping egg off their faces and some just went on like nothing happened.  The “rest of the story”, as Paul Harvey is famous for saying, is as follows:

For the explanatory benefit of low information voters, this means Barack Obama (Osama bin Obama) is the worst president in the history of America according to this list, even worse than Mr. Peanut, Jimmy Carter   The most interesting thing to me is the spin used to make Obama look like a real president, rather than the Marxist wanna-be dictator that he really is.  In this day of information overload, people often either don’t read a story, don’t read all of it, or base a decision on a headline or story line that may or may not accurately reflect the content of the story.  This is especially prevalent in left wing spin machines such as the Democrat Party and their leftist minion network outlets, along with their allies in the Republican Party establishment.

This is how propaganda works.  Propagandists often use facts but twist them to come to a conclusion that has nothing to do with the facts stated.  In this case the headline and snippet of the story tells the truth based on the list provided but when one reads to the end and actually takes the time to think about what they just read one comes out with a totally different perspective.  Those who read the first five words and then commented made comments that were totally off-base and came out looking rather foolish.  I am not criticizing these people as I have done the same thing in the past myself, and learned the hard way that a premature comment is often an “egg on the face” experience that is embarrassing.  In this case several came back with a laugh and said, “Oops”. 

It was all in good fun but illustrates the danger of jumping in before you know the depth and temperature of the water.  People can be led into a lot of bad situations when they jump to conclusions.  This one merely made some people look foolish but this kind of situation can lead to tragic circumstances.  A good example is the treatment of the Jews in Nazi Germany, and the “Night of the Long Knives” that Hitler used as an excuse to arrest and murder thousands of innocent people who were guilty of nothing but being born non-Aryan or not belonging to his Nazi Party.

Those who seek to destroy our Republic and enslave We the People use this kind of tactic a great deal and we can expect this to only get worse as the battle for liberty intensifies.  If liberty-minded citizens have any hope of winning this battle we must make certain that we don’t fall for any propaganda, from any source.  Low information voters and those who desire a free ride at the expense of others will either ignore facts, refuse to analyze them objectively, or feed the spin with the hope of increasing their own benefits at the expense of others.

When politicians, in both political parties, talk about how many citizens support some form of gun control they use this same tactic.  Polls are designed to get the outcome desired by those conducting the poll.  A good example would be a question I saw a while back.  I don’t remember the exact wording but it went something like:  “Do you favor laws to keep guns out of the hands of mentally deranged people?”  Well, of course!!!  No one wants to see Charles Manson with a firearm but liberal spinners can use it to say you favor gun control, or stronger mental health restrictions on gun owners.  Diane Feinstein recently came out and declared all veterans to be mentally ill http://beforeitsnews.com/economy/2013/03/feinstein-all-vets-are-mentally-ill-and-government-should-prevent-them-from-owning-firearms-2497870.html.  By using this question in a poll she could say that the citizens support restrictions on veterans owning firearms.

The moral of this story is to look before you leap.  Make sure you know the whole story, not just the headlines.  Be sure you know what a politician is actually proposing, not just the talking points they put out.  Remember the “glories” of Obamacare?  Don’t fall victim to a false story, a false “common sense” firearm restriction, or the false flag actions of those who seek to destroy everything we find precious.

I got a comment the other day from “a person on the Christian Left” in response to the “Left Conveniently Rewriting History” article that CDN was kind enough to publish. The comment was:

“the problem is that we on the Christian left HAVE had that cvraensotion (I guess the word here is “conversation”), and like the cartoon, have been told that we’re not Real Christians. It’s like talking to people who watch FOX noise; you can SAY there’s economic inequity, global warming, etc, but it’s rather exhausting, and quite possibly pointless.”

That (IMHO) is a very provocative comment, so I want to share my response. I respond thusly:

“Person on the Christian Left,” yours is a very interesting comment. You say, “… we on the Christian left …”, and you refer to “… FOX noise…”. So, am I safe in assuming that you are liberal, and consider yourself a Christian? With that assumption as a starting point, what does the Bible say?

Are you familiar with Leviticus 25:35-36? These verses are provided below:
35: If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them as you would a foreigner and stranger, so they can continue to live among you.

36: Do not take interest or any profit from them, but fear your God, so that they may continue to live among you.

Not one word here about what Liberals/Progressives/Democrats (LPD) just love to do: tax, tax, tax and redistribute wealth, all in the name correcting what the left considers to be “economic inequity” (your words). The Bible calls for people to be generous OF THEIR OWN ACCORD, not to FORCE generosity upon them through taxes. Further, if the Christian right is not generous enough by LPD standards, there is absolutely nothing prohibiting the Christian left from preventing economic inequity. The question then becomes: What right do you (LPDs and/or the Christian left) have to FORCE us to do your bidding?

And, are you familiar with Genesis 2:15: “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” So, it’s very difficult to continually support the economic inequality of someone who refuses to work. Notice that I did NOT say “cannot find a job.”

Politics has NO place in Christianity. Even Jesus knew that, and expressed that sentiment in Matthew 22:20-21, to wit:

20: and he [Jesus] asked them [the Pharisees], “Whose image is this? And whose inscription?
21: “Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

Bottom Line: People on the left may, indeed, be “Real Christians,” but there is absolutely no place in Christianity for politics, regardless of what the left says. Please do not FORCE your opinions about economic inequality upon us.

Rush Limbaugh hit this nail on the head: People like this self-serving hooligan could not and would not (because they could not) do such things with their own money. They couldn’t afford to, even on their Congressional pay and perks. OUR money is paying for this amoral gluttony and whether you are a Liberal or Conservative, if you aren’t mad as hell about this waste and excess then there’s something seriously wrong with you – get out of here. When Mr Biden and his hefty entourage stayed in Paris for an evening in early February and it cost $585,000.50 for that single night. The Vice President likely rented out more than 100 rooms in the Hotel Intercontinental Paris Le Grand, though they must not have gotten a group discount rate.

The documentation for this contract is not as detailed as the London one, so the cost per room is not available.  However, just like his London hotel, the Hotel Intercontinental Paris Le Grand is a five star hotel. Again, security concerns prevent these type of contracts from being open to bidding, but if the government was able to do some comparison shopping, the Hotel Intercontinental has a special offer, “Find a lower price elsewhere and your first night is free.” The Vice President stayed in Paris for one night.
