OWS Protestor Pours Urine And Feces All Over A Chase Bank In NYC

That’s BUCKETS (plural) of pee and poop.  Number one and number two.  Whiz and dookie, poured all over the outside and the little inside lobby part of the bank that has the ATM.  Human waste, ladies and gentleman.  And for what?  Who does it hurt?  Certainly not the CEO’s of the “rich and evil banks”.  Not even the middle managers or the branch managers themselves.  Nope.  Pouring human waste all around this bank hurts the employees who probably make a humble wage (as in much less than the “1 percenters” these hooligans hoped to diss) or the everyday working stiffs who frequent the bank to deposit their checks.

Not only that, the police found a stun gun in the perp’s vehicle.  Hopefully, they’ll throw the book at this clown and his friends, but thus far he’s only been held on $1500 bail.

Socialist Circle of Influence

As if we needed more evidence that President Obama’s young adulthood was riddled with radical influence, another video has surfaced courtesy of Breitbart.com that depicts then Harvard Law student Barry Obama praising and embracing Professor Derrick Bell.

In the days following the release of the video the blogosphere erupted with background checks, additional video and reaction to Professor Bell’s lifelong work, Critical Race Theory.

While media pundits and political junkies pour over what CRT is and how it affects race relations in America, one young man took a slightly different reactionary approach.

Justen Charters created this video after stumbling upon signifcant evidence tying Obama’s beloved professor and mentor, Derrick Bell, to the president’s long list of criminals, socialists and anti-Christian relationships from his past AND present.

Professor Bell seems to have been intimately connected with many of the same usual suspects in the progressive and socialist movements.

As the video points out, Professor Bell was a frequent sponsor of the socialist publication New Politics, as was cofounder of the Cloward and Piven strategy for creating national socialism in America, Francis Fox Piven. New Politics was founded by members of the Independent Socialist League.

** A photograph of Francis Fox Piven standing behind President Bill Clinton at a Bill Signing Ceremony can be seen here: American Thinker

Professor Bell’s connections don’t end in merely sponsoring a socialist publication. He was also co-contributor to the book What Brown Vs. the Board of Education Should Have Said with current Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein. Sunstein’s more notable publication is Nudge, which argues that the government knows best and has a responsibility to “nudge” citizens into making good choices through laws and regulation. Bell spent a large portion of his career rendering opinion regarding Brown v Education which ended in a unanimous Supreme Court decision prohibiting segregation in schools.

Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein

Professor Bell is quoted as saying he lived his life to “harass white people.” Putting his words to action, he co-contributed to many books that supported his theory of “permanent racism,” which purports that racism is inherent in white people and will never be eradicated. One such publication is called Race, Gender and Sexuality, which was primarily authored by Black Panther Party for Self Defense co-founder Huey P. Newton. See images of Newton here: Marxists.org

The revelations in this short video outline the radical and socialist traits of Professor Bell. More importantly, it contributes to growing evidence that this pattern of traits were not only appealing to President Obama in his early adulthood, but that he still carries similar beliefs with him today.

Occupy Protesters Charged With Hate Crimes, Robbery

Several members of the Occupy Oakland protest are accused of surrounding, taunting, battering and robbing a 20 year old area woman after she asked them to not riot in her neighborhood in late February.

An Oakland Police spokeswoman said that, “She was surrounded by three protesters and battered as they yelled vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation”.

The Occupy thugs then stole her wallet before she was able to break away and call the police.

One suspect was arrested at the scene and two others were taken into custody at a February 29th Occupy protest event. All three have been charged with felony counts of robbery and hate crimes.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Major Crimes Section at the Oakland Police Department.

Sandra Fluke: D.A.M. Member, Political Activist, Phony Victim

The Democratic Attack Machine recently rolled out a supposed 23 year old college student named Sandra Fluke to use as an innocent-looking “victim” who was being denied her “women’s health rights” by a religious university. Georgetown University, to be exact, where she made the choice to attend, even though she admits to researching Georgetown University and their policies about birth control beforehand. Democrats tried to insert this phony plant, (more on that later) by using an ambush tactic of not notifying the Committee Chairman ahead of time, simply because this “Fluke” is neither an expert on women’s health, a religious scholar, and certainly not a constitutional law scholar, which are just some of the related qualifications that would suggest that Fluke would be able to add anything substantial to the committee discussion. No, Sandra Fluke is now proven to be nothing more than a discredited political activist puppet, and just another tool for the desperate Democratic Attack Machine of 2012.

It has now come to light that Sandra Fluke is a 30 [not 23] year-old political activist/feminist/typical Democratic Attack Machine disingenuous disgrace. The only thing missing on her just-now-coming-to-light resume’ would be her probable connections to the GLBT political activist front groups. This fake episode of the supposed poor, young college student being abused and denied her “women’s health-care rights” while being paraded before Congress had all the makings of a D.A.M. farce right from the beginning. Fluke’s demanding other’s be forced to pay for her birth control and abortion pills is right out of the Planned Parenthood manual, along with a smattering of the supposed Occupy victim-card players propaganda and filthy common beggar syndrome..

The stench of desperate debt-spending Democrats [soon to be booted out of Congress in this year’s elections] during this charade brings back haunting memories of childhood trips to the local dump, where the stench of rotting food and trash left an indelible impression on a child for months to come. Low and behold, Democrats had the reelection campaign cash-begging emails all set to go the minute this farce was ramped up by the media. D.A.M. also used this farce to try to take down the truth-telling Rush Limbaugh by calling for advertisers to boycott his radio show. ( and of course you can donate to the campaign coffers of the desperate Senate Democrats while you are at it, them being such honorable people)

Of course the head of D.A.M., Mr. Barack Obama designed this whole charade of mandating religious organizations to pay for contraceptives and abortion pills to distract from the real issues facing Americans today, including the stagnant economy, high unemployment, and $4 dollar-a-gallon gasoline that his policies have crushed the middle class under the weight of. Barack is the most desperate Democrat of all when it comes to the upcoming elections, and this whole charade proves it. Note: Why not just let the Liberals pay for the abortion pills that they also claim are for “health reasons” and are now trying to refer to that rat poison as “medicine?”  How about putting your money where your mouth is Barbara Boxer. Today’s Liberal [fake] Democrats never do that, instead they are constantly devising disingenuous plots to spend other people’s money.

“progressive” Reporting on Scott Walker’s Recall Election

There’s so much empty, hateful “progressive” rhetoric in this “article” written by David Chalian it’s truly painful.

Scott Walker, Wisconsin governor, braces for recall election, proclaims controversial law is working
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/scott-walker-wisconsin-governor-braces-recall-election-proclaims-120437772.html

First Chalian begins his “article” with an openly biased headline (since once must not miss opportunities to repeat the “progressive”–the law is “controversial”–narrative) followed by repeated insinuations regarding Gov. Walker’s alleged lack of integrity.

For example: “In addition to trying to engender sympathy among voters for being targeted by forces outside his state” or “Walker is eager to sell himself as a politician with the courage of his convictions”.

“Trying to engender sympathy among voters for being targeted by forces outside his state”? Phrased in a calculated way so as to sound responsible, while intentionally planting seeds of doubt about Walker in the minds of undecided voters. Were Chalian capable of mustering a shred of journalistic integrity, he’d investigate and report the facts about the sources of money, organization and personnel being marshaled against Wisconsin’s Governor in this recall attempt. Instead, he’s being a “progressive” shill by taking sides.

“Walker is eager to sell himself as a politician with the courage of his convictions”? What politician or policy wonk doesn’t sell themselves to voters? The current White House occupant spends taxpayer money to fly around the country in Air Force One going to key battleground States to proclaim the “courage of his convictions” with staggeringly, alarming, unprecedented regularity. Where are the comparisons of Walker’s campaign pledges with his actions in office? Where are the facts, presented to a candid world, that shed light on the truth? That’s what rational, intelligent people expect from a bona fide reporter, not subliminal propaganda from a biased hit man.

As is typical of “progressive journalism”, facts can’t get in the way of strongly worded, emotional, rhetorical misrepresentation and misinformation.

A true journalist would ascertain whether or not the law is working in the way Gov. Walker describes. Tim Russert would have, but regrettably, journalistic integrity went to the grave in 2008 with the late moderator of Meet the Press. RIP Mr. Russert. We miss you.

Who Is Really Behind The “Occupy” Movement? Andrew Breitbart Wants To Know.

A trailer for a very promising movie was released last week.  While some would call it a documentary, Andrew Breitbart calls it a “war film”.  In his latest project, “Occupy Unmasked”, Breitbart and a talented team dig deep to find out just who is behind the Occupy movement.  He promises to help expose the “puppet masters” who are pulling the strings, along with the help of none other than former Leftists, who have been “kicked out of the club”.  If this film delivers on its promise, we could all stand to benefit from knowing who these players are and what game they’ve tried to catch us up in.

Congress To Attempt Self Policing… Really!

Would you trust your 7 year old child to “self-regulate” their sugar intake the day after Halloween?  Just leave your child with a gigantic bowl of candy, and tell them to use their own discretion.  Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it?  Members of Congress are now claiming that they will try something akin to that.

Congress doesn’t have a sugar intake problem, it has an insider trading problem.

With this issue recently brought to light, FoxNews reports:

Insider trading laws apply to all Americans, but CBS’ “60 Minutes” in November said members of Congress get a pass, citing investment transactions by party leaders and a committee chairman in businesses about to be affected by pending legislation.

The broadcast report raised questions about trades of House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio; the husband of Democratic leader and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California; and Rep. Spencer Bachus, R-Ala., chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.

All three denied using any insider information to make stock trades, but the broadcast set off a flurry of efforts in Washington to deal with the public perception.

Due to the revelations from the “60 Minutes” story, the Senate will take up legislation that will prevent Congress members from using information that is “nonpublic” for their personal gain.  As expected, the bill has your typical Congressional Acronym to identify its purpose:  The STOCK Act, standing for Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge.

A procedural vote is scheduled for today that would allow this bill, which is endorsed by the President, to see a floor vote later in the week.

400 “Peaceful” Oakland Occupiers Arrested

The Occupy Wall Street mob violence flared up again this past weekend in Oakland, Calif., resulting in over 400 arrests while many mainstream media puppeteers still refer to the Occupy protesters as being involved in a “peaceful” historic national movement across America. Yahoo has decided to slap a retread of a Reuters article title today that is titled, Arrests in Oakland protests rise to over 400  into their Destination 2012 section, which is supposed to be about the 2012 national elections. How does that decision line up with the Occupy Wall Street operatives and their constant claims that the movement is not political? Certain people are trying to give this “movement” validity by inserting it into a national politics section. Reuters goes out of it’s way to try to distance this weekend’s violence from the Occupy Wall Street mob several times in the above-linked article with the following tidbits: (emphasis added)

“The protests in most cities have been peaceful and sparked a national debate over how much of the country’s wealth is held by the richest 1 percent of the population. President Barack Obama has sought to capitalize on the attention by calling for higher taxes on the richest Americans.”

“Oakland Mayor Jean Quan accused a “violent splinter group” of the Occupy movement of fomenting the Saturday protests and using the city as its playground.” ( that would be the same Mayor who spoke at an Occupy Oakland Rally and largely refused to clamp down on these misfits, even when rampant drug abuse, rape, theft, and overall filthy conditions were being reported in these Occupy camps across America, and especially in Oakland)

“Crews cleaned up Oakland’s historic City Hall on Sunday from damage inflicted overnight during violent anti-Wall Street protests that resulted in about 400 arrests, marking one of the largest mass arrests since nationwide protests began last year.” (Notice the concentrated effort to not call these people who they really are, as in Occupy Wall Street protesters?)

The media is proven to be complicit in attempting to separate the Occupiers into two categories to nudge the public perception of just who these Occupiers really are. The thousands of violent acts, rapes, drug arrests, and massive reports of theft are all put into the “violent splinter group category”  in order to protect the supposedly peaceful, fun-loving, innocent rest of the group. The Occupiers claim to represent 99% of Americans while the fact remains that the informed citizenry finds them repulsive and disgusting, as many surveys have reported.  Politico  shows us that, at one point, 37% of Americans viewed the OWS  crowd favorably. That was the headline, by the way, while ignoring the other 63% of America that sees the OWS crowd for what it is: A bunch of nasty, defecating on police cars and urinating in the street, rabble-rousers, rapists, anarchists and low-life criminals who have no respect for the rest of society. Yet the media manipulators still paint them as some type of grassroots movement that is endeared by all of America, including  Mr. Barack Hussein Obama.

Of course the media has to paint the OWS mob in an angelic light, as we see in this article that the Occupiers do, in fact, have the support of the DNC and Barack Obama. Just ask yourselves one question: When, if ever, have you heard President Obama, any Democrat, or anyone in their media-puppet stable denounce the OWS perpetrators for the numerous reports of rape, theft, and their overall disrespect for the rest of society? Just watch how the media downplays this weekend’s 400+ Occupy Wall Street arrests in Oakland, just like they downplayed the planned shutdown of  many of America’s shipping ports back on Monday, Dec, 12th 2011. To note that after that action, Best Buy ended up with a shortage of electronics products that were ordered for Christmas. Coincidence? The public will never know, as the mainstream media largely refused to report on the mob action targeting the nation’s shipping ports 13 days before Christmas.

This latest Occupy Wall Street episode in Oakland actually started on Saturday, when the Occupiers tried to take over an empty downtown convention center to establish a new headquarters.  The Occupiers don’t think they should have to  pay for anything in life, they just take it.  To prove this point, they hurled bottles, pipe bombs, smoke bombs, burning flares, and assorted improvised explosive devices at police who were stopping them from taking over a convention center on Saturday. The police also warned the Occupy Wall Street protesters that they would not tolerate the continued violence and  overt lawlessness on Sunday. Occupy Wall Street chose to ignore the warning, thus over 400 of them were arrested.

Finally, after months of ignoring the Occupy Wall Street protesters in our nation’s capitol on orders from the administration of Barack Obama under the guise of free speech, the National Park Service will start enforcing the decades old ban on camping overnight in McPherson Square and Freedom Plaza on Monday at noon. We can look forward to more false-flag media stories about supposed police brutality and  abuse tomorrow coming out of DC, as the pattern of Occupy Wall Street protesters baiting police officers with camera’s at the ready will be sure to continue.

Update: Watch the mob violence here.

Why obama is Toast

This just in from the Associated Press:

The Commerce Department said Thursday new-home sales fell last month to a seasonally adjusted annual pace of 307,000. The pace is less than half the 700,000 that economists say must be sold in a healthy economy.

About 302,000 homes were sold last year. That’s less than the 323,000 sold in 2010, making 2011 the worst year on records dating back to 1963.

http://news.yahoo.com/home-purchases-fall-2011-worst-ever-sales-152515874.html

This doesn’t bode well for the current White House occupant, who’s staking his re-election on a two pronged strategy of attacking Republicans and spinning the impression that, thanks to his policies, America’s economy is on the right track and on the road to recovery.

Numbers like these certainly won’t help him implement the second portion of this strategy. If the trend is up, as the White House, their surrogates in the “progressive” Democratic Party and the “progressive” Party Pravda keep telling us, why were there fewer new homes sold in 2011 than in 2010?

This speaks to the bigger reason why occupy Oval Office’s re-election changes are diminishing. People in America are not as stupid as the self appointed, self-imagined “intellectual elite” believe them to be.

Just because a bunch of self interested, self seeking snobs with highfalutin college degrees thumbtacked to their office walls altered the variables in the equation by which inflation rates are calculated doesn’t mean that people can’t and won’t see the truth. Bureaucrats in government can release all the doctored numbers it’s possible to cipher, desperately trying to convince people to deny their own cognitive abilities and take what they’re being told at face value…that there is no inflation. I guess them there fancy pants geniuses with them there Ivy League deeeegreeeees truly believe that average people, Joe and Josie six pack if you will, don’t see the cost of gasoline and food going up when they fill up their cars and go to the grocery store.

The “intellectual elite” keep trying to convince those dummies populating fly over America that thanks to massive big government spending and increased regulation through the stimulus, Dodd/Frank, and obamacare, unemployment numbers are going down and people are finding jobs. If you just happen to be one of the millions of folks who can’t find a job, haven’t been able to find a job after months or years of searching, live with someone who’s experiencing the same dilemma or hear from someone who just lost the good paying job with benefits they’d had for years, you’re absolutely, positively, definitely the exception to the rule.

The economic crash of 2008 was the direct result of the failed leadership of George W. Bush and failed Republican policies. The Tea Party is Astroturf. Tea Partiers are violent, extreme racists. The Tea Party spit on us. Occupy Wall Street is legitimate. Occupy Wall Street is a spontaneous grassroots movement. Newt Gingrich can’t win a general election. Mitt Romney’s a part of the isolated, evil rich 1%. Rick Santorum has no chance.

There’s no doubt about it. We have spoken, you will believe. The world’s a safer place! The world’s impression of the United States is better now that we’re in charge! America’s more respected now! Believe us…trust us…we’re the smart ones (read: not you). Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. I AM THE GREAT AND POWERFUL OZ!

Oh brother.

Too Dumb to Live?

“Dumber than a bag of hammers”, “one peanut short of a snickers “, “dumber than a rock”…  I could go on….  And I will!  “A few fries short of a happy meal”.  “One clown shy of a circus”….

Dumber than a post… a doornail…. an entire sector of the population that doesn’t have to pay taxes and will subsequently vote for the candidate that promises them the world using other people’s money…

We often use phrases like this to describe people or more accurately, people’s actions, as being ill advised, immature, adolescent, persnickety, childish, self-indulgent, knee-jerk, hasty…. In a word – stupid!

For example, the guy who tries to ride his scooter down a staircase – A few beers short of a six-pack.  How about this: robbing a house by attempting to go down the chimney – a couple of cards short of a full deck.  This was my favorite: attempting to dissect, while still alive, a presidential contender to find all of his faults, only to realize that you’ve killed off all the viable candidates and are left with only a couple of duds.  BWAAHAHAHAA!!  Oh! That one kills me everytime!

And, unfortunately, I believe we may have just killed off our country.

2012 marks the 50th anniversary of our Supreme Court officially telling God to take a hike.  You remember, don’t you?  Back in 1962?  Engel v. Vitale – the Supreme Court case that banned prayer from public schools – was brought by several students from New York State who thought that voluntary (yes, I said voluntary) prayer in public school violated their First Amendment rights. The prayer that was so offensive read like this:

Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Amen.

A utilitarian prayer to say the least, this was also one that was not forced on anyone. Yet a group of activist lawyers appealing to an activist judiciary were successful in ripping the right of the freedom to express your religious beliefs from everyone else, just to placate a few who did not believe that way.  One taco short of a combo plate, if you ask me.

Perhaps I do have a different First Amendment than these folks did, but mine reads like this:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibit the free exercise thereof……

In the world of common sense, a voluntary (for those educated in the public schools, that means you don’t have to do it) prayer is not the equivalent of Congress creating a law that establishes a national religion. Furthermore, in this increasingly shrinking world of common sense, one could arguably state that banning a “voluntary” prayer would tend to stomp on that last part of the First Amendment, “nor prohibit the free exercise thereof.”

Yet because we did not want to anger a few, we ripped fundamental rights away from the vast majority. Out goes God, in comes political correctness.

It’s been downhill from there folks.

I recently checked out a book from my local library. I needed to show them a photo ID. I recently took a test for teacher certification in a specific subject area. I needed to show them a photo ID. My wife and I just swapped out a Christmas present for another item at Walmart. We needed to show them a photo ID.  I’m going to go vote for my Congressman, a Senator, a President and many other state and local officials on November 6 of this year.  You’ll never guess what I don’t need to show them??  Dumber than salt!

A modern definition of insanity is attempting to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Republicans, who started with eight or nine viable candidates for president, all of which would be better than the current occupant, have a macheted their way down to basically one.  Herman Cain rises up (click, click) BOOM!  See ya!  Michele Bachmann does well at the Ames Straw Poll?  KABLAM!  Down you go!  Rick Perry comes out with favorable numbers?  RIP, TEAR, SLASH!  He’s out here!  Newt Gingrich surges from the bottom of the pack.  SUPER-PACK, SUPER-PACK!  He’s done!

Who’s next? We haven’t finished “vetting” candidates yet!…… we have to find someone to go up against Mitt Romney!…….  oh crap!  Only Ron Paul is left!

If you are experiencing flashbacks to 2008 or 1996, take comfort – you’re not alone.  TOO DUMB TO LIVE!!

So I ask the question: Is America now simply just too dumb to live? Have we destroyed every person that could lead us back to our former glory, all in the name of vetting?  At the same time, have we turned a blind eye to the fact that now almost half of the electorate either doesn’t have to pay federal income tax or is on some form of federal aid? Do you think people like that are ever going to vote to make the hard choices that this country needs to make in order to fix itself?  Have fun going down the chimney!

Perhaps Alexis de Tocqueville was right:

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.”

Remember some of chants of the OWS protesters, “This is what democracy looks like!”  Yeah, folks, it does.  That’s why our founding fathers didn’t touch democracy with a 10 foot pole. They specifically called for a republican form of government, one that would not run headlong into hasty decisions, but one that would take it’s time, deliberate, debate and then finally decide.

We don’t want to do that anymore as Americans. We want our patience and we want it right now!  That, my friends, is too dumb to live!

If we are to survive as a country, we are going to have to eradicate this type of thought. My question to you is this: with all of the “dumb” we have done in this country over the last 50 years, have we come to this moment – a pivotal one in our history – confident that we will elect leaders that will make the difficult choices to get us back on track? Or have we finally hit that tipping point, where all we can do is watch in horror as a once great nation collapses in on itself?  Have we really become “too dumb to live”?

America largely unimpressed with the 'Occupy' crowd

A poll run on January 3rd and 4th sought to understand just how America feels about the Occupy parks, streets, tents and jails movement – 24% of them haven’t really been paying much attention to the youthful anarchist/socialist/anti-corporation/anti-bank/pro… well, not really sure what they are for.

24% of responding Americans said that they have pay no attention or very little to the Occupy movement and 58% said they have an unfavorable view of the leaderless, directionless and goal-less movement. To accentuate the point, 51% of those surveyed said the find the Occupy members to be a “public nuisance.

Most Americans have tried to understand the reason for the park-squatting and when Rasmussen asked that question only 24% said that the Occupiers had gotten their message  across.

It turns out that a leaderless mob, being co-opted by unions and globalists just isn’t all that effective – who knew?

The 730 Days That Continue to Change the World

After years of fighting, years of spilling our blood and treasure, we finally had our own independent, sovereign country. We were finally free of the shackles of tyranny. So many of our young men lay dead, so much of our property gone, so much of our innocence lost. Yet, we were finally in control of our own destiny. This precious gift of freedom bestowed upon and earned by us, now looked to us for its continued sustenance.

The answers would come with difficulty, just like our independence had done so. The solutions would not be unanimous nor perfect, but they would be ours, for better or worse. Many of the solutions would prove effective and many would not. Time and experience would, as always, would be the true indicators of success.

Finally, on a hot summer day in Philadelphia, a group of the finest leaders in our fledgling country signed a document that would give us the best chance of success for this new Republic. Within two years, it had been ratified and put into practice and since 1789, our country has enjoyed a simple freedom – that no more than 730 days would pass before we the people would have the opportunity to radically change the course of our government.

Fast forward to the year 2012. Only hours ago did we ring in the new year, as has been the custom for centuries. But unlike last year, this year brings that all-important day – day 730 – to bear. Because of the United States Constitution, we’re given the opportunity to change the entire makeup of the body of Congress, which was considered by our forefathers to be the most influential and powerful over the course of our nation. The House of Representatives was always intended to reflect the will of the people in the election process that is held every two years, and is the closest thing to a pure democracy that the framers ever wanted to approach.

Every 730 days (or 731) the charge is given to the people to point the country in the direction it wants. We now have a fixed 435 member lower house, not one of whom is guaranteed to hold that position for more than 730 days. Yes, some members continue to enjoy reelection to the post on a continual basis, but none of them are guaranteed a spot. Without filing the proper paperwork and formally declaring candidacy, no one in the House of Representatives may serve beyond his or her current term.

This means that if we, as a people, want to replace all 435 members with someone else and thus dramatically change the direction of the country, we can do that every 730 days. The next opportunity for this will be in a little over 11 months from now. If new people are elected, it will be because of the will of the people. If old people stay in their positions, it will be because of the will of the people.

It is far too easy in our cynical world just to say that we do not have control over our own political destiny. It’s too easy to blame big corporations, big government, unions, special interest groups etc. for having a stronghold on Washington, but at the end of the day, it’s the voter that sets the agenda and it’s the voter that must take ultimate responsibility.

Taking personal responsibility however is not in vogue in our current society. It is far easier to hold up signs that blame Wall Street, corrupt politicians and the like. Unfortunately, if we are going to be truly honest with ourselves, we will have to realize that our chance to right the ship arrived and we didn’t do our part. He it’s easy to chant slogans and shout “we the people!” It’s much more difficult to realize that the true “Buck” stops not at the desk of the president, but at our own front door. WE are the controllers of the destiny of this country, not our politicians, not special interests, not unions and not big corporations. “We the people” refers not just to our rights as United States citizens, but to our responsibilities as well – responsibilities given to us by countless individuals who gave up their lives, their liberties and their pursuits of happiness – for ours.

So before you go out and protest, before you call up a radio talk show, before you spout off to anyone willing to listen about how bad your country is, I challenge you to do the one thing that will make the most difference – VOTE! Your vote is no more or less valuable than that of the bigwigs on Wall Street or the CEO of a powerful company or the head of an influential union. Your vote is the greatest equalizer ever given to man in terms of his political future. It’s time to take your job seriously – a job you only need to exercise every 730 days. Consider the fact that for the vast majority of people on this earth, this job is not even offered to them.

If we as citizens/members/employers of our country neglect to use this great power and privilege, that is our choice. But by forfeiting this God-given right and privilege, we give up the right to be “boss” to those persons who, for the next 730 days, will control the direction of the country.

There Will be Blood in the Streets Today: Beware of D12

Today, Monday Dec. 12th, 2011 Occupiers, Unions, Migrant workers and all around anarchists are planning to shut down every western shipping port in America. If you are not aware of the past history of violent acts perpetuated by those involved in planning this action, Michelle Malkin has their most recent violence well-documented here. For those of you living and/or working on the West coast today, it would be wise to take precautions here.

The following video provides a sample of what we can expect to see in this so-called “peaceful protest” today. Witness the call for violence that many warned could very well lead to blood in the streets in the very near future:

After Jimmy Hoffa Jr’s violence-inducing speech above, we see just what happens when Union organizers are confronted about their violent actions in the following video clip. WARNING Graphic Language:

Now take a good look at the Workers World webpage. Note the following violence-inducing rhetoric from their opening paragraph:

Battle lines have formed as the West Coast Occupy movements, from San Diego to Alaska, flex their collective muscle against the federally coordinated, brutal attacks targeting the pro-Occupy Wall Street movements across the country. They are organizing for blockades of West Coast ports on Dec. 12 in San Diego; Los Angeles/Long Beach; Port Hueneme, Calif. (central coast); Oakland; Portland, Ore.; Seattle; Tacoma, Wash.; and possibly more. Solidarity actions have been called by OWS in New York and inland locations, as well. (emphasis mine)

This is a direct result of Mayors, Politicians and PC Police across America declining to clamp down on these so-called “peaceful protests” in the early stages and preventing their lawlessness from expanding. Look at the above information and videos. Do these people look peaceful? This is what these agitators have been angling for from day 1. Chaos, and the soon to come blood in the streets as these protesters work their way into a violent mob-frenzy that will lead to direct confrontations with Police agencies that have taken an oath to serve and protect the citizenry.
