After an appointment, a wrong turn while transporting his gun collection led to his arrest and the confiscation of his collection by D.C. police. Ginny Simone speaks with Lt. Kim and his attorney, Richard Gardiner, about the struggle to get the charges dropped and Kim’s gun collection returned.

The woman had her concealed-carry permit and a gun in her back pocket that she used to surprise the two criminals early in the altercation. Sheriff Wright says he thinks the gun saved her life.
