The New Black Panther Party, ACORN and NAACP have engaged in voter Intimidation and fraudulent tactics – not Republicans

The state of Ohio and Texas along with Florida and Wisconsin are on the United Nation’s Election Day hit list when it comes to their officials showing up at state polling locations.  It seems that these United Nations officials have the mistaken belief that they have the legal right to intervene in how Ohio and other states are running their Election Day activities.  Their organization the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe is showing up because the nearly impotent NAACP and the discredited ACORN organization requested that they oversee possible voter suppression.

The fact that outside countries can use the guise of the United Nations to come into sovereign states and cities like Cleveland, or Columbus, Ohio, or Houston Texas, or any other city in America is without merit.  If one single United Nation’s official illegally steps within the 100 foot limit of a polling precinct they will become quite familiar with American jurisprudence.

The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has already publically stated that if a United Nation’s official breaks Texas law by interfering with its election process within the 100 foot limit, he will have them prosecuted to the full extent of Texas law and justice.  Jay Sekulow, head of the American Center for Law and Justice affirmed this and other similar developments around the nation, on Fox News, Friday, November 2^nd.

First and foremost is the erroneous notion that a foreign nation has the purposeful audacity to believe it can set one soiled boot on Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin state soil.  Could these so-called officials of the NAACP or ACORN be that incompetent about how state government and the U.S. Constitution actually work?   The United States Constitution is still the law of the land, as is the 10^th Amendment, which clearly states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”  This includes election law.

News flash, nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it say that state election officials should bow, submit,  or be subject to interference by the United Nations.  Foreign governments do not dictate terms to the United States of America or states about how and what it does regarding elections or any other sovereign action.  In other words, United Nations officials take your pens, pads and notebooks to the nearest motel room and watch the election results like any other person.

What is disturbing about this entire misleading scenario is how the United Nations could ignore due diligence in taking a letter from organizations that offered them no legal proof of voter suppression or intimidation.  Before the United Nations started snooping into America’s business, why not go over legal proof of voter suppression and intimidation legal cases from the U.S. Justice Department?  What about the states they are targeting?  Oops, that would be a big negatory since no proof of voter suppression or voter intimidation by Republicans exist!

Why did this so-called finder of fact committee set up by the United Nations not investigate the organizations that made the request?  Take ACORN, which had officials engaging in voter fraud in Cleveland in 2008, who were illegally signing up voters multiple times.  One voter even testified that ACORN voter registrars signed him up 72 times to vote.  Their voter fraud activities are legendary.  In Missouri in 1986, 12 ACORN members were convicted of voter fraud. Also in 1986, in St. Louis, six ACORN volunteers plead guilty to a myriad of election law violations.

The NAACP which also requested United Nations intervention into suspected Republican voter suppression has election fraud skeletons in its own closet. The organization made up fraudulent claims in 2000 against then Governor George Bush about voter intimidation and the lack of prosecution of a fatal attack on a black man.  In addition, in 2011, NAACP Tunica County, Mississippi executive committee member Lessadolla Sowers was convicted on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots in a substantial voter fraud scheme. So much for integrity!

Then of course there is the infamous voter intimidation case in 2008 against the New Black Panther Party, which openly intimidated white voters in Philadelphia.  The Obama U.S. Justice Department refused to prosecute the case, despite overwhelming evidence, and an actual video which captured their thug-like tactics.

Where is the voter intimidation?  Where is the voter fraud?  The answer is real simple and it lands squarely at the feet of the NAACP, New Black Panther Party and ACORN.  They engage in these divisive tactics to intimidate, threaten, and if nothing else works, cry racism while attempting to steal elections.  Well, legally appointed poll watchers in Texas, Ohio, and Florida and at other state polling location will have their camera phones and they will be recording on Election Day.  This will prevent United Nation officials and their NAACP, ACORN or New Black Panther Party comrades in arms from disrupting the legitimate business of voting.

In the end, the lesson for the unwelcome United Nations visitors is clear and it should be convincing.  America is a sovereign nation which has a system of justice that is based on the U.S. Constitution, and not on some third-world dictatorship masquerading as a legitimate democracy.  You cannot bully nor can you intimidate America or any sovereign state.

So, UN officials take the hint, if you step within that 100 foot limit in Cleveland, Ohio, Houston, Texas, Tampa, Florida or any other voter precinct on the sovereign soil of the United States of America, you will get the full taste of what it means to break the state’s laws.  It will definitely be at your peril.

The End of Liberty is Near

I find the current situation in our nation both frightening and ironic.  The frightening part took a more serious turn a few days ago.  On Thursday August 16, 2012, former Marine Corp member Brandon Raub, decorated for valor in both Iraq and Afghanistan, was “detained”; not arrested but “detained”, by federal, state, and local authorities.  He was taken from his home in handcuffs, without charge, and is being held indefinitely pending a “mental competency hearing” before a judge (http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2012/08/brandon-raub-ndaa-arrest-video-2449432.html).  And what is his “crime”?  Mr. Raub was so bold as to criticize the federal government; Barack Obama, Eric Holder, politicians in both political parties, and bureaucrats who ignore the Constitution and do as they please without the consent of the governed.  Raub had the temerity to make references to the “Ron Paul Revolution”.  His rhetoric is undoubtedly strong, direct, and to the point; but it is no where near criminal, or the ravings of a lunatic, from what I have seen.  His ire is directed at the actions of government officials who have sworn an oath to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America” but instead choose to ignore their oath of office, and their sworn duties as elected and appointed officials.  Were his comments irrational, threatening, terroristic, or seditious?  I don’t see them as being outrageous at all.  His posts are reflective, and critical, of the current activities by government agencies, bureaucrats, politicians, etc. (http://www.facebook.com/#!/raub.brandon ).

The ironic side is even more disturbing.  Once again I hear the New Black Panthers making public threats against “crackers and their babies”.  In internet radio programs that they proudly make public, these “people” call for black people to go into hospital nurseries and throw bombs into rooms full of “cracker babies” (http://www.examiner.com/article/new-black-panther-leader-kill-white-babies-by-bombing-nurseries ).  They boldly call for the murder of all white people and pose on facebook with AK-47 rifles, with their faces covered of course, and again boldly call for the murder of people because they are white.  This comes on the heals of a leader of the group stating in a video several months ago that “I hate white people, all of them.  Every cracker needs to be killed, all their children, all their babies, etc.” (http://www.wnd.com/2010/07/175817/).  Hate speech??  Racism??  I guess not!!

I wonder why the FBI, state police, and local police have not rounded up this bunch, those who are so boldly and publicly making terroristic threats against white people on an almost daily basis.  They have also made threats against delegates to the Republican National Party Convention in Tampa, Florida (http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2012/08/14/NBP-Threaten-Cracker-Republican-Tampa-Convention-Wont-Be-Tolerated-Our-Feet-Will-Be-On-Your-Necks ) yet we see no SWAT teams going after them. 

And why is Louis Farrakhan allowed to spit out the vile crap he does?  He actually threatens the life of Barack Obama and not a word is said, no denunciation, no “investigation”, nothing but silence http://rushlimbaughreport.blogspot.com/2012/04/did-louis-farrakhan-threaten-obama.html.  Isn’t this hate speech??? I don’t really wonder why the hate from the Black Panthers and Farrakhan is ignored, I know  why (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/dont-miss-the-connection-obama-and-holder-delivered-to-office-by-black-panthers-owe-them-some-favors/).    It is ignored because they are black and they hate America.  And because they are black and hate America they can say whatever they please, and do whatever they please, without any recrimination from this band of criminals now in charge of our government.  (One disclaimer: black conservatives aren’t given the same leeway as the Pink Panthers.)  White people aren’t allowed to spout such tripe.  Ted Nugent made a political reference a couple of months ago and was descended upon by Secret Service people.  He wasn’t arrested but was interrogated for much less than what we hear out of the mouths of black radicals espousing murder and sedition.

Brandon Raub was targeted because, besides being a white patriot, he stood up to a tyrannical government that is well on their way to subjugating We the People.  The “Patriot Act”, the most unconstitutional piece of legislation ever signed into law, gives a criminal government the right to arrest and hold anyone they choose; without charges, without a warrant, and without a trial for as long as they wish to do so.  It came from a Republican controlled Congress and was signed by George W. Bush, a Republican “moderate”.  From this we got the Department of Homeland Security, the TSA, and the FEMA camps.  By the way, for those who called me a conspiracy theory nut two and a half years ago, welcome to the reality of the FEMA camps.  They were built in 2009 and are being financed and staffed with money in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, passed almost unanimously in both houses of Congress and signed by Obama in December.

This same NDAA 2012 allows for the “arrest without charges, and indefinite detention without trial” (Sections 1022 and 1023), for those accused of being “potential terrorists” or supporting anyone suspected to qualify.  This means that anyone who speaks up for Brandon Raub could be denounced and also “detained” as Raub is being “detained”.  It seems odd to me that these provisions don’t apply to the New Black Panthers.  If there was ever a reason to “detain” people for making terror threats it is this bunch of hate mongers.  They spew their diatribe of hate and terror threats all over every medium of communication available without so much as a word from Obama, Holder, and the rest of the criminals sitting in Washington D. C.

A double standard does exist and the lame stream media, including FOX News Network and much of conservative talk radio, is complicit. Not only do the lame streams ignore the violations of the Constitution going on every day, they actually cheer lead for those committing the violations.  Our liberty, our Republic of the United States of America, is teetering on the edge of extinction and very few in any media seem to have the courage to really speak boldly about what is happening.  Mark Levin and Michael Savage have been rather vocal but most of the”biggies” sidestep this issue of such bold tyranny in all branches of government.

Carrying the water on the most serious issues of liberty is left to those of us who have no national voice and lack the wealth many media darlings protect with their silence.  And what about us “little people”, the “peasants”?  Two days after the “detention” of Brandon Raub  I saw posts on facebook by many who are fearful and plan to “be more careful of what they write” so as to avoid catching the eye of the federal government.  This is exactly the plan of those who have violated the rights of Brandon Raub.  If they can silence us by making a public display of his fate they win.  Every despot in history has used this tactic of fear and intimidation.  How many will cower in fear due to Raub’s treatment; one hundred, one thousand, ten thousand, one hundred thousand?  I WILL NOT COMPLY!!!  I AM A MAN!!!   I AM AN AMERICAN!!!

The founding fathers pledged “their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor” through “the protection of Divine Providence” to establish the United States of America as THE beacon of freedom throughout the world.  Many gave their lives to establish, and many more have given their lives to preserve, the concept of freedom we are guaranteed “by nature and nature’s God” in the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States of America.  It is incumbent on those of us who inherited that liberty given by so many to restore what has been lost, and to leave the full measure of freedom to those who come behind us.  Our responsibility is to honor those who came before, those who stand for liberty now, and those who will inherit what we leave them. 

Brandon Raub is one who is standing for liberty now.  If we cower in fear because of his treatment we will have abandoned the efforts and sacrifices of so many and will leave a future of tyranny, slavery, despotism, and poverty to those who follow us.  Our commission, our responsibility, is to stand for liberty now, regardless of the cost to ourselves.

But, through the Freedom of Information Act, new evidence was released last week indicating otherwise. Unfortunately, this story is not making most news outlets. But Bill O’Reilly shared it with his viewers. Is this another scandal for the Department of Justice? How many more lies will be discovered from those in high levels of the DoJ before something changes?

Now they have come out with a “Wanted Dead or Alive” poster on George Zimmerman, complete with a huge reward for anyone who will deliver Zimmerman. Well HURRAH!!!! for them. What are they going to do if someone cashes in on this “reward” they are offering? Do they plan to take Zimmerman out and beat him to death? Hang him? Shoot him? Imprison him? What a bunch of boastful B S!!!

If you “tough guys” are such bad asses why don’t you go get him yourselves instead of offering a “bounty” for someone else to do your dirty work? Actually that is a rhetorical question because I know the answer, cowardice. I guess that wouldn’t work out because they would have to step out from behind their mommy’s skirt and do more than talk tough from a safe distance. This is more of the same crap we have heard from this type for years. Like Jackson and Sharpton they come out from hiding to pose for the cameras like they matter, but only when they smell a profit. They don’t really want to do anything other than be seen in public and rake in as much money as possible.

They won’t actually do anything because they don’t care about Trayvon Martin just like they didn’t care about Tawana Brawley, the Duke lacrosse hooker, or any other “black victim of racist attacks”. Of course, most of these “racist attacks” turn out to be a lie anyway but they get their face time on television and then crawl back under their rock until the next opportunity comes around.

Hey Malik Grand Poobah Mohammed (or whatever your stupid name is) I have an idea for you. If you and your sissy boys are so concerned about blacks being murdered, go to Chicago and stop the gang violence there. So far this year, in less than 100 days, 100 blacks have been killed by other blacks in gang related violence. Take your racist attitudes, your sissy black berets, and your sissy billy clubs to Chicago, or Detroit. Do some real good for black people being ravaged by violence instead of posing like statues and talking tough for the television cameras.

These insipid morons don’t really impress anyone, especially white people who know where racism actually lives. Punks like the panthers, Sharpton, Jackson, Spike Lee, and Farrakhan are a dime a dozen. They mean nothing in the long run of American history. They come and go without ever doing any more than lining their pockets at the expense of the victims of real crimes. This showboating over the Florida incident is just that, showboating for publicity.

The real concern for the black community comes from Dr. James Manning, Bill Cosby, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Lloyd Marcus, Alveda King, Herman Cain, and others like them. These people recognize the true problems and seek to solve those problems in a manner that will actually make life better for those living in poverty and in the ghettos. They truly care about the black community. These black leaders, true leaders, try to educate blacks about the true history of America and the legacy of black people in this nation. They explain how to prosper and urge others to make something of themselves, acknowledging the truth of how to succeed in life.

I find it sad that when it comes down to knowledge of the history and heritage of blacks in America this “cracker” knows more than 90% of the black population. How many black people know that the Civil War was fought by white men who were willing to die, and many did, to put a stop to the slavery and exploitation of black men, women, and children? How many black people know that it was southern Democrats who formed the Ku Klux Klan? (http://www.pbs.org/wnet/jimcrow/stories_events_kkk.html ) How many know that it was a Democrat, Governor George Wallace, who stood on the steps of the University of Alabama and stated that “no ‘nigger’ would ever step foot in a white institution of higher learning”? How many black people know that the Jim Crow laws were drafted and passed by Democrats who had control of Congress and that Republicans tried but could do nothing to stop it? How many black people know that the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act were forced through Congress by Republicans and fought vigorously by Democrats such as Al Gore Sr. and Robert Byrd? Lyndon Johnson had fought tooth and nail to prevent similar legislation from being passed while in Congress but signed these as President when he realized he had no other choice, then and only then did he sign the legislation. How many “crackers” have marched, protested, and fought for the civil rights of black people?

It is way past time for black people in America, at least those still blind to the truth, to wake up and realize that I am not their enemy. Jesse Jackson is their enemy, Al Sharpton is their enemy, Louis Farrakhan is their enemy, The New Black Panthers (and the old ones too) are their enemy. We are all being enslaved by those who use race and the Zimmerman/Martin incident to divide us into warring camps. They don’t care about black people, they don’t care about “crackers”; they only care about stirring up strife to benefit themselves financially and politically. Until we all can see what is happening and unite against this tyranny we will continue down the road to despotism, slavery, poverty, imprisonment, and death. As I stated in a previous article, this was a tragic situation that could have been avoided if either one of these young men would have acted differently. It is tragic but I don’t believe it to be criminal on the part of Zimmerman from what I know right now.

Criminal act or not isn’t the most serious issue facing us in this matter. Either way the end result is that We the People, of all ethnic backgrounds, must come together to fight off this attempt by hate mongers to destroy our nation and our ability to live in peace. The race hustlers are after sectarian strife such as we find in the Muslim world. Shiite Muslims kill Sunni Muslims because they aren’t Shiite’s. Sunni Muslims kill Shiite Muslims because they aren’t Sunni’s. We cannot let this happen to America just to provide a payday for the likes of Sharpton, Jackson, Farrakhan, and these New Black Panther Party sissy boys.
