In a sane universe “immigration reform” would be specifically designed to benefit the citizens of the nation passing the law, rather than be a law that only benefits non–citizens who came here illegally at the expense of the citizens.

But that hasn’t stopped Sen. Marco Rubio (R–FL) from eagerly joining the Gang of Ocho’s efforts to pass a “comprehensive” amnesty bill. After being trapped in a room with both Sen. Chuck Schumer (D–Publicity) and Sen. John McCain (R–Media Loves Me, Unless I Run for President), Rubio has evidently developed Stockholm Syndrome. He claims this amnesty bill does not have any amnesty provisions. Instead is has a “path to citizenship” where the length of time before amnesty kicks in somehow makes amnesty more tolerable for conservatives.

Yet I have a simple test for supporters of any immigration reform bill. If removing the portions that deal with granting citizenship to people who came to the US illegally causes Democrat support to vanish, then what you have is an amnesty bill and not a “reform” at all.

During her testimony before Congress in support of the bill, Sec. of Homeland Security Janet Incompetano said the 844–page bill has many benefits, including stricter accountability for employers and improving border security. Yet you can accomplish both of those goals without legalizing 12 million illegal aliens and doing so might just reduce the number of illegals here now.

Opponents of actually enforcing immigration law claim the government can’t deport 12 million people, but no one I know is advocating that. In fact this is one of the areas where I prefer a libertarian solution: the illegals got here on their own without government assistance and they can leave on their own, too.

In a true magic beans moment, Rubio is so proud of the 13–year “path to citizenship” — as if a slow motion surrender to illegality is an improvement over an immediate surrender. Maybe he thinks during this cooling off period Republican outreach teams can contact the newly legal and persuade them they are really naturally conservative and should be voting GOP.

But I’ve got news for Marco: it’s not going to happen. His 13–year path is going to be the civil unions of the immigration fight. As soon as Rubio’s bill is passed Democrats will begin complaining about second–class citizenship for brown people. As Neil Munro has written, the bill already has 400 “exemptions, exceptions, waivers, determinations and grants of discretion and even better will be administered by the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION!

We will be lucky if the 13–years lasts 13 months.

Democrats will get their immediate temporary permanent status for the illegals and the increased border security will never happen. The same goes for employer sanctions.

We heard the amnesty and border security shuffle when Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million (Gee, wasn’t he a Republican?). Amnesty was immediate and border security was absent, which is why we are preparing to legalize 12 million now.

The fines Rubio dreams of (much like the $1,500 fines the Commonwealth of Virginia was going to impose of indigent drunk drivers) will never be collected and the English proficiency test will be found to be culturally insensitive. Instead, illegals will get a waiver for the fine and if they can look at two photos and distinguish George Washington from Simon Bolivar their English is good to go, too.

You think I’m exaggerating? Ha! The Democrats in charge of the District of Columbia are preparing to introduce legislation that would require pharmacies, and possibly doctor’s offices, to provide translators — at business expense — for any customer or patient who does not speak English. That in a nutshell (apt phrasing, that) is the Democrat philosophy on immigration.

And by the way, I was being conservative when I said 12 million illegals would join us. According to NumbersUSA it will be more like 33 million, because “comprehensive reform” doesn’t manage to reform one of the major failings of current immigration policy called “family reunification.”

You probably think unifying families makes sense, because parents should be able to bring their children into the country. But you are wrong, that policy would be the reform. Current Democrat policy defines “family” as grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles, aunts, cousins, kissing–cousins, step–relatives and BFFs. So 33 million may be a conservative estimate.

Tea Party favorite Rubio is flacking for a bill that will only encourage more illegal immigration in the future, will not provide increased border security, will cost taxpayers billions, will depress wages for lower income workers, will burden the welfare system and — according to a report from Emily Schultheis in Politico — give Democrats 11 million so new voters, which is about the voting population of Ohio.

This leaves conservatives with a choice of opinions regarding Marco Rubio. One, he’s either too gullible to ever be allowed in the Oval Office or two, he’s a Democrat sleeper agent.

 John McCain doesn’t understand filibustering gun control???  I am astonished at the statement, and at the same time, not the least little bit surprised by it.  He really means what he says; he is oblivious, and totally flabbergasted.  HE DOESN’T GET IT!!!!

He took an oath as an officer in the United States Navy to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, and reaffirmed that oath as a member of Congress.  He violates the oath of office he swore before God and the American people every day.

McCain is so hung up on the pomp and circumstance of the “debate society” known as the Senate he can’t see the Constitution.  He is the consummate stuffed shirt “Duke of…” that I remember from the “swashbuckler” movies of my childhood and teens years.  The government hierarchy we have now, Democrat and Republican, is just like a monarchy of old Europe.

We are not being governed by people who respect, or even have knowledge of, our founding document.  We are being ruled by arrogant, pompous windbags who see themselves as set above We the People.  They will do what they decide is best for us, regardless of what we want, or what the Constitution says.  We are too stupid to understand liberty so they must rule our every move and have us pay them handsomely to do it.  Oh, and bow to the “Senator” or “Congressman” titles they carry for life!!!  They get treated like royalty by the media and they act like royalty.

The Robin Hood analogy fits with what is happening in America.  Prince John is a mirror of our government of today.  As a matter of fact, Prince John was the government of England at the time.  Really big business, the “too big to fail” branch of business, and government are the Prince John and Sheriff of Nottingham of our day.  John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and their ilk are part of the “king’s court” of Prince John.  They all work together to insure they get their share of the good life in the king’s court.  They are well-compensated and live a life of luxury, during and after their terms of office.

The IRS is the tax collector that Robin Hood took money from.  DHS is the enforcement arm of Prince John, his army.  DHS appears to be ramping up for something; buying full automatic rifles and semi-automatic pistols by the thousands, ammunition in the billions of rounds, and MRAP armored personnel carriers in the thousands.  They are teaming up with local law enforcement to run drills in city streets; practicing  locking down cities, “for our own protection”.  Martial law, anyone???  Why would they be arming an internal military force “equal to or better than” the United States military?  They aren’t likely to be rounding up illegal aliens any time in the near or distant future.  Who is the internal enemy they seek to overcome with this vast firepower?

We all know that McCain is going to insure that no illegal aliens will be inconvenienced by immigration laws.  He wants to wage war all over the world but refuses to secure the borders of our nation.  And while spending his time worrying  about the plight of people who are here illegally, McCain graciously finds enough time and energy to see to it that those of us who are here legally have no way of defending ourselves against any foe, foreign or domestic.  And he just can’t understand how anyone can object!!!!  Hey, “Senator”, what does the Constitution say in the 18 enumerated duties of the federal government?  Is McCain a traitor or just a senile old fool who needs to go home?

McCain may be a war hero (argument starts right about here) but history tells us that Benedict Arnold was one of the most outstanding officers of the Revolutionary War.  Arnold is remembered as a traitor, but before he betrayed a fledgling nation he too was a war hero.  McCain and those like him see We the People as mere peasants.  The royal attitude of elected politicians and their bureaucrat enforcers is a symptom of our destruction as a nation.

They are all doing this to us and any peasant with the temerity to object will be disarmed, and kept under observation should they survive the disarming.  The arrogance of the federal government, and many state and local governments, is appalling.  Criminals don’t follow the registration and background check laws we have now, so passing more laws won’t solve that problem.  Chicago was just announced as the worst city in the nation for the prosecution of firearms law violations.  They don’t prosecute the laws they have available today so let’s just have them pass some more they won’t enforce!!!!

Republicans, including “Senator” McCain, are on the verge of further restricting the rights of the law abiding citizen to own firearms, something that will do absolutely nothing to make We the People any safer.  It could, however, make it much easier for enemies, both foreign and domestic (DHS, maybe??), to impose their will on We the People if they should have the inkling.

McCain and those like him in government are a disease that is killing a nation and its people.  They have become so entrenched in their opulence they seem to see themselves as royalty.  As the “royals” increase their own opulence and hunger for power the liberty of the peasants disappears.  As personal freedoms go down the drain so does the nation.

Government produces nothing and is designed to merely be an office of We the People, not a ruling junta. McCain’s confusion about the duties of the federal government and the rights of the citizens is a danger to all of us.  He either doesn’t know what the Constitution says or doesn’t care.  Either way he has no business being in an elected office.  Hmmm, that can be said for nearly every member of Congress and virtually all of their bureaucrat minions!!!

People who have experienced gun control beg us to not go there but we are heading there anyway, or at least the government and many citizens are going there.  I’m not going there, I WILL NOT COMPLY!!!

We are on a course that destroyed the liberties, and lives, of millions of people in many countries throughout the 20^th Century.  If we don’t reverse course and turn our nation back to the Constitution we will soon follow the path that Mr. Martinez describes in this video.  Our founders must be spinning in their graves over what is happening to the nation they sacrificed so much to establish.

Maybe it’s time.

We’re writing you as longtime supporters. As Arizona residents we’ve watched your support of the state. We’ve watched your support of the military. We’ve watched your support of the constitution.

And we admired you. What you endured as a captive meant you were stronger and braver than us.

We admired when you talked of compromise and you reached across the aisle.

And we admired your tenacity during the run for president. We couldn’t imagine keeping the pace needed as candidate when the media kept reminding us of your age. Like many we were sad to see your handlers reign in the ‘maverick’ but then you surprised everyone with the unknown Palin, a maverick, in her own right and we were impressed.

In 2010 when people began speaking out against the skyrocketing government spending we saw your support of many young Tea Party voices and we thought we were all on the same page.

But maybe it’s time.

Last week we knew you, along with other key Republicans were meeting with the president. So we did understand when you weren’t apparent in the senate chambers during the unexpected Paul filibuster.  We hoped that you, along with your other senate colleagues would at least make an appearance after your dinner.  After all, the Twittersphere and other social media were going crazy with updates on Rand Paul. Surely, C-SPAN doesn’t see such high viewer numbers as they had that night of conservatives, watching and listening.

Don’t get me wrong. We are not Libertarians. And there is much about Rand Paul that we question. But the filibuster was a unifying moment for many conservatives. We aren’t paranoid but we are concerned that this administration who works by executive order and fiat might want to watch, spy and yes, even target key dissenters.

We are worried about the changes we see. So maybe it was just one small, common thread, but common it was and Paul’s questions to Holder and the administration were not irrelevant comments made by a fringe element.

Which is why we were very sad to see you and your pal Lindsey mock the filibuster and Paul’s statements. Even worse, you continued to show up on every news show and further denigrate Paul.

What were you thinking? Momma always told us, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” Who did you think you were helping with your criticism?

This was an opportunity to unite conservatives but instead your guffaws became the topic of conversation.

Yes, maybe it is time…Time to step aside and let the next generation take charge. We’d say maybe it’s time to retire gracefully…but we might be too late for that.

While interviewing with the Huffington Post, McCain used the term “wackos” to describe Senator Rand Paul (R, KY), Senator Ted Cruz (R, TX) and Representative Justin Amash (R, MI).

“They were elected, nobody believes that there was a corrupt election, anything else…But I also think that when, you know, it’s always the wacko birds on right and left that get the media megaphone,” said McCain.

When pressed for clarification on who the wackos are, McCain responded “Rand Paul, Cruz, Amash, whoever.”

It seems like just yesterday that McCain was relishing his role as maverick, while using the megaphone provided him by the media to gain the 2008 GOP presidential nomination.

Some Republicans, led by McCain and Senator Lindsey Graham (R, SC), worry that the filibuster, which focused lots of positive attention on Paul, might end up reflecting poorly on the party.

Might these be the same Republicans who nominated Gerald Ford in 1976, sought to nominate John Connally or George H.W. Bush while opposing Ronald Reagan in 1980, nominated Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney?

Clearly, the most successful nominee in that bunch was the most Conservative: Reagan.  That the GOP continues to cling to the notion that presidential electoral success hinges on nominating the most moderate candidate largely explains their lack of recent success.

To his credit, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, who may prove to fit into the Conservative new blood category, described the filibuster as “completely awesome.”

Meanwhile, in a radio interview with former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, Paul responded to McCain: “You know, I think he’s just on the wrong side of history, and on the wrong side of this argument, really.”

Paul continued by saying he respects both McCain’s military service and his legislative record, but stressed that McCain’s experience does not mean he is always right: “I treat Senator McCain with respect. I don’t think I always get the same in return.”

Americans on both sides of the aisle honor McCain for his service.  However, McCain must realize that it is time to pass the torch of leadership to a new generation of Conservative leaders demonstrably capable of filling his seemingly vacated role as maverick while leading Republicans to electoral victory.

The dictatorship is in place, and what do we get from McConnell, Boehner, and the rest of the Republican Party???  They grovel at the feet of tyrants and blame the TEA Party, We the People, for their defeat.  Back in 2010 the same TEA Party that was “THE” factor in the Republican landslide was dismissed as “a minor part” of the victory.  Republicans won in spite of distancing themselves from the true patriots in this nation.  The ever senile John McCain and his left wing buddy Lindsey Graham now come out talking tough about “investigations” of Benghazi.  Give me a break!!!!  More posturing for the cameras, just as in the Fast and Furious hearings I assume?

Boehner and the rest of the establishment, including the inside-the-beltway “conservative media” Peggy Noonan, Bill Kristol, Karl (Marx) Rove, among others, grovel at the feet of these dictators.  Instead of dismissing conservatives this time, Republicans and their media talking heads now blame the very people they claim to represent for the defeat of Republican liberalism. “Conservatives are the problem” is the excuse they use to explain a pathetic campaign by a pathetic candidate.  Six million conservatives did not vote. I think that is the wrong approach but I understand why they did not vote for Romney.

I have been writing about this for almost 3 years and nothing has changed for the better.  The Republican Party moves left as fast as the Democrat Party.  McConnell and Boehner even groveled when they won in 2010, just not quite so blatantly.  They sat around and whined that they only had “one half of one third of government” so they couldn’t really accomplish anything.  Now they can’t do anything because Obama got reelected and they “must compromise”.  How convenient!!!

The Republican establishment will never offer us another Reagan.  They lost that one and have been working hard ever since to insure they can keep their “baby brother” status.  They want to play golf and posture for the cameras without really doing anything. 

Boehner now speaks of “tax reform”.  Every time I hear a Republican talk of reforming taxes my taxes go up, and I do not belong to the wealthy class by a long stretch.  They have no desire to fulfill the wishes of We the People, but rather their own personal power, prestige, and wealth.  The current Republican Party and their supporting cast in the media are only interested in having a seat in the back of Obama’s Chavez Express.  They want face time on television, people wanting to write books about them, and the prestige of being “the honorable” (I don’t address them that way) Senator/Congressman Hedgehog.

Romney was a more pathetic candidate than McCain and hired the very same consultants to run the very same campaign.  The same “go along to get along” attitude that got us into this mess isn’t going to get us out of it.  Not interested in any prime farm land south of New Orleans, thanks!!!  Republicans have not yet realized that reaching across the aisle only results in a bloody stump coming back, and tax paying citizens getting the shaft.  Or is it that they know but just don’t care because it doesn’t affect them in a negative fashion?

All of you “let’s give the Republicans another chance” folks might want to re-evaluate your position.  Just as Chavez took control in Venezuela with a compliant “opposition party”, Obama is taking control of the United States with a compliant “opposition party” that really isn’t in opposition. The word complicit seems to fit the Republican Party more than the word opposition.

Vladimir Lenin, Adolph Hitler, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse Tung, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, and Hugo Chavez didn’t do their despotism alone.  All of them had cronies who helped, and in many cases were labeled the “opposition” when they were truly complicit.  As I have been saying for the last three years, we have a despotic political party and a party who is willing to surrender anything and everything as long as they are allowed at the trough with the despots. 

We the People of the United States are merely pawns in a power play that will end in poverty and slavery for all but the wealthiest of Americans.  The very poor who support the endless handouts will find out, as have others in the past, that they will never benefit from the policies that promise them everything yet delivers very little.  The “very little” is about to run out and those who are the most dependent on government will be the ones who suffer the most.  It happens in every dictatorship.

Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham have been outspoken in their quest for the truth of happening at Benghazi. The military background of both men has given them insight to the possible scenario.Their questions of statements made by Ambassador Rice appear to come in a search for answers more than an attempt to besmirch the administration’s spokesman on this issue.

McCain wasted no time responding to the president’s chiding:

Given the hands off nature of this president one has to wonder if McCain is right, does the president really have a grasp of this situation or was he isolated to the facts? Given the carefully worded comments by President Obama one also has to wonder if Rice will be the next person thrown under the bus?

WASHINGTON, September 13—Sen. Sessions joined Sens. John Thune, John McCain, and Kelly Ayotte today on the Senate floor today to discuss several items that the Senate’s Democrat majority has yet to address as Congress prepares to recess ahead of the November elections.

Among the outstanding items are: automatic sequestration cuts scheduled to take effect on January 2, any budget or appropriations bills, and the defense authorization bill.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has said the chamber is unlikely to take up any individual spending bills this year (the House of Representatives has passed 7 so far), and this year will mark the first time in over 50 years that the Senate has failed to pass a defense authorization bill to lay out the spending and priorities of the Defense Department.

Meanwhile, it has been 1,233 days since the Senate’s Democrat majority has adopted any budget plan at all.

The White House remains in support of Holder. The official word from press secretary Jay Carney is that “there is no need for a special counsel. These things have consistently been investigated when that’s appropriate”.

Holder’s troubles are not isolated to the national security leaks investigation. Holder is also under legal attack for the failed Fast and Furious firearms fiasco. Despite Holder’s possibly facing contempt of Congress charges next week, Carney relayed the “absolute confidence” the White House still has in Holder.

This “no special prosecutor” position stands in stark contrast to the position held by then Senators obama and Biden when it came to investigating the Iraq war policy. Or when it came to calling for the firing of U.S. attorneys. Or reviewing conditions at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. And especially when it came to discovering who leaked Valerie Plame and Joseph Wilson’s identities. All of which took place during George W. Bush’s presidency.

Not to mention special prosecutor Archibald Cox, who was appointed to investigate the Watergate scandal.

It would seem that, as usual, when the left commits perceived offenses, it’s perfectly appropriate for them to police themselves. But when there are similar perceptions of offenses committed by those on the right, that’s a completely different story.

Holder’s stonewalling of the Fast and Furious congressional investigation is not only straight out of the Richard M. Nixon play book, it is more egregious. Although ultimately the ongoing investigation resulted in the removal of a sitting President from office for his role in the Watergate burglary and ensuing cover-up, nobody died due to decisions made or actions taken by Nixon and his lieutenants.

It is alleged that by allowing hundreds of highly sophisticated automatic weapons to walk across the U.S./Mexican border and into the hands of criminal drug cartels, the Holder led Department of Justice contributed to the death of hundreds of Mexican civilians and murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry. This is an extremely serious charge. The truth must be uncovered. If this allegation is true, Eric Holder should go to prison, instead of being allowed to harass multiple state governments with frivolous, racist lawsuits. To hold to the notion that Eric Holder is capable of dispassionate logic in pursuit of fact in the face of such a clear conflict of interest is incongruous.

That the White House is standing behind Holder in stone walling the cover up of information is not surprising. When are the college records, medical records, travel records, etc of the current White House occupant going to be brought to light?

Will obama and Holder agree to appoint a special prosecutor? If they do and the going gets dicey, is the United States going to be submitted to a replay of the Archibald Cox firing drama? Will there be the Saturday Night Massacre, part two?

It would not be in the least bit surprising to see the White House let this drag out through the summer as a means of distracting from their own dismal record. It would also be true to form to see Holder go the way of many of obama’s once political allies. The moment Holder’s presence becomes too much of a political liability to the full time, win at all costs candidate he will become persona non grata faster than you can say: “Our long national nightmare is over”.

Osama's death makes an important in–kind contribution to the Obama campaign.

It’s not often I agree with Sen. John McCain (R–Ego), but his description of Obama’s Osama commercial is apt. “No one disputes that the president deserves credit for ordering the raid, but to politicize it in this way is the height of hypocrisy,” McCain said. “This is the same president who said, after bin Laden was dead, that we shouldn’t ‘spike the ball’ after the touchdown. And now Barack Obama is… doing a shameless end-zone dance to help himself get re-elected.”

Even the Post Twins: Washington & Huffington find the ad distasteful, with Dana Milbank describing it and the campaign so far as, “sleazy.”

Even judging the ad strictly on content and message finds it deeply flawed.

Start with Bill Clinton as narrator. When the late, credibility–challenged Richard Nixon was running for office, Democrats used to ask, “Would you buy a used car from this man?” But when it comes to Bill Clinton, I wouldn’t buy a used car or date a used girlfriend.

Clinton is single handedly responsible for two of the biggest pre–9/11 failures. First he botched a chance to capture Osama bin Laden before 9/11. Second was his appointment of Jamie Gorelick to the Justice Department where her trademark “wall of separation” prevented the FBI and the CIA from connecting the dots and possibly preventing 9/11 in the first place.

The only raid I can recall Bill Clinton and his administration mounting was on a ramshacklecompound in Waco, TX. But wait, that must be it! Religious fanatics holed up in a poorly–constructed dump located in the hinterland of some God–forsaken wilderness without a Starbucks. The symmetry is perfect! Call Clinton’s people and see if he’s available.

What’s next, an ad on the fight against sex trafficking by the Cartagena 12?

The ad’s message problem is the complete lack of a sense of proportion. Let’s begin by addressing the operations side. SEAL Team 6’s performance was characterized by skill, daring and professionalism. These anonymous warriors penetrated deep into hostile territory and successfully eliminated America’s Public Enemy #1, without the loss of a single man. Each risked his life in the service of his country and their families faced the potential loss of a husband, father and/or son. So for them individually the scale of the operation involved their entire world.

But for the nation as a whole the scale is much different, in spite of the risible efforts of the parade of pantywaists in the White House who are attempting to conflate a small–scale incursion into “the most audacious plan” in 500 years.

Getting Osama was simply a raid: A short–term intrusion into enemy territory to eliminate a high value target. It was not D–Day. It was not dropping the atomic bomb. It was not theInchon landing. It’s not even Lincoln facing the election of 1864 wondering if Gen. William T. Sherman would fail in his march on Atlanta and doom the war effort.

The big deal these acolytes — most of whom have never served a day in uniform — make about Obama ordering the mission is simply ludicrous. In the commercial a lonely Obama stares out an Oval Office window into a threatening, overcast sky with the weight of a nation on his noble shoulders as he ponders the decision.

But what he’s actually wondering is where he can get a can of Bag Balm to rub on his hands, because they are really chapped after being wrung non–stop for the many hours he agonized over an obvious decision.

The question is not would Mitt Romney have ordered the raid. The question is, who wouldn’t have ordered it?

I suppose Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Mohammed Sadique Khan would have said “no,” but I bet Muhammad Ali would have said “yes.”

And unless one was conducting an informal survey in the tonier sections of Alexandria, VA or Bethesda, MD eight out of ten strangers encountered on the sidewalk would have said, “Hell yes, light him up!”

What if the raid had failed? I can assure you the US would not have collapsed into the fetal position and begun mewling like a kitten. (Although I can’t speak for Joe Biden.) The military would have simply looked for another opportunity.

But I can tell you who is enjoying this ad: The maniacs in Iran, who are not holed up in a compound. After watching this they know there is no chance Obama, the Equivocator–in–Chief, will ever order a strike to prevent their building a nuclear weapon.

Meanwhile, it’s a good that Osama was buried at sea. It removes the temptation to have Barack pose with the body in a new commercial should his poll numbers continue to decline.

I have a great faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to carry me through whatever evil comes my way.  To me, voting isn’t a question of voting for the one who is less dangerous than the other.  My vote is based on what I believe God would have me do, on the standards set by Him and recorded in the Holy Bible.  I will vote based on who I believe to be in compliance with God’s Word and the Constitution of the United States of America, a document written by men who took much of the content from biblical principles and guidelines.

Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama claims to be a Christian man, a Mormon.  I don’t care which church he is affiliated with, that is not my concern.  My concerns about Mitty go so much deeper.  How can a man who proclaims to be a Christian support abortion on demand?  God’s Word says that he “knew us before we were even in the womb”.  Does that not accentuate the idea of life at conception to a Christian?  I understand that there are cases that can be made for abortion in instances of rape, but that is not where Mitty stands on the issue.  How can a “conservative Christian” support the joke of the “gay rights” issue?  I don’t agree that homosexuals should be hung from the nearest tree but I don’t believe they should be given special rights not afforded to the rest of us either, and neither does God’s Word.  How can a man who claims to believe in the Constitution not believe in the rights of We the People to keep and bear arms as stated in the Second Amendment?  How can a conservative candidate support Obamacare, a travesty that Mitty actually authored and has supported for several years?

God’s Word tells us to stand strong on biblical principles and to live our lives by His core values.  People who will vote for Mitty out of fear of Obama are neither putting their faith in God, nor their trust in His “divine providence”. 

Voting out of fear brought Adolph Hitler to power in Germany.  People feared another stint with the Weimar Republic and voted in a guy who promised to “fundamentally transform” Germany.  We are facing the same situation today.  People fear what Obama will do in a second term, rightfully so, but are not looking at the other choice realistically.  The mantra is “anyone but Obama, as long as it is Mitty”, and discounting any other option.

I will not vote for Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama in November.  I WILL NOT COMPLY with the party-line “vote for our guy because he isn’t quite as dangerous as the other guy” mentality.  You see, I find Mitty to be just as dangerous as Obama in many respects.  In addition to the items listed earlier, Mitty also has been bought and paid for by George Soros and the New World Order cabal.  In case you haven’t heard, Soros has publicly endorsed Mitty as the best candidate for the Republican Party.  That is enough on its own merit to stop me from voting for him, but isn’t the only reason I stand on.  I hear people make a big deal out of the Olympics and how Mitty “saved” the event.  What people are surprised to learn when I mention it is that Mitty “saved” the Olympics with $450 million federal tax dollars given to him by George W. Bush.  This same money was denied to Mitty’s predecessor.  I find that rather curious.  If the money was insignificant to the treasury but vital to the Olympics, why wasn’t the money given to the first guy, and who did this money actually go to?  And when you go look at how he balanced the state budget without tax increases you will find a substantial “federal tax donation” to the state treasury.

I will cast my vote for a man who I believe will actually stand up to the New World Order globalists and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and We the People, against all enemies foreign and domestic. I want a President I can believe will do what is right, not just “hope” he will do what is right.

Voting for the lesser of two evils and hoping for a better candidate next time is not the answer.  I heard that, and bought into it, many years ago.  I voted for Bob Dole, one of the worst candidates that has ever run for the office of President of the United States, but he was “better than the alternative and we could get a better candidate the next time around”.  It worked once because we wound up with Ronald Reagan but hasn’t worked out so well since then.  I bought it again four years ago when I voted for the McCain/Palin Republican Party ticket.  I actually voted for Sarah Palin, hoping they would win and McCain would die of a heart attack the next day and leave Palin as the President.  I think that much of John McCain, and I remember how Mitty ran second to McCain in 2008.  Four years ago Mitty was less conservative than John McCain but now he is miraculously the most conservative candidate available?  Naw, I’m not buying the same 3 legged horse again.

My vote will be cast for John Albert Dummett (www.johndummett.us), as a write-in candidate if necessary.  Wasting my vote?  Voting for Obama?  Insuring Obama gets a second term?  NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!  I am exercising the discernment given to me by God and casting my vote for the man who will follow God’s Word and the Constitution rather than voting out of fear of another Obama term.  I will vote for a man who will put what is best for the nation ahead of what is best for his cronies and the New World Order globalist cabal that so many of the Washington “elite” cater to.

I also hear the “he can’t win” line from people I talk to, and undoubtedly will hear the same from many who read this article.  Can’t win?  Why can’t he win?  He “can’t win” because of all of the people in America who would rather vote for evil out of fear of the other evil running.  Mitty the Poo doesn’t really have any support from conservative voters, and certainly not TEA Party people.  If everyone who will vote for Mitty out of the fear of another four years of Obama would vote for John Dummett it would be a slam dunk win for conservative values, for God’s values, and for We the People.  More importantly, it would be a victory for our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

We can never regain our freedom by voting for the lesser of two evils.  We the People can only win if we have the courage of our founding fathers.  I wonder how many people said George Washington could never beat the British, armed with the strongest army and the strongest navy in the world at the time.  I wonder how many people cheered Neville Chamberlain when he came back from Europe with a paper signed by Adolph Hitler that guaranteed “peace in our time”, a peace “guaranteed” by selling Czechoslovakia to Hitler?  I wonder how many people were joyous of the pact signed between Hitler and Stalin that prevented Germany from invading Russia in World War II.  Oh, wait a minute; don’t I remember reading that something went wrong there?

Signing contracts, including voting, with evil out of fear of a greater evil is not in the best interests of anyone, particularly the future of our nation.  Our Republic is gone and nearly to the point of no return.  We now live under a dictatorial oligarchy and are in danger of finding ourselves living under a tyranny akin to that of Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, China, and many other repressive governments.

 If you don’t have the courage to stand up for freedom now when will you find that courage?   Will you stand and fight when they come for your bible, your guns, your food, or your home?  Will you fight when they come to round your family up to be sent to the FEMA camps, also authorized under a Republican president and Congress?  Or will you simply pack your one allowed suitcase and trod off to the slaughterhouse like the Jews did in Nazi Germany?  Those willing to bow to tyranny out of fear now will not be willing to stand up for freedom when things get much worse.  The Secret Service has already tried to intimidate Ted Nugent into submission over his remarks at the NRA convention a few weeks ago. 

John Dummett (www.johndummett.us ) has received visits from the FBI, found his e-mail suddenly and mysteriously shut down, his computers hacked, and is receiving death threats.  This is only the beginning.  Those who believe things will be better under Mitty need to look at the last “conservative”/moderate president we elected.  This “conservative”/moderate, along with a Republican Congress, and in addition to the FEMA camps, gave us the “Patriot” Act, Homeland Security, and the TSA.  The last conservative/moderate Republican president did more to destroy our freedom than Bill Clinton.  That “conservative”/moderate was George W. Bush.

Now is not the time to compromise with evil.  Now is the time to stand up for freedom and vote for a man who is offering us a truly conservative platform.  People who say I am wasting my vote or voting for Obama are wrong.  Those voting out of fear of another Obama term are the ones wasting their votes.  I am voting from a positive position, voting for a man I believe will follow through with what he promises and give us a presidency we can once again be proud of.  I am voting for freedom now, not the hope that “someday” we will have an acceptable Republican candidate who will truly stand up for the values of God and our founding fathers.

Today, more than ever, we need a staunch conservative voice in the White House.  We need more staunch conservative voices in Congress.  John McCain, Orin Hatch, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and the others who routinely ignore the Constitution in favor of Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi are not leaders.  They are only interested in currying favor with despots to keep their seat in the back of Obama’s tyranny bus.  All of the dictatorships I listed earlier have their parliaments or congresses but they are only rubber stamps of a dictator, men and women who will do whatever they have to do to keep their seats of power, wealth, and prestige.

We can no longer afford to vote out of fear.  Our nation is teetering on the brink of outright dictatorship and appeasing despots never works out well for the pawns in the appeasement.  We the People must show the courage of our founding fathers and those who have sacrificed their lives to preserve our freedom over the last 236 years.  Voting for Mitty the Poo is appeasement, trying to curry favor with New World Order globalists who have nothing more than their own power.  Voting for John Albert Dummett is a vote for freedom now and in the future.

The media tells us how we “deserve” anything and everything we desire, and that whatever we want should be provided for us by someone else. Unfortunately it is working all too well. These people are trampling on the very fabric of our nation and pulling the rug of freedom right out from underneath us while millions sit around and watch the latest rage in “I Got’s Some Talent” nonsense.
Kinchlow quite aptly describes the treatment and even the “labeling” of conservative elements in society today by the media, and the politicians they pay to control us with laws and regulations. Isn’t profiling and labeling wrong according to these very media brainiacs? Everything the founders stood for is ridiculed at the very least. Most of the values of Washington, Jefferson, Madison, and the others are totally derided or ignored by the media and the politicians. Anyone espousing anything decent, honest, traditional, or earned is ridiculed and intimidated into silence by bullies and tyrants. And don’t you dare bring any mention or glimpse of anything remotely Christian.

Time Magazine comes out and says Catholic bishops should be put in prison for expressing their outrage at the latest example of dictatorial bullying in the Sebelius rule about abortion and religious facilities (a part of Obamacare no one mentioned in the highlight reels of the campaign). That is some nice “freedom of speech” stance by that veritable Communist rag. “Thank You 3rd Rail” for the staunch defense of freedom of speech for all. Now, back to “I Got’s Some Talent”.

And while America is focused on the latest “talent” show serial, the politicians are flowing with this politically correct nonsense and passing laws and regulations, including involving our very use of language (“Hate Crimes” legislation comes to mind). More “feel good”, “let’s stop bullies” legislation, yeah!!! But it doesn’t stop the bullies, it only encourages them. The bullies are the ones deciding what is bullying and what is “freedom of speech”.

When you see there the money is and where it goes in KInchlow’s article you begin to find a pattern. The unions, and Wall Street / “K” Street tycoons make and spend their money in the same places. Look at the money spent by politicians and their backers to buy media time, some of it even acknowledged as political ads. Go research some more and broaden your horizons. This is one big circle of financial deals that doesn’t include us “commoners”. This benefits the REAL 1%’ers, and it really isn’t that hard to see if you look.

Take a real close look at the Republican candidate debates. The “moderators” can’t find anything more important than who is going to pay for condoms for whom? The candidates all wring their hands and say we have to be “compassionate”, and “we need to be inclusive”, yada yada yada. We are being played by a very elaborate system of bait and switch, and we are being played by professionals. This is what they do, con good hearted people into doing what is desired by the baiters. It is a mob mentality of “attack the one who doesn’t conform”. Isolate, Denigrate, Destroy. Make an example of one to keep millions in line.

Your freedoms are being spirited away right under your noses. Anyone who stands up and speaks out against this activity is pounced on by the wolves in an instant. Look at the treatment given “Joe the Plumber”, Sarah Palin, Sharon Angle, Christine O’Donnell, and countless others who have had the audacity to stand in defiance of the media and their left-wing politicians (both parties included here).

And notice how few of the “staunch conservatives” in the Senate stand with Jim DeMint and Tom Coburn when it comes time to start giving some semblance of control back to the citizens. The House of Representatives is even worse. Leadership of both parties in both houses of Congress is corrupt and playing us every day by cheap talk and actions opposite of what they promised us to get elected.
Once again the Republican Party trots out a bunch of current or former politicians, the same lame ones who have had a hand in ruining our nation, and tells us we better “pick one of them or our nation is lost”. “Anyone but Obama, as long as it is one of these guys”. Go back as far as Gerald Ford and see if I am right (guess who didn’t want Ronald Reagan). And then all the “conservative” talking heads come on and tear anyone who does not fit their agenda to pieces, i.e., Herman Cain. “Conservatives need not apply” is the message from those running the Republican Party and its propaganda arm in the media. Of course, the Democrat Party and their large propaganda subsidies are more than happy to assist in the character assassination of anyone remotely conservative in any value. Oh, by the way, “truth need not apply” either.

Each candidate is the “only one” that can solve our nation’s woes and “if we don’t vote for him we are doomed” We the People are also told, by the same media people mentioned earlier, that Republicans better nominate Mitt Romney, not so affectionately known here as Mitty the Poo, or “all is lost”. What a line of crap; but out trots John McCain to endorse Mitty. “He lost to me last time so it is his turn for the limelight”. “Mitty is my ‘Jimmy Carter’ moment”. “Thanks, Mitty”. “He will lose worse than I did and I will be off the hook as the worst candidate ever”.

Now, back to “I Got’s SomeTalent”. In the meanwhile politicians are busy tightening controls on internet information. We saw what they did to the TV broadcasts a few months back. They haven’t quite managed to totally control the internet yet but they are very close, watch for March 8th. Those intent on taking total control of everything in America are dependant that citizens continue to be enamored with the latest cutsey talent show while they destroy your very way of life.

Are you aware of how society used to be in Cuba, pre-Castro? Not the way it is portrayed in the media, but the REAL society of Cuba. There were rich, there were poor, and there was the middle class. After Che Guevara and Fidel Castro were finished there were only very rich and very poor. The ultra wealthy paid Castro for protection, or left the island. Those without the assets to pick up and move to America had everything they owned taken by the government. Homeowners were pushed out of their homes and business owners were pushed out of their businesses by bureaucrats. Those who worked to earn the wages for a decent income were forced to become slaves because the “benevolent rulers” decided that poverty was a good lifestyle, it was equal for everyone. Of course, that “everyone” didn’t include the Castro brothers and their friends.

Ladies and Gentlemen of America, you are being played for suckers by people with evil intent. Once you have frittered all of your rights away you will be cannon fodder for tyrants. These tyrants are in both political parties. When “I Got’s Talent” is no longer needed to distract you it will go away and you will be left with a situation you really don’t want. But by then it will be too late to do anything about it, the barn door will have been shut, the trap door will have come down.

We don’t have to fall for this and lose the republic our founding fathers forged with their courage and their blood. There is time, there are solutions but it is up to We the People to implement those solutions. I have some thoughts, Next!!!!!

Martin Luther King only has one day, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln have to share a day, and Condom gets an entire week to himself? What genius thought this up? Only a person with a heart as black as Satan’s could come up with a plan such as this to pervert our children and only people with hearts as black as Satan’s could stand by and let it happen without so much as a whimper of protest.

Sadly Mr. Condom is a perverted character created and honored by Planned Parenthood to destroy another generation of children. In the video, “Hooking Kids on Sex”, they have a section showing 10 year olds how to masturbate and how to install a condom for sexual intercourse. HELLOOOOOOO!!!! Is teaching them to read, write, and count too much trouble or are those just insignificant items the kids don’t need any more?

The real kicker to this is that my tax money, and your tax money, is paying for this trash. Is there anyone in Washington today with any brains or morals at all? Why is this going on? Where are Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, and Ron Paul on this? Rick Santorum has stood up and spoken out against the Obama regime’s immoral despotism; and all he gets is grief from the propaganda arms of both political parties and his fellow “conservatives” in the presidential primary race and the so-called “conservative” media.

Where are John McCain and Lindsey Graham on “National Condom Week”? Are they still trying to figure out how they voted to remove the military restrictions against sodomy and bestiality in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011? Where are John Boehner and Mitch McConnell? As Sgt. Carter used to say to Gomer Pyle: “I can’t hear you!!!!!”

Where are the conservatives in Congress who seem to have lost their voices since Obama took over and became Dictator-in-Chief and President for Life of the National Socialist State of Amerika? How many adult men and women are in prison or on sexual predator lists for less offensive actions than this? Is this part of the Islamification of America? Islam hangs homosexuals but an adult man “teaching” a 10 year old boy about sex is just fine. Hypocrisy and perversion go hand-in-hand in the Muslim world. Is this the reason we are seeing this happen here, getting us ready?

The federal government is out of control and no one in Washington is doing anything to stop it. We hear little mouse squeaks from time to time but nothing really substantial, nothing to stand up and cheer about. An entire generation of Americans is being taught perversion and immorality without any opposition from anyone in Congress, the courts, or the media. Our elected “leaders” sit by quietly and allow this to go on because they are afraid of being called “racist” or “closed minded” or “intolerant”? Where are the leaders in government? (Hint: the Republicrats are hiding under their desks not wanting to be seen or heard on this).

The sad truth is that our government is staffed with evil, self-centered, narcissistic despots who are more interested in their own well-being than that of the citizens of this once great nation. As happened in Venezuela we are seeing a despot run over members of Congress who are either so evil that they are complicit or so cowardly evil they are afraid to speak up for fear of receiving criticism from the “enlightened” media.

Hell has come to America and we are seeing it in National Condom Week and the Komen foundation backing down from a moral stance to appease the most evil people in the world. Judgment is coming to America and we find our nation trying to “go along to get along” with the most evil, black hearted people to ever walk the face of this earth.

Adolph Hitler murdered 12 million innocent Jews, Christians, Gypsies, Slavs, Poles, Homosexuals, etc. during his reign of terror in Europe. How many innocent babies has Planned Parenthood murdered while Congress and multiple presidential administrations not only stood by and watched, but gladly paid for those murders? Now the goal is to expand into perverting and sexually abusing our children, and using We the People to pay for it.

Appeasing evil is never a winning proposition. We finally destroyed Adolph Hitler and his evil regime but only after Neville Chamberlain’s “peace in our time” brought the world to the brink of destruction and cost the lives of an estimated 100 million people.

Our federal government is a diseased animal that needs a dose of anti-biotic strong enough to kill the germs that infect it. We can no longer stand by and allow this to happen to our children. The most innocent of our nation are being sold into slavery, the slavery of perversion that they may never recover from.

If this is allowed to stand then I demand that every child molester and child rapist be immediately released from prison. How can men and women be held in prison for sex crimes while this is allowed to happen unfettered; and even condoned by our country’s elected “leaders” and paid for by tax money?

The worst element in all of this is the apathy of the American people. Who will bother to write to demand something be done? Who will call their member of Congress to insist they charge Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Kathleen Sebelius, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, et al. with genocide, taking indecent liberties with a minor, child sexual assault, and a host of other criminal charges?

Unless We the People stand up and take an active role of leadership in America we are going to very soon find ourselves living in the FEMA camps they built in 2009 under SB 645, and are staffing right now with money provided by the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011. If American citizens; Christians, Jews, and even atheists and agnostics can’t see what is wrong with this then we are indeed a nation lost to Satan.

To show how much our nation suffers from apathy let me give you an example. I was running for a local school board position, a first-timer in a political race, and lost to the incumbent by a substantial margin. As disappointed as I am to have lost the race I am more disappointed in how I lost. There are in the neighborhood of 10,000 eligible voters in this school district. How many votes were cast? 368, or 3% of eligible voters. If I had won the election I would be only slightly happier. The depth of “I don’t care” from the voters of this nation is the most disappointing thing of all to me. Judgment will fall heavier on those who do nothing than it will on those who fight the battle. Even if those of us willing to fight the battle lose the battle, we will still have stood up for what Jesus called “the least of my flock”.

As our nation teeters on the edge of oblivion only a small percentage of those who can vote will vote. Many of those casting ballots in November will be either corpses or fictional cartoon characters. Such a sad commentary for a nation forged in the blood of those who were willing to die for even a glimpse of a chance to vote for their future.

A “shining city on a hill” has become a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah, ripe for the judgment of God and subjugation by an evil so dark it makes a black hole in space look like the sun.

Copies of this are going to the entire Oklahoma Congressional delegation. I hope you will do the same in your state. Stand up now, tomorrow will be too late.

Rick Perry, the John Edwards plastic hair of the race, left the Democrat Party when he saw the winds of change bringing a Republican ascendency during the Reagan/Bush ’41 years. Perry isn’t now and never has been a conservative. In-state tuition and a “path to citizenship (amnesty)” for illegal aliens are not conservative positions, despite what Perry might think.

Once Cain had been eliminated Romney and Gingrich turned on each other in a manner befitting true liberals, or “Republican moderates” as the establishment likes to say. Gingrich berates Romney for making money using capitalism as his method. How can he say he is a conservative when he spends day upon day berating someone using the very system conservatives espouse?

Romney’s chief operative in Florida is busy working with Democrats to re-district Allen West out of the House of Representatives; Romney has destroyed the health care system and the economy of Massachusetts with Romneycare, and believes in the individual mandate. Of course, he mitigates the Romneycare issue by saying it is okay for the state but not the federal government to force citizens into purchasing something they don’t want. Gingrich also believes, or says he does, that the individual mandate is acceptable, even preferable. How is either one of them going to run a general election on abolishing Obamacare with these records? Not much of a difference from Obama to me.

Neither Romney nor Gingrich will bring up the issues that matter to We the People. I wonder why not. Gingrich rails at Romney for being a part of Bain Capitol but mentions not one word about Barack Obama having a former Bain executive in his inner circle. Why is this off the radar screen for Gingrich when he makes such a big deal about Romney’s Bain connection? Any mention of the nearly $500,000 in back taxes owed by current White House staff members while Obama rails at the “rich” who “don’t pay their fair share of taxes”? Or how about Timothy Geithner, the king of tax cheats? Not a word from Romney or Gingrich on Geithner either.

Just last week a lawsuit was heard in Georgia, Gingrich’s home state, dealing with the eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as president due to his not being a “natural born citizen”, a strategy developed by Republican candidate John Albert Dummett Jr., of California. You haven’t heard of Dummett because the ruling elite, including their propaganda arm FOX News, won’t give him the time of day. Just another annoying conservative; keep moving folks, nothing to see here. A ruling is expected very soon and is expected to keep Obama off the Georgia ballot. I watched the hearing and it was an impressive array of evidence showing that Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject, making our current president ineligible to hold the seat. One of the most significant political stories since Richard Nixon resigned due to Watergate, yet not a word from the two Republican front runners about it. I wonder why.

I keep hearing that Republicans need someone who can oust Barack Obama in November. I don’t seem to ever hear them mention what We the people need, or want for that matter. I wrote a few months ago, when Romney and Perry were “our only hope”, that we need to be careful what we ask for. Replacing Barack Obama with a clone is not the answer to our nation’s problems but that is where we are headed with Romney and Gingrich.

It seems Republicans are running to lose once again. This happened in 2008 with John McCain at the helm. He had the best prospect for election in Sarah Palin as his Vice-Presidential candidate but his handlers told her to keep quiet about Obama’s connections to Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright. Perceived weakness and a RINO candidate brought defeat and injected Barack Obama into office. I see today’s Republican Party playing the same losing game. They won’t touch Obama’s radical beginnings, the question of his eligibility, or his links to Wall Street money men.

Are the Republicans cowards or are they competing in this race to dissolve the United States of America into a Third World banana republic? I believe it is a combination of both. The party machine, elitist establishment is so afraid of being called “racist” or “extremist” that they refuse to take a stand on anything conservative. Even a dead fish can float downstream and today’s Republican Party is content to be a dead fish. Dead fish is what Romney and Gingrich offer us. Those of us who are willing to fight for freedom are a danger to their little dinghy capsizing in a tidal wave of conservatism and the establishment will do anything to prevent We the People from capsizing their boat. New World Order globalists own the Republican Party and conservatives are a danger to that ownership.

Right now the Republican Party sits back and criticizes Democrats but will not really jeopardize their seats in the back of the bus to stand with those of us who want true liberty to be restored in America. When the winds of change began to blow the way of conservatism during the Reagan years many Democrats wanted to jump on the bandwagon to continue their places of power in congress. Alan Specter is a classic example of this, as is Rick Perry.
Both, along with several others, changed over to the Republican Party and were welcomed with open arms by Gingrich and the Republican leaders in the Senate. I also remember them giving committee chairmanships to Democrats in the name of “civility” and “inclusiveness”. What happened? The Republican Party became almost as Marxist oriented as the Democrat Party. This compromising has led us to where we are now, a Republican Party dominated by “moderates” lacking either the courage or the desire to stand on conservative principles.

If voters compromise and “settle” for Romney or Gingrich our nation will lose our freedom, a freedom given by thousands who have died and suffered wounds in battle after battle against tyranny. If voters are willing to be dead fish and float downstream they will find a swamp of tyranny, despotism, and slavery at the end of that stream. It has happened many times in the past to other nations. France, Russia, Germany, Cuba, Venezuela, and many others have settled for the lesser of two evils only to find that evil is evil and the lesser of those evils sold them into slavery and despotism in the end.

As Neville Chamberlain found out in dealing with Adolph Hitler, appeasement and the compromise of values is always a losing proposition. People say that a third party candidate, or an out-of-the-establishment candidate like Dummett, cannot win so they won’t vote for one. The reason a third party or dark horse candidate can’t win is that too many people would rather take a chance on soft tyranny than stand up for total liberty; they would rather float downstream. We cannot preserve our freedom by floating downstream. Our founding fathers didn’t float downstream, the “Greatest Generation” didn’t float downstream and accept dictatorship from Hirohito and Hitler, and I won’t float downstream and accept dictatorship from Obama, Romney, or Gingrich. I will not accept tyranny from Democrats or Republicans.

Sen. Inhofe, Sen. Coburn, Rep. Boren:

I am writing concerning several issues that show a total contempt for the Constitution and We the People of the United States of America by Barack Obama, and more frightening, the Congress of the United States of America. I have just been made aware of S. 1698 which seeks to strip citizenship from citizens “engaged in war against the United States”. I realize the wording is vague and leans towards double-talk on purpose, and that is what I take issue with. It seems members of Congress are systematically stripping We the People of any right to protest, or fight against the tyranny being foisted upon us by our own government, and parsing words to accomplish their sinister task.

This is supposedly aimed at “homegrown terrorists” but we all know the definition of that term today. The only parameter of the Homeland Security profile I don’t fit is that I still have all of my fingers. Their definition of “homegrown terrorist” seems to be aimed at patriotic American citizens not the true terror threats, Islamic radicals. As a matter of fact, I haven’t seen Islamic radicals on their list of dangerous people, so-called “potential terrorists”. I fit the profile but Muslim males 18-35 don’t. Oops, sorry, can’t profile Muslim males 18-35, that is racist. This all seems a bit odd to me since we have been attacked by these nuts several times, and can expect even more attacks, including the possibility of a nuclear attack on one or more of our cities.

This comes on the heels of S. 1867/HR 1540, a bill which blatantly broadens the ability of the president to order the indefinite detention of any citizen without charges, at locations within or outside of the United States. I know it has been said that this does not refer to We the People, but Sen. Lindsey Graham, Sen. John McCain, and Barack Obama have publicly disputed that notion. Sections 1021 and 1022 are in direct conflict with each other as to the meaning of the wording, which lends a great deal of lee-way towards tyranny if one should be inclined and I tend to think one would be inclined based on the actions I see coming from Washington D. C. every day.

The NDAA also provides for the staffing of the FEMA camps, the ones that have been denied to exist. When I wrote about those camps a couple of years ago I was told they are for victims of natural disasters. No one answered my concerns about the design of the camps to resemble the Nazi concentration camps of World War II. I don’t understand the need for 12 ft. high fences topped with razor wire and barbed wire, just to provide temporary homes for flood, hurricane, or tornado victims. Why are they suddenly being staffed by the NDAA, with bids going to Halliburton recently? Are we expecting an unforcasted natural disaster to crop up any time soon or is it in preparation for the imposition of martial law and the suspension of the Constitution as requested by North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr, Rep. Maxine Waters, and others in congress?

Pile all of this on top of S. 679, legislation that takes any away oversight by Congress in presidential appointments and we have the end game of a dictatorship, ala Venezuela. I see Congress deliberately abrogating their responsibilities under the Constitution and giving this, or any, president the right to do as he wishes regardless of the law. When we have United States Senators saying a president should be allowed to appoint anyone he wants regardless of their intentions regarding upholding the Constitution We the People have every right to be concerned. The extension of the “Patriot Act” wasn’t blatant enough so we have to go with even more. That law alone is so unConstitutional that it takes away the very basis of our Republic.

Today, the 10th Circuit upheld the ruling by Judge Vicki Miles-LeGrange that State Question 755, the anti Sharia and International Law bill, as being unConstitutional. This passed with 70% of We the People voting for it. This is more tyranny based on the whining of CAIR, claiming it is unConstitutional because it bars using Sharia Law in Oklahoma. Any idiot should be able to see Sharia Law goes against the Constitution and is therefore not applicable in America. SQ 755 has nothing to do with religious freedom. I fail to see how this can be ruled unConstitutional in the first place, much less upheld on appeal.

Members of Congress, as do federal judges, swear to uphold and defend the Constitution but I don’t see that happening in Congress or the courts much these days. I see bill after bill, judicial ruling after judicial ruling, coming through that denigrates my freedom and no one up there seems to give it a thought. I know bills don’t get read because of the surprise on the faces and in the words of members of Congress when the provisions come out. The two biggest backers of the NDAA, Graham and McCain, didn’t know about the removal of sodomy and bestiality rules for our military. Is that to accommodate Muslims? After all, they are known for their affection for animals. After it was passed and signed, they feign surprise with, “I didn’t know that was in there”. What else did they, or you, not know is in there?

Gentlemen, WE the People are fed up. We are only going to take so much before your rules are going to fall on deaf ears and we will run our nation without you. You are employees of We the People, not monarchs. We decide what is Constitutional and what is not. Government has grown too big for its britches and needs to take a good look at how our nation was designed. When patriotic citizens of this nation are called terrorists and the real terrorists are called victims of bigotry something is very wrong. Our nation is on the verge of collapse and Congress has its foot on the accelerator running us off a cliff.

It is time for you to stand up and publicly call for the resignations of John Boehner and Mitch McConnell. It is time for you to stand up and demand the arrest of Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Kenneth Melson over Operation Fast & Furious. They should be arrested and held without bond for murder in the death of border patrol Agent Brian Terry, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to violate gun laws, and treason for conspiracy to subvert the 2nd Amendment by their involvement in Operation Fast & Furious.

They should not be allowed to flaunt any law that I am expected to abide by. What do you think would be my fate if I violated the same laws blatantly violated by them? If you are not willing to do this then you have no right to expect me or any other American citizen to obey any law anywhere. You certainly do not have the right to expect us to honor your legislation if you cannot honor the Constitution. Do your duty, your sworn duty, to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and stop playing word games with We the People.
