Help Wanted: New Generation of Founding Fathers

This is an openEagle- America Deserves Better letter to a new generation of founding fathers who I hope will stand up and “pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor” to the cause of a restored Republic of the United States of America.  I am asking for leaders to lead; people with wealth, name recognition, and the trust of We the People to lead us into a revival of  the liberty once known by citizens of America.  It is time for a political party to represent the disenfranchised in both political parties and the Independents who have been disenfranchised for a very long time.

I speak to Allen West, Sarah Palin, Rand Paul, Jim DeMint, Ted Cruz, Ted Poe, Jason Chaffetz, Mike Lee, Ted Nugent, Glenn Beck, Kelsey Grammer, Bruce Willis, Jon Voight, Donald Trump, Thomas Sowell, Herman Cain, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Neil Boortz, Dr. Benjamin Carson, Pastor John Hagee, Pastor JamesAllen West Manning, and many others who just don’t come to mind right now.  You have the money, the name recognition, and the respect of the 67% of We the People who identify as TEA Party members or sympathizers.  I know there must be Democrats who are fed up with the Marxist tilt of their party also.

We have a plethora of people, black, white, red, yellow, and a few polka dotted ones, who are ready and willing to work to elect conservatives but are lacking in leadership. Neither political party represents the majority of, or even a plurality of, American citizens.  Both parties pander to the fringe on the left, the moochers and looters who live their lives with their hands out, and/or the military industrial complex that simply makes money off of war.

Politicians in both parties ignore the two-thirds of We the People who make this nation work.  Corruption is rampant and neither Rush Limbaughpolitical party has any intention of changing the status quo.  They make their fortunes and live a life of luxury off of the sweat of common people who just want a chance to be successful and become wealthy also.

The founders gave everything they had to forge a nation based on freedom and personal responsibility, with a focus on helping each other when in need. Many of them came out the other side destitute but free.  There are millions of Americans just like myself who have a desire to live free yet find ourselves condemned to voting for the lesser of two evils, evils that are working together behind the scenes to subjugate and enslave us.Sarah Palin

The Democrat Party has been full-fledged Marxist for many years now and the Republican Party is running as fast as they can to catch up with them.  John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Eric Cantor, Jeb Hensarling, John Cornyn, Orin Hatch, and the other RINO’s have not in the past, do not now, nor will they ever represent We the People who have conservative values.  They make huge promises to get our votes then spit in our faces as soon as they get in office.

I wrote a blog article not too long ago  reminding people of the promises John Boehner made in 2009/2010.  He has john-a-boehnernever fulfilled any of them, instead minimizing the influence of the TEA Party in 2010 and blaming us for the losses in 2012.  Karl Marx Rove has declared war on TEA conservatives and all but called us “enemies of the state”.  While he has been forced to grovel a bit we all know he meant what he said and will stab us in the back every chance he gets.

The New World Order globalists running both political parties despise everything our founders stood for, and so in turn despise everything I stand for as a conservative.  We the People need, not just one, but scores of heroes who will stake their fortunes on our future.  The founders did it and won a great crusade that established a freedom and a nation based on God given rights that has been the “shining city on a hill” (John Winthrop) for 237 years.

Republican governors are succumbing to the allure of millions of tax dollars to implement Obamacare in spite of the opposition of voters.  John Kasich in Ohio and Tim Scott in Florida are but  two prime examples of Republican politicians who were supported by TEA Party conservatives, got elected behind that support, and are now turning their backs on the promises they made and the people who supported and elected them.  There are more, including Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, who publicly denounces Obamacare but works feverishly behind the scenes trying to implement it before We the People can stop it.  This duplicity is treason in my mind, and an offense that should be punished by impeachment at the very least.

During the 2012 campaign I worked with a man named John Albert Dummett Jr. who was running John Dummettfor president as a Republican.  John is just like me; a nobody who cares about his country and the legacy left behind by such great men as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, Thomas Paine, Nathan Hale, and countless others who risked so much for liberty.  John Dummett is in this same class but doesn’t have the national stage of those I mentioned earlier.  His platform is one that conservatives everywhere can get behind.  He is a well-educated and well-spoken man who can stand with anyone when it comes to knowledge of our Constitution and the courage to “protect, defend, and uphold” same.  He should be a part of a new creation also.

When you look at demographics you find that 40% of Americans are Republican, 40% Democrat, and 20% Independent.  The TEA Party montage makes up 67% of We the People.  If all 20% of Independents identify as TEA people there are still 47% that have to come from somewhere, namely both political parties. Two-thirds of anything is a winning proposition.

It is time for real “change we can believe in”.  The outright lies and deceit of both political parties has reached a point that cannot be ignored by anyone who loves liberty.  I am as much of a patriot as anyone, but lack the financial resources and public stage to make the kind of difference that can be made by the rich and famous among conservatives.

We the People are here; looking for encouragement, direction, and confidence in a future as great as that established Eagle Changing Things I Cannotg Accept237 years ago with the defeat of Great Britain and the ratification of our founding document, The Constitution of the United States of America.

You people have the financial resources to get a party started and the fame to garner support from millions of Americans desperately seeking leaders they can believe in and count on.  If all of you and all of those other unnamed conservatives would band together with the various TEA Party factions, Freedom Works, and other organizations we could forge an unbeatable force for freedom that would rival the accomplishments of 1776.  Will you pledge “ your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor” to liberty?  I have no fortune but will pledge my life, my talents, and my sacred honor to the cause.  All I need is a direction and that isn’t available through the Republican Party.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

The Fiscal Cliff Swindle And the Future of A Republic

So, now that Obama has been re-elected it seems the entire Republican Party Establishment, including the talking heads, are showing their real agenda and their lack of honor once again.  How many members of Congress have now reneged on their pledge to not raise taxes?  Sen. Saxby Chambliss and Rep. Peter King have been prominent among those of the GOP (Globalist Oligarchy Party) to join Speaker John Boehner and his chief henchman Eric Cantor in running up the white flag.  At the same time they are sneering at the very people who have supported them based on their promises to cut spending and lower taxes on everyone, thereby avoiding the “Fiscal Cliff” in the first place.

I have screamed at the top of my lungs about who and what the Republican Establishment stands for and what their true intentions entail.  George H. W. Bush turned on We the People and reneged on his promises of “no new taxes”.  Then George W. Bush, the “compassionate conservative”, broke every promise he made to get elected and then re-elected. “Four more years to complete the program” is not a new tactic by the Obama Crime Syndicate.  Karl “Marx” Rove used the very same tactic as effectively as did David Axelrod.

Republicans have marched leftward, along with Democrats, in creating the “fiscal cliff” they promised to prevent if we voted for them in 2010.  Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Ok, has the answer but Republican Party leaders ignore him.  Coburn, DeMint, and Rand Paul are as despised and hated by the Party insiders as are We the People.  We are told they have to give in on every promise they made in those past elections to save the nation.  The political parties and their propaganda outlets once again tell us that the solution to our fiscal and moral dilemmas are more of the same policies both parties have followed for the past 25 years , the policies that got us here.

For the last two years Republicans have done nothing but whine about “we only have control of one-half of one-third of government” while they reneged on every promise they made to get elected in 2010.  And what did they do when they had total control of the government in the past?  The “Patriot” Act, TSA, “No Child Left Behind” and the rest of the niceties Bush left us are still with us, supported by the same Republicans who always promise to cut the size of government to get elected and then promptly expand the government footprint in our lives.  How long will it take for enough people to demand they do what they promised us they would do?  Oh, wait, didn’t we do this once before?  The TEA Party comprised 67% of We the People who swept Republicans into office in record numbers nationally, statewide, and locally in 2010.  Three million less voted for Republicans in 2012 than did in 2008.  Something like eight million less voted for Democrats.  That is a sad commentary on the satisfaction and confidence producing citizens have in their government.

And as to the Democrats, what did they have to say about 67% of We the People and our opinions as to how our nation should be managed?  They called us racist, sexist, Islamophobic, homophobic, Nazi terrorists.  In the last two years I have not seen Democrats moderate their views of We the People, and the Republicans who dismissed us in 2010 are now blaming us for the mess our country is in.  I said in 2009 that if Boehner and McConnell were in charge of the Republican Party nothing would change for the better.  I wish I had been wrong but I based my opinions on their past records and the way they minced words to avoid taking a stand without an escape clause.

I am with Herman Cain on his call for a third political party.  We don’t have much time to take our nation back, and with “representation” like this it won’t happen.  We the People need Herman Cain, Sarah Palin, Lloyd Marcus, Sen. Jim DeMint, Sen. Rand Paul, Rep. Louis Gohmert, Rep. Michele Bachman, Tim Cox of GOOOH, Matt Kibbe of Freedom Works, and others to band together and lead a conservative movement that will truly represent the 67% that make up the TEA Party.  If these leaders join forces officially to create a political party I believe the conservatives in this nation will show the same vigor we saw in 2009.

The reason Romney lost, like McCain in 2008, is that they don’t represent the 67% who are trying very hard to support the Republican Party.  Boehner, McConnell, Graham, McCain, Chambliss, King, and many others are not now and never will be conservative.  If Peggy Noonan, Bill Kristol, and their ilk are conservative I am ten feet tall.  The TEA Party majority made a huge difference in the 2010 mid-term elections but found our voices ignored once the election was over.  Politicians and media talking heads who are allegedly on the side of We the People now call us radicals for standing on The Constitution of the United States of America.   Hmmm, haven’t I seen this movie before?

If the right people will band together for the good of the nation they will find support among the citizens.  The 67% aren’t dead, they are frustrated by liars who make promises to get elected and immediately turn on them like they are the enemy.  If those I mentioned can show they truly have the best interests of the citizens as their priority they can be a force in 2014, if our Republic can survive that long.  We need people of honor and character who have the courage to back up their words with action.  We don’t need any more of what the Republican Party Establishment is doing now, nor do we need the increase in pandering to the moochers and looters being offered by them for the future. I believe it is fruitless to try to change the Republican Party.  They have gone the way of the Democrat Party.  Republicans seem to be intent on competing with the Democrat Party for the votes of those with their hands out, and disparage those who make this nation thrive.  Keeping poor people poor and dependent on government seems to be the plan of both political parties.

If the results of the 2010 election, the actions of Republicans since, and the results of the 2012 elections are not enough to show everyone where Conservatives stand in the eyes of the Republican Party Establishment I don’t know what will accomplish that.  The left turns of this nation have to stop and 67% of We the People are looking for leadership, someone to truly represent our views and our standards.  We need a group of patriots who will step up, band together, and offer conservatives a political party that we can believe in.  I firmly believe they will draw strong support from registered voters of both political parties.  There are a lot of disenfranchised Democrats in America who aren’t being represented any better by their party.  We may not have enough time to save our Republic but we certainly aren’t going to save it continuing on the path we are on now.  A third political party has become our only option to reverse course and save a nation for future generations.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

The Black Panthers: Sissy Boys Acting Like Tough Guys

It seems that whenever “Rev.” Al Sharpton and “Rev.” Jesse Jackson crawl out from under their rocks they bring this bunch of fools called the “New Black Panther Party” with them. What a bunch of clowns. Where did these chocolate crackers come up with the idea they are the “tough guys on the block”? They prance around with their billy clubs and scowls on their faces talking trash like they are something to fear. The only people they scare are the senior citizens, mostly those above 80, who cannot even begin to defend themselves against a bunch of billy club carrying morons wearing sissy black berets.

Now they have come out with a “Wanted Dead or Alive” poster on George Zimmerman, complete with a huge reward for anyone who will deliver Zimmerman. Well HURRAH!!!! for them. What are they going to do if someone cashes in on this “reward” they are offering? Do they plan to take Zimmerman out and beat him to death? Hang him? Shoot him? Imprison him? What a bunch of boastful B S!!!

If you “tough guys” are such bad asses why don’t you go get him yourselves instead of offering a “bounty” for someone else to do your dirty work? Actually that is a rhetorical question because I know the answer, cowardice. I guess that wouldn’t work out because they would have to step out from behind their mommy’s skirt and do more than talk tough from a safe distance. This is more of the same crap we have heard from this type for years. Like Jackson and Sharpton they come out from hiding to pose for the cameras like they matter, but only when they smell a profit. They don’t really want to do anything other than be seen in public and rake in as much money as possible.

They won’t actually do anything because they don’t care about Trayvon Martin just like they didn’t care about Tawana Brawley, the Duke lacrosse hooker, or any other “black victim of racist attacks”. Of course, most of these “racist attacks” turn out to be a lie anyway but they get their face time on television and then crawl back under their rock until the next opportunity comes around.

Hey Malik Grand Poobah Mohammed (or whatever your stupid name is) I have an idea for you. If you and your sissy boys are so concerned about blacks being murdered, go to Chicago and stop the gang violence there. So far this year, in less than 100 days, 100 blacks have been killed by other blacks in gang related violence. Take your racist attitudes, your sissy black berets, and your sissy billy clubs to Chicago, or Detroit. Do some real good for black people being ravaged by violence instead of posing like statues and talking tough for the television cameras.

These insipid morons don’t really impress anyone, especially white people who know where racism actually lives. Punks like the panthers, Sharpton, Jackson, Spike Lee, and Farrakhan are a dime a dozen. They mean nothing in the long run of American history. They come and go without ever doing any more than lining their pockets at the expense of the victims of real crimes. This showboating over the Florida incident is just that, showboating for publicity.

The real concern for the black community comes from Dr. James Manning, Bill Cosby, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Lloyd Marcus, Alveda King, Herman Cain, and others like them. These people recognize the true problems and seek to solve those problems in a manner that will actually make life better for those living in poverty and in the ghettos. They truly care about the black community. These black leaders, true leaders, try to educate blacks about the true history of America and the legacy of black people in this nation. They explain how to prosper and urge others to make something of themselves, acknowledging the truth of how to succeed in life.

I find it sad that when it comes down to knowledge of the history and heritage of blacks in America this “cracker” knows more than 90% of the black population. How many black people know that the Civil War was fought by white men who were willing to die, and many did, to put a stop to the slavery and exploitation of black men, women, and children? How many black people know that it was southern Democrats who formed the Ku Klux Klan? (http://www.pbs.org/wnet/jimcrow/stories_events_kkk.html ) How many know that it was a Democrat, Governor George Wallace, who stood on the steps of the University of Alabama and stated that “no ‘nigger’ would ever step foot in a white institution of higher learning”? (http://www.who2.com/bio/george-wallace )

How many black people know that the Jim Crow laws were drafted and passed by Democrats who had control of Congress and that Republicans tried but could do nothing to stop it? How many black people know that the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act were forced through Congress by Republicans and fought vigorously by Democrats such as Al Gore Sr. and Robert Byrd? Lyndon Johnson had fought tooth and nail to prevent similar legislation from being passed while in Congress but signed these as President when he realized he had no other choice, then and only then did he sign the legislation. How many “crackers” have marched, protested, and fought for the civil rights of black people?

It is way past time for black people in America, at least those still blind to the truth, to wake up and realize that I am not their enemy. Jesse Jackson is their enemy, Al Sharpton is their enemy, Louis Farrakhan is their enemy, The New Black Panthers (and the old ones too) are their enemy. All of the racist hate mongers who keep racial strife stirred up are the enemy http://www.wnd.com/2010/07/175817/“>.

We are all being enslaved by those who use race and the Zimmerman/Martin incident to divide us into warring camps. They don’t care about black people, they don’t care about “crackers”; they only care about stirring up strife to benefit themselves financially and politically. Until we all can see what is happening and unite against this tyranny we will continue down the road to despotism, slavery, poverty, imprisonment, and death. As I stated in a previous article, this was a tragic situation that could have been avoided if either one of these young men would have acted differently. It is tragic but I don’t believe it to be criminal on the part of Zimmerman from what I know right now.

Criminal act or not isn’t the most serious issue facing us in this matter. Either way the end result is that We the People, of all ethnic backgrounds, must come together to fight off this attempt by hate mongers to destroy our nation and our ability to live in peace. The race hustlers are after sectarian strife such as we find in the Muslim world. Shiite Muslims kill Sunni Muslims because they aren’t Shiite’s. Sunni Muslims kill Shiite Muslims because they aren’t Sunni’s. We cannot let this happen to America just to provide a payday for the likes of Sharpton, Jackson, Farrakhan, and these New Black Panther Party sissy boys.

Huge Rally set for Washington DC on Tax Day 2012

Herman-Cain

Washington DC, you better brace yourselves. A Class 10 HermanCain is coming your way April 15 and 16, bringing with it an angry group of Patriots who are waking up thanks to the Solutions Revolution.

On February 29, Herman Cain held a 45 minute conference, which was sponsored by Four Tier Strategies, with a group of bloggers. As always, Cain is forever changing the landscape, just as he did during his presidential campaign. This time, he had unveiled a new website called Sick of Stimulus with a wonderful video which sums it all up perfectly.

“The Liberal media and the Democrats hate 9-9-9,“ Cain said. “They want to marginalize the message and the messenger. We are up against the liars in DC and in the mainstream media.”

On April 15th and 16th, all 535 elected officials (435 Congressmen and 100 Senators) will be targeted by hundreds of thousands of normal citizens to support 9-9-9. Cain said that 9-9-9 is the people’s solution, and one way to let the leaders in Washington DC know about it is by getting a grassroots movement formed to peacefully advance to Washington and organize a peaceful combination of a meeting and a rally to let Congress know that “the sleeping giant has awakened!”

Cain also mentioned that he will be filling in for Neal Boortz March 1 and 2 from 10 AM to 1 PM on WSB Radio out of Atlanta. For more information on 9-9-9 and the Solutions Revolution, go to http://www.cainconnections.com. As he always says, the people need to “stay informed, stay inspired, and stay involved”

Republicans Ensuring Obama’s Re-election

As we go further into the primary season I find the Republican Party doing more each day to ensure that Barack Obama gets re-elected in November. The establishment Republican elitists drove Herman Cain out of the running with a smear campaign of innuendo and accusation without one shred of evidence that any of these women were telling any semblance of truth. Truth didn’t matter, evidence didn’t matter; even to Republicans. The point was to drive out any conservative opponent in the running.

Rick Perry, the John Edwards plastic hair of the race, left the Democrat Party when he saw the winds of change bringing a Republican ascendency during the Reagan/Bush ’41 years. Perry isn’t now and never has been a conservative. In-state tuition and a “path to citizenship (amnesty)” for illegal aliens are not conservative positions, despite what Perry might think.

Once Cain had been eliminated Romney and Gingrich turned on each other in a manner befitting true liberals, or “Republican moderates” as the establishment likes to say. Gingrich berates Romney for making money using capitalism as his method. How can he say he is a conservative when he spends day upon day berating someone using the very system conservatives espouse?

Romney’s chief operative in Florida is busy working with Democrats to re-district Allen West out of the House of Representatives; Romney has destroyed the health care system and the economy of Massachusetts with Romneycare, and believes in the individual mandate. Of course, he mitigates the Romneycare issue by saying it is okay for the state but not the federal government to force citizens into purchasing something they don’t want. Gingrich also believes, or says he does, that the individual mandate is acceptable, even preferable. How is either one of them going to run a general election on abolishing Obamacare with these records? Not much of a difference from Obama to me.

Neither Romney nor Gingrich will bring up the issues that matter to We the People. I wonder why not. Gingrich rails at Romney for being a part of Bain Capitol but mentions not one word about Barack Obama having a former Bain executive in his inner circle. Why is this off the radar screen for Gingrich when he makes such a big deal about Romney’s Bain connection? Any mention of the nearly $500,000 in back taxes owed by current White House staff members while Obama rails at the “rich” who “don’t pay their fair share of taxes”? Or how about Timothy Geithner, the king of tax cheats? Not a word from Romney or Gingrich on Geithner either.

Just last week a lawsuit was heard in Georgia, Gingrich’s home state, dealing with the eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as president due to his not being a “natural born citizen”, a strategy developed by Republican candidate John Albert Dummett Jr., of California. You haven’t heard of Dummett because the ruling elite, including their propaganda arm FOX News, won’t give him the time of day. Just another annoying conservative; keep moving folks, nothing to see here. A ruling is expected very soon and is expected to keep Obama off the Georgia ballot. I watched the hearing and it was an impressive array of evidence showing that Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject, making our current president ineligible to hold the seat. One of the most significant political stories since Richard Nixon resigned due to Watergate, yet not a word from the two Republican front runners about it. I wonder why.

I keep hearing that Republicans need someone who can oust Barack Obama in November. I don’t seem to ever hear them mention what We the people need, or want for that matter. I wrote a few months ago, when Romney and Perry were “our only hope”, that we need to be careful what we ask for. Replacing Barack Obama with a clone is not the answer to our nation’s problems but that is where we are headed with Romney and Gingrich.

It seems Republicans are running to lose once again. This happened in 2008 with John McCain at the helm. He had the best prospect for election in Sarah Palin as his Vice-Presidential candidate but his handlers told her to keep quiet about Obama’s connections to Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright. Perceived weakness and a RINO candidate brought defeat and injected Barack Obama into office. I see today’s Republican Party playing the same losing game. They won’t touch Obama’s radical beginnings, the question of his eligibility, or his links to Wall Street money men.

Are the Republicans cowards or are they competing in this race to dissolve the United States of America into a Third World banana republic? I believe it is a combination of both. The party machine, elitist establishment is so afraid of being called “racist” or “extremist” that they refuse to take a stand on anything conservative. Even a dead fish can float downstream and today’s Republican Party is content to be a dead fish. Dead fish is what Romney and Gingrich offer us. Those of us who are willing to fight for freedom are a danger to their little dinghy capsizing in a tidal wave of conservatism and the establishment will do anything to prevent We the People from capsizing their boat. New World Order globalists own the Republican Party and conservatives are a danger to that ownership.

Right now the Republican Party sits back and criticizes Democrats but will not really jeopardize their seats in the back of the bus to stand with those of us who want true liberty to be restored in America. When the winds of change began to blow the way of conservatism during the Reagan years many Democrats wanted to jump on the bandwagon to continue their places of power in congress. Alan Specter is a classic example of this, as is Rick Perry.
Both, along with several others, changed over to the Republican Party and were welcomed with open arms by Gingrich and the Republican leaders in the Senate. I also remember them giving committee chairmanships to Democrats in the name of “civility” and “inclusiveness”. What happened? The Republican Party became almost as Marxist oriented as the Democrat Party. This compromising has led us to where we are now, a Republican Party dominated by “moderates” lacking either the courage or the desire to stand on conservative principles.

If voters compromise and “settle” for Romney or Gingrich our nation will lose our freedom, a freedom given by thousands who have died and suffered wounds in battle after battle against tyranny. If voters are willing to be dead fish and float downstream they will find a swamp of tyranny, despotism, and slavery at the end of that stream. It has happened many times in the past to other nations. France, Russia, Germany, Cuba, Venezuela, and many others have settled for the lesser of two evils only to find that evil is evil and the lesser of those evils sold them into slavery and despotism in the end.

As Neville Chamberlain found out in dealing with Adolph Hitler, appeasement and the compromise of values is always a losing proposition. People say that a third party candidate, or an out-of-the-establishment candidate like Dummett, cannot win so they won’t vote for one. The reason a third party or dark horse candidate can’t win is that too many people would rather take a chance on soft tyranny than stand up for total liberty; they would rather float downstream. We cannot preserve our freedom by floating downstream. Our founding fathers didn’t float downstream, the “Greatest Generation” didn’t float downstream and accept dictatorship from Hirohito and Hitler, and I won’t float downstream and accept dictatorship from Obama, Romney, or Gingrich. I will not accept tyranny from Democrats or Republicans.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

Who Will Herman Endorse?

Herman Cain, former GOP presidential candidate, is scheduled to make an endorsement and announcement Thursday morning on his hometown radio station, News/Talk 750AM WSB in Atlanta. The announcement, being billed as “unconventional,” will be aired live at 8:45am EST as a part of the regularly scheduled Neal Boortz radio show. You can listen live at wsbradio.com.

The local radio station promos for the announcement lead listeners to believe that Herman Cain is headed back into the talk radio world on WSB, the station that hosted his previous show “The Herman Cain Show” for three years. His show has been on hiatus for nearly a year, a decision that was made when Mr. Cain formally decided to pursue a bid for the White House.

Here is the snippet currently found on wsbradio.com promoting Thursday’s announcement:

The endorsement will come on the eve of the South Carolina primary, and much speculation can be made about whom Mr. Cain will endorse. Primary voters were shocked yesterday when Sarah Palin endorsed Newt Gingrich in the South Carolina primary. Because of the goodwill that is apparent between Cain and Gingrich, the argument could be made that Mr. Cain will follow suit and also endorse fellow-Georgian, Gingrich.

Speaker Gingrich has claimed that a victory in South Carolina would lock in the nomination for him, and recent polls show that he does have the momentum. Maybe the endorsement from Cain, who was extraordinarily popular with Southern voters, would provide that last boost necessary to overtake Romney.

However, the fact that Thursday’s event has been labeled “unconventional” must make us all scratch our heads. Mr. Cain doesn’t do much by the book, so he could very well use this platform to launch another book tour, website, or just version 2.0 of his talk radio career. There’s no doubt the radio station is loving the fact that we’ll all have to tune in to find out.

Too Dumb to Live?

“Dumber than a bag of hammers”, “one peanut short of a snickers “, “dumber than a rock”…  I could go on….  And I will!  “A few fries short of a happy meal”.  “One clown shy of a circus”….

Dumber than a post… a doornail…. an entire sector of the population that doesn’t have to pay taxes and will subsequently vote for the candidate that promises them the world using other people’s money…

We often use phrases like this to describe people or more accurately, people’s actions, as being ill advised, immature, adolescent, persnickety, childish, self-indulgent, knee-jerk, hasty…. In a word – stupid!

For example, the guy who tries to ride his scooter down a staircase – A few beers short of a six-pack.  How about this: robbing a house by attempting to go down the chimney – a couple of cards short of a full deck.  This was my favorite: attempting to dissect, while still alive, a presidential contender to find all of his faults, only to realize that you’ve killed off all the viable candidates and are left with only a couple of duds.  BWAAHAHAHAA!!  Oh! That one kills me everytime!

And, unfortunately, I believe we may have just killed off our country.

2012 marks the 50th anniversary of our Supreme Court officially telling God to take a hike.  You remember, don’t you?  Back in 1962?  Engel v. Vitale – the Supreme Court case that banned prayer from public schools – was brought by several students from New York State who thought that voluntary (yes, I said voluntary) prayer in public school violated their First Amendment rights. The prayer that was so offensive read like this:

Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Amen.

A utilitarian prayer to say the least, this was also one that was not forced on anyone. Yet a group of activist lawyers appealing to an activist judiciary were successful in ripping the right of the freedom to express your religious beliefs from everyone else, just to placate a few who did not believe that way.  One taco short of a combo plate, if you ask me.

Perhaps I do have a different First Amendment than these folks did, but mine reads like this:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibit the free exercise thereof……

In the world of common sense, a voluntary (for those educated in the public schools, that means you don’t have to do it) prayer is not the equivalent of Congress creating a law that establishes a national religion. Furthermore, in this increasingly shrinking world of common sense, one could arguably state that banning a “voluntary” prayer would tend to stomp on that last part of the First Amendment, “nor prohibit the free exercise thereof.”

Yet because we did not want to anger a few, we ripped fundamental rights away from the vast majority. Out goes God, in comes political correctness.

It’s been downhill from there folks.

I recently checked out a book from my local library. I needed to show them a photo ID. I recently took a test for teacher certification in a specific subject area. I needed to show them a photo ID. My wife and I just swapped out a Christmas present for another item at Walmart. We needed to show them a photo ID.  I’m going to go vote for my Congressman, a Senator, a President and many other state and local officials on November 6 of this year.  You’ll never guess what I don’t need to show them??  Dumber than salt!

A modern definition of insanity is attempting to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Republicans, who started with eight or nine viable candidates for president, all of which would be better than the current occupant, have a macheted their way down to basically one.  Herman Cain rises up (click, click) BOOM!  See ya!  Michele Bachmann does well at the Ames Straw Poll?  KABLAM!  Down you go!  Rick Perry comes out with favorable numbers?  RIP, TEAR, SLASH!  He’s out here!  Newt Gingrich surges from the bottom of the pack.  SUPER-PACK, SUPER-PACK!  He’s done!

Who’s next? We haven’t finished “vetting” candidates yet!…… we have to find someone to go up against Mitt Romney!…….  oh crap!  Only Ron Paul is left!

If you are experiencing flashbacks to 2008 or 1996, take comfort – you’re not alone.  TOO DUMB TO LIVE!!

So I ask the question: Is America now simply just too dumb to live? Have we destroyed every person that could lead us back to our former glory, all in the name of vetting?  At the same time, have we turned a blind eye to the fact that now almost half of the electorate either doesn’t have to pay federal income tax or is on some form of federal aid? Do you think people like that are ever going to vote to make the hard choices that this country needs to make in order to fix itself?  Have fun going down the chimney!

Perhaps Alexis de Tocqueville was right:

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.”

Remember some of chants of the OWS protesters, “This is what democracy looks like!”  Yeah, folks, it does.  That’s why our founding fathers didn’t touch democracy with a 10 foot pole. They specifically called for a republican form of government, one that would not run headlong into hasty decisions, but one that would take it’s time, deliberate, debate and then finally decide.

We don’t want to do that anymore as Americans. We want our patience and we want it right now!  That, my friends, is too dumb to live!

If we are to survive as a country, we are going to have to eradicate this type of thought. My question to you is this: with all of the “dumb” we have done in this country over the last 50 years, have we come to this moment – a pivotal one in our history – confident that we will elect leaders that will make the difficult choices to get us back on track? Or have we finally hit that tipping point, where all we can do is watch in horror as a once great nation collapses in on itself?  Have we really become “too dumb to live”?

Why Herman Had to Go

Herman Cain was the Great Black Hope. At least for me, he was. I had listened to Herman on the radio and called into this show on occasion. The man was a veritable cornucopia of information and his facts were always verifiable.
Many of his callers urged him to run for President as they (and I) felt that a man of his integrity, intelligence and success in the business world was what was necessary to turn the economy of this country around. We felt he would be a leader we could be proud of and the country would look up to for guidance in a world gone mad.
Herman began speaking at Tea Party Rallies around Georgia and then in different states. His popularity grew as he was exposing himself to a national audience. Many new callers were listening to the streaming of his radio show on the net stating that they had heard him at a Tea Party or seen his speech on CSPAN.
After much soul searching and praying, Herman decided to give up his radio show and run for the office of the President of the United States of America! We were so proud of him and we backed him all the way.
Herman started out slow, but his campaign began to reach more and more people, His ability to relate to the man on the street, his humor, his good natured way of coming across to his audience, (without a teleprompter, I might add) were all part of his appeal to down to earth Americans. His solutions to the economic situation were appealing to people who were hurting from Obama’s disastrous economic policies.
Herman started to be heard on conservative radio talk shows. Everyone who interviewed him, liked him and his 999 Plan. Then, he was on the various news programs, resulting in more and more support for Herman in spite of his several faux pas. Several high powered talking heads, like Dick Morris, were bringing his message to the people on the net and on radio and TV.
Herman rose to the top of the polls and someone or several some ones, threw a monkey wrench into the works. Women came forward to accuse Herman of sexual improprieties. The first two actually helped Herman’s campaign as he continued to rise in the polls and his contributions increased. But the last woman, who accused him of an actual sexual affair which she said lasted for 13 years was a campaign killer. Her accusation came at a time when Herman, who had lost support in the polls, once again topped a Rasmussen Poll the week before Thanksgiving.
I’m not going to go into the similarities of these 3 women’s backgrounds. You can do that research yourself since the main stream media won’t tell you what they are, nor will they tell you that there is no proof of these accusations. Herman was in a very bad position and he had divulged that his wife didn’t know about his friendship with this woman or his financial help to her. After talking to his wife, he decided to suspend his campaign. This only means he can continue to collect contributions in order to pay his campaign debts.
Herman will continue to talk, to push The Fair Tax, to promote American Ideals and Ideas across this nation. He’s not going to be silenced IN the political arena. He will thwart the people who started this smear campaign.
In my educated political opinion, there were several reasons those people –decided to attack Herman. One of them is that the Democratic Party cannot have a black man running around America telling black people, or any other person on the Welfare Plantation, that they don’t need the government to support them or to keep them out of the free market system. He will continue to bring thE message that, with perseverance and ambition, anyone can be rich in this country. Obama’s campaign cannot lose even 1% of the black vote and be re-elected. Herman would have taken more than 1% of that vote and he would have taken other votes that Obama is counting on. His color did matter in this election, even if those of us who backed him argued against his color being the reason we supported him. But it only mattered to the Democratic Party who practices the agenda of race baiting.
Herman was the only candidate to hint at the danger of Islam. It indicated that he would not adhere to the philosophy of diversity, which has ruined the cultures of our European ancestors. And he was berated for it and raked over the coals before the issue disappeared. I honestly believe Herman knew the fears the American people have about radical Islam taking over America.
But the most important reason that Herman had to be gotten rid of was his stance on restructuring the tax system. Right now, the Democrat and Republican power structure have American workers under their thumb with a taxation system that is communist inspired. A graduated tax system is expounded upon in The Communist Manifesto, which I have written about in a previous article, http://conservativedailynews.com/2011/08/the-new-enemy-part-ii-marxism/. This draconian taxation system, which is not only theft of a person’s labor but immoral, is part and parcel of the American Income Tax Amendment. The Congress controls your money. It also controls how your money is spent. As we’ve seen, the people in Congress don’t care that we have objections to, not only the tax system itself, but the way our money is spent.
Herman promoted, and will continue to promote, The Fair Tax, his 999 Plan being a stepping stone to the adoption of this system as our national taxation system. You can view the particulars of The Fair Tax at www.fairtax.org.
Herman would have lifted the yoke of taxes based on your hard work and given you a system that allowed you to choose when to be taxed. It would have been an equal tax on every person who bought a new product, whether it be an article of clothing, a car or a new house. In essence, Herman wanted to turn you back into a citizen of the United States instead of continuing to be a subject of the Federal Government and the IRS. By doing that, Herman would have taken the major tool of those that require you to be under their thumb. He would have broken it, discarded it, and thrown it onto the trash pile of bad ideas and Unconstitutional laws. Herman would have freed you, and that is not in the best interests of those who have made Congressional Representation their life’s work.
I say, God Bless you, Herman, keep up the good fight, and maybe others will listen to your message and finally, we can start the long road back to the vision of the Founders of this once great nation.

Cain: Perhaps Able, but Doomed From the Start

courtesy Wikipedia Commons

This will be my obligatory Herman Cain post, and I’ll bid some of you farewell at the outset because you won’t like what I have to say. That’s fine, there’s a comment box down below or you can post it to Facebook or Twitter and slag me there.

Herman Cain was a relative unknown on the national scene until bursting to the front of the Race for the Republican Nomination to run for the Presidency in 2012. I had heard of him as a radio talk show host and had heard him fill in for Sean Hannity, I believe, once or twice. Even then I noticed that while he has a great speaking voice and a very down home folksy way about him he has a tendency to misspeak or misuse words, mind you I’m sure he knows how to pronounce ‘Corpsman‘ and what it means, but for any candidate or anyone speaking publicly it’s one of my pet peeves. I think it betrays an underlying lack of preparation. No one is perfect and I’m not wooed by verbal fluff (I was dismayed in the ’08 election cycle listening to people talk about this ‘Amazing Speaker‘ from Illinois and remain so) I just want someone who is trying to convince me to elect them to the most powerful office in the land to be able to do it without making me cringe as they butcher the language. That was the first thing I noticed.

THE Herman Cain’s tendency to speak about Herman Cain in the third person was and is also a bit off-putting.

As he began his campaign I noticed that he was sketchy on specifics both of history and current events but much more telling to me was that he was weak in explaining his own positions. I’m sorry but if you have come up with what you’re promoting as your signature program, let’s take his most famous ‘9-9-9 Plan’ and note that at one point he said perhaps it would be 9-0-9, and you introduce it before you have the details worked out I refer you to my previous point about not being prepared. Hey, I was a good student, but my ‘dog ate my homework’ a time or two however, again, this is the Presidency we’re talking about and the whole ‘I’ll consult my assembled panel of experts’ answer doesn’t cut it for me. For one thing we’ve seen what some of the so-called experts have wrought on our country for the past century and I’ve had enough of it, and for another… Who are these experts going to be? Cain had not surrounded himself with an all-star cast of campaign insiders.

I don’t think a candidate should try to be ‘Mr. Know-it-All’ (see Newt) however I prefer a candidate with a firm grasp on the facts and on history to one who is unsure of some rather basic terms from recent world history and especially when said candidate tries to explain away his getting caught out with a series of weak excuses.

Then the multiple ‘Bimbo Eruptions’ began. First the Politico story then Gloria Allred and Sharon Bialek all culminating in the Ginger White allegation of a long-term extra-marital relationship that was apparently the straw that broke the camels back. I do not know nor do I care if a single one of the allegations were true. I do not know nor do I care where they all came from. What did concern me was that Herman Cain carried on a 13 year extra-marital relationship of some kind with a woman who he acknowledged giving money to without his wife knowing about it.

Deal Breaker, Minister Cain. Sorry sir but you and your supporters were the ones who brought up your faith. Scripture says ‘the two become one flesh’, so at the very least Mrs. Cain should have known what Mr. Cain was doing with her money.

But let’s get to the part of this that will do the most to alienate you.

Herman Cain is Black, or an African-American if you’re into hyphenating people. For some who want to see Barack Obama defeated in 2012 this was apparently some sort of secret weapon. If only the Republican Party could field a viable candidate with a high enough melanin content in his or her skin Obama’s defeat was certain. Apparently this must be because… well, I actually can’t think of a coherent explanation for this vapid reasoning.

Anyone who voted FOR Obama in all or in any part because of his ‘race’ is a Racist.

Anyone who voted AGAINST Obama in all or in any part because of his ‘race’ is a Racist.

Anyone who supported Herman Cain in all or in any part because of his ‘race’ is a Racist.

Too harsh? I think not.

The Democrat party has done a masterful job of painting themselves as the party of ‘the little guy'; the party that looks out for Minorities and the Underprivileged, the poor and oppressed. At the same time they have done a masterful job of painting the Republican party as the party of the Rich, Fat Cat Capitalists; the party that wants to reverse all the ‘progress’ the party of the little guy has managed to ‘eek out’ over the past hundred years and return us to polluted streams and land, acid rain, polluted air, unsafe food, oil spills… basically killers of kittens & puppies.

The Democrat party owns the Racist vote. Well, they own the overwhelming majority of it.

I have seen some folks on Twitter and elsewhere attempting to sell Herman Cain on the basis of ‘If we nominate him the Democrats can’t use Race against us…’.

Thinking that shows a naivete that borders on pathological. The Democrats will never stop using race as a wedge in this country. It also belies a misunderstanding of just how much damage Leftists within the Democrat party have done to the thought processes of the ‘Black Community’ over generations by destroying the family unit and fracturing the most basic societal building block. The ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ is very real. Misinformation, disinformation and blatant lies have taken root and metastasized within the black culture and it will take several generations to undue the damage. Many blacks who think for themselves did not vote for Barack Obama, and many more will not vote for him again. It had and has absolutely nothing to do with his race. They didn’t or won’t vote for him based on the fact that they saw through his rhetoric or simply disagreed with his politics. Remember, in California, 70% of African-Americans and 53% of Latinos supported Prop. 8. defining Marriage as between one man and one woman and For Obama on the same day. They were then called Religious Bigots or worse by the Homosexual Lobby.

Our country is at a precipice. In the next election we will decide to attempt to begin to reverse course from the accelerated leftward rush that finally woke many of our fellow citizens up to the 100 year assault that the country has been undergoing, or not. We may decide to continue or even accelerate the headlong rush for the rocks where great empires go to dash themselves into little pieces that are chronicled in tomes with titles that start ‘The Rise and Fall of….’. This is going to be an extremely long and hard fight. It has taken a century for the Left and So-called Progressives to drive us to this point and it will take a similar amount of time, energy and much more courage than the Right has ever shown to undo what has been done.

Making decisions about a candidate based on melanin content or TelePrompTer reading ability or the crispness of the crease in their pants or their Religion (see Romney and some folks Mormon Bigotry) or any other superficial reason has us at the precipice.

Adherence to First Principles, a return to and reverence for Constitutional Governance and the candidates ability to express those ideas and their demonstrated personal character and experience which would lead us to believe they will govern as they campaign is all we have to go on or hope for in choosing a nominee.

Herman Cain reportedly to endorse Newt on Monday

Herman Cain suspended his presidential campaign on Saturday ending it with a promise to endorse one of the other candidates – on Monday, he might.

Herman Cain is reportedly going to endorse former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, although campaign staff have not confirmed the report.

On Monday, Cain spokesman J.D. Gordon half-heartedly refuted the rumor saying, “I’d ask them where they are getting their information?”

Since Cain only suspended his campaign, he is still permitted to raise money and can transfer that money to another candidate.

Newt has only come up in the polls lately and has not yet had the organization to raise significant funds – holding 7th place for fund-raising in California and 9th overall[1].

Herman Cain "Pulls A Palin"

Herman Cain has decided to “suspend” (read: “end”) his Presidential campaign.

He has also announced the launch of a new website to continue advertising the solutions he’s been messaging during his campaign. I’m not exactly clear on what the solutions have been, aside from his 999 tax plan and his less-than-stellar position on gun ownership, but he’s adamant about continuing to spread them, whatever they are.

I can’t help but draw a comparison to Sarah Palin. In only four years she’s made quite a journey from obscure governor of the most remote state in the country, to one of the most recognized names in America today, and much of this success has been based on the sympathy of her fans and the Republican public-at-large to her mistreatment by the media. She, too, stepped down (from the governorship of Alaska) amid criticism. Along the way she’s racked up lucrative book deals, a gig with FOX News, numerous speaking engagements, and a reality TV program.

Herman Cain has made a similar journey in a short span of time, from obscure businessman and commentator to top-tier Presidential candidate, and he too has been seen as a victim of the media- and, like Palin, he played this victimhood like a violin. However, the degree of malevolence toward Cain can’t really be compared to that of Palin. Nobody has made ‘retard’ jokes about Cain’s children, for example.

On the one hand, this corollary between meteoric rise to fame and the mantle of victimhood demonstrates the superiority of conservative compassion: Liberal icons often hold their status due to their venomous nature (Debbie Wasserman-Schultz being a perfect example), whereas conservative icons tend to be those who have endured some great hardship, or are at least seen to have. The very noble conservative mindset wants to sympathize with the downtrodden and see them succeed. Conservatives view the American way of life as being under assault by a leftist media- and in many ways, that’s very true- so there is an immediate sympathy to a personality who is under assault by that same media.

On the other hand, this emotionally-charged attachment to a personality leaves no room for criticism. Any mention of the incompetence of Cain’s campaign, and his major policy failures, was met with a barrage from Cain’s devotees, touting Cain’s great character and “natural leadership”. As I expressed in this article, this perception of great character was, ultimately, Cain’s only substantive selling point.

There’s one significant difference between Palin and Cain: Palin wasn’t accused of numerous acts of adultery. I think this distinction will prove to be toxic to Cain’s post-campaign ventures- one can’t successfully wear the mantle of victimhood while being percieved as a victimizer. There will be no Herman & Octomom camping trip in Cain’s future.

Cain also announced that he will be endorsing another candidate soon. Because of campaign finance laws, the fact that Cain’s campaign is “suspended” rather than “ended” means he’ll be able to continue accepting donations for his campaign- and will be able to donate them to related ventures. This could mean a financial windfall for whomever he endorses. Although Cain endorsed Mitt Romney in 2008, my money says he’ll endorse Newt Gingrich this time around.

Oh the Hermanity – Cain Quits!! Announces 'Plan B' [Video]

At the grand opening of his Georgia campaign headquarters on Saturday afternoon, Herman Cain announced that he is suspending his Presidential campaign.

Appearing with his wife Gloria, Presidential hopeful Herman Cain hinted that the recent allegations of sexual impropriety have pushed him from actively pursuing  the presidency.

Mr. Cain also announced that he would soon announce which remaining Presidential candidate he will endorse which speculatively means that the suspension of his 2012 Presidential campaign will soon officially turn into ending the campaign.

Near the end of his suspension speech, Cain also referred to “plan B” which refers to a not yet fully-functional website http://thecainsolutions.com/.

“Becoming President was plan a,” Cain started, “As of today, with a lot of prayer and soul searching, I am suspending my Presidential campaign.”

Suspension, as a CNN.com article reports, is not the same thing as dropping out:

Because he did not officially drop out of the race, Cain will still be allowed to raise and spend campaign funds as if he were still seeking the nomination.

But with Cain’s move looking more like an attempt at a graceful bow-out, contributions to his suspended campaign are likely to be minimal.

Video of the announcement is below:
