Reuter’s news agency accidentally published the obituary of progressive hero George Soros on Thursday even though he was not yet deceased – that we know of.

The epitaph contained the achievements and extortion of a life-long currency manipulator and feller of governments.

He was well known as “the man who broke the Bank of England” for selling short the British pound in 1992 and helping force the United Kingdom to withdraw from the European Exchange Rate Mechanism, which devalued the pound and earned Soros more than $1 billion.

And his Soros Fund Management was widely blamed for helping trigger the Asian financial crisis of 1991, by selling short the Thai baht and Malaysian ringgit.

“Subsequently, Prime Minister Mahatir of Malaysia accused me of causing the crisis, a wholly unfounded accusation,” Soros wrote in The Crisis of Global Capitalism: Open Society Endangered,” in 1998.

The Weekly Standard continues by quoting:

“While Soros’ life has been marked by remarkable success in his far-flung endeavors, it has not been without defeat. His investment in France’s Societe Generale following Jacques Chirac’s aggressive program of privatization led to charges of insider trading, which he disputed, and eventual conviction and the payment of a small penalty,” the piece reads.

As far as CDN is informed, the hypocritical progressive champion is still alive and kicking.

I could just as well title this article “why defense must always be fully funded” or “why America must always maintain a strong, second-to-none defense”, but all three titles effectively mean the same thing, so I have chosen the above one.

We are being told from all directions by various kinds of people – from liberals like Clinton Admin official Gordon Adams to libertarians like Justin Amash and Mick Mulvaney to supposed conservatives like Rush Limbaugh that America can afford deep cuts in the defense budget and still have a strong military; or, in the case of other libertarians, like the Students For Liberty/Ron Paul crowd, that America doesn’t need a strong military, that it would only be a tool of oppression, and that America can safely retrench and hide behind oceans and nothing will threaten it.

But all of those claims are garbage, and in this article, I’ll show you why. They might’ve made some sense during the 18th century, when any attack on America would’ve had to be a seaborne invasion or one from Mexico or Canada.

But in the 21st century, when America has vital interests around the world, when its economy is deeply interconnected to those of its allies and friends (such as Japan and South Korea), and in the era of nuclear weapons, ICBMs, ballistic missile submarines, intercontinental bombers, EMP weapons, and cyber attacks, such beliefs are utterly ridiculous. Those who indulge them live in a kum-ba-yah world.

Let us start with this timeless principle taught by Sun Tzu in his Art of War (ch. 8, v. 11):

“The art of war teaches us to rely not on the likelihood of the enemy’s not coming, but on our own readiness to receive him; not on the chance of his not attacking, but rather on the fact that we have made our position unassailable.”

We should not delude ourselves that we will never be attacked, or not for a long time, or that America is somehow invincible or unassailable, or that its military is overwhelmingly superior when this is clearly not the case.

Providing for the common defense is not only necessary, it is the Federal Government’s #1 Constitutional DUTY. Art. IV, Sec. 4 of the Constitution clearly imposes this obligation on the government; the majority of enumerated powers granted to the Congress deal with military matters; and the Preamble to the Constitution – makes it clear that one of the reasons why the federal government was create in the first place is to “provide for the common defense”. Furthermore, the military is the ONLY significant expenditure authorized by the Constitution. Federal entitlement and welfare programs are utterly unconstitutional and thus illegal.

Furthermore, the claim – often made by proponents of deep defense cuts in order to lull Americans into a false sense of security – that the US military is still overwhelmingly superior to those of other countries – is completely false (although I wish it was true). The militaries of China and Russia, as documented in detailed analysis here, have already closed the vast majority of the gaps between their and the US military’s capabilities, and are now working hard on closing the remaining few gaps. Where those gaps still exist, as in aircraft carriers, for example, China and Russia have created asymmetric advantages of their own with anti-access/area-denial weapons such as aircraft carrier killing missiles.

For a detailed analysis of China’s and Russia’s military capabilities, see here.

Another oft-made false claim which is supposed to justify deep defense cuts is that they could supposedly be done safely if the military were just granted the flexibility to decide where to make the cuts and that if such reductions are made “strategically”, in a “targeted” manner, they can supposedly be done safely.

The “studies” produced by CATO, the “Project on Defense Alternatives”, the Center for American Progress, POGO-TCS, the NTU, and Sen. Tom Coburn (RINO-OK) are often invoked as examples and as supposed “proof” that deep defense cuts can be done safely.

But I have read and analyzed virtually all of these “studies”, and ALL of them would, if implemented (God forbid), result in the utter gutting of the US military. Why? Because the vast majority of the cuts they call for would be directed at the muscle and bone of the US military – the force structure (i.e. the size of the military), its personnel, weapons, munitions, and forward deployments.

These “studies” call for deep personnel, weapon inventory, weapon program, and force size cuts across the board to all four Services (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force) and to the already barely-adequate nuclear deterrent. They call for killing dozens of crucial modernization programs, including the Long Range Strike Bomber, the ICBM replacement program, the V-22 Osprey, the F-35, the Virginia class, and many others.

If one were to plan on how to completely gut the US military, one could not come up with a better plan than those produced by the above-mentioned leftist think-tanks (most of which, including CATO, POGO, and the CAP, are co-funded by George Soros) and by Sen. Coburn. These plans seem to be deliberately designed to gut the US military.

And NONE of these proposals or “studies” are really “strategic”, because none of them are underpinned by any strategy, only by a desire to gut the US military. Strategy is about setting priorities, funding them fully, and cutting back only on non-priority programs/objectives/activities; failure to set priorities and to fund them adequately is essentially the same thing as sequestration.

But in those “studies”, there are no priorities – like sequestration, they all call for deep, across-the-board cuts to everything the US military has and does – mostly to the muscle and bone of the military.

The first and only “priority” of these studies’ authors is to gut the US military, plain and simple.

I have refuted these ridiculous “studies” here, here, here, and here among other articles.

For his part, HumanEvents columnist Robert Maginnis wrongly claims that the US can make these cuts safely if it simply scraps a number of current missions.

But that is wrong. To make cuts on the scale of sequestration, the US military would have to jettison dozens of missions – including many crucial, necessary missions connected to America’s own national security (not just that of its allies). For example, air, naval, and ground superiority, nuclear deterrence, and missile defense.

Those who call for jettisoning many military missions and cuts on the scale of sequestration need to be made to say what exact missions they think the military should scrap and be forced to admit that doing so would mean not meeting America’s security needs and thus imperiling national security.

As then-SECDEF Robert Gates said in 2011:

“These are the kinds of scenarios we need to consider, the kinds of discussions we need to have. If we are going to reduce the resources and the size of the U.S. military, people need to make conscious choices about what the implications are for the security of the country, as well as for the variety of military operations we have around the world if lower priority missions are scaled back or eliminated. (…) To shirk this discussion of risks and consequences – and the hard decisions that must follow – I would regard as managerial cowardice.

In closing, while I have spent a good deal of time on programmatic particulars, the tough choices ahead are really about the kind of role the American people – accustomed to unquestioned military dominance for the past two decades – want their country to play in the world.”

Then there are those like Rush Limbaugh and Rand Paul who falsely claim that sequestration would be a mere cut to the growth rate of defense spending. But that is a blatant lie.

As the CBO has proven, and as I have documented here, sequestration would cut the base defense budget from $525 bn today to $469 bn in March and keep it well below today’s level (and even below $500 bn) for the next decade at least. By FY2022, the last year of the “sequestration decade”, the base defense budget would be at $493 bn – still below $500 bn and well below today’s level of $525 bn.

Meanwhile, OCO (war) spending is shrinking annually from its FY2011 peak and is set to disappear in FY2016, once all US troops leave Afghanistan.

The DOE’s defense-related (nuclear) programs and the DOD’s unspent balances from previous years are also subject to sequestration, as are all other national-security-related agencies.

In other words, sequestration would be an IMMEDIATE, REAL, DEEP, and PERMANENT cut in defense spending. It would not be a mere cut in the rate of growth. In other words, Rush, Rand, and other sequestration pooh-poohers are blatantly lying. (And the people spreading that lie are children of the Father of Lies himself.)

President Ronald Reagan articulated the need for a strong military – and the case against defense cuts – well here and here.

Let Robert Gates – a man of whom I’ve been very critical – nonetheless have the last word here:

“Since I entered government 45 years ago, I’ve shifted my views and changed my mind on a good many things as circumstances, new information, or logic dictated. But I have yet to see evidence that would dissuade me from this fundamental belief: that America does have a special position and set of responsibilities on this planet. I share Winston Churchill’s belief that “the price of greatness is responsibility…[and] the people of the United States cannot escape world responsibility.” This status provides enormous benefits – for allies, partners, and others abroad to be sure, but in the final analysis the greatest beneficiaries are the American people, in terms of our security, our prosperity, and our freedom.

I know that after a decade of conflict, the American people are tired of war. But there is no doubt in my mind that the continued strength and global reach of the American military will remain the greatest deterrent against aggression, and the most effective means of preserving peace in the 21st century, as it was in the 20th.”

Not only are the assertions about Paul Ryan based on misrepresentations, distortions and outright falsehoods, the only “supportive evidence” provided are links to MoveOn.org and other “progressive” sites like Center for American Progress (funded by George Soros), Think Progress, Daily Kos, Huffington Post and The Advocate. There is no question that the link sites are clearly biased in favor of “progressives” and are heartily devoted to spreading “progressive” propaganda.

If this is not a clear cut case of “I’m right because I said so” vapidity then 2 + 2 does not equal 4.

MoveOn even lies to its own people by saying MoveOn gets no big checks from CEOs. Apparently they count on membership from uninformed people who have never heard of the huge donations MoveOn has received over the years from billionaire George Soros.

Below is the text as sent out in an email by MoveOn:

Dear MoveOn member,

Paul Ryan is bad for America. He’s anti-choice, and would give big tax cuts for millionaires, while raising taxes on the middle-class. He’s a Tea Party favorite who takes donations from the billionaire Koch brothers, and he introduced one of harshest and most inhumane budgets in recent history. His ideological hero for many years called selfishness a virtue and charity an abomination.

But most people don’t know just how bad Paul Ryan is. So we made this list of 10 things to know about Mitt Romney’s Vice Presidential pick, Paul Ryan. Read it, then click here to share this list as an image on social media, or just forward this email! The future of America is on the line—from a woman’s right to choose to our economy.

10 Things to know about Paul Ryan

1. His economic plan would cost America 1 million jobs in the first year. Ryan’s proposed budget would cripple the economy. He’d slash spending deeply, which would not only slow job growth, but shock the economy and cost 1 million of us our jobs in 2013 alone and kill more than 4 million jobs by the end of 2014.1

2. He’d kill Medicare. He’d replace Medicare with vouchers for retirees to purchase insurance, eliminating the guarantee of health care for seniors and putting them at the mercy of the private insurance industry. That could amount to a cost increase of more than $5,900 by 2050, leaving many seniors broke or without the health care they need. He’d also raise the age of eligibility to 67.2

3. He’d pickpocket the middle class to line the pockets of the rich. His tax plan is Robin Hood in reverse. He wants to cut taxes by $4.6 trillion over the next decade, but only for corporations and the rich, like giving families earning more than $1 million a year a $300,000 tax cut. And to pay for them, he’d raise taxes on middle- and lower-income households and butcher social service programs that help middle- and working-class Americans.3

4. He’s an anti-choice extremist. Ryan co-sponsored an extremist anti-choice bill, nicknamed the ‘Let Women Die Act,’ that would have allowed hospitals to deny women emergency abortion care even if their lives were at risk. And he co-sponsored another bill that would criminalize some forms of birth control, all abortions, and in vitro fertilization.4

5. He’d dismantle Social Security. Ironically, Ryan used the Social Security Survivors benefit to help pay for college, but he wants to take that possibility away from future generations. He agrees with Rick Perry’s view that Social Security is a “Ponzi scheme” and he supported George W. Bush’s disastrous proposal to privatize Social Security.5

6. He’d eliminate Pell grants for more than 1 million low-income students. His budget plan cuts the Pell Grant program by $200 billion, which could mean a loss of educational funding for 1 million low-income students.6

7. He’d give $40 billion in subsidies to Big Oil. His budget includes oil tax breaks worth $40 billion, while cutting “billions of dollars from investments to develop alternative fuels and clean energy technologies that would serve as substitutes for oil.”7

8. He’s another Koch-head politician. Not surprisingly, the billionaire oil-baron Koch brothers are some of Ryan’s biggest political contributors. And their company, Koch industries, is Ryan’s biggest energy-related donor. The company’s PAC and affiliated individuals have given him $65,500 in donations.8

9. He opposes gay rights. Ryan has an abysmal voting record on gay rights. He’s voted to ban adoption by gay couples, against same-sex marriage, and against repealing “don’t ask, don’t tell.” He also voted against the Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which President Obama signed into law in 2009.9

10. He thinks an “I got mine, who cares if you’re okay” philosophy is admirable. For many years, Paul Ryan devoted himself to Ayn Rand’s philosophy of selfishness as a virtue. It has shaped his entire ethic about whom he serves in public office. He even went as far as making his interns read her work.10

If there was ever any doubt that Mitt Romney’s got a disastrous plan for America—he made himself 100% clear when he picked right-wing extremist Paul Ryan as his running mate. Paul Ryan is bad for America, but we can’t beat him if Americans don’t know everything he stands for. Share this list with all your friends by clicking here, or simply forward this email.

The institutionalized “progressive” left is at it again. Consider this headline published by Yahoo News on behalf of Susan Davis, USA Today and ABC OTUS News:

“Congress could be least productive since 1947”

Three of the first four paragraphs of this “headline news” story focus on attacking the Republican majority in the House of Representatives for the recent lack of legislative success. This is obviously typical of the “progressive” Party Pravda, which never misses an opportunity to parrot messages being dictated by the George Soros funded Media Matters via Valerie Jarrett and the White House.

Statistics are being manipulated and misrepresented by partisan hacks posing as journalists: “Just 61 bills have become law to date in 2012 out of 3,914 bills that have been introduced by lawmakers, or less than 2 percent of all proposed laws,” or “In 2011, after Republicans took control of the U.S. House, Congress passed just 90 bills into law.

http://news.yahoo.com/congress-could-least-productive-since-1947-011137011.html?_esi=0&

It might be statistically true that “Congress is on pace to make history with the least productive legislative year in the post-World War II era,” but to so strongly insinuate that this is the fault of the House Republican majority, as Davis, USA Today, ABC News and Yahoo News do is a lie. Utter fabrication…pure unadulterated fiction.

Where the article fails completely (that is if you are seeking factual information rather than “progressive” propaganda) is in the “reporting” of why those numbers are so abysmal.

The United States Senate, under the extreme, partisan, rigidly ideological, failed “leadership” of “progressive” Democrat Harry Reid, has blocked, obstructed, ignored or refused to allow a majority of House passed bills to even come to a vote in the U.S. Senate.

How is any bill passed by the House ever to become law if it is completely blocked from discussion or vote in the Senate?

The reason so many people believe the House is to blame for this situation is the lies spread by institutionalized “progressive” shills like Yahoo News, Susan Davis, USA Today, ABC OTUS News and their ilk.

Should the 112th Congress come to be “defined by partisan divisions and legislative failures”, the blame will rest squarely at the slumping, rounded shoulders of Reid and his “progressive” co-conspirator currently occupying the Oval Office. The “progressive” Democratic Senate majority has not even passed a budget in three years. They even voted down the one that came from the Oval Office 97-0.

This is a clear dereliction of duty by the “progressive” Democratic Party. Thanks to the utter failure of their “progressive” policies, the one and only card left for them to play is using Saul Alinsky style smear tactics against the right attempting to blame the right for problems caused by the left. This has been the modus operandi of “progressives” since they seized control of the Democratic Party.

The most egregious of lies propagated by the institutionalized “progressive” left is the one put forth by Nancy Pelosi during the TARP debate. On September 28, 2008 Pelosi placed the blame for the economic collapse entirely on George W. Bush and failed Republican economic policies.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnyyAKn-I9o

The 2008 financial collapse was a direct result of failed “progressive” social engineering in the U.S. housing market. For decades the U.S. has had nothing remotely resembling a free market in residential real estate. Instead, “progressive” big government created monstrosities Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac controlled over half of all U.S. mortgages. For twenty years, Conservatives warned about the systemic risk Fannie and Freddie posed to the financial system but they were constantly thwarted by the left. To this very day, the institutionalized “progressive” left denies the essential part Fannie and Freddie played in creating the housing bubble and causing the financial crisis.

Even at the height of the housing bubble, as the extent of the damage was being revealed, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd were still seeking to increase Fannie and Freddie’s role in a market already fettered by “progressive” big government interference. On behalf of a well-heeled constituency in her congressional district, the liar Nancy Pelosi continued insisting Fannie and Freddie keep the housing bubble going, pushing for their insurance limits to be increased from $417,000 to $700,000 per loan.

Whether in the area of journalism or politics, once the facts are in members of the institutionalized “progressive” left prove themselves to be nothing more than bold faced, willfully deceitful psychopaths unfit to serve in the public arena.

My support of John Dummett (www.johndummett.us) was termed by one person on facebook as running headlong into an ambush. I find that ironic as that is my exact example of voting for Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama. Romney went from being a businessman to a career politician and has embraced the leftist mantra throughout his political career. His excuse for not vetoing abortion in Massachusetts is that the legislature would just override him. Well, stand up for the principles you claim to believe in and force them to override your values based veto. That is just one example of his lame excuses for advancing the leftist agenda. Romneycare is another. He has said he wants to repeal Obamacare; well, except for this part, and for that part, and this other thing. He won’t repeal it, he wrote it.

Mitty has been endorsed by none other than George Soros, Obama’s main supporter, and one of the main architects of the coming New World Order (http://www.ask.com/web?q=george%20soros%20on%20mitt%20romney&o=15527&l=dis&prt=360&chn=retail&geo=US&ver=6 ). That doesn’t give me much confidence in a future with Mitty as president.

History is full of societies tiring of one ruler and running headlong to someone who promises utopia but turns out to be a homicidal maniac. During the reign of Louis XVI in France the people became so discontented they followed Robespierre in a revolt. Everything went well until Robespierre and his murdering thugs gained complete control of the land and then the very peasants who had installed them found themselves victims of the brutality they thought they were overthrowing.

In 1917 Russian peasants followed Vladimir Lenin in his quest for a “worker’s paradise” and overthrew Czar Nicholas, only to find Lenin and Stalin were much worse. The poverty and hunger weren’t removed, only enhanced by torture, murder, and slave labor camps that killed an estimated 50 million people in the next 30 years.

In post-World War I Germany Adolph Hitler and his group of murderers promised another utopia. Things went well until they gained complete control over society, then things went downhill quickly. They murdered 6 million Jews and more than 5 million Poles, Slaves, Gypsies, Homosexuals, and anyone else who didn’t meet with their satisfaction. The “savior” of the Weimar Republic turned into a nightmare of war and terror that destroyed or devastated 4 nations, including his own, and killed an estimated 50 million people. The Chinese people found the same situation with Chairman Mao and his “re-education camps”.

Now we come to America in 2012 and I see history repeating itself. Mitt Romney, who was less conservative than John McCain (of all people) in 2008, is the darling of those who despise anything conservative. He is loved by the Republican Party establishment but loathed by We the People, yet most of those I interact with will vote for him as a protest vote against Obama. And those same people accuse me of casting a “protest vote” because I intend to write-in John Dummett. Supposedly conservative people are running in fear of Obama, right into the trap being set by Soros and his minions who want Romney to seem like a great alternative when he is nothing of the sort.

My “protest” vote isn’t a protest vote; it is a vote for the Constitution. Why is it that people who call themselves conservatives will vote for a man they know is no where near conservative? Their fear prevents them from seeing reality. That fear causes them to ignore the red flags that are flying high and vote for a man they know isn’t what they want. People know what Mitt Romney is yet are willing to follow him out of fear. If our founding fathers had this same amount of courage we would still be “sipping tea at two” and talking funny.

As long as We the People are willing to settle for the lesser of two evils we will never have any other option. Just as the Jews peacefully walked into the cattle cars that took them to Auschwitz, Sobibor, Treblinka, Birkenau, and the other death camps Americans who call themselves conservatives are peacefully walking into the New World Order cattle cars that will take them to the FEMA camps for “re-education”. Many are hoping for “peace in our time” but will find only tyranny in their acquiescence to the “peace in our time” idea.

Appeasement has never worked and never will. Voting for Mitt Romney out of fear of Obama is trying to appease the New World Order and it can’t be done. I recently read a book called “The Harbinger” by Jonathan Cahn. It is classified as fiction but it is more prophetic than fiction. The book compares America to the ancient Israelites and the suffering brought about by their arrogance in the face of God. The attacks on September 11, 2001 were just the beginning, a warning from God to turn back to Him but our leaders and most of the population ignored the warning and vowed to rebuild bigger and better. It is the “Isaiah 9:10 effect” come to America. The financial collapse in 2008 was another warning that went unheeded by America and we find ourselves floundering in debt, depravity, and fear. More is coming, and soon unless we heed the warnings and turn our nation around.

Mitt Romney is another judgment coming our way. IF he wins in November, which I don’t expect, we will still find ourselves further down the road to tyranny. Remember that a Republican president and Republican controlled Congress gave us the Department of Homeland Security, the TSA, and the “Patriot Act”. Will Mitty actually cut out the czars and dismantle the bureaucracy that is strangling our nation financially and destroying our freedoms one at a time? I doubt it!! I know Romney seems great after four years of Obama but he isn’t. The answer will not be found in a NWO globalist.

We have been travelling down the road to dictatorship for many years. Both political parties have taken us there by playing on our fears and offering the “good cop, bad cop” scenario for the last 20 years. How long has it been since we have seen anything but “the lesser of two evils” from the Republican Party? Ronald Reagan was the last time I voted “for” a candidate, and the only time since Nixon. We have had George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, John McCain, and now Mitt Romney since Reagan. When will the tide turn? People have been telling me “vote for this guy and we will get a better candidate next time” since 1988. When will it actually happen? In the mean time government, along with the debt, has exploded in size under both political parties and three terms of Republican presidents.

The answer to our situation is a true conservative who will make the Constitution the centerpiece of his administration. John Dummett (www.johndummett4president.webs.com) will keep his promises. He isn’t a career politician, he is a working class man who has a family, works 40 hours a week, and tries to survive just as I do. I am tired of the roller coaster of lies, broken promises, empty promises that are never intended to be kept, and career politicians who are only looking at their power, prestige, and wealth at the expense of We the People. It has to stop and We the People have to stop it. Voting for the lesser of two evils won’t get it done.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

On behalf of ABC News and Yahoo News, the ever-vigilant guardians of the institutionalized “progressive” left’s agenda are at it again.

In a “news report” found under the headline-”Spinners and Winners”, Jonathan Karl, Avery Miller, Richard Coolidge and Sherisse Pham are up to their now familiar –bias disguised as news– tricks.

The story, which includes ”contributions” from ABC News’ Gregory Simmons Lemos, features such breaking news information as:

“An infusion of millions of dollars, unlike anything we have ever seen before may now be the single biggest force in American politics. Some of the players are well-known, such as conservative activist and former George W. Bush adviser Karl Rove, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a business interest group long active in politics.

This year, there are new players on the scene, so-called SuperPACs, that, unlike candidates or political parties, can accept an unlimited amount of money. For many of these groups who gives and why is a tightly-guarded secret.

“We can see the money going in, but it is very hard to follow what the political favors out are,” says Bill Allison of the nonpartisan Sunlight Foundation. ‘I think that is the most concerning thing about all of this money going into the political process.’”

NOTE-The typos and incorrect grammar in the above quote are part of the original article.

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/power-players-abc-news/flooding-campaigns-secret-millions-101432066.html

In what is now a very familiar, oft repeated pattern of biased political slant and deception, this “news” report specifically names former President George W. Bush and his former adviser Karl Rove, commonly vilified as the worst type of criminals known to man within “progressive” circles in the first paragraph, but completely fails to ever mention the name of the biggest, long time financier of the institutionalized “progressive” left:

George Soros, who’s spent untold millions of his ill-gotten fortune funding such anti-American foundations as: The Open Society Institute, Human Rights Watch, the Shadow Democratic Party, Air America Radio (Now defunct, this was a self-identified “liberal” radio network), Alliance for Justice (Best known for its activism vis a vis the appointment of federal judges, this group consistently depicts Republican judicial nominees as ”extremists”), America Coming Together (Soros played a major role in creating this group, whose purpose was to coordinate and organize pro-Democrat voter-mobilization programs), America Votes (Soros also played a major role in creating this group, whose get-out-the-vote campaigns targeted likely Democratic voters), America’s Voice (This open-borders group seeks to promote “comprehensive” immigration reform that includes a robust agenda in favor of amnesty for illegal aliens), American Bar Association Commission on Immigration Policy (This organization “opposes laws that require employers and persons providing education, health care, or other social services to verify citizenship or immigration status”), American Civil Liberties Union (This group opposes virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by the U.S. government. It supports open borders, has rushed to the defense of suspected terrorists and their abettors, and appointed former New Left terrorist Bernardine Dohrn to its Advisory Board), American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (This Washington, DC-based think tank seeks to move American jurisprudence to the left by recruiting, indoctrinating, and mobilizing young law students, helping them acquire positions of power. It also provides leftist Democrats with a bully pulpit from which to denounce their political adversaries), American Family Voices (This group creates and coordinates media campaigns charging Republicans with wrongdoing), American Federation of Teachers (After longtime AFT President Albert Shanker died in in 1997, he was succeeded by Sandra Feldman, who slowly “re-branded” the union, allying it with some of the most powerful left-wing elements of the New Labor Movement. When Feldman died in 2004, Edward McElroy took her place, followed by Randi Weingarten in 2008. All of them kept the union on the leftward course it had adopted in its post-Shanker period), American Friends Service Committee (This group views the United States as the principal cause of human suffering around the world. As such, it favors America’s unilateral disarmament, the dissolution of American borders, amnesty for illegal aliens, the abolition of the death penalty, and the repeal of the Patriot Act), American Immigration Council (This non-profit organization is a prominent member of the open-borders lobby. It advocates expanded rights and amnesty for illegal aliens residing in the U.S.), American Immigration Law Foundation (This group supports amnesty for illegal aliens, on whose behalf it litigates against the U.S. government), American Institute for Social Justice (AISJ’s goal is to produce skilled community organizers who can “transform poor communities” by agitating for increased government spending on city services, drug interdiction, crime prevention, housing, public-sector jobs, access to healthcare, and public schools).

This is only a tiny few of the Soros funded foundations. A much more comprehensive list can be found here: http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/viewSubCategory.asp?id=1237

In yet another display of open bias and unadulterated misrepresentation, the “new report” refers to the Sunlight Foundation as nonpartisan. The truth is, in 2011 the Sunlight Foundation received funding over $300,000.00 from Open Society Foundations as well as Open Society Institute, both of which are funded by George Soros. They have also received funding from the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Family Fund, Pew Charitable Trusts, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and Marc Cuban, as well as a plethora of other leftists and leftist organizations.

If Bill Allison is so concerned about “all of this money going into the political process”, he should first look at all the money that for decades has been going into the political process from promoters of the institutionalized “progressive” left. He should man up and realize that politics is a two way street.

ABC News, Yahoo News, Jonathan Karl, Avery Miller, Richard Coolidge, Sherisse Pham, and Gregory Simmons Lemos, should either stop spinning and whining or put in an application to work for MSNBC and/or Media Matters.

Comedian Bill Maher gave $1 million to one of President Obama’s SuperPACs. Actor Alec Baldwin’s on record saying that Obama’s re-election ‘In the Bag’. Lanny Davis, who writes for The Hill, is busy covering up for U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder during Congressional investigations into the murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican citizens resulting from the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. MSNBC stopped inviting Conservative author Matt Lewis to contribute on-air after the site he works for, the Daily Caller, reported about the influence George Soros funded Media Matters for America wields over that Network. “Coincidentally”, Conservative pundit Pat Buchannan was also dropped by MSNBC around that same time.

As is always the case with any non-white or non-male Republican star, the institutionalized “progressive” left media is focused on Florida Senator Marco Rubio who, being a Hispanic from a crucial swing state, poses an existential threat to the re-election of Barack Obama. Not surprisingly, openly leftist actress Eva Longoria joined in the attack by saying “Marco Rubio has been coming up with some silly stuff that we really have to sort through”.

Meanwhile, the American mainstream media remains silent after a BarackObama speech where he joked: “I went to the speaker’s home town,” referring to a trip to House Speaker John Boehner’s battleground state of Ohio, “stood under a bridge that was crumbling.” Somebody in the crowd shouted, “Let him drive on it!”

Cue the sound of crickets.

This is the same press that had a field day back in 2008 when, on one or two occasions, a few folks attending McCain/Palin rallies shouted ugly comments from the crowd. These incidents were reported as major, top of the broadcast, front-page news. Repeatedly, with frequency and vigor.

During nationwide May Day demonstrations by OWS, occupiers themselves willing admitted that their protesters were taking marching orders from big labor and public service unions like the AFL-CIO and SEIU.

One of the leaders of the Occupy Cleveland movement, Brandon Baxter, was arrested for a terrorist plot to bomb a bridge in Cleveland Ohio. The plot has been directly linked to the Occupy movement. The names and the official complaint have been confirmed.

There were multiple incidences of violence around the country, with occupiers shouting the likes of “Pigs Go Home” and “Down with Capitalism”. With tear gas in Oakland, violence and vandalism in Seattle, SEIU members disrupting Los Angeles International Airport, with Occupiers calling themselves anarchists and hurling Molotov Cocktails; despite all evidence to the contrary, American taxpayer funded NPR is still calling the violent Occupy protests “restrained”.

By comparison, when the Tea Party was the topic de jour, Democrats and their “progressive” Party Pravda lapdogs were quick to blame the Tea Party for each and every violent incident around the country. More than one fringe leftist whack-job, impersonating responsible journalists on American television’s most irresponsible cable network, held Sarah Palin personally responsible for the Gabby Giffords shooting in Tucson Arizona. Their supposed rationale was her use of the word target when discussing campaign strategy. Never mind that in similar applications, the word “target” had been used frequently by members of the Democratic Party. Members of the institutionalized “progressive” left smear machine somehow forgot to inform the public that “target” was first used as political jargon by 1980 Democratic presidential candidate Walter Mondale’s political strategist Bob Beckel.

A review of the visitor’s log confirms that AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka and former SEIU President Andy Stern have been frequent visitors to the White House. SEIU alone spent approximately $60.7 million to help elect Barack Obama to the White House in 2008. SEIU expects a return on their investment. Barack Obama was quick to embrace the Occupy movement when he saw his poll numbers sliding.

Before this November’s elections American voters should duly note such connections.

In case you haven’t noticed, or have yet to become fully convinced, bias within the institutionalized “progressive” left media is both very real and pervasive. With the presidential general election campaign about to get into full swing, expect it to get much, much worse. Truth coming from the institutionalized “progressive” left’s smear machine is as likely as them reporting that Elizabeth Warren can’t prove she has Cherokee blood in her veins.

I admit that I probably should have written about this long ago, but it remains a highly salient issue. For months the far left has been waging a campaign to destroy the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), which has only intensified in the wake of the Trayvon Martin Shooting. ALEC is a private-public partnership of state legislators and businesses that seek to expand the principles of limited government, free markets, and economic liberty. Left wing hatred towards the organization for advocating and promoting these principles has been a long standing tradition, but it seems the political left is taking a more aggressive approach against ALEC. Yesterday, The Washington Free Beacon reported that liberal elements are preparing for war against ALEC.

The participants, including representatives from such far-left groups as Common Cause, Color of Change, and ProgressNow, met for lunch in a conference room at the AFL-CIO headquarters in Washington, D.C. The New Organizing Institute, a group that provides support and technology for political organizers, sponsored the forum. Never relent, never let up pressure, and always increase, said Aniello Alioto of ProgressNow Colorado, summing up the strategy.

One of the groups that attempted to forge a connection between ALEC and the Trayvon Martin shooting is Color of Change, a nonprofit founded by 9/11 Truther and former Obama green jobs czar Van Jones.

Color of Change Director of Strategy,Gabriel Rey-Goodlatte, has already started a phone banking and online petitioning campaign against companies associated with ALEC and companies like Amazon.com, State Farm, Johnson & Johnson, and AT&T are included on their hit list.

With the launch of ALEC Exposed nine months ago, the site has detailed some 800 bills and thousands of internal documents from the organization that includes two years worth of ALEC meetings, their attendee lists and the accompanying minutes due to Common Cause’s successful Freedom of Information Act request from state legislators. Common Cause is “a nonpartisan, nonprofit advocacy organization founded in 1970 by John Gardner as a vehicle for citizens to make their voices heard in the political process and to hold their elected leaders accountable to the public interest.” However, as Jason Stverak, President of the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity, wrote on Breitbart, it’s a progressive organization funded by billionaire lefty George Soros. Seeing that ALEC was involved in crafting Voter ID legislation, Stand Your Ground Laws, Alabama’s “Papers Please” immigration policy, and Wisconsin’s revamp of collective bargaining rights, it is hardly a surprise why the left wants them gone and think they’re evil. It’s “the vast right wing conspiracy.”

To no one’s surprise, the liberal media, including far left publications like The Nation and The Huffington re-Post, released hit pieces last summer exposing this “shadowy” organization, but it was really the Trayvon shooting that galavanized this campaign to heavily marginalize ALEC’s agenda and, therefore, our fight for economic freedom and limited government. So far, the political left has been able to force The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Coca-Cola to drop their support of ALEC and the organization itself states it will double down on “jobs, free markets, and growth” and announced the end of their task force that dealt with non economic issues. Hence, this means that ALEC has caved to left-wing pressure and, as Kevin Glass wrote on Townhall.com, “they’ll be shutting down pro-second amendment outreach and the pushes for voter ID laws.” Glass continues by stating that ”conservative organizations and conservative activists need to be able to reassure companies targeted by progressive boycotts that the boycotts won’t make a meaningful financial impact. The reason progressives have gone after ALEC isn’t because ALEC is particularly “extreme” or something – it’s because ALEC has been successful in passing legitimate conservative legislation.” As we gear up to take on Barack Obama’s billion dollar re-elect campaign, we must not forget our friends and allies who are also fighting to expand conservative principles. We CANNOT allow these people to “Acorn” us in an election year or any year for that matter.

My opposition to Mitt Romney has drawn a great deal of criticism from a variety of people. It seems my vote is the only one in the nation that actually counts. While that is flattering in one respect I find it rather disingenuous in another respect. Why is it that my refusal to vote for the lesser of two evils is the only factor in the destruction of our once great nation? I find more than enough reasons to refuse to vote for Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama, based on my Christian faith and Mitty’s propensity to deny his faith in almost everything he stands for politically.

I have a great faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to carry me through whatever evil comes my way. To me, voting isn’t a question of voting for the one who is less dangerous than the other. My vote is based on what I believe God would have me do, on the standards set by Him and recorded in the Holy Bible. I will vote based on who I believe to be in compliance with God’s Word and the Constitution of the United States of America, a document written by men who took much of the content from biblical principles and guidelines.

Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama claims to be a Christian man, a Mormon. I don’t care which church he is affiliated with, that is not my concern. My concerns about Mitty go so much deeper. How can a man who proclaims to be a Christian support abortion on demand? God’s Word says that he “knew us before we were even in the womb”. Does that not accentuate the idea of life at conception to a Christian? I understand that there are cases that can be made for abortion in instances of rape, but that is not where Mitty stands on the issue. How can a “conservative Christian” support the joke of the “gay rights” issue? I don’t agree that homosexuals should be hung from the nearest tree but I don’t believe they should be given special rights not afforded to the rest of us either, and neither does God’s Word. How can a man who claims to believe in the Constitution not believe in the rights of We the People to keep and bear arms as stated in the Second Amendment? How can a conservative candidate support Obamacare, a travesty that Mitty actually authored and has supported for several years?

God’s Word tells us to stand strong on biblical principles and to live our lives by His core values. People who will vote for Mitty out of fear of Obama are neither putting their faith in God, nor their trust in His “divine providence”.

Voting out of fear brought Adolph Hitler to power in Germany. People feared another stint with the Weimar Republic and voted in a guy who promised to “fundamentally transform” Germany. We are facing the same situation today. People fear what Obama will do in a second term, rightfully so, but are not looking at the other choice realistically. The mantra is “anyone but Obama, as long as it is Mitty”, and discounting any other option.

I will not vote for Mitty the Poo, the all-white Obama in November. I WILL NOT COMPLY with the party-line “vote for our guy because he isn’t quite as dangerous as the other guy” mentality. You see, I find Mitty to be just as dangerous as Obama in many respects. In addition to the items listed earlier, Mitty also has been bought and paid for by George Soros and the New World Order cabal. In case you haven’t heard, Soros has publicly endorsed Mitty as the best candidate for the Republican Party. That is enough on its own merit to stop me from voting for him, but isn’t the only reason I stand on. I hear people make a big deal out of the Olympics and how Mitty “saved” the event. What people are surprised to learn when I mention it is that Mitty “saved” the Olympics with $450 million federal tax dollars given to him by George W. Bush. This same money was denied to Mitty’s predecessor. I find that rather curious. If the money was insignificant to the treasury but vital to the Olympics, why wasn’t the money given to the first guy, and who did this money actually go to? And when you go look at how he balanced the state budget without tax increases you will find a substantial “federal tax donation” to the state treasury.

I will cast my vote for a man who I believe will actually stand up to the New World Order globalists and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and We the People, against all enemies foreign and domestic. I want a President I can believe will do what is right, not just “hope” he will do what is right.

Voting for the lesser of two evils and hoping for a better candidate next time is not the answer. I heard that, and bought into it, many years ago. I voted for Bob Dole, one of the worst candidates that has ever run for the office of President of the United States, but he was “better than the alternative and we could get a better candidate the next time around”. It worked once because we wound up with Ronald Reagan but hasn’t worked out so well since then. I bought it again four years ago when I voted for the McCain/Palin Republican Party ticket. I actually voted for Sarah Palin, hoping they would win and McCain would die of a heart attack the next day and leave Palin as the President. I think that much of John McCain, and I remember how Mitty ran second to McCain in 2008. Four years ago Mitty was less conservative than John McCain but now he is miraculously the most conservative candidate available? Naw, I’m not buying the same 3 legged horse again.

My vote will be cast for John Albert Dummett (www.johndummett.us), as a write-in candidate if necessary. Wasting my vote? Voting for Obama? Insuring Obama gets a second term? NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I am exercising the discernment given to me by God and casting my vote for the man who will follow God’s Word and the Constitution rather than voting out of fear of another Obama term. I will vote for a man who will put what is best for the nation ahead of what is best for his cronies and the New World Order globalist cabal that so many of the Washington “elite” cater to.

I also hear the “he can’t win” line from people I talk to, and undoubtedly will hear the same from many who read this article. Can’t win? Why can’t he win? He “can’t win” because of all of the people in America who would rather vote for evil out of fear of the other evil running. Mitty the Poo doesn’t really have any support from conservative voters, and certainly not TEA Party people. If everyone who will vote for Mitty out of the fear of another four years of Obama would vote for John Dummett it would be a slam dunk win for conservative values, for God’s values, and for We the People. More importantly, it would be a victory for our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

We can never regain our freedom by voting for the lesser of two evils. We the People can only win if we have the courage of our founding fathers. I wonder how many people said George Washington could never beat the British, armed with the strongest army and the strongest navy in the world at the time. I wonder how many people cheered Neville Chamberlain when he came back from Europe with a paper signed by Adolph Hitler that guaranteed “peace in our time”, a peace “guaranteed” by selling Czechoslovakia to Hitler? I wonder how many people were joyous of the pact signed between Hitler and Stalin that prevented Germany from invading Russia in World War II. Oh, wait a minute; don’t I remember reading that something went wrong there?

Signing contracts, including voting, with evil out of fear of a greater evil is not in the best interests of anyone, particularly the future of our nation. Our Republic is gone and nearly to the point of no return. We now live under a dictatorial oligarchy and are in danger of finding ourselves living under a tyranny akin to that of Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, China, and many other repressive governments.

If you don’t have the courage to stand up for freedom now when will you find that courage? Will you stand and fight when they come for your bible, your guns, your food, or your home? Will you fight when they come to round your family up to be sent to the FEMA camps, also authorized under a Republican president and Congress? Or will you simply pack your one allowed suitcase and trod off to the slaughterhouse like the Jews did in Nazi Germany? Those willing to bow to tyranny out of fear now will not be willing to stand up for freedom when things get much worse. The Secret Service has already tried to intimidate Ted Nugent into submission over his remarks at the NRA convention a few weeks ago.

John Dummett (www.johndummett.us ) has received visits from the FBI, found his e-mail suddenly and mysteriously shut down, his computers hacked, and is receiving death threats. This is only the beginning. Those who believe things will be better under Mitty need to look at the last “conservative”/moderate president we elected. This “conservative”/moderate, along with a Republican Congress, and in addition to the FEMA camps, gave us the “Patriot” Act, Homeland Security, and the TSA. The last conservative/moderate Republican president did more to destroy our freedom than Bill Clinton. That “conservative”/moderate was George W. Bush.

Now is not the time to compromise with evil. Now is the time to stand up for freedom and vote for a man who is offering us a truly conservative platform. People who say I am wasting my vote or voting for Obama are wrong. Those voting out of fear of another Obama term are the ones wasting their votes. I am voting from a positive position, voting for a man I believe will follow through with what he promises and give us a presidency we can once again be proud of. I am voting for freedom now, not the hope that “someday” we will have an acceptable Republican candidate who will truly stand up for the values of God and our founding fathers.

Today, more than ever, we need a staunch conservative voice in the White House. We need more staunch conservative voices in Congress. John McCain, Orin Hatch, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and the others who routinely ignore the Constitution in favor of Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi are not leaders. They are only interested in currying favor with despots to keep their seat in the back of Obama’s tyranny bus. All of the dictatorships I listed earlier have their parliaments or congresses but they are only rubber stamps of a dictator, men and women who will do whatever they have to do to keep their seats of power, wealth, and prestige.

We can no longer afford to vote out of fear. Our nation is teetering on the brink of outright dictatorship and appeasing despots never works out well for the pawns in the appeasement. We the People must show the courage of our founding fathers and those who have sacrificed their lives to preserve our freedom over the last 236 years. Voting for Mitty the Poo is appeasement, trying to curry favor with New World Order globalists who have nothing more than their own power. Voting for John Albert Dummett is a vote for freedom now and in the future.

These days, all the cool young protestors seem to be talking about one thing. The calls for beheading Wall Street executives have quieted down a little and the new focus is- student debt. Yes, those evil giant banks are at it again- forcing poor innocent students into taking massive loans with crushing interest rates that will haunt them for the rest of their adult lives.

There is a petition circling colleges- the Support the Student Loan Forgiveness Act of 2012. To anyone with a rational mind, and even the slightest comprehension of how the free market works, the petition is laughable. The petition scathingly rips into the notion that higher education is an individual commodity rather than an investment in the ‘collective future’ of the nation.(Silly conservatives and their ideas about individualism.) It also boldly states that student loan forgiveness will stimulate the economy and restore the American dream for millions of middle class Americans struggling under the burden of their debt. Aw. With rhetoric like that, is it any surprise that the website, SignOn.org, is sponsored by the totally agenda-less George Soros funded MoveOn.org?

Oh to live in the world of liberal logic. Somehow, millions of defaulted loan payments just magically vanish and the economy is fantastic. Those defaulted payments don’t get passed on to investors and customers of the loan holder’s bank through increased fees to make up for the financial loss.

Even Steven Lerner, SEIU and Occupy Wall Street organizer, hinted that part of the next phase for the Occupy movement is student debt strikes. Lerner wrote in a recent article for the left-wing publication, The Nation “There is growing interest in Occupy and student groups in a student debt strike. The banks can’t foreclose on a brain or a degree. If a critical mass of student debtors—a million or more—pledged to refuse to pay, it would create a collection crisis that could force negotiations about reducing student debt.”

Those evil banks, asking poor, starving students to repay the money so generously loaned them. How dare they ask you to be accountable for your actions! How dare they limit your access to college education! A guaranteed human right! (Apologies to Thomas Jefferson, who’s probably rolling over in his grave). Because of course, handling debt responsibly and not taking on more than you can afford, is not an option.

Whatever happened to the self-made man? In the 21st century, where even if you don’t have high-speed internet access in your home (yet another basic human right those evil Republicans are trying to deprive the underprivileged of) you can go to any local library and use a computer, shouldn’t self-education be easier than ever? Basically every government organization and college has an online library where you can access important documents and research. Or crazier still, you could pull one of those dusty old books off a shelf. (Except then you’d probably just be accused of hating the environment.) But that would require you acting as an responsible, functioning individual in society rather than a piggy-backing parasite of the collective. After all, every enlightened liberal knows, personal responsibility and integrity are the crazy ideas of those pretentious old wig-wearing men who wrote that ridiculously outdated document all the disillusioned conservatives are still clinging to.

If you haven’t seen it, the movie is about a man at the beginning of the Revolutionary War who just wants to mind his own business and stay out of the fighting. He had fought in the French and Indian War, and had seen enough fighting and killing to last him for the rest of his life. He wanted to live in peace, nothing more. As much as he tried to remain neutral, the war came to him in the form of terror tactics used by British soldiers against his family and neighbors.

One very striking scene was when Gabriel entered a church in a small South Carolina village asking for volunteers. He told them he needed help. No one moved until one young woman stood up and chastised the men for being all talk and no action. She pointed out how each of them had talked about freedom but now that the time had come to put their words into action they were hesitant to do so. Paralyzed by fear, they were willing to live in slavery rather than fight. As she spoke, heads hung in shame. One by one the men stood, volunteering to serve their fledgling nation in its time of need.

Men who wanted nothing more than to live their lives in peace and tend to their families rose to defend their homes from a government that threatened their liberty and their right to live in peace and freedom. They took up their arms and followed their destiny to eventual freedom for the thirteen original colonies, the future United States of America. They didn’t fight for a country, they fought for their homes, their farms, and the freedom to live in peace and support their families. Many of them died, never seeing the eventual result of their actions.

Another scene near the end of the movie was a reenactment of the Battle of Cowpens. A black man who had been offered freedom if he would serve in the Continental Army for 12 months stood beside a white man who had ridiculed him for being a slave expecting freedom. The white man said, “It has been more than 12 months, you are free”. The black man responded, “I am not here for that now, I am here of my own free will”. The white man who had been such a jerk earlier then said, “I am honored to be standing here with you, honored”.

This is what our nation is about. We are patriots; white, black, brown, red, yellow, it doesn’t matter. Whatever our skin color, whatever our ancestry may be, we are here of our own free will to stand together for freedom from a tyrannical government. Today we are activists of a sort; writing, voting, calling, faxing, and telling our government in face to face town hall meetings that We the People are fed up and want real change. We want our country back and will accept nothing else. We demand government Of the People, BY the People, and FOR the People.

The time may very well come when this isn’t enough and, like those in the early days, we will be required to do more. Some may have to lay their lives down for the freedom of others. Some may pay the ultimate price and never see the freedom they will have won with their sacrifice. For 235 years Americans have been risking and losing their lives to preserve the freedom of others; some here at home, some in far away lands.

We strive to avoid that calamity and to restore our nation through prayer and honoring God first, but also by being part of a freedom movement. We are working through the political system given to us by God and our founding fathers to effect the needed changes in government.

Millions of American citizens are taking the same actions. The TEA Party rallies are a prime example of patriotic American citizens working to restore the values espoused by our founders. TEA Party people are patriots, giving of themselves to make our nation a better place for all. They work regular jobs yet find time to get together on weekends to voice their opinions and to let government know that the status quo isn’t acceptable. These are the people who give of themselves without expecting anything in return. They are respectful of property, police, each other, and above all The Constitution. This is American exceptionalism at its finest.

This is America. We the People; with common values, faith in God, a concern for each other, a desire to help our neighbors in times of need, and a decency that some just can’t understand. Those who can’t understand this basic human decency call conservative patriots names like teabaggers, racists, Nazis, bigots, homophobes, islamophobes, etc. They can’t accept patriotic Americans because they don’t have the Godly personal values of America in them.

Like Benjamin Martin, we will not be allowed to remain neutral and untouched by the coming tyranny. Those who sit back and think they can ride out the storm are in for a rude awakening. Many Jews and Christians thought they could remain peaceful and passive in Nazi Germany. America’s future will find those same kind of people enslaved, imprisoned, or slaughtered. None of us will be allowed to live in peace, even those who fully support a dictator. Only the ultra wealthy, and those in positions of power such as Congress, bureaucrats, and judges will be allowed to survive intact; and then only if they acquiesce to the tyrannical ruler. The rest of us will be subjected to poverty, imprisonment, torture, and death regardless of political opinion.

As I look around today I see America everywhere I look. I see men, women, and children of all colors, all economic levels, all faith denominations coming together for a common goal; the restoration of the Constitution and the America given to us by God and our founding fathers. It won’t be easy but nothing worth while ever seems to be easily attainable.

The battle lines have been drawn by those who are determined to subjugate the citizens of the United States under a dictatorial oligarchy involving both political parties. Those few in Congress who stand with We the People need our support. Until now our actions have been within peaceful and civil means, and hopefully that will be enough to stem the tide of tyranny. If not, citizens must be willing to stand against the tyranny whatever the cost may be.

The anarchists on the left intend to destroy what is left of freedom with riots of unprecedented proportion during the summer and fall. Billionaire George Soros and his operatives have been very open about what they intend to accomplish. The G-8 summit and the conventions of both political parties are going to be targeted by people intent on installing martial law and dictatorship. The Occupy Wall Street crowds are mere pawns in a sinister plan to establish a dictatorship that will affect all citizens. If these plans are successful elections are questionable. A Democrat governor and several members of Congress have already called for the suspension of elections and the Constitution. They are serious about subjugating We the People.

We the People, the many millions who understand and appreciate American values, must pull together to return this great nation to what John Winthrop described in the 1700’s as “a shining city on a hill”. A nation established by great men with a vision from God and a courage that lives today in the hearts and minds of true American patriots will live on. We owe this to those who have gone before and those still to come.

The battle lines have been drawn by those who seek unlimited power over American citizens. They will not back down. Where do you stand? Will you be one who sits idly by while your neighbors are sent to internment camps or will you be one of those who will stand when needed to “protect and defend” the Constitution of the United States of America and your liberty?

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

Remember when we used to say “don’t let the media choose our candidate”? Well, they are, and they’ve convinced large numbers of Republican primary voters to do their bidding.

From this an interview with George Soros, courtesy of Breitbart.TV:

… if you have an extremist conservative, be it Gingrich or Santorum, in which case I think it will make a big difference, which of the two comes in. If it’s between Obama and Romney, there isn’t all that much difference, except for the crowd they bring with them …

Why would Soros point out something which many conservatives instinctively believe? For the reaction! He wants conservatives to jump out of their seats and shout “See, I told you so! Newt’s a real conservative and Romney’s just another Obama! Even George Soros says so!”, which some of you undoubtedly did just now.

George Soros is a skillful manipulator. He knows how some Republican voters will react to his statement: Greater approval for Newt Gingrich (or Rick Santorum).

Then there’s this tired repeat of an old accusation by Nancy Pelosi:

There’s something I know (about Gingrich)… the Republicans, if they choose to nominate him, that’s their prerogative…

Pelosi, like Soros, knows how she is perceived by the right: As an instigator. Why would she drop this “tidbit” (which is probably a bluff) again? Because she knows what the Republican reaction will be: An immediate defense of Newt from loathsome Nancy Pelosi. The last time she did it, Newt’s response to her allegation was a memorable throwing down of his gauntlet. Giving Gingrich an opportunity to make such a spectacular riposte was not a misstep on Nancy’s part- her statement was calculated to give him such an opportunity!

Speaking of opportunities given to Gingrich to render a memorably grandiose defense: The CNN debate, where John King opened with his tawdry question about the Marianne Gingrich interview. Does the reader honestly believe that liberal news outlets don’t think ahead before taking an action? This question was planned in advance, to capitalize on Gingrich’s speaking ability and give him an “easy win” to attract support from the audience.

You see, liberals have gained dominance through manipulation. The leaders of the leftist movement- the head honchos of liberal media outlets, the well-known bombthrowers like Pelosi, the cloak-and-dagger operatives like Soros- have succeeded because they manipulate voters. This includes manipulating Republican voters.

So why would these figures want to engender greater support for Newt Gingrich? Simple: Because he can’t win in November! These people want Republican voters to choose a candidate who can be beaten by Obama. They know Gingrich will eventually embarass the party as he did before, and make their future victories easier.

And for those who salivate over the prospect of an epic Obama/Gingrich debate: There will be no Lincoln-Douglas-style debate between the two men. There will be no long series of twice-per-week prime time debates. Obama will avoid debating Gingrich, and Gingrich will be deprived of his one-trick campaign pony.

Every one of us involved in this process has implored others, at one point or another, to “not let the liberals choose our candidate”. That is exactly what the liberal establishment is doing now.

And they are succeeding.

In part 1, we detailed just how Hugo Chavez has effected the complete government takeover of the Venezuelan private sector including banks, farms, food stores, etc. His method of operation is not unlike Barack Obama’s recent onslaught upon the U.S. private sector, specifically the banks. With the passing of the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill in 2010, we see that the U.S. government is closing banks through the FDIC and the Federal Reserve enhanced powers via the Dodd Frank bill, and then giving these banks to leftist crony-capitalists such as George Soros.

Part 2 – FDIC, Obama and Bernanke-Approved Bank Fraud lines pockets of Dell, Paulson and Billionaire Leftist money-manipulator, George Soros. while depleting FDIC funding, thus leaving U.S taxpayers to foot the bill.

(Keep in mind that the FDIC closed 157 banks in 2010 and the current total for 2011 now stands at 90.)

Indy Mac Bank of California closed down by Feds, then reopens as One West Bank in March 2009. Keep in mind here that this is JUST ONE Bank here, with 844 banks now listed by the FDIC as being “problematic” in their latest 2011 report. That report should be more aptly be referred to as “The Feds hit list of banks slated for hostile takeover to be given to Obama/Leftist Democrats and crony-capitalists.” First let’s review just what transpired in the Indy Mac Bank takeover and restructuring, that was made perfectly legal by the Dodd-Frank bill.

Mike Shedlock gives us a complete rundown here on just how the U.S. Government has set up the bank takeovers that allow big time leftists such as George Soros to make billions of dollars of profits while leaving the taxpayer holding the bag for billions of dollars in losses through the FDIC. This is a massive transfer of wealth that will also lead to the complete takeover of every bank in the country, if it isn’t stopped.

Meet IndyMac’s New Owners

Flashback March 20, 2009: IndyMac Bank’s new name: OneWest Bank

The sale of IndyMac Federal Bank was concluded Thursday, and the new owners wasted no time in ditching its tainted name. Starting today, IndyMac is OneWest Bank.

The Pasadena bank’s new owners, organized under OneWest Bank Group, bought the bank’s $20.7 billion in loans and other assets for $16 billion. That includes $9 billion in financing from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Federal Home Loan Bank.

The ownership group is led by Steven Mnuchin of Dune Capital Management in New York. The bank’s investors include J. Christopher Flowers, who has specialized in distressed bank purchases, and hedge fund operators George Soros and John Paulson.

On February 20, 2010, the Los Angeles Times reported OneWest bank profit: $1.6 billion:

The billionaires’ club of private financiers who took over the remains of IndyMac Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. turned a profit of $1.57 billion last year on the failed mortgage lender — more than they invested less than a year ago.

Yet under the sale agreement, the federal deposit insurance fund still could lose nearly $11 billion on bad loans that the Pasadena institution made before it was sold last March and renamed OneWest Bank.

In taking over IndyMac’s assets, the investor group, led by Steven Mnuchin of Dune Capital Management, put up $1.55 billion to revitalize the bank. Other investors included hedge-fund operators George Soros and John Paulson, bank buyout expert J. Christopher Flowers and computer mogul Michael S. Dell.

OneWest’s financial results were filed with regulators Friday. Regulators and the investors declined to comment on the profit. ( Never mind asking these Obama crony-capitalists as to why they should make $1.5 billion in profits, while the FDIC [as in the taxpayers] takes $11 billion in losses)

And now we see this headline from Reuters: FDIC may borrow money from treasury. “ The borrowing could be needed to cover short-term cash-flow pressures caused by reimbursing depositors immediately after the failure of a bank, the paper said” With $12 billion dollars in losses with the closing of Indy Mac ( now One West Bank) is it any wonder the FDIC fund is broke? How are Soros, Paulson and Dell allowed to make a billion and a half dollars from the takeover of Indy Mac Bank in 2010 alone, while ignoring the losses? This is a massive transfer of wealth being manipulated by the Obama-Bernanke-Geitner-Soros consortium, where banks end up being owned by assorted leftists and crony-capitalists of the Obama regime, eerily similar to what Mr. Hugo Chavez is doing in forming his Communist collective in Venezuela. This widespread power grab in taking over banks and putting them in the hands of the likes of billionaire currency manipulators and finance fraudsters like George Soros has very deep ramifications for the public. As of right now, people who have money in FDIC insured banks have no guarantee that the money is actually in that bank, as witnessed in the Reuters article above: “ With a rise in the number of troubled banks, the FDIC’s Deposit Insurance Fund used to repay insured deposits at failed banks has been drained.”

Need a home or business loan in the near future? It is going to be pricey, to the point of being unattainable for many Americans struggling during this Obama-recession. What if government-connected leftists like Soros have the final say in just who gets a bank loan? The Indy Mac bank debacle described above is just one example of the massive transfer of wealth and influence over our banking sector being perpetuated through the Dodd-Frank bill today. There are currently 844 banks on the problematic bank list at the FDIC. The FDIC fund is broke. Meanwhile Soros and company are making billions off of failed banks such as Indy Mac. And right now Congress is trying to stall Barack Obama’s newest czar appointee, Mr. Richard Corday. His position? Chief enforcer of the Dodd-Frank financial bureaucracy! 2012 just can’t get here fast enough!
