While a two decade pattern of proven scientific data has directly contradicted the global warming alarmist view, some scientists say that we just haven’t waited long enough.

International Panel on Climate Change chairman Rajendra Pachauri recently told The Weekend Australian the hiatus would have to last 30 to 40 years “at least” to break the long-term warming trend. – The Australian

In the most non-nonsensical of  statements, the Whitehouse said that whatever is going on with non-rising temperatures requires explanation because the pause in temperature rise has occurred despite a sharp increase in carbon emissions.

Oddly, the Obama administration’s own statement may say more than they intended. If carbon emissions are rising at some epic scale and global temperatures aren’t rising then the cause-and-effect models that global warming leaders like Al Gore have been using .. are fundamentally false.

For those of you who remember the early 1970’s they were predicting another ice age, the Earth was cooling and we must prepare ourselves for the coming colder temperatures was on the so-called expert’s lips. Then, all of a sudden, it turned into global warming, because the Earth was warming up, so said the same experts that said that the new ice age was coming. Now because the temperature fluctuates, and so the so-called experts do not want to look like idiots, they just call it climate change, so they can cover all bases. Well, I have news for these so-called experts, there is no such thing as manmade climate change, it cools and warms because that is the way the Earth functions.

Has anyone heard of the year without a summer, well in 1816 there was no summer, in July and August of that year there was still ice on the rivers of New York and Pennsylvania, as well as frost around the world. Funny thing, there were no cars or buses or jet planes or anything else that the experts today are blaming climate change on, it was a natural thing then, just like it is a natural thing today. Moreover, it is people like Al Gore that use climate change in order to scare people, just so he can make billions of dollars off it. Mean while Gore is flying around in private jets, riding in big gas guzzling SUV’s and has five homes, which each one uses enough electricity to power ten smaller homes. Does the word hypocrite come to mind, it sure does to me.

Another woman was asked the same question, she said she is expecting her free healthcare, again I was sitting there shaking my head, free healthcare, there is no such thing. The new healthcare bill, known as Obama-care is nothing but two-thousand pages of new taxes, if that woman thinks her healthcare is going to be free, she is in for a rude awakening. Wait until she tries to see a doctor, if she is lucky enough to find one, she is probably going to have to wait three weeks for an appointment. People need to realize, just because you have an insurance card that does not mean you will have access to a doctor any time you want one.

Obama-care was supposed to cost 980 billion dollars over ten years, the latest estimate is 2.6 trillion dollars and who knows what the true cost is going to be. Already premiums are going up when we were promised that they would not, companies have started to lay-off people or cut them to part-time work when we were told that it would create jobs. It seems to me that the Government needs to keep their hands off of the weather and healthcare, because they obviously have no clue what they are doing.

So I asked myself, “are people in America really that stupid” and the answer came back, at least 51% of the people are, because 51% of the people voted to re-elect Obama.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar announced changes in how the federal government will grant permits for the development of wind and other surface energy production on tribal lands saying, “This final step caps the most comprehensive reforms of Indian land leasing regulations in more than 50 years and will have a lasting impact on individuals and families who want to own a home or build a business on Indian land.” (Forbes)

According to the Department of the Interior website, “The new regulation, effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, will fundamentally change the way the BIA does business, in many ways by minimizing the [Bureau of Indian Affairs's] role and restoring greater control to tribal governments. The final rule provides clarity by identifying specific processes – with enforceable timelines – through which the BIA must review leases.”

Salazar and his department haven’t always had the authority to make such changes to federal policy, but President Obama submitted an official memorandum on November 28, granting Salazar unprecedented authority without Congressional approval.

Former “Green Jobs Czar” Van Jones, who has written 2 books and given countless public speeches about using the green energy agenda to redistribute wealth to tribes within the US, took to social media to express his enthusiasm for the administration’s recent moves.

“THIS IS A MAJOR DEAL!” tweeted Jones in a ‘re-tweet’ of the Forbes article outlining the changes.

For context, Van Jones’ wealth redistribution agenda masked as energy policy can be seen in action in this video.

Oft fraught with fiery rhetoric and shocking language, Van Jones‘ speeches reveal his communist tendencies. Jones once said, “white polluters and the white environmentalists are essentially steering poison into the people of color communities because they have a racial justice frame.”

Salazar, though much more controlled in his language, has offered much public criticism of states’ rights to regulate their own energy production. In June of this year, Salazar announced that the federal government needed to do more to regulate hydraulic fracturing efforts. In an interview with Reuters, he said that states were not sufficiently overseeing the fracking processes and that the federal government has a five year plan for leases.

Egypt’s presidential election results lean towards victory for Mohammed Morsi, the radical Islamist Muslim Brotherhood candidate. Thanks at least in part to vocal White House support for the “Arab Spring”, which ushered the Muslim Brotherhood to Egypt’s presidency, Egypt is now likely to be more inclined towards acting offensively towards Israel.

Russia’s General Staff announced Russian Black Sea fleet warships may head for Syria, saying: “The Mediterranean Sea is a zone of the Black Sea Fleet responsibility. Hence, warships may go there in the case it is necessary to protect the Russian logistics base in Tartous, Syria”. Several warships, including large landing ships are ready for deployment. Russia supports Syria, an active agent for radical Ismanists in Iran, who also just happen to support the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Russia exerts new influence in the Middle East while Russia’s President Vladimir Putin plays the White House like a fiddle.

The Euro survived over the weekend after a close call in Greek elections. Early market euphoria on Monday diminished when persistent uncertainty over the situation in Spain, Italy and other eurozone countries resurfaced. Despite Greece’s election result easing fears that the single currency will disintegrate, indications that Greece will run out of money in mid-July stalled initial market optimism. Multiple countries in Europe are now in economic decline after decades of following Socialist policies.

In France, Socialist President Francois Hollande was given a mandate to follow through with his tax-and-spend agenda when France’s Socialists won control of parliament on Sunday. Hollande now has the majority he needs to combat France’s debt crisis by following the very formula that created a debt crisis in France, Greece, Spain, Italy and the rest of the eurozone.

Meanwhile, in an address to the UN sustainability conference in Rio, Great Britain’s Prince Charles issued warnings about climate change. In a pre-recorded speech the Prince declared: “Catastrophic consequences of carrying on with ‘business-as-usual’ are bearing down on us faster than we think, already dragging many millions more people into poverty and dangerously weakening global food, water and energy security for the future”. The Prince then went on to say: “We do not have nearly enough knowledge on which to base the decisions that will be the best for the long term.” So, which is it? Either “we do not have nearly enough knowledge on which to base the decisions that will be the best for the long term” or we know enough to say “many millions more people” have to worry about poverty, food, water and energy security. You can’t have it both ways, “your majesty”.

In America, Al Gore cashed in on the hysteria he and his fellow climate change propagandists created when New York city Comptroller John Liu OK’d a $16.56 million contract with Generation Investment Management, the former vice president’s environmentally friendly investment firm. Generation Investment Management will help manage New York City pension funds to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Given the track record of green energy capital investments, New York City pension funds are going to be another candidate for a taxpayer funded federal bailout. As with any investment management company, Generation Investment Management will earn their fees no matter what happens to the funds they invest. Apparently it pays to be a global warming alarmist. Perhaps Prince Charles fears the British Monarchy faces pending austerity measures and is just trying to get on the global warming gravy train.

Over the past three and a half years while current world events were taking shape, the White House has been spending money it does not have ala Socialist Europe. All the while enacting another big government socialist “entitlement” program to “nudge” Americans towards European style government dependency.

They championed bureaucratic violations of the free exercise of religion, using the presidential bully pulpit and complicit media lapdogs to convince uninformed voters that it was really a Republican attack on women’s healthcare.

Drones and unmanned airplanes began spying on private property in America’s heartland to ensure American Citizens are complicit with stifling new draconian EPA regulations. An EPA that is now attempting to redefine ditches as bodies of water in order to grant itself additional regulatory power.

Exceeding the Oval Office’s Constitutional and statutory authority to give work visas to a hand picked group of illegal aliens was deemed more important than creating a business friendly, jobs creating economic environment for American Citizens and legal immigrants.

This coming from an administration that pledged in 2008 that it would cut the federal deficit in half by the end of its first term. Instead, the size of the federal government, federal spending and the deficit are all at record high levels. The U.S. national debt has increased by over $5 trillion in less than four years, and after surviving WWI, the Great Depression, WWII, the economic disaster that was Jimmy Carter’s presidency and the global financial crash of 2008, the United States of America’s credit rating has been downgraded.

Insinuating his name into the online biographies of former Presidents and releasing a photo-montage of himself in his “private moments” became priorities, as did attending a record number of fund raising events and playing 100 rounds (and counting) of golf. Never mind that David Axelrod, his 2012 re-election campaign chief, called former President George W. Bush “out of touch” for playing golf while the country struggled with a bad economy.

That’s what his deep-pocketed out of touch with reality millionaire and billionaire Hollywood elite friends expect from their “cool” friend in the White House. To be truly “cool”, one must be seen as being above it all.

America and the world will be better off once the current Chief Executive of the United States begins spending his days playing golf full time as a former government employee.

The case of the vanishing honeybees is illustrative for a number of reasons, not least of which is showing how confirmation bias leads to real “anti-science,” not the normal scientific practice of theory falsification. In their self-serving haste to justify and promote the manmade climate change narrative, many in the government-funded scientific community started arguing that everything that is an aspect of weather, natural disasters, or local habitat is by relation an aspect of manmade climate change. Don’t even bother to quantify man’s impact on the climate or show the causal mechanism for the phenomenon at hand. But be sure to condemn anyone advising caution in the rush to judgment.

When it becomes tantamount to “holocaust denial” to question a so-called theory, which should more accurately be known as dogma, then we are no longer talking about science, but an article of faith. It is highly ironic that the same people who lecture the right about maintaining an open mind follow like drones in their obeisance to any posturing authority figure that instructs them to think a certain way. It is like Milgram’s obedience to authority study on a grand level, and the left is truly acting fascistic on this particular issue. So this reproof is going to sting just a little.

It started in 2006. What was called CCD or “Colony Collapse Disorder” (sounding dangerously close to a painful medical condition) was causing a buzz in the scientific community. Bees were dying out by the millions all over the United States and Europe. Conjectures were flying. The alarmism industry saw its opportunity and sprang.

It wasn’t quite clear to the activist frontmen in the media what was the cause of the bees’ mass deaths, but most were pretty sure manmade climate change was a factor (how could it not be?). If it was too warm, then CO2 was driving the climate, causing a mismatch between the optimum pollination season, supposedly “too early,” and bees coming out of hibernation. If it was too cold (and yes, unseasonably cold winters have been blamed on manmade climate change), then the pollination season would also be adversely affected, harming the bees as well. But unlike the fairy tale of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, there never is a “just right” when it comes to climate. At least not on this ever-tempestuous planet.

In any event, manmade climate change theory explained everything and nothing at all, at least the way the mainstream press presented it (viz. hysterically). And while the left was lecturing the literate public not to judge scientists whose expertise was far beyond our realm of comprehension, it was a never-ending source of amusement that these same activists themselves lacked the scientific savvy to esteem the supposed science being pumped out into the media; and often for political purposes, mind you.

Such a basic metric as how much man contributes to the greenhouse effect, namely, 0.28% would have done much to allay fears and ease concern over the matter. Knowing basic facts like the CO2 level of 380 ppm is historically low, uncontrollable water vapor is 95% of the greenhouse effect, the impact of adding more CO2 to the atmosphere has a logarithmic (or diminishing) effect, and periods since even the last Ice Age have been warmer than today (and fairly prosperous periods at that)  — would have been nice before we threw our economy into a carbon-belching volcano to appease the climate gods.

Anyway, back to the bees before you buzz off. Beyond a smattering of manmade climate change blame interspersed in most honeybee CCD articles, others much more forthright in their claims, many theories were devised. It is interesting to note the all-too-familiar eschatology that pervades this initial research period. It is as H.L. Menkin wrote, “Civilization, in fact, grows more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.” Let us address such hobgoblins.

A diminution in the earth’s magnetic field was blamed. Linkage to a common cause with autism was expounded. More famously and plausibly, cell phone tower microwave radiation was blamed. One biologist, John McDonald, had an interesting answer on why this was probably not the main cause of CCD:

My son explained to me that cellphone radiation puts out a wavelength of about three inches. A honeybee is three-quarters of an inch long and so the bee is going to create virtually no shadow in that wavelength. That’s one reason why I look askance at that theory.

So although microwave radiation may play a role in bee disorientation, it is likely not the primary cause of CCD. Those who suspected pesticides and seed companies were much hotter on the trail. It turns out a confluence of causes that offed hordes of bees offers an ironic parable.

The primary linkage in the causal chain turns out to be high fructose corn syrup. You know, that gunk we find in all of our drinks and liquids, because the government puts up sugar tariff barriers at the behest of Big Corn? There’s another reason to hate it — more expensive honey. Now this is either the most elaborate plot ever devised, where the high fructose corn syrup gang, manufacturers of sweet pancake goo among other things, puts up a honey trap for their rivals the apiculturists to feed their bees a slow-acting poison, or it is sheer ignorance by all the parties involved of the pesticide’s morbid effect on bees.

Most corporations are not so idiotic that they are willing to destroy their own source of profits. It is likely that a lack of truly scientific research in general harmed the honey producers and thereby the reputation of the pesticide producers and the high fructose corn syrup manufacturers. It is irrational to automatically subscribe to a theory that corporations engage in self-defeating “evil.” If corporations are motivated by profits, then harming one’s customers is typically a failing business model. If corporations seek control, then they unfailingly require the aegis of government. There is no way around it.

In any event, the plot thickens…

It turns out that the bees’ ingestion of imidacloprid  (a nicotine-based pesticide — if only the bees had lawyers) makes them more vulnerable to parasites like Nosema ceranae and a lovely little specimen known as a “zombie parasite.” When bees are infected with the latter, they act strangely, as if they are being controlled by some otherworldly force. They are often described as “like zombies.”

Obama voters, anyone?

The parable here is too rich to resist. The set-up is that we have corporations selling high fructose corn syrup, basically a government-subsidized product, to honey producers. The latter, not knowing that a deadly toxin lurks in the saccharine mix, are literally feeding their bees poison. After prolonged exposure, the bees become infested with parasites, and die.

Central planning, scientific ignorance, and unthinking drones infested by parasites. Is this not the ultimate microcosm of what is going on in the United States?

While many Americans were filling up their tanks with $4 gasoline this week, Energy Secretary Steven Chu was enjoying Major League Baseball’s opening game on a taxpayer-funded trip to Tokyo. Taxpayers were also footing the bill for Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson to spend a few days in Paris.

Chu was outed by The Washington Gaurdian’s John Soloman when he discovered a picture sent by Energy Secretary Steven Chu’s official taxpayer-funded twitter account of a baseball game in Tokyo Japan. Meanwhile, Lisa Jackson, she of this EPA-fame, was in Paris France, to “meet with environmental leaders from more than 40 nations to discuss the Agency’s international efforts on urban sustainability.”  Global government, when coupled with so-called urban sustainability and climate change fear-mongering propaganda, are basic anti-capitalistic stealth forms of Socialism, which is dependent on the Marxist principles of wealth redistribution through the overthrowing of established governments to enact social justice fraud.

Lisa Jackson, the lifelong global warming political activist fits right in with the urban sustainability pimps of Europe, which by the way, is in the middle of the worst economic crisis in modern history. All of these anti-capitalist mandates coming out of these types of U/N European Socialistic programs are dependent on one thing for survival: The blatant theft of American wealth to be “redistributed” to the less productive societies of the world through dishonest fear-mongering from globalists and environmental terrorists posing as green-earth saviors. Thus the Obama administration uses taxpayer dollars to fund Jackson’s lavish Paris gig… to further undermine American sovereignty and take away her freedom that has made American freedom the envy of the world for centuries.

Do Americans really want four more years of watching Obama-appointees fly around the world to promote the injection of these types of freedom-robbing European Socialism here in America?  When Americans go to the polls in November they have a simple choice: Either vote for American freedom and prosperity through voting for proven conservative politicians, or vote for Obama and the Democrat’s poverty-inducing European Socialism-style insolvency.  The choice is that simple.

As the media begins their opposition research on the likely GOP candidate, video footage, previous news reports and Massachusetts legislation are coming to light in which Romney clearly voices his commitment to the climate change stance that human beings are making the earth warmer.

In June 2012 while on the campaign trail, a reporter caught Romney with a sound bite. “I believe the world is getting warmer, and I believe that humans have contributed to that,” he said.

Is Romney really a liberal? Not exactly.

Romney is a business man, and a highly successful one at that. While at Bain & Company and Bain Capital, he made millions of dollars helping clients invest, reorganize and take advantage of tax breaks and government initiatives to grow their businesses. Many of the government initiatives, both in the U.S. and abroad, involve trading carbon credits.

What are the initiatives of Bain?

Though not controversial for a consulting firm to be interested in conserving energy, the Bain Company seems to have a particular affinity for carbon credit trading, which would have occurred on the Chicago Climate Exchange, had the Cap and Trade bill passed last year.” — Examiner.com

Whether or not Romney believes in global warming is really of no consequence. Of all the issues on which Romney has changed his opinion, global warming is not among them. He is an extremely intelligent man. He surely understands that his reputation with his clients is at stake should he flip flop on this issue.

The republican party “regulars” like Senator John McCain and Governor Jeb Bush seem to be propping Romney up as the inevitable nominee. Have they given thought to his ability to win, knowing he has a history of telling voters what they want to hear but doing something quite different once elected or worse, once hired?

With the help of the mainstream media outlets, the DNC will have a large arsenal of media material exposing Romney’s affinity for carbon credits and human-caused climate change.

How will he spin it?

For months I have begged, pleaded, Facebook’d and Tweeted to debate moderators from nearly every debate thus far to PLEASE ask the question, “Do you or your investments stand to make significant financial gains through climate change legislation?” Not one moderator has bitten. Heck, not one REPORTER on the campaign trail has bothered to ask anything remotely resembling a question about Romney’s climate change beliefs and how it relates to his work at Bain.

The truth is, voters need to know the answer… before the GOP nomination process is complete. As noted just last summer, Romney has never backed off his assertion that human beings are creating global warming and that world leaders need to do something about it.

This conversation is particularly important this week as the World Economic Forum converges in Davos, Switzerland. Bain & Company is “proud to be a strategic partner and active member of the World Economic Forum, an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas.” (www.bain.com)

Bain & Company is quite clear on their opinions of climate change and carbon emissions. In one post entitled “The green edge: Why carbon competitiveness matters,” Bain writers attempt to convince potential clients to “gain a lead over industry rivals by reducing your company’s exposure to carbon.”

Bain offers strategies to overcome the inevitable carbon regulations imposed by governments worldwide.

“As governments around the globe regulate the emission of greenhouse gases with increasing severity in the next two decades, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions will become a financial liability, not just at the industry level but also at the company level. Carbon regulation will change the competitive landscape of many industries but will also fundamentally change the competitive standing of individual companies within the industry.”

The cozy relationship between the WEF and Bain & Company should be explored. Romney should be questioned, especially considering what is easily found with a few clicks on the WEF website.

Voters deserve to know what Romney’s opinions and plans are when it comes to submitting the United States to international climate activists’ demands on carbon. Will he stand up for the sovereignty of America and against global regulations? Could this be the arrow that finally plants firmly in the heel of the otherwise infallible Romney?

Two major news headlines came out yesterday, Dec. 11, 2011, that when read separately do not lead the readers to see the complete picture of how one is directly connected to the other. Headline 1, from Business Standard was titled, Canada quits Kyoto Protocol, becomes first nation to do so. The second headline is from Fox News.com titled, >U.N. Climate Conference Reaches Hard-Fought Agreement.

In the first headline from Business Standard we see the following explanation about Canada dropping out of the original Kyoto Protocol, which is explained here from the United Nations Kyoto Protocol/Climate Change homepage as:

The Kyoto Protocol is an international agreement linked to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The major feature of the Kyoto Protocol is that it sets binding targets for 37 industrialized countries and the European community for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions .These amount to an average of five per cent against 1990 levels over the five-year period 2008-2012
The major distinction between the Protocol and the Convention is that while the Convention encouraged industrialized countries to stabilize GHG emissions, the Protocol commits them to do so.

As the above headline states, Canada has now refused to abide by any further mandates by the globalists in the U.N. that were inserted into the original Kyoto protocol. Canada’s conservative P.M., Stephan Harper and their Environmental Minister, Peter Kent released the following statements as to why they will no longer allow the U.N. Climate Change manipulators to basically charge Canada for carbon emissions, siphon off that wealth to other countries, while the two largest emitters, China and the United States are not covered under the newest U.N Climate Change mandates that were established just two days ago at the U.N. Climate Change Conference held in Durban, S. Africa.( now known as the Durban Platform)

“We are invoking Canada’s legal right to formally withdraw from Kyoto,” Environment Minister Peter Kent said, two days after a marathon UN climate conference in Durban, South Africa, at which 194 nations agreed to work on a new roadmap to curb global carbon emissions. Before this week, the Kyoto Protocol covered less than 30% of global emissions. Now it covers less than 13% — and that number is only shrinking. The Kyoto Protocol does not cover the world’s two largest emitters – the United States and China – and therefore will not work” he said.

As the original Kyoto Protocol was shown to be pretty much a lopsided failure, as is usually the case when people try to get many different nations to agree on one set of rules, it has now been proven to be just the initial step in allowing the U.N. Climate Change plutocracy to take massive amounts of wealth from one country and give it to another country based on very shady and cloudy Global Warming theory-based mandates. We see this proven by several of the U.N. Durban conference attendee statements after the headlines hit the news announcing, U.N. Climate Change Conference Reaches Hard-Fought Agreement. From the above-linked Fox News article we see the following tidbits: (emphasis mine)

The proposed Durban Platform (COP17) offered answers to problems that have bedeviled global warming negotiations for years about sharing the responsibility for controlling carbon emissions and helping the world’s poorest and most climate-vulnerable nations cope with changing forces of nature.
Sunday’s deal also sets up the bodies that will collect, govern and distribute tens of billions of dollars a year for poor countries. Other documents in the package lay out rules for monitoring and verifying emissions reductions, protecting forests, transferring clean technologies to developing countries and scores of technical issues.

While the debate raged on, India objected to being included in the Durban Platform mandates under the guise that “developing nations” of the past 20 years should not pay for 200 years of Global warming caused by industrialized nations. If that is to be considered fair, how about “developing nations” compensating industrial nations for developing the very technology that reduces carbon reductions in the first place? India’s Environmental Minister, Jayanthi Natarajan did have the most compelling comment of the conference: “How do I give a blank check and give a legally binding agreement to sign away the rights of 1.2 billion people?”

This is the main problem with the U.N. being given the power to take wealth and technology from one nation to give it to the nation of their choice, under the guise of being World Climate Change Czars. This is also being driven by a conglomerate of Socialists that seem to want Americans to ignore just what that Socialism has done recently to the European Union countries. Canada has taken the lead in pulling out of this One World Government scheme that is hiding behind the initials U.N.

It would be wise for the U.S to pull out of this recently announced Durban Platform/Kyoto Protocol redo, and take a firm stand against this unfair attempt at redistributing America’s wealth and technology under the guise of saving the planet from the evil carbon emissions that have in fact, allowed America to help feed and develop other nations for over 200 years. Unless of course, the Globalists at the U.N. would like to discuss the other nations being mandated to pay America back for her centuries of contributions to carbon emission reductions, clean-air technology, food production, electricity generation etc. America’s system of capitalism has allowed the rest of the world to benefit from it for a long time now. Is that something we should bend over and let the U.N. Climate Change plutocrats and fear-mongers penalize us for?

The only commitments in the near future for the Durban agreement is some voluntary reduction goals that emerging nations won’t bother to meet and industrial nations will ignore. Just like … Kyoto.

It was recently quietly announced that a certain U.S. Climate change think tank had lost it’s main funding of charitable donations. The very same media manipulators who has previously deemed this group “a reputable think tank that sought solutions for climate change” seem to be a little miffed about how this particular group will now be getting their funding from big oil and green energy interests.  Notice how I wrote “a little miffed,” as opposed to furious there? The climate change scam supporters and pimps that faithfully promote the climate change biggest fraud to ever be perpetuated on the American public, will also be promoting this newly-named group 24/7, regardless of the fact that they are now being funded by big oil and green energy-government-connected- crony-capitalists. ( think Solyndra,  Light-Squared, and the rest of the entire solar/wind power-selling government-connected thieves)  

Meet the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, or C2ES

C2ES is just a retread of one of the main originators of the then-titled Global Warming scam of the Clinton/Gore administration. C2ES was formerly known as the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. The President of the Clinton/Gore retread of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, which is now being called C2ES is none other than Eileen Claussen. In her fluffed up bio on the leftist-propaganda website, The Huffington Post, we see just how manipulative the media can be, not in what they print, but in what they purposely choose to leave out: 

Ms. Claussen is the former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs.

Prior to joining the Department of State, Ms. Claussen served for three years as a Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Environmental Affairs at the National Security Council. She has also served as Chairman of the United Nations Multilateral Montreal Protocol Fund.

Ms. Claussen was Director of Atmospheric Programs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where she was responsible for activities related to the depletion of the ozone layer; Title IV of the Clean Air Act; and the EPA’s energy efficiency programs, including the Green Lights program and the Energy Star program.

Of note is that this Global Warming propagandist has held various positions in the Extreme Political Activists  group known as the EPA, which is 100% controlled by far left environmental radicals under the thumb of Lisa Jackson today.

What they fail to include in that Liberal libation posing as a “bio” is the fact that Ms. Claussen was a major plank in the Global Warming fraud initiated by the Clinton administration with a heavy does of Al Gore at the helm. Yes that Al Gore. The Huff-blow bio goes on to mention a bunch of fluffy awards Claussen received from her green energy bed-pals, along with the fact that she is a long time member of The Council of Foreign Relations, or CFR. Now that we have drug Ms. Claussen out of the Al Gore/Clinton closet for all to see, we also see that in an article by the AFP, Ms. Claussen now claims C2ES will be.. wait for it…an “Independent, non-partisan solution center.”  I can practically hear our readers laughing out loud when reading that ludicrous statement, no matter where they may be reading from.   If C2ES is in fact an independent, non-partisan solution center, then they surely will not be sucking the sludge from the same taxpayer-funded-money trough as the rest of the government crony-capitalists in big oil and green energy are doing today, right? Not quite.

In the C2ES coming-out-of-the-Al-Gore-closet-under-a-new-name announcement, Claussen named their three new “strategic partners” as Entergy, HP and Shell, adding that they had made “substantial multi-year funding commitments to the new organization.” ( except for the fact that this is not a new organization, but the same old Al Gore-type Global Warming, propaganda-spreading, puppet group that has changed names.)

“Major contributors” were listed as the Alcoa Foundation, Bank of America, GE, The Energy Foundation, Duke Energy and last but certainly not least, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.  Pay attention folks, there is a new Climate Change propaganda group that isn’t really new at all, and it’s now called C2ES.   Brought to you by the Clinton/Al Gore administration and now funded by various government-connected crony-capitalists in the big oil and green energy sectors.  All under the guise of being “independent and non-partisan.”

2012 just can’t get here fast enough!

The Obama administration has already added a very large number of taxpayer-funded employees to the government payroll in the last 3 years, ( 379k in Obama first year alone here)  which adds to the already skyrocketing yearly deficits, and decreases actual operating funds for other government programs, as common sense business calculations prove.  The Obama administration and the current crop of Liberal fake democrats in Congress today just can not seem to grasp the reality of these facts.  In keeping with the Liberal big government expansion of the last few years that has proven to be a huge part of our current economic problems of  finding and authorizing funding for such important programs as FEMA and transportation projects. This points directly at a serious cash flow problem within the U. S. government today, yet  Barack Obama seems to think that expanding the government even further will magically reduce our deficits.  That statement is proven by the latest big government expansion plot that was exposed in this article by Ben Howe over at RedState.com:  EPA Calls Compliance With Own Law “Absurd or Impossible” and Requests 230k new Employees.  We have to wonder how the Extreme Political Activists at the EPA came up with that number in  their recently demanded increase of taxpayer funded government employees. Why not just round it off and ask for a quarter of a million new government climate change propagandists and business-bullies posing as ” EPA regulators” and assorted pencil pushers?   Ben Howe also outlined how the EPA is actually breaking their own laws in trying to assist Obama’s plan to expand big government and increase it’s power over the people.. at taxpayers expense, of course. Government jobs do not increase government revenue, contrary to Liberal ideology where bigger government is their solution to everything.

As stated above, these new jobs would serve the purpose of enforcing all of the new regulations under the Clean Air Act  which was created by the EPA in 2009.  So why are courts involved?  Because the EPA is deliberately violating the very Clean Air Act they are intending to enforce.

Mr Howe went on to cite how The Institute for Energy Research used sections of the EPA’s very own court brief in showing how ludicrous this big government expansion truly is, and the EPA’s own stated reasons for it, which included the following very informative tidbits:

Sources needing operating permits would jump from 14,700 to 6.1 million as a result of application of Title V to greenhouse gases, a 400-fold increase.…Hiring the 230,000 full-time employees necessary to produce the 1.4 billion work hours required to address the actual increase in permitting functions would result in an increase in Title V administration costs of $21 billion per year. (emphasis mine)

There we see that during the current harsh economic times that forces households across America to cut back on their budget to make ends meet, Obama appointee Lisa Jackson and company at the EPA want to strap another 230k government paychecks onto the backs of the working class taxpaying citizens. Instead of accepting the obviously painful fact that our government must be cut back to stem the bleeding known as our $1.5 trillion dollar deficits that led to the first U.S credit downgrade in American history due to increasing our debt load, these lunatics want to expand big government exponentially.  Considering that democratic operative James Carville stated that the Democratic Party was set up for a 40-year dynasty after Obama was elected, we now see how big government expansion fits into their long-term plans to remain in power.  The Extreme Political Activists that Obama has installed into the EPA have been bypassing Congress for years and trying to create laws by passing new regulations, which a federal judge explained in detail from  The New Media Journal:

In summary we see that the EPA is caught making laws by regulation by over-stepping their authority more and more every day. The  Extreme Political Activists of today feel that they are somehow above the rule of law.  Now they want another 230,000 taxpayer funded employees to continue their march towards a Liberal Socialist agenda of crushing businesses, and stealing hard-earned wealth through over-regulation based on their phony climate change propaganda. When will the American public stand up to these tyrants and demand an end to the EPA? Not a stiff cut in taxpayer funding, but a complete end to this Marxist manipulation of our system of government by the Extreme Activists in the EPA ? You can also bet the bank that if Obama and Jackson manage to  pull this power-grab/snow-job of a  massive increase in taxpayer-funded EPA employees over on Congress, we will see liberals across the land using those 230k jobs to try to paint themselves as being the real job creation saviors of the middle class in America. Those soundbites might sound good for about a week, until the middle class citizens actually get the bill for it, which will come in the form of higher taxes once again.

Under investigation in China for its roll in the diagnosis of lead poisoning in as many as 25 children, Johnson Controls is one of the largest recipients of federal grants under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, a.k.a. the stimulus bill.

Headquartered in Wisconsin, Johnson Controls was awarded more than $400 million in federal stimulus funding grants (as a primary recipient) for green agenda projects throughout the United States.  The largest single grant of the entire stimulus package totaled $299,000,000 and was awarded to Johnson Controls to build a lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant that is currently less than 50% complete. When President Obama visited the Holland, MI site touting his still unseen-by-Congress jobs bill, he said, “…the actions that we took together, as a nation, through our government… the fact that we helped create together the conditions where businesses like this can prosper. That’s why we’re investing in clean energy… and by the way, we didn’t go through Congress to do it.” (Source: WhiteHouse.gov)

Obviously politics has a huge role to play in the success of “green” companies as we have seen with the Solyndra and LightSquared scandals, the collusion between GE and the Obama administration, and at least 2 other solar companies that were praised by the president, received federal funding and shortly thereafter filed bankruptcy.

Johnson Controls, a multibillion dollar company even without public funding, isn’t likely to go bankrupt any time soon but recent activity at the company raises questions about how having political friends in this adminstration helps land hefty government contracts and stimulus dough.

Though CEO Stephen Roell and the Johnson Controls PAC (political action committee) have contributed to both democrats and republicans, they overwhelmingly contribute to democrats in higher numbers.

In the 2010 election cycle, Johnson Controls PAC donated over $16,000 to House Democrats and donated less than half of that amount to arguably left-leaning Republicans.  The Senate Democrats saw nearly 5 times the amount of Republicans in the same election cycle with only one republican candidate receiving a donation.  (Source: OpenSecrets.org)

And then there’s the abundance of support for President Obama’s new stimulus jobs bill.  The company released a statement 2 days before the president’s visit to Michigan in which C. David Myers, president of Johnson Controls’ Building Efficiency Business, lavishes praise on the administration for their commitment to retrofitting our nation’s schools.  Taking its talking points almost directly from the president’s address to Congress, the statement makes the case for reducing energy costs by investing in retrofitting the buildings.

Guess what Myers’ division of Johnson Controls does….  retrofits buildings for energy efficiency. No word yet on whether Johnson Controls will snag the largest chunk of the jobs bill pie like it did with Stimulus I.

Beyond the financial implications of failed solar companies and wasted tax dollars are the dangerous consequences of the green agenda.  Lead poisoning, mercury in light bulbs and other environmental and health concerns seem to be lost in the political rhetoric, but perhaps the political pundits following the money will bring light to the multitude of other unintended consequences of the taxpayer-funded “greenifying” the United States.
