Klobuchar Eager to Return to Washington to Advance Teen Sci-Fi Romance Debate

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar

“My main motivation this election cycle is winning the hearts of Minnesota voters so that I may return to the Senate chambers and push the key debate that is dividing this nation: Werewolf versus Vampire,” – Amy Klobuchar on 2012 Senate Race.

September 19, 2012 – Minneapoleft, Minnesota

Incumbent U.S. Senator and teen sci-fi romance aficionado, Amy Klobuchar (dyed-in-the-wool D-MN), revealed her motivation behind her 2012 reelection campaign in a recent press release: furthering the debate of werewolf versus vampire, referring to the ongoing debate of ‘Jacob versus Edward’ from the wildly popular teen sci-fi series, Twilight. The first-term Senator, whose nose pinocchioed during a December 2009 interview with Fox News’ Chris Wallace when she described the Obamacare legislative process as “fairly transparent,” recently issued a press release detailing her inspiration this election cycle. The release noted, in part, “The biggest issue facing American voters today is one of monstrous proportions: Team Jacob or Team Edward. If elected to a second term, I will fight for you to bring this issue to the Senate floor so the American people can hear an honest debate. Who should reign supreme: Jacob, a chiseled, principled, and yummy werewolf, or Edward, a soft-spoken, romantic, and scrumptious vampire?”

The announcement comes as no surprise to the politically-tuned electorate. Klobuchar, who left a career of lawyering to try an even less favorably-perceived career of legislating, was poised to be a key contributor during current Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s senate confirmation hearings. However, during the June 30th, 2010 confirmation hearing, which is meant to be a serious inquiry into potential Justice’s qualifications, Klobuchar cornered Kagan asking her to comment on “the famous case of Edward vs. Jacob, or the Vampire vs. the Werewolf.” Kagan, known to colleagues as ‘the Kaganator’ and rumored to have once squashed a neighbor’s trespassing puppy with her bare foot, shot back sharply at Klobuchar with a piercing “I wish you wouldn’t!” before rushing to catch a flight to Los Angeles where she was scheduled to play Kevin James in his self-directed auto-biographical documentary.

Following the vampire versus werewolf inquiry during Kagan’s confirmation hearings, Klobuchar’s inner monster came out again during an October 31st, 2011 interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow. Klobuchar explained to Maddow that, “…as you know there are a lot of ghosts and goblins running around Washington, but not a witch on a broom. That was the last election,” further substantiating her fascination with make-believe monsters and taking a personal jab at former U.S. Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell of Delaware.

Klobuchar’s press release refers to her exchange with Kagan as “the debate that got away,” and promises voters that “[Klobuchar] will work across the aisle to petition the Supreme Court to hear the case of Werewolf versus Vampire,” emphasizing one of the Senator’s key 2012 campaign themes of bipartisanship. However, despite her oft-touted record of perceived bipartisanship, the “approximately two-thirds [of Klobuchar’s] authored bills that received Republican co-sponsorship” represent a collection of largely negligible, low-priority ‘campaign bills’ (i.e., bills drafted for the main purpose featuring during reelection ads and promotions) that either did nothing to help ease the economic malaise overshadowing the U.S. business climate, or should be left to the states.

Additionally, Klobuchar’s campaign message of ‘working across the aisle,’ which is intended to win over independents, moderate Republicans, and freedom-haters who want a bigger federal government, contradicts her glaringly transparent record of voting lock-step with her big-government, don’t-worry-just-give-us-your-money-and-we’ll-make-all-your-decisions-for-you Democrat party 91% of the time. In fact, Klobuchar proudly cast her vote for Obamacare, which recently cost an announced 300 Minnesotan’s their jobs as Minnesota-based Saint Jude Medical Company reorganized in an attempt to offset the approximately $60 million in new Obamacare taxes set to begin scraping away their margins in 2014 (not to mention the countless other jobs that will be shed as the bill’s event horizon approaches).

Klobuchar also repeatedly voted to increase the debt ceiling (an action that contributed to the historic downgrade of the United States’ public debt by the Standards & Poors rating agency), voted against a Farm Bill amendment that would have limited taxpayer subsidies to only those farmers earning less than $250,000 per year, and voted against the energy-independence-promoting and job-creating Keystone XL Pipeline project. [For a more thorough list of Klobuchar’s dismal record in the senate, The Laissez Faire has compiled a table included at the end of this article highlighting the Senator’s selected legislative actions juxtaposed to the point-in-time U.S. National Debt and Unemployment Rate.]

The 2012 U.S. Senate race in Minnesota will begin intensifying as November nears. Klobuchar, the de facto Washington insider, has in excess of $5 million of cash on hand. Her largest contributions came from lawyers, who make their living helping their clients navigate the labyrinth of regulations imposed by lawmakers, and the anti-baby organization EMILY’s List, which works to promote female candidates who share their vision of allowing individuals to be stripped of their right to life before they can even speak for themselves.

Other notable contributors to Klobuchar’s 2012 campaign fund include American Adhesives, Inc., the leading U.S. manufacturer of the red-colored adhesive tape that has been tangling business owners for generations; the controversial Vamp-PAC, a committee dedicated to electing candidates who favor federal relief to vampires; and FullMoonRisingPAC, a committee dedicated to supporting candidates who share their vision of equal rights for werewolves at home and abroad.

Klobuchar also recently stole endorsements from the typically conservative Minnesota Farm Bureau and two Minnesota business leaders, who have apparently been glamoured by Klobuchar’s supernatural operatives. The trend-breaking Minnesota Farm Bureau endorsement may be explained by Klobuchar’s vote against Senator Rand Paul’s (R-KY) amendment to the 2012 Farm Bill that would have limited taxpayer subsidies to only those farmers earning less than $250,000 per year…that or the endorsing committee was higher than the U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio during the endorsement decision making process.

The two noted business leaders, Bill Hawkins, former CEO of Obamacare victim and medical device giant Medtronic, and Paul Walser, CEO of Minnesota-based Walser Automotive, each have their own reasons to be cheerleading for Klobuchar. Hawkins attributed his praise of the Senator to her recent work to try to reduce a new medical device tax. Yes, the same medical device tax born from the Obamacare legislation that Klobuchar proudly voted for in the first place…Mr. Hawkins must have missed that memo.

Paul Walser’s endorsement is apparently a quid-pro-quo for the ‘personal attention’ Klobuchar gave to the Minnesota dealership group when Walser was appealing then-government owned General Motors Corporation’s decision to terminate a franchise agreement with one of Walser’s dealership locations. Nothing says crony-capitalism like inserting a legislator into the equation of two market participants, especially with the influences the government must have had with the recent taxpayer funded bail out of General Motors Corporation.

Fortunately, Minnesota voters who are not crony-capitalist CEOs, super-rich farmers, or sympathizers with/members of the make-believe monster community have a choice this election cycle. Kurt Bills, an articulate and dapper economics phenom has emerged as the Republican challenger to Klobuchar’s cozy Senate seat. Bills is a first-term state legislator and high school teacher of advanced economics at a public high school in Rosemount, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. And contrasting Klobuchar’s philosophy that ‘everything will be better if we just legislate individual decisions from Washington,’ Bills believes that the best people to make decisions for Minnesota citizens are the Minnesota citizens themselves.

Bills offers a stark contrast for Minnesota voters in many other dimensions. Bills is a high school economics teacher and small business owner, and was never a partner with two prominent law firms. Bills believes that the people, not government, create jobs. Bills opposes the job-killing Obamacare legislation, and would never have voted for such government overreach. Bills stands behind his freedom-rooted principles, and is more than just a popular name with a killer hot dish recipe whose vote simply follows the party leadership suggested positions. And lastly, Bills has never discussed teen sci-fi romance during any legislative hearings whatsoever.

Hence, Kurt Bills.

The following list summarizes select bills sponsored by creepy crawly Klobuchar juxtaposed to the U.S. National Debt and Unemployment Rate, revealing her disconnect from the current economic woes facing the United States.

SOPA/PIPA: “Fairness Doctrine” Tyranny Coming In The Back Door

SOPA/PIPA is another case of government control over what We the People will be allowed to see or hear on the internet. The “Fairness Doctrine” was thwarted by We the People through the outrage expressed to our elected members of Congress, ironically over the internet for the most part, so they have seemingly decided to come in the back door and “protect” us from unscrupulous vendors. That is great to a point but who is going to protect us from the government? Barack Obama and many members of both political parties consider We the People too stupid to know what is in our best interests.

Instead of going after the ISP’s and search engine companies like Google, why don’t they try a novel approach, something that has never been done in modern history? Why not enforce the laws on the books against fraud? I guess that is much too difficult of a concept for politicians to grasp.

This reminds me of gun violence. How do we solve the problem of violent crimes committed with guns? Someone with my apparent lack of intelligence would suggest we imprison the criminals with very long sentences, or just execute them when the crime calls for such punishment. What is the answer the government comes up with? Well, let’s just take guns away from those not committing crimes so we don’t have to be concerned with them killing the criminals. And when government bureaucrats violate the existing gun laws we can promote them and then use those violations as an excuse to continue on our merry gun ban crusade.

These bills aren’t about protecting We the People or legitimate businesses from criminal activity. That can be done by enforcing existing law. This is about controlling what we see, what we hear, and how citizens communicate with one another. The “Arab Spring” came about as a result of dissidents communicating over the internet through social network sites, instant messaging, and texting. The powers-that-be in our government have seen what can happen when people communicate freely and share information. Open lines of communication are a danger to despots and every dictatorship in the world controls the internet access of their subjects.

I remember Obama giving a speech at a college in which he stated that “information is dangerous”. I have always been taught that information and knowledge are invaluable tools to make our lives better. It seems that Obama and most of the members of Congress weren’t taught the same lessons in their younger years. If they manage to get this legislation through they will be able to control everything that crosses our computers.

As the “Fairness Doctrine” sought to control us and make sure we were exposed to Marxist doctrine, this legislation will be used to prevent We the People from having free access to each other and to the information we need to make decisions beneficial to our lives. We will no longer be able to thwart tyrannical legislation, or regulations dictated by bureaucrats, because we will not know about them unless the government deems them safe for public consumption.

I am not surprised to find out that the biggest proponents of this legislation are the major television networks, and include Rupert Murdoch, owner of FOX News. Why would the owner of a “conservative” news network want to prohibit the free flow of information? Shouldn’t FOX News and its owner be in favor of freedom of the press? I guess the reality that they are losing millions of viewers because they don’t tell the truth, don’t tell the whole story on issues, and ignore any story that doesn’t fit their template has alarmed them to the point that it needs to be acted upon.

Internet news sites such as Conservative Daily News, The Drudge Report, The Post & E-mail, and social network sites pass information much faster, more efficiently, and more completely than any or all of the major media networks. With the advent of internet news the major media companies can no longer slant the news to suit their Marxist ideology, nor can the ignore news that is not to their liking or doesn’t fit their agenda.

The free flow of information is critical to any free society. Once a government controls what information citizens have access to tyranny is right around the corner. Iran, China, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela are all dictatorships that keep their citizens enslaved and in darkness by keeping them from the knowledge of how the rest of the world operates. After the uprisings in 2009 Iran clamped down on social network media to prevent dissidents from organizing more protests and other dictatorships have long been bastions of tyranny by preventing any citizen contact with the outside world, or each other.

Obama and his minions have seen what happens to dictators who allow the free flow of information to their subjects. Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and Muammar Kadafi in Libya are prime examples of what happens when dictators allow their subjects to communicate without restrictions. I am curious to see what the future brings to these countries when the Muslim Brotherhood takes over and installs the tyranny of Sharia law on their people. Those who took to the streets for freedom may find themselves under the thumb of rulers just as brutal as those they overthrew in the “Arab Spring” uprisings.

Iran is a good example of an uprising that came about because of internet access and how the government acted to prevent it from happening again. Outside contact has been as restricted by Mahmoud Ahmadinijad and the mullahs as it can be and severe punishment awaits anyone caught communicating without government sanction. The very rulers who turned their backs on freedom seeking Iranians in 2009 now seek to impose the very same restrictions on their subjects, namely We the American People.

This legislation, as usual, is not a partisan attempt at subjugation. This legislation is supported by many members of Congress in both political parties, and who I suspect have no idea what is in the bills. Since they don’t have time to read anything they vote on it is incumbent on We the People to find out what is in the legislation and spread the word of warning through internet news and social network sites.

We must stand up once again to protect the freedoms bought with the blood of generations of patriots from the Revolutionary War to today. If we do not have the courage to stand for freedom, the blood of hundreds of thousands of patriots since 1776 will have been wasted and future generations will be sentenced to a life tyranny, suffering, and poverty. To this cause I pledge “my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor”; to the cause of freedom for future generations. Every American owes their utmost opposition to this legislation in honor of those who have gone before us and for the freedom of those who will follow us.

I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

What a Week in Politics: 9/17/2011

Here at CDN we try to give our readers insightful, informative and sometimes humorous articles generally written from a conservative point of view,( and sometimes Libertarian) thus we are known as Conservative Daily News. While very detailed articles are a must for most political junkies, citizen activists and all around working folks concerned about the direction of America today under the current  Liberal administration, sometimes folks just do not have the time to devote hours or even days deciphering a whole week’s worth of political information in say, their only day off  from work.

With the lightning speed of news and volume of information that is available on the internet today, some of us have also developed a form of what I refer to as PADD, or Political Attention Deficit Disorder and have developed patterns of just skimming headlines and news articles, mainly due to very busy schedules. This past week in politics was quite a firestorm, with seemingly major headlines popping up at a furious pace that was hard for even this political junkie/citizen journalist to keep up with, so I decided to recap the action in an all-inclusive article with short summaries about this week’s headlines, and links to the detailed versions for concerned citizens that may have the extra time to devote to becoming an informed voter in 2012.

CDN also puts out a very informative weekly newsletter via email that you may sign up for here, ( right hand side, half way down on page) that includes extensive news and opinion articles from the great team of citizen journalists at CDN delivered right to your inbox. NOTE:  Your email will never be given out to other groups that tend to flood us with spam 24/7. We respect our readers way too much to play that game.

Topping the news this week is what is now known as  The Solyndra Scandal

Recap: The Obama administration, along with the DOE  fast-tracked a $535 million dollar loan to a company who was shown to be a bad investment of the taxpayer dollars, as they were making solar panels that basically cost twice as much to make as compared to what they could sell them for.  While G.W. Bush was in office he held off on making these Solyndra loans based on the fact that some people had proven this to be a company designed to fail. Then we have one Mr. Kaiser, an ardent Obama/Democrat supporter visiting the White House several times just before this “deal”  was ramrodded through, and whom stands to be paid off  for his initial investment of $150M before the taxpayers will see the return of any of their half a billion dollars. That is also illegal according to law.  This pay to play scheme perpetuated by the Obama administration where the taxpayers dollars are being blatantly funnelled to finance Obama’s election campaigns will not be going away any time soon. Stay tuned, as it is very interesting to watch as the Obama administration and their puppets scramble to cover this one up.

Next up is the U.S. Senate FEMA Funding Bill  Scheme:

Recap: Liberal Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid must have been working overtime when he made this headline at CDN. Progressive U.S. Senate Piles on the Debt with 2012 FEMA Bill.   Progressives from both parties in the U.S. Senate have decided to increase FEMA funding in their own bill there, in a blatant attempt to bully the House bill that is coming up in which reps. are asking for cuts in funding to avoid putting the FEMA funding on our children’s credit card debt once again. By the way, since that article was written, the Senate has passed that bill. This is political football and a waste of time to anyone who sees this gimmickry for what it is: Progressives trying to get a leg up on the conservative majority in the House through this pre-emptive strike that shows that they will demand more debt spending in 2012. NOTE: The White House asked for $5.1B, while the house bill calls for $3.65B. So the Progressives in the Senate want to almost double the amount of FEMA funding in the House bill. And they want to borrow the money to pay for it. While this comes as no big surprise from big government Liberals in Congress today, the eight Republicans who voted along with them sure have some explaining to do to we the people here. Are your reps among the great eight listed below that should have a “P” ( for progressive) following their name instead of an “R’ ?

ROY BLUNT ( R-MO),  Scott Brown ( R-MA),  Collins (R-ME),  HELLER ( R-NV),  Hoeven (R-ND), Murkowski ( R-AK),  RUBIO (R-FL),  Snowe ( R-ME) .** If any of these are your reps, and you voted for them as a conservative, call or write them and demand answers from these progressive big government debt dealer’s votes here. My Rep.,Mr. Marco Rubio will be hearing from me, no matter how long it takes to get him to answer for this inexcusable action. If this bunch of debt-spenders and  tricksters think just because they did this on a Friday we will not be paying attention and calling them out on this vote, they have another thing coming!  **Vote info pulled from senate.gov. on 9/17/2011.

The next news story involves the propagandists at the DNC creating a new citizen informant group called AttackWatch supposedly to combat misinformation spread by folks like us here at CDN. Michelle served up an excellent report  on AttackWatch here  and exposes the very misfits it comprises of, and their comedy of incompetence. While pretty much the whole nation is laughing at this bunch of Obama-sheep supposedly keeping an eye on what folks are saying about the chosen one, what isn’t so funny is the fact that many of these clowns are being paid for with your very own tax dollars to promote the Liberal Socialist agenda of the fake democrats and Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. When you start a propaganda group such as this one with taxpayer dollars, people just might start referring to you as a Josef Goebbels-type Nazi social engineer. Now there is something for the misfits of AttackWatch to spin into me calling Obama a Nazi. As they say, if AttackWatch wants a piece of me,,, ” Come get some.” Another cool saying comes to mind here, ” You can’t handle the truth” and the truth is what we tell here at CDN, 24/7.

While the Obama administration, along with the folks at DHS, ATF, and the DOJ would like us to quickly forget about the Fast and Furious scandalinvolving our government selling guns to drug cartels from Mexico, this story just keeps getting nastier and nastier as we witness the pathetic attempts to sweep this fiasco under the rug. Warren did an excellent job of detailing that injustice in the above link. Untold numbers of citizens and at least one border agent have been murdered by thugs wielding assault weapons that were fast-tracked purchases authorized by our very own government. The ATF are running a game of musical chairs in transferring employees directly involved in this scandal to posts in DC and elsewhere, in desperate attempts to shut down this investigation. This is sure to be a news story gift that keeps on giving for months or even years to come, until we get to the bottom of this and people are in fact held accountable, whether Eric Holder or Barack Obama like it or not. A society that doesn’t obey the rule of law becomes a lawless one in which murder and mayhem ratchet up across the country. Hold your ground Congressman Issa, for the betterment all of the law-abiding citizens of America.

In an early headline this week we saw President Obama hit the media scene with numerous demands to pass his American Jobs Act, including this intitial one: Obama Begins “Pass the Fake Jobs Bill” Campaign Today .  Obama somehow expected American citizens to somehow believe this was not a retread of his past failed stimulus bill that cost the taxpayers over $800B and left us with nothing more than a stagnant economy and miserably high unemployment. Obama and the DNC even sent out directives for their political operatives and Socialism-pimps in Congress to stop using the word “stimulus” completely. While team Obama were busy screaming at Congress to pass The American Jobs Act bill right now, even though it had not even been submitted to Congress, an enterprising Congressman submitted his own American Jobs Act here, leaving team Obama without a name for his supposed jobs bill.  Ryan posted the actual Obama jobs bill on CDN  here, just in case you are interesting in actually reading it. A quick summary of the bill is fairly simple. This bill contains many paybacks for Unions for their supporting Obama’s reelection campaign, albeit in a stealth way disguised as improving schools for kids, help for war veterans, and the always proven to be phony infrastructure funding, etc. It is also a pathetic attempt to pander to minorities and women for their votes, which Ryan points in the above linked article:

Just a quick note about the American Jobs Act website itself: It shows a clear distinction in the split in thought between mainstream America and the Beltway culture in general and Democrats in particular with its links where people can see the “impact” on women, Latinos, and African-Americans. Philosophically speaking, this is a despicable habit because it only seeks to separate people into inequality groups instead of counting everyone as simply “Americans” and reinforcing the idea that we are all created equal.

Bottom line: This retread of the failed stimulus bill is nothing more than a campaign tool for Obama and his Liberal Democrats as they desperately try to claw their way into forcing another four years of his failed, economy-busting Marxist wealth redistribution-for-votes campaign to remain in power. Even many Democrats are stating that this “bill” will not pass, whatever name they try to disguise it by. I totally agree with Ryan there,  that to inject race-based class warfare into a supposed  “American Jobs Act”  is very unpresidential, to say the least. Maybe the Obama handlers should have asked him to more aptly name that bill the ” minorites and womens jobs act to further divide America with class warfare” bill. But that title leaves out the Union vote-buying aspect of it, and we sure would hate to leave the Unions out of  Obama’s  supposed jobs bill title. Let’s just call it Obama’s failed stimulus 3.0 and call it what it is.

In other news, we saw that Glenn Beck has launched his new GBTV Internet TV show in an article that also includes videos here. Beck came out swinging at the Obama fake jobs plan and also a good expose’ on the Muslim Brotherhood terrorists and how our own political correctness of today that leads us to avoid telling the truth about these terrorists that poses a huge danger to America today, and in the near future. Love him or hate him, Beck delivers some hard-hitting facts about the dangers of big government tyrants and always sprinkles his shows with doses of history that make it hard to deny how creeping Socialism is tearing apart America. Wanna-be Communists and Che-worshipping Liberal puppet-bloggers across the country are sure to be pulling their hair out at the reemergence of Glenn Beck and his own GBTV show. This should keep the misfits at AttackWatch busy for years to come, also.

In a breaking news story, there has been a tragic plane crash in Reno Nevada, as reported by our fearless conservative leader and founder of CDN, Mr. Rich Mitchell.Plane Crashes at Reno, NV Air Race Kills 3 [Video + Pictures] Here at CDN and across the country our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families of this horrible tragedy in Reno.

NOTE: There are a few late-beaking stories that happened yesterday that I may have left out of this weekly wrap-up here at CDN, so be sure to check back in with CDN for any late-night news stories that have been reported this weekend as our citizen journalists scour the news world to keep our readers among the most informed in the country.  Have a great weekend and thanks for joining us here at CDN.

Let’s take our Country Back in 2012!

It is an exciting time here at the Conservative Daily News. We are growing rapidly and planning on reaching ever greater heights as we get into the 2012 Presidential Election season. For example, we recently completed a major upgrade to our Information Technology infrastructure to allow us to better serve you, our readers. Our new server platform is highly scalable and we are energized by the fact that this upgrade was necessary – it is proof that we are making a difference and serving our role as opinion leaders within the conservative movement.

We have a talented and energized editorial staff that has a great deal of experience in traditional print journalism, new media, graphics, opinion writing, political advocacy, and emerging web technologies. This diverse set of skills and talents allows us here at the Conservative Daily News to engage you with both a wide range of topics and in-depth reporting on the news of the day. Feel free to contact us if you wish to join our team. We are always looking for conservatives who are looking to defend liberty, make a positive difference in our country, and to take on the vast “left-wing” conspiracy. Man – it really felt good to say that!

Coming off of a great victory in the midterm elections, conservatives throughout America are newly energized and chomping at the bit for a chance to do it again. The Conservative Daily News is committed to making the 2012 election one for the history books. As Senator Marco Rubio recently said about the 2010 midterm elections: “We got one-half of one-third of the government. It was a first step.” The 2012 elections are going to be historic. We have the opportunity of solidifying our gains in the House of Representatives. We lost a number of close races that could have been victories for the conservatives if only our candidates had better funding and more professional campaign advisors. I fully expect that shortcoming to be addressed this time around. We also have a golden opportunity to reshape the United States Senate – ridding ourselves of communists, socialists, progressives, and liberals that infest both major political parties. Our time is now. And of course we eagerly wait the day the entire country has been praying for these past two years – the chance to send Barack Hussein Obama packing back to Chicago on the horse he rode in on. Now that’s change we all can believe in! We rid our government of Obama and we also, by default, rid ourselves of Ken Salazar, Cass Sunstein, Janet Napolitano, Timothy Geitner and a host of other community organizers and rebels with a cause. Given the fact that we have the momentum, politically, right now the chance of that happening is more likely than not.

It is up to each of us to keep that momentum going. And that is what we at the Conservative Daily News are committed to doing. We will do our part to cleanse this nation of the stain that currently discolors our government. We will shine the light of truth on the progressive element of society that threatens to take away our liberties, blatantly disregards the rule of law, and dishonors and puts to shame our national name. We are proud Americans and we have a motto – Don’t Tread on Me!

I encourage you to join with us here at the Conservative Daily News as we stand up to the secret combination that seeks to enslave us. What was that quote from the movie Independence Day? Oh yeah, this:

Mankind, that word should have new meaning to all of us. We cannot be consumed by our petty differences anymore. Perhaps it is fate that today is the fourth of July, and we will once again be fighting for our freedom. But not for freedom from tyranny or oppression or persecution. We’re fighting for our right to live, to exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world stood up and declared in one voice that we will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We’re going to live on! We’re going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!

Truer words were never spoken. November 8, 2012 is our new Independence Day.  Let’s all come together for the battle. We’ve got a lot of work to do.
