We know that Obama Sr. was a Kenyan, and therefore a citizen of Great Britain. Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 states that to be president a person must be a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America. The Naturalization Act of 1790, and an 1875 Supreme Court decision, Minor vs. Happersett (88 US 162) define the term “Natural Born Citizen”. There are other cases that have discussed this issue and have come down on the side of Obama not being eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.

A recent Georgia case was decided in Obama’s favor despite the fact that neither Obama nor his lawyer showed up, ignoring a lawful subpoena. The Judge, Michael Malihi, told the plaintiffs’ lawyers he would render a default judgment in their favor due to Obama snubbing the subpoena. But when all was said and done Malihi used a minor court decision from Indiana to find in Obama’s favor, totally ignoring an act of Congress, the Naturalization Act of 1790; and a Supreme Court decision, Minor vs. Happersett. This decision is being appealed and many wonder what happened to change the judge’s mind in only 6 days. What made this judge totally reverse course in such a short time when he had ample evidence to support a finding of “ineligible” and no evidence to refute the case presented by the plaintiffs? Was he paid off? Was he threatened? No one knows why the decision came down the way it did under the circumstances. I wrote about it at the time from the perspective that our republic is no more.

As I see this from a non-lawyer perspective I see coercion of some sort. Naturally I can’t prove anything, but when I look at all the facts at my disposal I can’t come to any other conclusion. I look at this and then think about Limbaugh, Hannity, Boortz, Levin, O’Reilly, Coulter, and all the other conservative pundits taking a pass on this issue. It makes me ask, “Why will they not even talk about this issue, other than ridiculing those who address Obama’s eligibility”?

What is there that prevents the biggest radio audience in the nation, and maybe beyond our borders from hearing Rush confront this issue head on? Why is it that the most powerful voice in media won’t touch the most important issue of our day? As painful as it is for me to admit, I find myself wondering why Limbaugh and the others, but especially Rush, take the same stand as MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, and the rest of the “main stream media”. Rush is brilliant, and I thought fearless for the cause of liberty, but his silence on this makes me wonder.

I figure Rush and the rest are aware of the situation because I cannot imagine this is unknown to any media person anywhere, and certainly cannot possibly escape a man of Rush’s abilities. I know all about it and I am not a media professional by any stretch of the imagination. I don’t get paid to find out about news stories. I do it because I care about my country, the Constitution, and the future of my grandchildren. I am not saying Rush and the others don’t care about America, but it makes me wonder where their priorities are when they can ignore the most important story of the last 50 years.

If Rush really thinks Obama is so dangerous and wants him out of office so bad why isn’t he raising this issue on a daily basis? Is he concerned about the reaction from Obama’s FCC? Does he fear the “Fairness Doctrine”? Is he concerned about the reaction of his advertisers? We saw Glenn Beck get booted off of FOX News for his reporting of the truth about Islam and the nuts who follow that pagan cult. Now we have seen Judge Andrew Napolitano get booted for hard hitting reporting on issues not to the liking of the Saudi Prince who owns 7% of FOX, and George Soros who also has his hands in the till there. Is Obama involved in Judge Napolitano’s dismissal also?

We the People only have so many resources to solve these issues. We can’t depend on the main stream media because everyone knows the leftist media is determined to destroy this nation, whatever it takes. When we can’t depend on the “conservative” media to stand in the gap, where do we go?

Allen West said, when questioned about the Obama eligibility issue, that it is “political suicide” for any politician to confront it. That tells me all I need to know about the courage of politicians, including Allen West. The only candidate running for any office that will take this on is John Dummett, a very dark horse candidate for the Republican Party presidential nomination. Dummett has a lawsuit to be heard in Tennessee on February 24, 2012. Dummett also has lawsuits pending in several other states and  in federal court in Arizona. If we had others candidates like Dummett, with the courage to stand for freedom first and a political career second, our nation would not be in the throes of death right now.

Rush Limbaugh, with the biggest audience in any form of media, could force the cowards in Congress to confront this issue if he would. Rush, along with others like Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and Neal Boortz could bring this to a boiling point but they won’t. WHY??????

Mr. Krauthammer is largely considered to be a brilliant political analyst with excellent oratory skills today. Keeping that in mind, how do his "Santorum is a worthy conservative" statements stack up against Senator Rick Santorum's actual voting record?  Not very well, if you were brave enough to check out the truth in that fact-sheet. Krauthammer appears to have fallen into the exact same category of the once respectable conservative pundit and leftist basher extraordinaire, Ms. Ann Coulter. That would be the "say anything for a buck and to get attention while ignoring true conservative principles" category that Coulter exhibits today in her "vote for the proven conservative Mitt Romney campaign."  Is she referring to this Mitt Romney,  when she went on her recent tirade of praising Romneycare  after trashing it back in November?  Ann Coulter's recent flip-flop off the conservative high dive into the "elect the only candidate who is moderate enough to beat Barack Obama" cess pool of say-anything-for-a-buck irresponsibility, is an astounding about-face. When Coulter speaks about the mob-mentality that she has explained in recent books so often, maybe there should be a chapter titled "Us flip-floppers have to stick together."

As far as Charles Krauthammer goes, he has to try to protect his high-paying, high-wire conservative commentary act [and reputation], while also putting out enough controversial statements, [see Santorum is a worthy conservative above] that gain attention, TV viewers, and readers, to justify his next fat contract with Fox News. The fact remains that, as proven in the above-linked article on Santorum’s voting record, he is a proven big-government conservative. How’s that for the ultimate in oxymorons?

Finally, the only proven conservative in the GOP candidate field, Newt Gingrich is being trampled, lied about, and smeared by the likes of Coulter, Krauthammer and the establishment GOP in true Democratic Attack Machine  fashion.  Is Newt Gingrich really a proven conservative?  This article  shows us just what Gingrich accomplished in a very tough political environment. Despite the D.A.M. lies and misinformation about the balanced budgets during Speaker Gingriches tenure, (which are heavily promoted in most browser searches) this article points  out just why Gingrich is a danger to the old guard, establishment GOP that has had a big hand in our trillion-dollar-deficits.

Amid all the tax-cutting and agency consolidations (in Newt’s plans if elected POTUS) would come a return to a fiscal policy that he said emanates “directly from the Reagan playbook.”

“I think these kinds of steps would move us toward a very dramatic job growth, which is the best way to move towards a balanced budget—by getting people off of unemployment, off of Medicaid, off of food stamps, get them back into earning a living and paying taxes,” he said.

Gingrich wants to limit the size and scope of government, which would cut off the big government grifters entrenched in DC from buying votes and influence with taxpayer dollars. Gingrich also wants to limit the government to spending less what they take in each year, as in creating a true balanced budget, yet the mainstream media talking points never include these important facts.  Our government has gotten so big that we are now approaching $16 trillion dollars in debt, which equals our entire GDP.

Ask Greece how that scenario works out. They too, ignored the serious-minded fiscally conservative candidates for the last 20 years or so, only to elect moderates just like Mitt Romney and numerous” big government conservatives”  like Rick Santorum. Barack Obama has loaded up the back seat of the failed Chevy Volt with our entire economy and will drive it right off the Greek-style debt cliff if given another four years. Electing so-called “electable moderates” and “big government conservatives” will also crash and burn the U.S economy just like the firebomb now known as the Chevy Volt will do, when it plunges off the debt cliff and hits rock bottom.

While on the Hannity Show, Ms. Coulter made the statement, “our blacks are so much better than their blacks“. In this clips, she’s on with the equally controversial Joy Behar, defending her statement, discussing racism in America today, and showing support for Herman Cain.

“Most libertarians are cowering frauds too afraid to upset anyone to take a stand on some of the most important cultural issues of our time. So they dodge the tough questions when it suits their purposes by pretending to be Randian purists, but are perfectly comfortable issuing politically expedient answers when it comes to the taxpayers’ obligations under Medicare and Social Security.”

Coulter elaborates a little with Bill O’Reilly:

I am going to start by giving her props for remembering to use the word “most” in her statement so that she could cover her you know what, when she gets publicly called out for being a hypocritical, book pushing sensationalist.. which I am about to do.

Since Ann conveniently forgets to mention the rest of the answer given in the debate, let me fill you in. Ron Paul suggests that marriage should be an issue addressed by State governments, and by the Church. Ann equates all Libertarians with Objectivists (that was the word you were looking for, Ann. Your audience is smart enough to figure out how to Google if they don’t know it), and calls them cowering frauds when it comes to taking a stand on social issues.

I, personally, have a thing for supporting the Tenth Amendment in this country. I also have a thing for the rest of the Constitution. Call me a cowering fraud, but I spend an awful lot of time reminding liberals that they have no right to tell me how to live my life, or how to spend my money. That fact doesn’t change because I don’t like someone else’s decisions. We [Conservatives] have managed to come together from across the entire spectrum of fiscal to social conservatism, to recognize that the Constitution entitles us to make those decisions for ourselves, without the consent of some faceless government entity’s stamp of approval.

Coulter would agree, except where she wouldn’t. According to her, the States and Church are incapable of handling marriage all on their own. They would make terrible decisions that went against Coulter’s definition of morality and that would allow private handling of things like adoption, insurance, inheritance! How can we survive as a country if such things were allowed? She suggests that Libertarians would put an end to “official” marriage. I don’t know about you, but last time I checked, a marriage license was a revenue generating piece of pain in the butt, and marriage was sanctioned by love and God. (By the way, a decidedly Un-Objectivist point of view)

Imagine, allowing marriage to be taken out of the hands of the federal government, completely ignored by the federal lawmakers of this country, and completely handled as an institution of the Church. Why, that would be…. Demonic!

The war of 2012 (elections) is heating up already, and it is sure to be a long hot summer in American politics. The New Democratic Attack Machine is ramping up it’s misinformation messaging platform today like never before seen in American politics. From everything coming out of the Liberal media to the newest Internet propaganda czar being paid by your tax dollars to spread misinformation, this latest version of the Democratic Attack Machine is actually anything but “new”.  As a matter of fact it is the same old tired retread of the very same propaganda machines that fake democrats have used for decades, but it is just that they do not want you to recognize it for what it actually is. While the Liberal Democrats attempt to infect America with the cancerous Socialism that has crushed economies across the globe, one must remember that the original Communistic oppressors used Socialist propaganda decades ago to collapse economies worldwide. The American Constitution has protected against this cancer for over 200 years, yet today the infection is so widespread throughout our government and media that we are now facing financial insolvency under the crushing weight of our massive debt problem, largely thanks to the far left Liberal Democratic Attack Machine.

The Demcratic Attack Machine consists of today’s mainstream media, Liberal democrats, and the head rabble-rousing community organizer pictured above, Barack Hussein Obama, all rolled into one Socialistic web of deceit. Back in 2008, The Democratic Attack Machine, led by the Liberal media, installed Obama into the White House simply by bullying the cowardly Senator John McCain into denying him the ability to bring out major negative truths about Obama. Truths such as Obama sitting in a black racist, anti-American church headed by the nasty Rev Wright for twenty years, while the hate-monger screamed G/D America! Truths such as Mr Obama’s close ties with weather-ground terrorist and murderer Bill Ayers, whose living room Barack Obama announced his run for the U.S. Senate from during an Ayers sponsored fundraiser. Truths such as when the Republican party of North Carolina ran an ad exposing these important issues about Mr. Obama, Mr. (afraid of the media bullies) McCain announced that they would not run those types of campaign ads and demanded they pull them! This cowardice and progressive-like truth denial by McCain led many voters to accepting the flat out lies by the media propagandists that all of this information was somehow just a smear campaign by the then non-existent Republican attack machine. That led Americans to elect the far, far, left radical ideologue of one Barack Hussein Obama to the most powerful position in the world, the U.S. presidency. The refusal of John McCain to tell these truths now has the U.S. on the verge of  financial insolvency, and one has to wonder just why in the hell the progressive puppet and cowardly John McCain still holds a powerful position in America as a U.S. Senator! Are American votes this stupid and uninformed? Apparently they were, back in 2008, with the help of the brainwashing propaganda coming out of the Liberal controlled media arm of the Democratic Party.

Americans may have been slow to see through the Democratic Attack Machine’s propaganda and pre-planned infection of America by installing far left liberal Barack Obama into the White House, but they did wise up in 2010, after they could not deny the fact that the media was a major factor in helping Liberal Democrats cram the unwanted Socialistic Obama-Care down the throats of Americans through legislative trickery and the flat out ignoring of our Constitution and Congressional rules. Again there was no Republican attack machine present to expose the treasonous government takeover of our health care system, and instead Americans from across the spectrum had to take to grass roots groups and the Internet to expose Obama-care for what it truly is: Socialistic wealth redistribution, stealing 500 billion dollars from Seniors medicare to pay for non-producing freeloaders and the welfare class, while also counting that same 500 billion twice as an accounting gimmick to fool Americans into thinking this scam would somehow reduce health-care costs, increase health-care coverage for millions of people, and reduce the national debt all at the same time! After all, the media, while working tirelessly from within the Democratic Attack Machine, told Americans 24/7 that Obama-care would do all of the aforementioned lies on a daily basis. The people saw through the Democratic Attack Machine’s lies and misinformation, and gave Liberal Democrats the boot from their government in record numbers at local, state and national levels in 2010! Much to the dismay of the establishment GOP, this didn’t come as a result of the old guard GOP running effective, truth-telling informative campaigns across America, but in fact, this came as a result of the grass roots Tea Party Americans countering The Democratic Attack Machine’s massive mainstream media propaganda at every turn, mainly on the Internet information highways, such as Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

Fast forward to today and we see that The Democratic Attack Machine just stole an election in N.Y. simply by portraying Rep. Paul Ryan’s budget proposal as pushing poor old Granny off a cliff in her wheelchair! At least this is the excuse/propaganda that the media and the GOP are promoting recently. The fact remains that the GOP sat on their rear ends, and let the Democratic Attack Machine steal that election without any hint of an effort by the GOP to quickly counter the misinformation, or even an effort to promote a solid conservative up there. To sum it up, they took that election for granted and got burned big time, to hear the long-time N.Y. State GOP political leaders tell it. This is a prime example on how the lack of a Republican attack machine, or at least a decent effort to engage in the election in N.Y. has now given the Democratic Attack Machine a new platform for stealing elections by spreading misinformation and propaganda on a grand scale in 2012. Now the Liberal Democrats are supposed to be the new best friend of all American Seniors, even though they just stole $500 billion dollars of their health care coverage to pass Obama-Care. How ridiculous is that?

Recently, Barack Obama added a new taxpayer funded member to the Democratic Attack Machine’s ranks, in the form of  a new Internet Propaganda Czar named Jesse Lee, who also happens to be married to another member of the Democratic Attack Machine’s propaganda groups, one MoveOn.org. Where in the hell is the GOP House Speaker, Mr. John Boehner on this abuse of taxpayer dollars? Since when does the President of the United States of America have the authority to use taxpayer dollars to fund the Democratic Attack Machine’s propaganda campaign? The truth behind Mr. Lee’s recent position within our government is not to counter the non-existent Republican attack machine that Liberals and Obama used to scream about, but is in fact, Obama’s attempt to counter the truths being exposed about his anti-American agenda on the Internet by Americans across the land. The truth shall set us free from Obama and the Liberals in 2012, no matter how many propagandists The Democratic Attack Machine throws at us.

   CPAC11 drew an amazing record crowd of over 11,000 Conservative leaders and activists this year. As everyone expected, once again Libertarian Ron Paul won the CPAC/ Washington Times Presidential straw poll, with 30% of votes, followed by Mitt Romney at 23%, and surprise ! , former budget guru Gov. of New Mexico, (and Ron Paul-like Libertarian) Gary Johnson tied the absent Chris Christie at 6%. People came from across the nation to see of dozens of exhibitions, panel discussions, film and documentary premiers, and social events to engage other conservatives.  This was truly an uplifting experience for everyone attending and the millions more watching it on TV and the Internet. I would personally like to see them get the whole thing televised live, from start to finish next year, as some can’t see it on a computer. Maybe CSpan could drop the obscure book report shows and make room for CPAC 2012. Surely someone in this country will step up and let Americans see this wonderful, informative event.
