Progressive Super PAC and its Spin Project

Progressive Super PAC “American Bridge 21st Century” announced the launch of their Spin Project “Correct the Record”, a dedicated research, tracking and rapid response communications project to defend Progressives in preparation for the 2016 Presidential election.

Their website,  http://correcttherecord2016.org will employ a dedicated war room staff charged with providing a rapid response spin to fact based attacks from Conservatives, utilizing traditional and new media tactics to promote the progressive truth and circulate its spin based propaganda to the progressive media, allied progressive organizations, and directly to its low information “Occupy” base.

Chairman of American Bridge Super PAC is David Brock, founder of the progressive media group Media Matters.

Top Organizations contributing to American Bridge Super PAC during the 2012 election cycle were:

The Puppet Master himself, George Soros $1,000,000
American Fedn of St/Cnty/Munic Employees $575,000
AFL-CIO Workers Voices PAC $200,000
National Education Assn $200,000
Service Employees International Union $200,000
Filmmaker Woody Allen even contributed $500

If anything, it should be fun to watch the progressives spin their way out of the mess they’ve created going into the 2014 midterms and leading up to the 2016 Presidential election.

Expect the Institutionalized “progressive” Left to Come Out in Force

Comedian Bill Maher gave $1 million to one of President Obama’s SuperPACs. Actor Alec Baldwin’s on record saying that Obama’s re-election ‘In the Bag’. Lanny Davis, who writes for The Hill, is busy covering up for U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder during Congressional investigations into the murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican citizens resulting from the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. MSNBC stopped inviting Conservative author Matt Lewis to contribute on-air after the site he works for, the Daily Caller, reported about the influence George Soros funded Media Matters for America wields over that Network. “Coincidentally”, Conservative pundit Pat Buchannan was also dropped by MSNBC around that same time.

As is always the case with any non-white or non-male Republican star, the institutionalized “progressive” left media is focused on Florida Senator Marco Rubio who, being a Hispanic from a crucial swing state, poses an existential threat to the re-election of Barack Obama. Not surprisingly, openly leftist actress Eva Longoria joined in the attack by saying “Marco Rubio has been coming up with some silly stuff that we really have to sort through”.

Meanwhile, the American mainstream media remains silent after a BarackObama speech where he joked: “I went to the speaker’s home town,” referring to a trip to House Speaker John Boehner’s battleground state of Ohio, “stood under a bridge that was crumbling.” Somebody in the crowd shouted, “Let him drive on it!”

Cue the sound of crickets.

This is the same press that had a field day back in 2008 when, on one or two occasions, a few folks attending McCain/Palin rallies shouted ugly comments from the crowd. These incidents were reported as major, top of the broadcast, front-page news. Repeatedly, with frequency and vigor.

During nationwide May Day demonstrations by OWS, occupiers themselves willing admitted that their protesters were taking marching orders from big labor and public service unions like the AFL-CIO and SEIU.

One of the leaders of the Occupy Cleveland movement, Brandon Baxter, was arrested for a terrorist plot to bomb a bridge in Cleveland Ohio. The plot has been directly linked to the Occupy movement. The names and the official complaint have been confirmed.

There were multiple incidences of violence around the country, with occupiers shouting the likes of “Pigs Go Home” and “Down with Capitalism”. With tear gas in Oakland, violence and vandalism in Seattle, SEIU members disrupting Los Angeles International Airport, with Occupiers calling themselves anarchists and hurling Molotov Cocktails; despite all evidence to the contrary, American taxpayer funded NPR is still calling the violent Occupy protests “restrained”.

By comparison, when the Tea Party was the topic de jour, Democrats and their “progressive” Party Pravda lapdogs were quick to blame the Tea Party for each and every violent incident around the country. More than one fringe leftist whack-job, impersonating responsible journalists on American television’s most irresponsible cable network, held Sarah Palin personally responsible for the Gabby Giffords shooting in Tucson Arizona. Their supposed rationale was her use of the word target when discussing campaign strategy. Never mind that in similar applications, the word “target” had been used frequently by members of the Democratic Party. Members of the institutionalized “progressive” left smear machine somehow forgot to inform the public that “target” was first used as political jargon by 1980 Democratic presidential candidate Walter Mondale’s political strategist Bob Beckel.

A review of the visitor’s log confirms that AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka and former SEIU President Andy Stern have been frequent visitors to the White House. SEIU alone spent approximately $60.7 million to help elect Barack Obama to the White House in 2008. SEIU expects a return on their investment. Barack Obama was quick to embrace the Occupy movement when he saw his poll numbers sliding.

Before this November’s elections American voters should duly note such connections.

In case you haven’t noticed, or have yet to become fully convinced, bias within the institutionalized “progressive” left media is both very real and pervasive. With the presidential general election campaign about to get into full swing, expect it to get much, much worse. Truth coming from the institutionalized “progressive” left’s smear machine is as likely as them reporting that Elizabeth Warren can’t prove she has Cherokee blood in her veins.

Unions and the Fallacy Behind Them

Written November 18, 2011

Generations of people have grown up with the misconceptions that unions are the God’s of the people, by the people for the people. Like the current state of affairs with our government nothing could be further from the truth. Union heads are strong supporters of the current administration with huge contributions to Obama’s campaign. There is a method to their madness and while they contribute to and help to finance the demonstrations we see daily their main focus goes much deeper

Collective bargaining, wages, and tenure are just a few of the issues addressed by Union leaders. They appear to be the allies for the common folk, the middle or lower class; they have a history of making lives better by obtaining benefits, wages, and profit sharing for all union employees. Thus you would be inclined to believe union officials are your best friends. If you are one of the many people who live in this country and find this to be true you may want to read on.

Although collective bargaining for wages, benefits, and working conditions sounds good, the corruption seriously outweighs the benefits. Richard Trumka, head of the AFL-CIO has publically issued a warning to democrats should they fail to fight for labor unions as determined by him. Trumka: “If lawmakers don’t push hard enough to stem attacks on labor’s interests, workers will abandon the party in the 2012 election.”
Meanwhile, while AFL-CIO head Trumka was flirting with National Socialism, recently retired SEIU president Andy Stern was kissing up to socialism’s more famous sister, Communism, saying, “Workers of the world unite – it’s not just a slogan anymore. It’s the way we’re gonna have to do our work.” But let’s get back to Richard Trumka.

Richard Trumka has his own agenda and rest assured his visions of the future leave little room for confusion.. “As president of the United Mine Workers (UMW) union, Trumka led multiple violent strikes. Trumka’s fiery rhetoric often appeared to condone militancy and violence, especially against workers who dared to continue to provide for their families by working during a strike. As a Virginia judge ruled in 1989, “violent activities are being organized, orchestrated and encouraged by the leadership of this union.” Take the murder of Eddie York, a nonunion contractor, who was shot in the back of the head and killed while leaving a worksite in 1993. Trumka and other UMW officials were charged in a $27 million wrongful death suit by Eddie York’s widow. After fighting the suit intensely for four years, UMW lawyers settled suddenly in 1997 — just two days after the judge in the case ruled evidence in the criminal trial would be admitted. Later, as Secretary-Treasurer of the AFL-CIO, Trumka pleaded the Fifth Amendment before Congress and a court-appointed election monitor over his role in an illegal fundraising scheme to benefit the Teamsters president Ron Carey’s re-election. Trumka has remained in his position ever since despite an AFL-CIO rule (adopted in 1957) which held that union officials who plead the Fifth have “no right to continue to hold office” in the union umbrella organization.” (Cote)

On the orders of the United Mine Workers (UMW), 16,000 miners went on strike in 1993. One subcontractor, Eddie York (who was not a UMW member), decided it was important to support his wife and three children and crossed picket lines to get to his job. He was shot in the head as he left the job site to go home. UMW President Richard Trumka (now Secretary-Treasurer at the AFL-CIO) told The Washington Times that “if you strike a match and put your finger in, common sense tells you you’re going to burn your finger.” UMW strike captain Jerry Dale Lowe was found guilty of weapons charges and conspiracy in York’s death, and York’s widow Wanda sued the union for her husband’s wrongful death. The UMW fought the lawsuit for four years, but settled with Wanda York only two days after federal prosecutors announced that they would share evidence from the criminal trial with York’s attorneys.” (Washington Examiner).

More recently the occupy Wall Street Protesters have support of Union leaders. The violence for many of them is a means to an end of capitalism as we know it. They have their own agenda it is not one that most of us would consider the American Way. They in no way stand for Truth and Justice and Freedom for all – theirs is a way that finds its resolution in violence and by taking what does not belong to them.

Unions (almost) agree with House Republicans on jobs plan

President of the Constriction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO Mark Ayers seemed to support the Republican approach to growing jobs in a Tuesday press release.

Mr. Ayers first expressed that the AFL-CIO unions disagree with Obama’s delay of the Keystone XL pipeline. His statement says that the unions “have been steadfast supporters of the Keystone XL pipeline, a project that is truly ‘shovel-ready’ and a privately funded endeavor that would put significant numbers of American skilled craft professionals back to work under a project agreement that ensures safe and efficient construction.”

That’s exactly what Republicans have been saying. The XL pipeline is a jobs and revenue producing monster that needs to be let loose – only Obama stands in the way.

The union executive did have one point of contention – he didn’t like the fact that Republicans put the pipeline in as a part of the Middle Class tax relief and Job Creation Act of 2011. In the bill, unemployment insurance is extended, but only if Obama allows the pipeline to pass. The unions are clearly worried that Obama will choose politics and party over the good of the nation.

The union solution? Ayers demands that, “President Obama should immediately grant a presidential permit for the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, and congressional Republicans should craft and pass a ‘clean’ unemployment insurance extension.”

The President has so-far been reluctant to concede any ground or negotiate on any point. It is unlikely that Mr. Ayers’ proposal stands a chance – although, it doesn’t sound a whole lot different than the Republican jobs bill .. does it?

Will the OWS Protesters Protest Obama's Newest Corporate Government Bank ?

The Wall Street protesters are demanding jobs, not more big bank bailouts, as signs across America have shown us last weekend.

The Occupiers hate banks, they hate evil corporations and they hate the government manipulators in Congress. ( supposedly) I wonder how they feel about the creation of a brand new government bank created solely for the purpose of politicians stashing away billions of our tax dollars to use for Union payoffs and vote-buying to further empower themselves?  Surely these protesters will speak up against another big corporate government bank stealing tax dollars for their own self-interests, while non-politically connected folks go without jobs, right?  Well, it turns out that these protesters are made to look like simplistic hypocrites when we discover that they, and many of their sister protesters and allies are promoting the very creation of another evil bank, this one run by their government as nothing more than a giant slush fund for the current Liberal rulers in Congress and the White House. What is the name of this bank you ask? Who is creating this bank and how can they get away with it? Have these innocent grassroots protesters been duped ?  I can answer all of those questions in one simple but true statement: The creation of this new bank is hidden in Barack Obama’s American Jobs Act. It is called, The American Infrastructure Financing Authority or AIFA. From bondbuyer.com we see the following explanation:

“The jobs bill would create the American Infrastructure Financing Authority as a wholly owned government corporation that would “provide direct loans and loan guarantees to facilitate investment in economically viable infrastructure projects of regional or national significance,” according to administration officials.” ( emphasis mine)

As we previously discovered that Congress has shown the pattern of  illegally creating their own slush fund/loan sharking banks such as the FFB, it should be noted that nowhere in our Constitution is Congress given the authority to create any banks, or financing authorities. Keeping in mind that many of the Green Energy loans (think Solyndra) were given out by the above-mentioned illegal FFB as an underhanded way to avoid full inspection by Congress and avoid accountability to We the People,  it boggles the mind to see the Wall Street occupiers and sister groups promoting Obama’s fake jobs bill with a new evil banking corporation created right in it.  Low and behold, that proof can be found right here.  The Communist Party USA, The AFL-CIO, Barack Obama’s moveon.org all support Obama’s jobs bill and the Occupy Wall Street protests. In the jobs bill is the creation of an evil corporate bank which is created solely to pay off the biggest Transportation Union in the country, the AFL-CIO.  My what a coincidence!

The Occupiers would surely object to a President who wants to take billions of tax dollars to use as a political slush fund right? Has anyone yet to see any signs at the Occupy Park Benches Across America Union supported protests? How about the fact that the AFL-CIO big Union vote-buying machine is sleeping right next to them while also spending millions of Union dues dollars to promote Obama’s newest evil corporate bank? Will this new bank somehow translate into jobs for the supposed grassroots folks down at Wall Street, as Obama has them  apparently duped into believing? The fact that Obama already took some $836 billion tax dollars in the Stimulus fraud and yet we still see unemployment at 9.1% somehow seems to escape the Occupiers.  If not, they would have signs protesting the next half a billion dollars being stolen to pay back their protest-bed-pals at the AFL-CIO, while creating a new big corporate bank. The creation of the AIFA is a long-term planned theft of tax dollars to pay off Unions, as we see by the mandates for funding in it:

“The bank would be capitalized with a $10 billion congressional appropriation for its first two years. Loans would go to projects of  at least $100 million, or **$25 million** in rural areas. The loan or loan guarantee could finance no more than 50% of the project’s cost. The base interest rate on a direct loan would be at least the rate on Treasury debt with a similar maturity.” ( emphasis mine)

First we see that $10 billion tax dollars will be ‘loaned out” in first two years. What about in the future?  Is this a bottomless black money pit? Billions upon billions will continue to be shuffled into this new AIFA “bank” as we see from The Patriot Update:

In its first two years, AIFA would rake in $10 billion in congressional appropriations; $20 billion over the next seven years; and $50 billion per fiscal year after that. How would Obama ensure the loan review process is protected from special interest favor-trading and White House meddling? If the ongoing, half-billion-dollar stimulus-funded Solyndra solar company loan debacle is any indication, the answer is: not very well. (emphasis mine)

In case some of our readers are not familiar as to who exactly will “qualify” for all these new jobs that this “bank” will supposedly create, you need to read the new law created by the Obama administration that now mandates that every single federal construction contract over the above stated **$25 million tax dollars** MUST BE USE UNION LABOR.  Didn’t know that fact? Then read this. The  bottom line is that if the out of work Occupiers do not pay the Unions dues and become a member of  their AFL-CIO- OWS-bedpals , they are locked out of even a chance to get a job from Obama’s jobs bill!  How about it Occupiers?

Instead of chanting “Four more years!, maybe the Occupy protesters  should draw up some signs stating that they are against Obama’s jobs bill which creates the big evil corporate bank AIFA, which is loaded with graft and billions of dollars for their new pal,  Richard Trumka, the current head of the AFL-CIO.  Until we see that, the “Occupy movement”  is nothing more than a bunch of hypocritical nonsense that has been hijacked by the Obama2012 reelection campaign and his Union vote-buying pals. So, lets all head on up to our nation’s capitol and protest Obama’s jobs bill shall we?

CPUSA–> Obama’s Jobs Bill–> OccupyWallStreet

Communism, Socialism, OccupyWallStreet, and Barack Obama’s Jobs Bill all nestled together under one all-telling blanket.

While the following excerpts may sound familiar to some, the underlying repercussions that come with them may very well  surprise most of our readers:

“A better and peaceful world is possible- a world where people and nature come before profits.”  That may sound rosy enough at the outset,  until we see what directly follows that statement:

“That’s Socialism. That’s our vision. We are The Communist Party USA. That statement is brought to you by the CPUSA’s current homepage. When indoctrinating America’s youth, Communists always start out with championing Socialism. The Socialist Workers Party was/is just another stealth front group for Communist indoctrination through the use of  the term “workers” also. The infamous National Socialist  German Workers Party was widely known as the NAZI Party, which hid behind  title, The German Workers Party prior to a name change in 1920. The term NAZI is German and stems from Nationalsozialist.  That little history lesson, while many folks may view it as irrevelant towards today’s American Politics, should never be forgotten, as history truly does have a way of repeating itself over and over. What is also troubling is the fact that we even have a Communist party in America today.

Now for some more tidbits from the CPUSA homepage we see the following link to an article from People’s World  titled: America’s kids tell their stories from their Wall Street Camp.

While the article goes on to tell stories of the cute “kids” at the protests, it also carries a very heavy undercurrent of anti-capitalistic indoctrination in it. Take this paragraph for instance:

Esmeralda, Youth Council President of the Mid Manhattan NAACP, and two friends are camping out together. Esmeralda, 17, says she’s had “lots of internships, but never a real job.” Her high school is just across the street from Zuccotti Park and she’s been joining her friends Chilligan, 19, and Nicole, 20 at the park every day after class.

Maybe a little less time spent as a 17-yr old Youth President of the NAACP and a little more time applying herself at school would lead to a decent job and/or qualify her for college one day in the future. 17 years old and already an anti-capitalist community organizer complaining she doesn’t have  a job. What she really means that everyone has the right to a $20.00 an hour job, regardless of employment as seen here. This is what we see more and more of every day in America, thanks to the indoctrination of our youth in the classrooms. They get out into the real world only to discover that they do not have a basic set of skills to actually put towards working for a living. we see this pattern in virtually all of the “stories about the kids at Wall Street Camp” in that article. Socialists are experts at playing the victim card while actually creating more victims by indoctrinating them into hating capitalism and worshiping the nanny state. That’s Socialism.

Also found on today’s CPUSA homepage is also this unmitigated lie being told to the uninformed masses of American youth: “Socialism will meet the needs of the great majority of our people and lay the basis for solving our social, economic and environmental problems.”  Did you catch that statement, all you kids at the Wall Street camps?  Put on your Mao and Che shirts, denounce capitalism, become a Socialist puppet, and you are well on your way to the Communist Utopia where poof!, all our problems will auto-magically disappear! What the Communist propagandists fail to tell you is that Communism leads to bread lines and wide-spread poverty 100% of the time. ( Unless you are enslaved to the government dictatorship that feeds and clothes you in exchange for serving  the state, in which case they shall deem you important enough to keep alive until you outlive your usefulness, or just get too old to work)  The lies being told about supposedly being a slave to evil capitalism somehow forget to inform people of the benefits of capitalism, such as the freedom to live and work where you choose, the right towards prosperity through hard work and opportunity, and the right to worship as you choose. You get none of that under a Communist dictatorship, period. Just speaking out against government abuses of the people can get you imprisoned for life, or even killed in all Communist countries. Beware of the Socialism pimps, as they are always working towards creating a Communist state in the end. History shows that to be an undeniable fact, unless your  unionized history teacher is a Socialist Workers Party USA member wearing a Che T-shirt in class. In that case you need to go straight home and inform your parents about what is going on, and demand that the situation be addressed immediately. American schools are for teaching our children true American and world history, and about the proven American exceptionalism that has made this the greatest, freest nation on earth for over 200 years. Leave the Socialist/Communist indoctrination out of our schools please.

Last but certainly not least, we see another revelation on the CPUSA’s homepage that should open the eyes of all Americans today:

Organizing for Jobs,Jobs,Jobs.  “The Great Recession of 2008 is looking more like the Great Depression of the 1930s. The economic crisis of U.S. (and world) capitalism is entering its fourth year.” (emphasis mine) next up they make the pitch that the only way to improve our economy is for the government to somehow create jobs. (Nanny-state enslavement 101 kids) ** Note: Nowhere in the United States Constitution is it stated that the government has the power to interfere in the private sector free market system or “create jobs” with taxpayer dollars. Funny thing about Communists, Marxists and Socialists: they all believe in radical change/overthrow of governments to mold society to fit their Utopian ideology. That means ignoring our constitution or eventually abolishing it all together eventually. President Obama wants another half a billion tax payer dollars to supposedly create jobs. The CPUSA wants you to know that they support his plan.

“Two weeks ago President Obama introduced the American Jobs Act to a joint session of Congress. It is sure to meet stiff resistance from the Republicans in Congress. A massive outcry of millions of American people insisting on the Act’s passage is necessary.” (emphasis mine)

In that last statement we see the communist Party USA parroting the exact same thing Barack Obama has been telling people across the nation in dozens of speeches. Coincidence? Not hardly. CPUSA takes it one step further in mentioning other Obama political-operative groups, such as the AFL-CIO and moveon.org:

“America Wants to Work (AFL-CIO) in alliance with many community and activist organizations including Moveon.org are organizing a week of actions Oct. 10-16 demanding jobs. Thousands of grassroots actions, marches, vigils, delegations and speak-outs are being planned in cities and neighborhoods across the country.”

Isn’t there already a group of wanna-be Socialists posing as a grassroots movement, protesting against capitalism and Wall Street bankers? Oh yes that would be the astro-turfing Occupy Wall Street protesters we see today. Further proof of the indoctrination of our youth by Union ( Socialist Workers party) teacherscanalso be found in this announcement at CPUSA: “A national National Teach-in called Students and Youth Rising for Jobs and Economic Justice will take place Oct. 12.” Isn’t that a hell of a coincidence there?

Communist Party USA —>  Occupy Wall Street —-> AFL-CIO —> Barack Obama’s very own moveon.org, all working together for the common cause of getting out and organizing for the passage of Obama’s jobs bill while protesting evil capitalism !   What a lovely team.   2012 just can’t get here soon enough!

Special update just for the annonynous pest trying to propagandize our comment section here at CDN:  Since DAY1  in New York look who has been behind the OWS protests! Thank you Andrew Breitbart.   Meet the career anarchist posing as a New-Yorker who is actually from Texas.

Civil Rights Protests/Union Protests: Apples and Oranges!

I read an article today about a black man who marched for civil rights in the days of Martin Luther King. You know, back in the days when American citizens were not only protesting to get real workers’ rights, but also ‘fighting’ for their constitutional civil rights; back in the day when people were being killed simply for demanding that the government recognize their constitutional rights. This man’s name was Herbert. In this article Herbert compared the protesting in Wisconsin with the civil rights protesting of the sixties. In this story Herbert mentioned about how important it was for “the people” to “stick together.” (I ask, “Who are the people he is talking about?”) Then Herbert mentioned that “we need to become strong.” (Again I ask; “Who is the ‘we’ Herbert speaks of?”) Then Herbert mentioned that if “We don’t become strong we will lose our rights.” (Herbert, what do you mean if we don’t become strong? What do you mean if we don’t stick together?)

Well, I need to help Herbert get a little perspective. First of all I am saddened by how black people were treated in America for many years. I did not grow up in a prejudiced home, or a prejudiced society. The people I hung with as a teen-ager and young adult treated everyone the same. It still tears my heart out to know that there was a day when one race of Americans could hate another race of Americans simply because their skin was a different color. Those were issues that once split this nation in half. Well for the most part, those days are over. (Unfortunately prejudices of all types still exist in this world. You can’t fix stupid!) Black Americans today have the opportunity to walk the dream of Martin Luther King. The American dream is open to anyone who willing to work for it. The ultimate example of that is our own American President!

Herbert, the budget battle going on in Wisconsin these days is not between “we the people” and the Governor of Wisconsin. The protestors are not protesting against the ‘evils’ of Big Business. The protestors in Wisconsin are not protesting the right to vote, the right to work wherever they want, or the right to buy a home. They are protesting the ability to keep their union privileges. (Notice I said privileges not rights!) They are protesting to such a point that they would rather have these union privileges than help our state survive economically. Herbert, you were right about one thing in your story. People do need to stick together. In this situation the people of Wisconsin need to stick together in order to help their state. And the people in Wisconsin should also be sticking together as they work to remove the vermin who are striving to destroy this state. The budget crisis in Wisconsin is genuine. The only way “we the people” are going to solve this crisis is if we all stick together and do what is best for all the people of the state, not just public union people. The protesting in Wisconsin is not between abused, over-worked, underpaid minority workers and greedy corporate owners. The protesting in Wisconsin is not between poorly treated workers who want safer working conditions and better benefits and big business. The protesting in Wisconsin is not between the poor, oppressed working man and the filthy rich business owners. The vast majority of workers protesting in Wisconsin involves middle to upper class public union employees; citizens who already enjoy incredible union perks. Most of these ‘poor’ ‘woe-is-me’ protestors are union people with two to three cars in the driveway of their $200,000+ homes. The protesting that is going on in Wisconsin today is by people who want to do what is best for their wallets or for their unions before doing what is best for Wisconsin.

Herbert, I too am a union member; have been for thirty-five years. So even though I am a private union employee I need to let you know that I am not part of your “we the people” who must “stick together” to save our union privileges at any cost! I definitely believe I need to help this state because that will help everyone in the state and not just a few. I am simply a tax-paying Wisconsin union-member who is sick and tired of paying for both my benefits and someone else’s! I am a union member who cares more about helping all the people in this state, and the state itself. Herbert, contrary to what the big AFL-CIO tells you, if the state is not economically healthy, the businesses which provide jobs will not be healthy. And again, contrary to what the big AFL-CIO tells you, raising taxes to pay for higher and higher public union employees’ wages and benefits will not attract more businesses to our state.

It really saddens my heart when I read articles written by black people who foolishly compare the public union protesting (i.e., whining) that is going on in Wisconsin to the seriously denied civil rights protesters of the sixties. It is so disingenuous to see people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton showing up to help highly-paid, luxuriously benefited public union workers. These men know what worthy, honorable protesting is all about. Jesse and Al are similar to old hippies who show up at protests hoping to re-kindle the days of old when they protested the Vietnam War. (These boys also like seeing their faces on the nightly news.)

Herbert, don’t bring shame on yourself by comparing what real suffering black workers had to endure in the sixties to what is going on amongst the well-paid, lavishly benefited public union employees of today! You lessen what black people did in the sixties if you continue to compare the legitimate protesting that the black people had to endure to get their civil rights enforced, to the whiny protesting of rich, spoiled public union workers.

SIDE NOTE: I constantly hear these public union people whining about being fed up. Fed up with what? Public union bus driver, what are you fed up about? You made over $100,000 last year! And union teacher Joan, what is your beef?  You work a few hours a day, nine months a year and you still make more money than what a vast majority of Americans make. Mr. and Mrs. Public Union Employee, you make more on your check and in benefits than most private union sector workers make. So again, what are you fed up about?

If you public union employees need something to be fed up about, be fed up with something genuine. If you want something to protest, protest something that benefits all Americans. Protest the high taxes that most Americans are paying! Protest how your taxes are being used for useless pork barrel projects. Protest the billions of dollars in ‘aid’ that we send to countries that don’t even like us. We could use that money to help our own people! If you want to unite people to a righteous cause, unite people to protest elected politicians who are ‘owned’ by unions; politicians who no longer do the bidding of the majority but instead are led by union thugs. If public union employees want to protest their ‘difficulties’ they have that constitutional right to do so—just so long as they do it legally. I say, these public union protestors should use all their energy and use their vast numbers to protest the illegal aliens who come into this country and steal jobs from Americans and receive a fortune worth of tax-payer funded ‘freebies’! There, go protest that!

Today there is another group out there who wants to try to control a free people. The very thing that was once wrong—terribly wrong—with this nation. There was a time when many in this nation once believed they were a better race of people. They believed they had the right to treat fellow citizens with contempt. These arrogant people believed they were above the law of the land. They actually believed they were the law. This race of people got too powerful. They saw nothing wrong with abusing the constitutional rights of others. They got so powerful they even tried to control the ability of a free people to think and act for themselves. Many unions and union people today have become that prejudiced, unlawful people. Many of these unions have decided that they should be deciding what is best for all Americans–just as they decide what is best for their members.

So again Mr. Herbert, I encourage you – do not cheapen the difficult, sincere civil rights protests of the sixties by comparing them with the selfish, whiny worker protests that are going on in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Protest: Jackass of the Week Award.

Wisconsin State Senator Jon Erpenbach (D- of course) has been all over the news this past week, as he is one of the Democrats in Wisconsin that ran out on their duly sworn oaths of office that mandates that they show up in the Wisconsin State Legislature and actually do the job they are being paid to do. For this type of action, plus his total denial of reality in his press statements, (provided below) I have bestowed upon him the dishonor of the Jackass of the Week Award!

There is your Jackass of the Week folks. Let me be clear on one point before I lay out the criteria as to why he gets this dishonor. I see other websites and online news groups being pressured and bullied when putting up public information on our elected representatives. This game of childish hide and seek from the people they serve has to stop. The people have the right to know who is doing what, and how to identify them so when they see them they can address the issues that concern them.

We have thousands of elected Tyrants across the land that refuse to answer their taxpayer funded telephones, refuse to answer emails and letters and think they can just hide from them. If you don’t want to talk and/or listen to the people you serve, then get the hell out of government, it is that simple. We will not tolerate this kind of oppression any longer. We will be heard and you will not stop us from sahring information that shows your true colors. Clear enough?  So there is the Jackasses picture for all to see, in case you run into him while he is hiding in some hotel, bar, restaurant, or wherever these sad examples of the Wisconsin Senate Democrats are hiding.  Tell him to get back to work, or recall him and the rest of these self-important obstructionists.

I found a very interesting article over at  FOX6NOW.com* that contained a quote from Mr. Erpenbach. In reading this quote, I discovered that this man is the same age as me, and I found myself wondering how he could make such misleading and false statements on national TV. Is he really this out of touch with reality, or just plain ignorant ?

“Democratic Sen. Jon Erpenbach said he and his colleagues wouldn’t return until Walker compromised.” and went even further into his complete denial of reality with the statement, “It’s not so much the Democrats holding things up,” Erpenbach said. “It’s really a matter of Gov. Walker holding things up.” (Emphasis mine)

How could  it be that Governor Walker is holding things up, when you are the ones acting childish and irresponsibly, in running and hiding out in another state?  Talk about twisting the facts around there. When we hear ridiculous statements like these, we must always consider the source. This man was born in 1961, grew up in Wisconsin, then did 2 years at a college in Oshkosh. ( no degree mentioned in his bio) After that, he worked for 3 Wisconsin radio stations, then went on to work in the State Assembly and Senate in media relations and as a communications director. Yes that is in bold type, because that is an amazing bit of information considering his recent statements that earned him the Jackass of the Week award here. Media relations and Communications Director? Can you say spin doctor? How about propagandist?  This guy must be a hell of a spin doctor to get elected to the Wisconsin senate with what I view as zero real world accomplishments or any proven skills in anything other than media propaganda artistry, which is also a nice word for being a skilled liar.

Now that we have taken a closer look at this man’s accomplishments in life,( or lack thereof) take another look at his face up there. Here we see nothing more than a petty propagandist who represents the Democratic Party of today, nothing more.  How in the hell he got elected to the Wisconsin Senate was truly a mystery to me at first glance. In seeing his background in media spin, and the Liberal  Democratic Party he represents today, it certainly doesn’t seem like such a mystery any more.

Congratulations Senator Erpenbach, on winnng the Jackass of the Week award. We will be watching for your future media spin interviews from wherever you are cowering down these days to hide from doing your sworn duties in the Wisconsin Senate. Who knows, maybe you will win the Jackass of the Year award before your irresponsible actions come  to a head up in Wisconsin. Now grow up, get back to your duly sworn duties in Wisconsin and stop acting like such a disgusting, pathetic, disingenuous two year old !  The people of Wisconsin deserve better than this. And one more thing,  your party LOST the elections. Elections have consequences, as we have all been told for the last four years of tyrannical Democratic rule in this country. Remember that?

Bust the Unions ? You Betcha!

Bust all public sector Unions and bar them from the taxpayer’s wallet, and do it today. It is time to put this circus to bed. Democracy does not include 10% of the population forcing their will on the majority of the people who pay their salaries. It is that simple.

PhotoStory1   <-  Click the link here to see some of the lovely misfits and nasty rhetoric on display courtesy of these Union’s example of the so-called civil discourse President Obama called for recently. The wonderful people of Wisconsin surely must be very embarrassed with this circus being shown across the country. To be fair, Unions only make up about 10% of the population today, but this kind of lunacy and ugliness should be denounced by everyone in Wisconsin and across America. Many readers here will be asking themselves why they do not see this nastiness and disrespect on the news today?  The news media seem content to paint the Unions as representing all of the working people in America today. That couldn’t be further from the truth and they know it, yet they still refuse to show the people the real types of  tactics and nastiness the Unions are using up in Wisconsin. That is why I took the time to create a little slice of truth up there in that slide show.

Today there have been hints of threatened violence to come in Wisconsin, if Governor Walker does not bend to their demands. One such threat contained the statement, “I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going. Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary getting boots on the ground and getting bloody.”  The person who uttered that?  U. S.Congressman, Mike Capuano. (D-MA)   The nasty, thug-faced,  head of the AFL-CIO, Richard Trumka marched right into the fray to put in his two cents in trying to protect his lavish Union head lifestyle and bargaining power. Do not forget the massive Union Obamacare waivers Trumka’s thugs just received. That is right, Obama decided these same Unions will not have to live under the same healthcare laws as the rest of the working people. A total of over 2 million workers are now safe from Obamacare, thanks to those “special waivers.” Anyone who thinks the DNC and Obama in particular, doesn’t expect payback for those “special waivers” in the 2012 elections is either very naive, or just plain stupid.

This battle is not over worker’s rights, as the media would like you to believe. This is a battle over the DNC being allowed to control and influence elections through Union political activities and campaign funding. Without the Union graft and bribery, the DNC will be in even worse shape in 2012, than it was during the historic beating they received in 2010. The DNC is fighting for the life of it’s base elections engineering Brownshirt Union army. Without Unions taking member’s dues and using them to buy elections and pay get out the vote operations, the DNC can forget about “Winning The Future.” in 2012 and beyond.  Yes ,it is that simple. Obama didn’t sic his attack dogs from OFA, (Organizing for America) MoveOn.org, Think Progress, Media Matters and DailyKos on Governor Walker to protect the poor working folks up in Wisconsin. No Sir, this Community Organizer in Chief is trying to cover his own bet on winning another term in 2012. Obama has proven to be hugely incompetent in running this country, but if there is one thing he does know, it’s how to organize sheep to control and win elections through any means necessary. Why do you think he created the pathetically mis-named Organizing for America?

Scott Walker was elected to be the Governor of Wisconsin. His duties include a mandatory balancing of the budget. If Barack Husein Obama doesn’t approve of that, I will have to say,” I,m sorry Barry, but we won the elections, and elections have consequences.” It’s high time Obama starts acting a little more like a President instead of a low-life community organizer making a living blackmailing corporations, businesses, and now the blackmailing and bullying of States. Governor Walker is going to pass a balanced budget come hell or high water people. That is something Obama and the Democrats have proven to have no knowledge of today. When is the last time our federal government actually passed a budget, let alone a balanced one ? We rang up the debt all of last year without any semblance of a budget. 5 months into this year and again we have no budget, and with Democrats still in charge of the Senate getting one passed any time soon will be impossible. Of course, the Democrats, led by Obama, have proven that they do not mind running the country on illegal continuing resolutions. Those blank checks on the taxpayer’s account allow them to pile on another trillion and a half in debt with very little accountability. The honorable Scott Walker will not let that happen to the people of Wisconsin, Union thugs and obstructionist Democrats be damned.

Wisconsin Public Employees and Unions are Stealing From Tax Payers [Podcast]

Rich Mitchell Podcast

The progressive lap dogs, otherwise known as Big Labor, and the Democrat Senators of Wisconsin are committing theft and fraud. I got so mad about it, I created my first ever podcast.

When critiqueing, be harsh, only way I can make the future ones better (or realize I just need to stop).

Crisis in the Mid-West: Unions and Public Employees Steal From Taxpayers

TSA Chief Opens the Door for Unions

Last November The National Labor Relations Board , lead by Obama appointee Hilda Solis caved in to Union pressure that Transportation Security Officers hold a vote on Unionization for purposes other than collective bargaining. After supposed careful consideration, another Obama appointee , TSA Chief Mr. Pistole recently expanded this to include previously barred collective bargaining for TSO’s. Here is a summary paragraph from the TSA* home page:

“Last November, the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) issued a decision that called for an election among TSOs to determine whether a majority of officers wished to have exclusive union representation for purposes other than collective bargaining. Administrator Pistole’s Determination allows this election to move forward and lays out specific terms for limited, clearly-defined collective bargaining within a framework consistent with TSA’s security mission, should TSOs elect a union.”

Here we have the pattern of one Obama appointee unlocking the door for Union cronies at the TSA, and then the next appointee taking it a step further towards total Union control. This is what we are referring to when we say the government gets their foot in the door with seemingly harmless actions, then it leads to huge bureaucracies with bloated budgets and Union corruption for vote buying schemes. Once the Unions get into power, labor prices skyrocket as in the examples of  Union penions bankrupting cities and states across the nation we see today. I also see Mr. Pistole finishing his above statement with “should TSO’s elect a Union.” Will Mr. Pistole inform said TSO’s about the dangers of climbing into bed with a Union, putting in 20 – 30 years of hard work only to be told there is no money to pay your pension?  That is happening today folks. Hopefully TSO -TSA workers will take this into consideration before voting on this critical action.

For those readers out there that think this looks good on paper, I have to ask if you are aware that two Unions are fighting over these workers? In the picture below, we can see the AFGE, AFL-CIO  advertising for their Union by providing signs to “help”  TSO’s already.

How about that? Isn’t that nice of them? Do you think that sign is a free gift? I wonder how many of them they went to the expense of making and installing them for, there are across the country? Considering that the AFGE represents  Government Employees, and it is their dues paying for these signs, and it is the taxpayer who pays said government employees salaries, then it is you the taxpayer who paid for those helpful signs. As for the “projected cost” to the taxpayer of unionizing the TSO’s, I’ll let Mr. Pistole tell you again from the TSA website:*

“How much will unionization cost TSA?
There will be no cost to TSA unless and until a union is certified by the FLRA as the winner of the election. If exclusive union representation is voted for by a majority of TSOs, our preliminary estimates are that implementation would cost between $5-8 million annually, which amounts to approximately one-quarter of one percent of TSA’s budget for security officer salaries.”

Only 5 – 8 million a year, if you believe government “projected” figures. When I mentioned two Unions fighting for TSA workers membership, Mr. Pistole further enlightens us once again:

“What are the unions participating in the election?
The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) and the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) are the two unions who currently have sufficient interest among the TSA workforce to participate in the election. The ballot will have three options: AFGE, NTEU, No Union. If no option receives more than 50 percent of the vote, a runoff election will be conducted between the two choices receiving the most and second most number of votes.”

When discussing the Unionization of the TSA workforce here, we have to include another agenda the Liberal Democrats have been trying to shove into play for the last two years: Card Check leglislation. This is another mis-named piece of stealth leglislation masquerading as The Employee Fair Choice Act. Ill let the U. S.  Chamber of Commerce** explain this Union payback agenda :

“The “Employee Free Choice Act”—better known as the Card Check bill—is a proposed law that would change how unions are allowed to organize workers in the United States. Big labor unions like the AFL-CIO, SEIU, and the Change to Win Coalition spent heavily during the 2009 election, and are pushing Congress to approve this law. Union membership has been declining—currently about 7.5 percent in the private sector—and they hope this law will change the rules and reverse that trend.”

With many States now recognizing the implications of big Union demands and unfunded pension plans bankrupting budgets across the nation, why would anyone in their right mind want to continue with this madness ? Here we now have the invasion of thousands of new TSA workers adding to our budget woes and we want to allow them to Unionize another 45,000  TSA workers ?  America voted for smaller, more accountable government in 2010. That simply will not be achieved with Obama appointees advancing the Union payback/election buying schemes of today.
