In a breathtaking display of hypocrisy and laughable lack of self awareness, “feminists” have decided the best way to achieve “equal rights” (that they refuse to understand they already have) and not be seen as “sex objects” is to parade around topless in public. After all, men do it! It’s only fair! And according to low functioning “progressive” leftists, fairness is not only a real concept, but also something we can legislate. So don’t you dare demand anyone behave with a shred of common decency because, dammit, women have the right to be naked in public. It’s all about feelings, folks. And these women are having a crisis of emotion over the tyranny of t-shirts.

New York City police officers have been instructed not to arrest women who’ve chosen to bare it all from the waist up in public, but have instead been told to disperse any crowds that may form around said topless women, even though crowds shouldn’t form because “progressives” are telling us that boobs in your face on Madison Avenue are totally normal because shut up, Woman Hater.

Proponents shriek this is a good step toward eliminating “unconstitutional gender discrimination”, proclaiming little more than the fact that they’ve never bothered to read the Constitution. In their defense though, when would they have time to educate themselves on our actual rights as Americans when they’re so busy creating “rights” they wish we had? Reality is hard, and oftentimes unfair. Is no one thinking of the female nipple’s self esteem?

There’s even a group of women who’ve banded together to organize protests in favor of lewdness and indecency and they’ve managed to summon the audacity to compare it to the right to vote. They call themselves “Go Topless” (creativity is hard) and they fancy themselves modern day suffragettes, but this time they’re marching for a much nobler cause than votes. They’ve decided that a woman’s value should be placed on her sexuality, that she’s no more than the sum of her parts. Elizabeth Cady Stanton would be so proud.

I’m a fan of equality and I’m a fan of boobs. I have both. I’ve used both to my advantage. But, and call me old fashioned if you wish, if modern “feminists” have decided that my having to wear a shirt in public means I’m a victim of a patriarchal society, I will happily embrace that “oppression”. Because fairness.

If I owed money to both the IRS and the Borgias, and had a choice between which got the money, I would pay off the IRS and leave my fate to the cloak-and-dagger Borgias. A slit throat by the murderous Borgias would be far less painful than the way the IRS punishes law-abiding Americans. You knew what was coming with those crazy monarchs. The IRS is more destructive: The suit-and-pen approach spies, takes everything you own, jails you, and destroys your entire life and reputation (you spend years trying repair often to no avail), making your name pond scum if you make one, single mistake on tax forms, or heaven forbid, forget to pay an extra one cent in your taxes.

The IRS is America’s Borgia clan— lying, thieving, whores stealing your earnings and property.

The IRS is unconstitutional, because it is administrative government: It makes rules by whim (think Great Britain) Americans are forbidden knowledge of until it’s too late. There’s no vote or say in what the IRS does. By-the-way, I just described the American government since Woodrow Wilson took office, ushering the United States toward Progressivism, i.e. statism, administrative government, ignoring the Constitution in favor of government control by elitists.

The latest IRS scandal and Friday’s “I don’t know the answer” hearing is further proof  the IRS and Sixteenth Amendment fully violate not only Article I, Sec. 8—the 17 Enumerated Powers of Congress–but the entire Constitution and its Bill of Rights. 

Article I, Section 8. clearly states: “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States: But all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States”

Since Article I’s Section 8 was never removed from the Constitution, it continues to stand as Congressional taxation laws, despite Congress signing off on those laws and forgetting what the Seventeen Enumerated Powers are.

Congress abdicates its powers so often, we should rename all undeclared wars and abdicated laws a “Wallis Simpson.”

Congress gave away it’s taxing powers, allowing the administrative IRS to act like the Borgias against the people. But to what extent is Congressional abdication in violation of the Constitution? Thomas F. Eagleton notes that Congress has gone beyond

‘original Intent’ and given away so much power to presidents, which they use to act on whim rather than law. Congress is to ‘provide for the common defense,’ but when it abdicates power over to the Executive, it places the people in jeopardy, because the 17 Powers are now in the hands of the president, who does not hold the power of law-making. So, ‘Has Congress abdicated its power—is an unqualified YES. Congress has in effect, written itself out of the Constitution.’

Government abuses incurred go against the will and rights of the people to know what the elected-by-the-people government–that must act in accordance with the people– is doing. Thanks to Woodrow Wilson and 1913′s sell-out Congress and Senate the people no longer possess any say in taxation matters, because the IRS is not an elected group of people. It is an appointed government entity completely unaccountable to the people, whom it targets and harasses. 

Look what the IRS does to law-abiding citizens.

According to the Washington Post:

[On] June 29, 2011, IRS staffers held a briefing with senior agency official Lois G. Lerner [that woman who's "not very good at math"] in which they described giving special attention to instances where ‘statements in the case file criticize how the country is being run…’ [and then] On Jan. 15, 2012 the agency decided to target ‘political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform movement.’”

What I am writing here–exposing the IRS and government– is grounds for the IRS to harass me. Why? Read below.

According to the American Center for Law and Justice, the IRS targeted conservative groups (here is the IRS “criteria” target list obtained by the Inspector General), Tea Party organizations, anyone standing for smaller, limited government, Constitutional taxation versus the IRS, as well as the Reverend Franklin Graham, who criticized Obama’s tactics and spoke out against Islam’s violent beliefs. Rev. Graham says his charities were targeted by the IRS “for political reasons” because Graham told North Carolina voters to vote for the presidential candidate whose morals and principles are biblical based. 

Any organization that refused to vote for Obama and defended constitutional government got the Borgia treatment by the suit-and-pen.

Again, I prefer cloak-and-dagger.

Administrative form of government is nothing more than monarchy, Democrat, British in every sense: Ruling Americans. The IRS is everything our Founders fought to break free from— tyranny.

Now look at the IRS’ Disclosure And Privacy Law Reference Guide admitting it’s filthy. The IRS admits Americans were angry during the pre-IRS government publishing of income tax records:

The history of tax information confidentiality may be traced to the Civil War Income Tax Act of 1862, when tax information was posted on courthouse doors. Act of July 1, 1862…Ambiguities in that provision regarding public inspection led Congress, in 1864, to explicitly permit public inspection of the assessment list: It shall be the duty of the assessor . . . to submit the proceedings of the assessors . . . and the annual lists taken and returned as aforesaid, to the inspection of any and all persons who may apply for that purpose… and sometimes published in newspapers to promote taxpayer surveillance of neighbors. For the next 70 years, there was debate in Congress as to the effect of public disclosure on the tax system and to societal interests in general.

“Promoting taxpayer surveillance of neighbors’ is in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, as well as the First, Eighth–excessive fines–Ninth and Tenth Amendments.

We have rights that cannot be “disparaged” by government, we have rights to assemble, speak freely without fear that our exercised  rights will not incur government wrath.

States have rights the Sixteenth Amendment overreaches. What people do with their money is their business, not others, not even the government. Americans have rights to keep 100% of their paychecks, as well as land, without having it taxed to the point of forced sale or foreclosure, because one cannot afford excessive property taxes put in place to enrich the government and prevent private wealth.

Now look at today’s tax code written in the Nixon era:

Except for a few periods in our history, taxpayers’ tax information generally has not been available to the public – disclosure has been restricted. Congress has used two basic approaches in determining whether, and under what circumstances, tax information could be disclosed. Under the first approach, taken prior to 1977, tax information was considered a “public record,” but was only open to inspection under Treasury regulations approved by the President or under presidential order. Under this scheme, the Executive Branch essentially created all the rules regarding disclosure…By the mid 1970s, there was increased congressional and public concern about the widespread use of tax information by government agencies for purposes unrelated to tax administration. This concern culminated with the enactment of section 6103, passed as part of the Tax Reform Act of 1976… Congress eliminated much of the executive discretion concerning the disclosure of returns or return information…Congress established a new statutory scheme under which returns and return information are confidential and not subject to disclosure except to the extent explicitly provided by the Internal Revenue Code…the basic statutory scheme established in 1976 remains in place today.

Obama apologists keep placing Obama scandals at the altar of Nixon, claiming Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the IRS, and now the Associated Press scandal, are all equal to Watergate. Okay, I’ll accept that: Obama is doing a bang-up job following in the footsteps of the paranoid spy-in-Chief Richard Nixon, whose “enemies list” was used as a weapon, via the IRS, against everyone Nixon disliked and wanted silenced.

However, the Nixon-era tax code put in place a penalty for IRS thugs and any group, or president, authorizing harassment of the people:

Criminal penalties, including a felony for the willful unauthorized disclosure of returns.” But read further into the handbook and you find 1997 went further in this protection by stating the IRS “[C]reated a misdemeanor for the unauthorized inspection of returns or return information (section 7213A). In addition, in 1996, Public Law 104-294 provided that the unauthorized access of returns or return information in government computer files is a felony under 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(2)(B). Pub. L. No. 104-294, 110 Stat. 3488 (1996).

Obama forgets Nixon’s lies and cover-ups destroyed Nixon. Presidents cannot misuse laws to grow power and assume corruption will stay hidden. Yet Obama and his corrupt Marxist administration continues getting away with murder while Obama tells the people he has no knowledge of anything.  And now the IRS appears to be aiding and abetting Obama’s cover-ups for its power it now has over Obamacare.

I would rather deal with cloak hidden daggers versus suits with pens. A slit throat is less painful than a trashed life and everything you earned and own stolen by thug bureaucrats because the IRS decided it owns your life.

While all the so-called “Republican strategists” and conservative pundits debate the depth of the Obama Administration’s “evil deeds,” and while everyone in the conservative blogosphere is screeching “impeachment” at the top of their cyber-lungs, we who possess level heads; who deal in facts and realism instead of emotion and appearance, understand that the probability of impeachment is next to zero. This is because for all the misdeeds and ethical lapses of this administration; with the very serious issues they have exploited for political gain –  including those that took place at the expense of American lives and the sanctity of constitutional rights, “high crimes and misdemeanors” have not been executed by Mr. Obama, personally, that anyone can prove.

Additionally, there are two reasons why impeachment would never result in the removal of President Obama from office.

First, we have a Democrat majority in the US Senate. And while impeachment happens in the US House of Representatives, the trial conducted due to impeachment is held in the Senate, presided over by the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court. In the end, anyone who believes that a Democrat controlled Senate would vote to convict, thus executing Mr. Obama’s removal from office, is smoking something that is now legal in Colorado.

Second, the Republican establishment and elected leadership would never agree to move on impeachment for fear of losing a messaging battle with the Progressive machine that would leave them with the scarlet letter of “racist” around their organizational neck. Moving on the impeachment of Mr. Obama on charges of “high crimes and misdemeanors” would energize the Progressive base, motivate the race-baiter activists and give the Progressive-sympathetic mainstream media a reason to re-champion Mr. Obama, thus destroying any advantage the GOP may have thought they gleaned from the Obama-induced “scandals.”

And while there are some in this administration that very well should don orange jumpsuits for a period of time, the responsibility of prosecuting these people to conviction is predicated one of two events.

There can be an appointment of a special prosecutor – which requires an appointment of one by…wait for it…US Attorney General Eric Holder. With Mr. Holder’s contempt for Congress and anything not Progressive or “social justice,” and with his track record of biased prosecutions and non-prosecutions, pigs will fly before we see a special prosecutor appointed by Mr. Holder.

Then there is the option of the Department of Justice taking up the prosecution. Again, this would require action on behalf of Attorney General Holder. And again, because he would be – in at least one if not two of the “scandals” – implicated as a “wrong-doer,” well, pigs…wings…you get the picture.

I know, it sounds as if conservatives can’t win for losing. But that’s not the case. There are two opportunities that could not only seal Mr. Obama’s fate, but that could save the United States from one-hundred-plus years of Progressive incremental victories.

First, in light of the fact that the IRS is at the center of a scandal of mammoth proportions, a scandal that reeks of Progressive and/or Chicago-Progressive thug politics, the forces that champion comprehensive and radical tax reform could combine forces to affect true and real reforms in the tax code in either a flat tax, with absolutely no deductions, loopholes or exceptions; or a consumption tax. Either could completely replace the existing Progressive tax code (have you figured out why they call it that yet?) and literally neuter the IRS completely. Truly, it would be just desserts for an agency that has moved from the honest collection of taxes under a dysfunctional and politically charged tax code to a tyrant agency that routinely attacks the innocent, striking fear into the hearts of the law abiding.

But second, and frankly I believe more important, is the opportunity to spotlight the Progressive Movement for the tyrannical, oligarchical elitist, Fabian socialists that they really are; to educate the no- and low-information voters – in real time and with “in-the-news” issues that directly affect them – on how the Progressives actually despise the masses, even as they say they champion the worker (if they really champion the worker how come their signature achievement in Mr. Obama’s tenure – Obamacare – is set to raise the taxes on union health insurance plans in 2018 by 40%?).

If, by the grace of God Almighty, conservatives can dispose of the egos and join in an effort to communicate, if establishment Republicans can lose their penchant for “know-it-all,” “my-way” inside-the-beltway arrogance to provide the national apparatus by which to communicate, and if the TEA Parties can enjoin cohesively with both of the aforementioned to move the message; to educate; to inform the no- and low-information voters, in a non-aggressive and non-inflammatory way – if conservatives of all stripes can craft and move a message that defines the Progressive Movement for exactly who they are and exactly what their goal is for our country, then we have an opportunity to send their movement into a thousand years of darkness.

Imagine.

Of course, to do this would require conservatives to – at least for the moment – work together, something the “too-many-chiefs-and-not-enough-Indians” Conservative Movement does very poorly.

So, Conservatives of all stripes, establishment Republicans and TEA Partiers, it’s the bottom of the ninth and the score is tied. We’re at bat, their pitcher is tired and they have exhausted their bullpen.

How about it?…

“Let me be very very very very very very very very very clear. I don’t know.” Followed by a little, “That was a Bush appointee”.

I just summed up like six hours of testimony for you. You’re welcome.

Mostly what we’ve learned today is that Holder does nothing and knows nothing so he can be held responsible for nothing. But we should continue to pay him to do nothing and know nothing because racism. Also, it’s Bush’s fault.

Though it was mostly Holder’s voice on repeat saying, “I don’t know…let me be clear…I don’t know,” there were a few highlights in the testimony. Darrell Issa, having apparently tired of the constant obfuscation, pressed Holder to actually answer a question at which point the Attorney General of the United States collapsed into a full on temper tantrum, saying Issa’s “conduct” as “a member of congress” was “unacceptable and shameful”.

Representative Hank Johnson, when not wringing his hands over the possibility of Guam tipping over, expressed his frustration with the talk of Fast and Furious and Benghazi and wished everyone would focus on “real issues”. Because top government officials being directly responsible for the deaths of Americans isn’t nearly as real as that retarded squirrel Johnson is allowing to grow on his chin.

The greatest question so far came from Congressman Trent Franks. He took on the Left’s love of baby butchery by saying, “[Abortion is a] heartless disgrace that cannot be described by the vocabulary of man”. He then went on to ask Holder, ”Have you ever enforced the Born Alive Infant Protection Act even one time? After 18,000 opportunities?” In news that shocks no one, Holder stuttered and stumbled and could not answer the question. In stunning proof of the Left’s anti-life ideology, Holder did manage to sneak in a jab at President Bush, but could not defend his refusal to prosecute any of the 18,000 violations of the Born Alive Infant Protection Act.

Holder is still being questioned even as I type, so while we can call this story “developing”, it’s fairly safe to assume it won’t develop much beyond, “I don’t know”, “Bush’s fault”, and “racism”.

Before I really get going here, let me just say I’m sorry the “progressives” have abandoned you, that they’re pretending to condemn your bloody work. That must be hard; after all, they supported you for decades until your gruesome activities were brought to the light and started to harm their “babies are parasitic clumps of cells” narrative. Of all the things you so richly deserve, being betrayed by those who continue to support your fetus jihad isn’t one of them.

Anyway. This may sound odd coming from me, as I have spent my entire adult life fighting ferociously for the rights of the lives you so happily exterminated, but I do want to tell you “thank you”. Seriously.

Thank you, Kermie, for showing America the realities of the “choice” many of them support. As you know, the Left works tirelessly to cover up the realities of kill houses like yours. They operate a pro-abortion propaganda machine that rivals anything put out by Kim Jong-Un. And just like the North Koreans, Americans who favor abortion eat up the lies like candy, too brainwashed and blind to notice the foul taste in their mouths. But then your crimes against humanity were brought to light and fence sitters especially were forced to examine exactly what it was they were championing. Thank you for demonstrating what thinking people have always known, that the “war on women” comes from the Left. You took advantage of poor, vulnerable women in crisis situations. You maimed them. You gave them diseases. You performed medical procedures on them surrounded by filth. You even killed them.  You showed America that abortion isn’t about “womens’ rights”, but about profit at the expense of innocence. Along these same lines, you also showed the many what the few have always known; it’s the Left and specifically abortion proponents who are perpetrators of extreme racism. Not only were the majority of the babies you slaughtered black, but when you had the occasional white patient, you treated her infinitely better than her minority counterparts because, what was it you said? “That’s the way the world works”? Something like that. I’m paraphrasing. But the point is, Margaret Sanger would be proud. The Left is proud. You revealed their true colors. So thank you.

Thank you for being the poster boy of media bias. Your case was hardly a blip on the mainstream media’s radar because the (hopefully) fatal damage you did to the Left’s pro-abortion/anti-life agenda really terrified them. The water they carry for Obama and his brand of far left ideology is already so heavy, and then you came along and added obstacles that may well end up to be insurmountable. So thank you.

Mostly, thank you for finally being arrogant/careless/evil enough to get caught. You are a modern day Dr. Mengle. Yours is the kind of evil that makes Satan himself scratch his head in confused awe. While it took far too long and far too many women and babies suffered and died under your heinous “care”, at least your reign of terror has been stopped and now people are aware of how your counterparts operate. Though not surprising to many on the outside, this fall from grace by the administration, is revealing what many said but was previously scoffed at by the Mainstream Media; that the emperor has no clothes and if you mention it they will use strong arm methods to squelch your speech.

NBC’s investigative reporter Lisa Myers admits what few on the left want to believe or admit, that this administration has a history of intimidating those who speak against or even question their policies including reporters. The thinned skin Team Obama are intolerant of those who might distract from their story and the approved narrative.

Unfortunately, many in the general public who depend on their thirty minute nightly news program to inform, will remain woefully in the dark about these growing scandals. Now, more than ever, it’s time for those who more closely follow current events to spread the word, to share information. While news organizations, like the AP, may now finally begin speaking more loudly in light of their recent run in with Holder’s DOJ, others will continue to shrink from publicizing the truth in fear of negative reprisal. As individuals we must not let the intimidation tactics of this administration keep the public in the dark. If your friends haven’t heard about these atrocities, the strong arm tactics, the out and out lies perpetrated by this administration it’s time  to speak up. These non-partisan issues should outrage every American.

Talk to people.

Remind them why it is important for reporters to ferret out the truth and keep government officials honest. Let them know that while singling out one group of people who have ideas contrary to the government might seem good today, tomorrow the tables may turn and your group’s ideals may become subject to special government scrutiny. Tell them that while government officials, just like all of us, can make mistakes like in the Benghazi situation, we must take responsibility for our errors and not compound the mistakes by telling lies or blaming others. Inform them of the Chicago style politics used to force acceptance, and promotion, of the very divisive Obamacare.

Even if you are worried about being selected for unwanted attention by the government, speak up. Do it for your kids and for our future.

If you want to fly a Gadsden flag – Fly it. If you want to meet with fiscal conservatives at a “Lower Taxes” meeting – Do it. If a Tea Party rally inspires you to write about the Constitution -Write. Be brave.

Do not let them intimidate you.

Many times a new law that sounds good on the surface, only winds up hurting the many people it was supposed to help, for instance, Obama’s Health Care Law. President Obama’s signature health-care law, which has turned three years old, has already accounted for $31.3 billion in regulatory costs and liabilities, as well as 71.5 million hours of paperwork, according to a study from the American Action Forum (AAF). It would take more than 35,000 full-time employees working year round to fully comply with the monstrous Red Tape Tower the law has become.

According to the Government Accountability Office, Obama-Care is projected to add $6.2 trillion to the nation’s long-term deficits, despite presidential assurances that it wouldn’t add a “single dime” to our red ink: “This legislation is fully paid for, and will not add one single dime to our deficit.” Was Obama’s famous line, and what a line of crap it was too.  With over 20,000 pages of new regulation, and the fact that after ten years of Obama-Care, there will still be over 30 million people uninsured, this is one of those laws that hurt the American people more than helps.

New laws, new regulation, executive orders signed, Obama is having a ball taking away our freedoms, let’s face it the only people who new laws and regulations help, are the people in Washington, not the American people. I will be the first to admit that we need a certain amount of regulation, and a certain amount of laws in this country, but there comes a point when it is just about control and we have passed that point a long time ago.

Gun control laws that only hurt honest law abiding people and do nothing to keep the guns out of the hands of criminals are being pushed in this country, the second amendment seems to matter little. There are so many gun control laws on the books today, still they try to push more. Will they ever learn, they can pass all the gun control laws they want and criminals will still have guns, criminals do not care about laws, that’s why they are criminals.

The EPA runs wild with laws and regulations, it seems they have carte blanche to dictate whatever they want in the name of a better environment and they do not care how many innocent people they hurt. Are they needed? Yes, but their power is way out of control, they can ruin a person’s life with the stroke of a pen.

The list of laws and regulations are endless, yet every politician seems to always want more, and the only reason they want more, is that it makes them look as if they are doing their job, and each one they pass is only another chip of our freedom gone. Are we a free country anymore? That is something you have to decide, I myself have my doubts, and it is not getting any better.

Are there any politicians out there who have the balls to come into office and start repealing laws and regulation? If there are, they are sure keeping a low profile.

This is one man’s opinion.

But.

Today, I’d like to call your attention to the President’s first sentence at fifty seconds, “I first learned about this [the IRS debacle] from the same news reports that I think most people learned about this. I think it was on Friday…”

Honestly? Friday, this seemed like it could possibly be a situation connected to a small group of rogue, liberal, IRS agents, targeting only a small group of right wing extremists. But by this morning, many additional news reports indicate that senior officials within the IRS were aware of that many fiscal conservative or pro Israel groups were singled out for additional scrutiny. Is it truly possible that no one alerted the president to the possible huge repercussions of this issue?

If the president only learned about this possibly critical situation within the nation’s taxpaying agency through news channels where was his staff? Why is he not briefed on possible situations every day, every week by key staff and cabinet members? Or is he only briefed on those that are positive and show the administration in a good light?

Remember just a few weeks ago this president stated emphatically that the Obamacare travesty is mostly implemented, with only a few glitches.

One must ask, is Obama an isolated president? And if he is, who is running the show?

Interestingly, if we journey back to June 28, 1934, President Franklin Roosevelt, in his 5th Fireside Chat, included these words:

“A few timid people, who fear progress, will try to give you new and strange names for what we are doing. Sometimes they will call it “Fascism,” and sometimes “Communism,” and sometimes “Regimentation,” and sometimes “Socialism.” But, in so doing, they are trying to make very complex and theoretical something that is really very simple and very practical.” (see below video)

Both of these Presidents, I’m sure, have claimed to be upholding our Constitution, and were/are discharging their duties according to the principles espoused by, and agreed upon by, the very men who brought this Constitutional Republic into existence. But, if that were the case, wouldn’t the words of these Presidents also be similar in style and tone to the men who Founded the United States?

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”

George Washington:
“Government is not reason, it is not eloquence. It is force, and like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”

“Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil, in its worst state, an intolerable one.”

And, the above are but a few examples of the many words espoused by our Founders, who had a healthy skepticism, and perhaps a very realistic view of Government, and it’s inherent nature of abusing the Powers given to them. If the Founders, themselves, warned us of the threat of BIG GOVERNMENT, and the potential for tyranny, then, why do we see so many examples, today (as in the above examples), of politicians warning citizens about “their fellow citizens,” and trying to espouse the virtues of BIG GOVERNMENT?

I would even go a step further, and ask: If the policies espoused by Franklin Roosevelt were so inline with those of our Founders, and those enumerated in our Federal Constitution, then, why would he have even needed to evoke such words as Fascism, Communism, Regimentation, and Socialism? It should have been sufficient to point to the “specific power” Constitutionally Enumerated to Congress and The President, to validate being involved in the areas to which they were involved.

From the moment US Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice took to the airwaves to insist that the attacks that took the lives of a US Ambassador and three of his colleagues were, in fact, not a coordinated and planned terrorist assault of a US target of interest, but, rather, a “spontaneous” uprising turned violent, spurred by a third-rate video that literally no one had ever seen, the American people were being subjected to fact manipulation for political purposes. With an election coming up, a terrorist attack did not fit the Obama Campaign’s narrative that, “Osama bin Laden is dead and al Qaeda is on the run.” If the al Qaeda was on the run on September 11, 2012, it was running forward, bayonets fixed, with death in their eyes.

But re-writing history is nothing new to the Progressive Movement. During the time of Woodrow Wilson, Progressives perfected the art of propaganda to such an extent that many in the fascist  movements of Europe – Hitler, the hierarchy of the Nazi Party and even Italy’s Mussolini – took notice; impressed at the effectiveness and results achieved by Wilson’s Administration.

In Liberal Fascism, Jonah Goldberg writes:

“Under President Wilson, progressives perfected the art of government propaganda. Wilson appointed the journalist and former muckraker George Creel to head the Committee on Public Information (CPI), the first modern ministry for propaganda in the Western world. Thus empowered, Creel methodically assembled an army of nearly 100,000 ‘Four Minute Men,’ each trained by the CPI to deliver, at a moment’s notice, four-minute propaganda speeches at town meetings or any other public venues where they might be heard. In 1917–18 alone, these operatives delivered some 7.55 million speeches in 5,200 communities.

“In addition, the CPI produced – with taxpayer dollars – millions of posters, buttons, and pamphlets bearing pro-Wilson, Progressive messages. The CPI’s nearly 100 pamphlets were distributed to approximately 75 million people. ‘It was a fight for the minds of men, for the “conquest of their convictions,” and the battle line ran through every home in every country,’ Creel later recalled…

“The public-relations pioneer Edward Bernays learned the science of what he termed ‘the conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses’ during his time on Creel’s committee.”

To that end, it could be argued that Barack Obama’s entire life story is a product of decades of propaganda perfection. From Dreams From My Father to The Audacity of Hope, Mr. Obama’s entire life’s story has been very carefully crafted to present a myth rather than a man; a story rather than a life; an illusion instead of a person; an idea rather than reality. But I digress…

With UN Ambassador Rice’s advancement of the narrative that it was a protest over an inconsequential and poorly made film that served at the genesis for the murders of Ambassador Stevens and his colleagues, the spin of a propaganda machine meant to protect the Obama presidency began. CIA talking points used in a briefing to Obama Administration officials by the Director of National Intelligence were revised no less than two times in less than 24-hours – from 231 words that included references to jihadists and al Qaeda to 91 words that completely expunged all reference to radical Islamist participation, planning or premeditation.

And then the propaganda machine began to hum. From Ambassador Rice to White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to high-ranking officials at the Pentagon and CIA, to President Obama himself, the story – the talking points – were so succinctly crafted and choreographed that they could have been loaded into a teleprompter. Well-rehearsed and with authoritative style, each of these political operatives delivered the approved talking points text with conviction, insisting that they, too, were disgusted by the Islamophobic nature of the incendiary video. Mrs. Clinton even went so far as to look the father of slain former-Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods in the eye and say, “We will make sure the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.”

Of course, the light of the truth is shining on the facts of this story thanks to many in the new media, talk radio and FOX News, three information outlets routinely lambasted as “bias” and “right-wing” by the Progressive Movement’s many “useful idiots,” both in the mainstream media and the special interest community. And those facts, as they present, depict a much different reality – a much more truthful accounting – of the circumstances surrounding the slaughter in Benghazi. Ambassador Stevens and his colleagues were abandoned; left to fend for themselves and die in a foreign land so that an election could be won.

An equally disturbing truth, albeit not as lethal, is the fact that many serving in the highest elected offices in the United States; the highest offices in the Executive Branch as well as the Legislative Branch, left these people to die because of their political aspirations; so emboldened by their total commitment to a socio-political ideology, so cripplingly devoted to attaining the power that only winning elections can afford, that they blatantly and freely deceive the American people, even about lethal attacks on our diplomats; deadly attacks against our country.

Perhaps even more disturbing is the very real fact that many, if not all, of the people who voted for Mr. Obama in 2012 were led to incorporate the “Obama Campaign Islamophobic film narrative” into their decisions at the ballot box.

The facts being what they are, it cannot be denied that the decision to deceive the American people, the decision to flagrantly lie to the American people – and, in fact, the decision to abandon four Americans as they fought for their very lives – was a decision based on a political motive. The CIA talking points on the slaughter in Benghazi were purposely and grotesquely altered in an effort to deceive the voting public into believing the deadly events of September 11, 2012, were inconsequential to the 2012 Presidential Election; that everything that could have been done to save the lives of four Americans in the service of their country was done; that the hellfire that rained down on Ambassador Christopher Stevens, US Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, and former-Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods was the result of “common over-reactionary” violence associated with the hurt feelings of Islamofascists to which the Obama Administration had no recourse.

The decision to lie to the American people about the act of war that happened in Benghazi, Libya, on September 12, 2012, was made to mask the weak and conciliatory foreign policy of a president whose only real-life prerequisite experience for the highest office in the land was that of Chicago community organizer – not a constitutional scholar, not an exceptional legal mind, not a well-seasoned elected public servant, but a failed Chicago Progressive community organizer.

In the book, Fabian Freeway, Rose L. Martin explains the agenda mindset of the founders of the Fabian Socialist Movement, the very movement that would give birth to today’s Progressive Movement. Incidentally, among the founding members of this arrogant and totalitarian movement: George Bernard Shaw:

“From the outset, the nine young men and women who remained to found the Fabian Society had grandiose plans. Quite simply, they wanted to change the world through a species of propaganda termed ‘education,’ which would lead to political action. To a rather astonishing degree they have been successful…”

“Changing the world through a species of propaganda termed ‘education’.” Given the fact that the same people who lied to the American people about the slaughter in Benghazi are the very people in control of our public education system, I would have to say I have never read more chilling words.

When the people we elect to public office are caught lying there should be consequences; a price paid for the cost of the deception. Keeping in mind that the four Americans who died in the slaughter of Benghazi – whose last moments on this earth must have been hopelessly tormenting – have already paid the ultimate price in the service of their country, it is fair to say that, so far, the only price Mr. Obama has been made to pay for his deadly political opportunism is to be re-elected to the Presidency on the wings of a lie.

I’m sure he’ll lose sleep over it.

The question is, if a Fact Tree falls in Leftist Forest, does it make a sound? While celebrations of vindication are beginning to stir among the Right and people are beginning to speculate on the political fallout for Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and others who were complicit in abandoning four Americans to die and then lying to the American public about it, I have to wonder what difference, at this point, does it make? When has the Left cared for facts? When has the Left embraced reality?

Indeed, the “coverage” in the mainstream media has been mostly devoted to smearing the whistleblowers and running cover for the Obama Regime. Since the “blame an obscure YouTube video” narrative has failed, the Left is now pretending it’s rational to blame sequestration (never mind the fact that it took place nearly six months after the attacks) for inadequate security though the State Department confirmed “budget cuts” had absolutely nothing to do with it. The Left in this country and their pet media will stop at nothing to ensure Obama and Clinton face no consequences for their corrupt, deadly actions.

The sad fact is, though it is imperative that the truth come out, we no longer live in a country where truth matters. While there was once a time that scandals of half this magnitude brought down presidencies, the Benghazi debacle will be but another notch in Obama’s belt of scandals he’s emerged from unscathed.

Still, all is not lost. While the impeachment he’s earned is little more than a pipe dream, we can use this disaster of a president to motivate us to crush the evil that is leftism. We can do the job the media refuses to, and hammer home the reality of the corruption, the devaluing of life, and the abandonment of Americans and American values that has been the hallmark of this presidency. We can remind midterm voters in 2014 and presidential voters in 2016 of what came to light today in addition to Obama’s countless other failures in hopes that, perhaps, it will eventually make a difference after all.

If you ask your average American who Jodi Arias is, they will not only tell you who the slice and dice “Boyfriend Murderer” is, most Americans can relate every, single detail of the Arias murder trial and Jodi Arias’ life. But whatever you do, don’t ask too many Americans to enlighten you with the details of who, what, and where Benghazi is, you’ll most likely receive a blank stare. That’s because the slaughter of four brave American men–ignored by the Hillary Clinton’s U.S. State Department and Barry Obama’s White House during real time calls pleading for help–doesn’t compare to a blonde sexpot (suddenly turned dowdy four-eyed brunette spinster librarian) who shot her lover in the face before stabbing him 27 times and slitting his throat from ear-to-ear “in self defense.”

Just a note to all of you Jodi Arias aficionados; Benghazi is not a leg-breaker for hire from Brooklyn, New York or that really kool Japanese hibachi restaurant.

The above is not hyperbole, it’s a sad fact. The majority of Americans know who Jodi Arias is. So many Americans are preoccupied with her murder trial, that Arias has become the reigning queen daytime TV. Jodi Arias is a star and consumed more often at every dinner and dinner party discussion than our in-trouble-country.

Jodi Arias has been turned into a celebrity by TV, magazines, newspapers, pop culture and gossip. I wouldn’t be surprised if Arias has been the 2012-2013 colleges and universities leading lectures in every pre-law and law school classes versus the U.S. Constitution, vital history-changing Supreme Court cases, and Magna Carta.

If Jodi Arias gets off on self-defense for her violent act, America definitely owes Saddam Hussein an apology for calling his vicious style of torture, rape, and murder violent brutality.

Benghazi on the other hand has been turned into, as White House Press Secretary Jay Carney incongruously phrases it: “Let’s be clear, Benghazi happened a long time-ago.” In other words, old news.

Actually Carney, Pearl Harbor happened a long time ago, but that generation has never lost the horrible memory of what Japan did to America’s naval fleet, our brave men in uniform, or Hawaii’s maimed and murdered civilians.

The point is, for most Americans, Benghazi never happened, and not because Americans lack care, but for the reasons that the mainstream media ignored the slaughter in Libya in order to cover Obama’s butt in the weeks leading up to the November 2012 election. Heaven forbid voters might discover the president possibly ignored men being slaughtered. Those voters may not have reelected President Obama.

Worse yet, a Democrat White House scandal involving the murder of what happened to our men in women on the front lines is simply not as important as the murder trial of a tight-skirted, over-sexed knife-wielding loser bar-fly, or heaven forbid, missing an episode of Dancing With The Stars.

Jodi Arias is more important than the many economical and national security threats altering our nation, our lives, and the future of America.

Ask yourself this: How many times has important news regarding our troops overseas, national security threats caused by the failing U.S. economy, America’s failing education system, poor jobs numbers,  $2.2 trillion in entitlement spending bankrupting America, the $16.7 trillion and counting deficit in which “three-quarters of the deficit was financed by the Federal Reserve,”  Ben Bernanke over printing money and buying up more assets while the Dow Jones Industrial Average rises (creating unstable fiat-backed paper bubble that will burst into a Weimar and crash the markets if Ben doesn’t stop) for the live courtroom drama of Jodi Arias? How often is news concerning Obama’s preventing the much-needed pipeline, drilling on and off America shores for oil, coal and natural gas, and excessive borrowing from China, whom our government fawns over, and subsidizing questionable left-wing “Green” companies ignored for Jodi Arias’ trial?  What about the ignoring of the $6.3 trillion cost that will be added to the deficit if Marco Rubio’s “Gang of 8” amnesty bill goes through and provides 12 million illegals (I find it hard to believe that number is not 30-40 million after 30 years of amnesty bills) welfare and other tax-funded benefits that will pull the economy down further in order for TV cameras to focus on how Jodi Arias murdered her boyfriend? The answer is daily.

Furthermore, how many Americans can describe for you the blonde Jodi look versus the brunette Jodi look, but those same people are unable to illustrate the details Ty Woods experienced in order to try and save the U.S. Consulate Ambassador and his aides, as well the particulars of the four men being slaughtered by Muslim militants as they begged the State Department for support? How many Americans know who Ty Woods, Ambassador Stevens, Sean smith and Glen Doherty were? I’ve no doubt many Americans do know the name Ty Woods and Ambassador Stevens, but sadly that is as far as the knowledge extends.

I’m not even sure how many American high school and college kids, not to mention their dimwit parents, are aware that Susan Rice is not a brand you find in Isle Four of your super market.

More people know endless details about Jodi Arias’ life and trial than they know their own blood type.

Jodi Arias and her sensationalized trial are more important to Americans than every crisis we Americans are facing. If Jodi Arias gets off on self-defense, America owes Saddam Hussein an apology for calling his vicious style of torture, rape, and murder brutality.

Jodi Arias faces death (death most likely being 20 years of life sitting in prison cell thinking about how perhaps she should have only stabbed her boyfriend three times after blowing his head off) while America is facing the life and death of the Republic our Founders fought and many died for so we could have liberty.

Arias’ sentence is set to be handed down this week. But I say the judge should give Arias one act of community service Americans would be happy to agree to: Let Jodi Arias nurse the Boston Bomber before his trial since Arias is quite enthusiastic about taking care of gunshot wounds.

Today 21 Republican Senators vote to tax Americans even more, while five Democrats voted against higher taxes.

Shame on those republicans, and applause for those five Democrats.

The five Democrats with a proper vote are

America is taxed enough.  Anyone with any common sense knows the federal government is one of the most wasteful organizations in the world.  Taxes should be cut until the government learns how to manage its business in a responsible manner.

I hope everyone that believes in the dignity of this nation will call their senators as many time as possible demanding better of them.

Case in point: Edward R. Murrow, who was a member of the John F. Kennedy administration and later awarded the Medal of Freedom by Lyndon B. Johnson. Murrow is best remembered for TV news reports that led to the censure of a pro-America Senator Joseph McCarthy. The memory of Murrow is championed by “progressive” outlets such as Newsweek Magazine and NPR. The “progressive” former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann considers Murrow his idol. Members of today’s “progressive” media and “progressive” academia view Murrow’s name as synonymous with journalistic excellence.

By the year 2008, once the nomination of Barack Hussein Obama as the “progressive” Democratic Party’s candidate for president was secured, the “progressive” Party Pravda, also known as the American mainstream media, moved beyond the subliminal (and sometimes not so subliminal) bias they had manifested for decades and entered the realm of advocacy.

Make that “progressive” advocacy.

Media bias against Conservatives and in favor of “progressive” concepts and candidates is nothing new. Look at what they did to Joseph McCarthy, Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Dan Quayle and Andrew Breitbart.

However, in today’s world their tactics have exceeded bias and grotesquely mutated into deifying “progressivism” while vilifying Conservatism. Look at what they have done for Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Michael Bloomberg, Chuck Schumer, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. Look at what they have done and are doing to Sarah Palin, Herman Cain, Allen West, Mia Love, Tim Scott, Bobby Jindal, Ted Cruz and Benjamin Carson.

At each and every available opportunity, the “progressive” Party Pravda has eagerly jumped to wrongly suggest that every violent public occurrence was likely committed by a potentially dangerous, Conservative right wing Tea Party extremist type. For example, take the cold-blooded Gabby Giffords shooting, the tragic Newtown Connecticut murders and the Boston Marathon Islamo-fascist terrorist bombing.

Meanwhile, what did the “progressive” Party Pravda do to truthfully report what happened in Benghazi, Libya on 9/11/2012, when four Americans were left to die? Did they level with America and disclose that the Obama administration was involved in a massive presidential election year cover-up or did they knowingly and willfully repeat White House talking points in order to aid and abet Obama’s re-election? How about the Department of Justice’s ill-advised, ill-fated Fast and Furious gun running operation which intentionally put semi-automatic weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, where those weapons were involved in the slaughter of hundreds of Mexican civilians and a U.S. Border Agent? Do Americans know the real unemployment numbers and why the reported numbers are artificially low? How many Americans know that the U.S. Senate, under the so-called leadership of “progressive” Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) consciously neglected to pass a budget in four years? Do they know about the gruesomely bloody late term abortion/murder trial in Pennsylvania of Kermit Gosnell? What do they know about the death toll in Syria’s ongoing civil war?

The “progressive” Party Pravda is government controlled media telling the American public what “progressive” politicians want them to think, want them to focus on and where their attention should be directed.

Trusting information disseminated by the “progressive” Party Pravda is a fool’s errand. They are not to be trusted. They are hiding the truth about America’s political system, the federal government’s centrally planned “progressive” controlled academic agenda, the degenerative nature of American popular culture, and intentionally misleading the public about events, facts, figures and the importance of adhering to and restoring America’s exceptional values and historic traditions.

Thanks largely to the “progressive” Party Pravda’s reinforcing wrong headed ideas being infused into the minds of the voting public by academia and pop culture, Americans are seemingly unaware of the shift in America’s political dynamics. They are oblivious to the swing away from the now obsolete century plus old Republican versus Democrat political paradigm.

The two things that started me thinking, were when Mr. Beckel said that we should stop letting Muslims into this country with student visas and also admitted that Muslims are indeed the enemy, something that Obama still refuses to admit, I agree with him on both counts. Our enemy are Muslims, so why wouldn’t we scrutinize them more than anyone else? Now if anyone else on Fox had said the same things that Mr. Beckel said, they would have been branded a racist on every Liberal outlet, but because he belongs to their club, he gets a pass, funny how that works.

“I think we really have to consider, that given the fact so many people hate us, we’re going to have to cut off Muslim students from coming to this country for some period of time, so that we can at least absorb what we got, look at what we’ve got and decide whether some of the people here should be sent back home or sent to prison,” As Mr. Beckel spoke those words while I was watching one of my favorite shows The Five, I immediately got up and grabbed a Q-Tip to clean out my ears, because I thought there might be something wrong with my hearing.

Mr. Beckel also said, “If the FBI could not deal with this fellow in Boston with all they had on him, it seems to me that we ought to give time for them to clear up their problems with the current Muslim population here and then let students come back in.”

Mr. Beckel is correct. There are now 75,000 foreign students from Muslim countries attending college in the U.S. and 20,000 more on the way in the fall. According to unofficial inquiries made to the Department of Homeland Security, agencies involved in screening students after they receive visas are said to be backlogged on making contact with the new U.S. arrivals. The big problem here is that some of these foreign students never enroll in a U.S. college once they get here. When their visa runs out, they stay here illegally without identification or residence notification.

There was also another time I found myself agreeing with Mr. Beckel, it was during the Amazing Race controversy. On the show, the twisted metal of the downed plane is treated as any other prop, with a bright “Amazing Race” “Double-U-Turn” signed planted in front of it, signifying to contestants the next phase of their scavenger hunt.
“There are 850,00 American Vietnam veterans alive today, and you owe them an amazing, big apology,” Beckel said, noting he once worked for CBS, and had even been against the war for “policy” reasons.

That’s three times I found myself agreeing with a Liberal, that’s more than I agreed with a Liberal in my sixty years on this earth, so I naturally had to question my Republican thinking. Then it dawned on me, I wasn’t the one who was changing, it was Mr. Beckel who was coming over to my side. I guess after all those years working on Fox, his head is finally getting out of the clouds and he is finally coming down to reality. Good for you Mr. Beckel, every Liberal has to wake up and smell the coffee and realize that Liberal policies just don’t work. Keep up the good work Mr. Gutfeld, Mr. Bolling, Miss Perino, Miss Tantaros, Miss GuilFoyle, you will have him voting Republican in 2016.
