Sarah Palin’s Heart and Soul – True Conservative American Convention

Palin has stood and continues to stand on conservative principles that count in American homes.

The recent RNC Convention in Tampa, Florida was missing one of its most essential conservative ingredients to showcase the essence of the conservative 2010 Republican comeback story.  That comeback was largely due to the grassroots organizing tenacity of Sarah Palin.  Whatever the rationale used by the RNC or Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s campaign strategists to keep Palin’s presence on the sidelines, it missed the point of the narrative.  It was therefore incomplete.

There were remarkable women and others, who spoke at the RNC Convention, but Palin is more than a good speech, she is a foundation builder.

Imagine for a moment, if Sarah Palin and the Tea Party Patriots around this nation had listened to the radicalized left and liberal media pundits.  What if they had done “what they were told” to not make noise, to not organize, to keep their passion for America’s future and potential demise to themselves?  The American conservative comeback of 2010 would have been a “might have been” instead of a solid building block for reemerging American patriotism that the movement has become.

Sarah Palin not only helped developed the new political conservative narrative for America, her heart and her soul is the heart and soul of every American patriot who does not need to watch a political convention to be told and shown what is relevant to them.  Rather, the conservative patriots know full well that the true conservative American Convention is a convention held in their homes and communities each and every single day.

What if America had been subjected to Democrat retention of the House in 2010? What if President Obama had been able to continue to steam roll his misguided agenda into other areas beside Obamacare’s?  A House lead by Speaker Nancy Pelosi could easily have given more trillion dollar bailouts to union leaders, government entitlement handouts and granted illegal aliens first in line job training, education and full citizenship rights.  States would be forbidden to arrest and maintain illegal aliens and all borders would be open and free to any illegal alien that wanted to take advantage of America’s welfare and healthcare systems.
The U.S. Constitution would have been even more abused than Obama’s has already done by failing to enforce laws passed by congress, and usurping federal laws by declaring that nearly one million illegal aliens can avoid a federal constitutionally passed law by breaking it through his executive order.  His rationale, “It’s the right thing to do”   usurped the U.S. Constitution’ separation of powers, and made socialist edicts the new law of the land.

President George Washington’s warned against this type of governmental usurpation of the U.S. Constitution.  He stated in his Farewell Address of  1796:, “But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this in one instance may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield.

The Tea Party take over in the House with its congressional candidates prevented a much greater devolution of the nation’s constitution.  Instead it was the steady vigilance of the Tea Party Nation in states across America and Sarah Palin who worked tirelessly to insure those victorious outcomes were secured..

Most critically is the religious and moral foundation on which Palin’s pursuit of American conservative convention lies:  President Washington covered this necessity in his 1796 Farewell Speech.  He stated “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness — these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens.

As one can easily surmise, Palin’s embrace of this essential religious and morally principled doctrine successfully guided her in 2010 as well into historic primary wins in states like Texas with Ted Cruz for U.S. Senate.

Instead in the months leading up to the RNC Convention in Tampa, the RNC and Romney camp appeared to focus more on building an assault strategy to showcase at the convention.  They danced away from any attempt to embrace or acknowledge the solid results of a Tea Party conservative revolution and Sarah Palin, a conservative leader who successfully rekindled the Washingtonian beliefs and philosophy“Let it simply be asked, Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?”
The rekindling of support for those time honored values are more than just a sound bite.  Sarah Palin’s work is solid and there is a new conservative dynamic taking place at dinner tables across America.  The conservative American Convention is televised on social media sites in the tens of millions. The patriots share news on these social networks which are unafraid, un-bought and unbent.

This new social dynamic is the home, where the renaissance of conservative principles, religious ideals and values is the foundation which is as old as the bible and as contemporary as this morning’s kitchen breakfast discussion.  So, in many ways, Sarah Palin’s appearance for one week out of a presidential campaign at a national convention was not as important as keeping her out building and supporting conservative leaders across America.

As her guide, Palin has stood and continues to stand on conservative principles that count in American homes.  As Washington so eloquently phrased it, “And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.”

America will win against an Obama White House and administration that has abandoned moral and religious principles.  America will win in all the November general elections to follow, by listening to the clarion call of an American conservative leader. Palin has traded attempting to fit into the mainstream political culture, and instead has helped create a culture that is true, that is authentically patriotic.

Sarah Palin’s heart and soul is as true as the words and leadership that America’ heroic founding father and first President offered, “The name of American, which belongs to you in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of patriotism.”  This is Sarah Palin and this is her American Convention.

Media Chief Fired – Romney “Happy to Throw a Party With Black People Dying”

When is it ever hilarious that the thought  of dozens if not hundreds of black people desperately clinging for life as torrential waters batter their children, mothers or neighbors ever funny?  David Chalian, a former political director with ABC News thought it was fair game to use a hate-mongering attack against Mitt Romney and Republicans gathered at the RNC Convention in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday.  In his vicious racist attack he said, Romney is, “Happy to throw a party with black people dying.”

Mayor Mia Love of Utah addresses RNC Convention is attacked by hackers who hate GOP and conservative message for America

Chalian, who was recently the Washington Bureau Chief for Yahoo News was fired for his online remarks, which brought no sense of alarm or even admonition from any of his on air colleagues.  This has become frighteningly familiar and comfortably abusive behavior by many liberal media persons who repeatedly target Republicans leaders and Tea Party members.

Only last night after Utah mayor and congressional candidate Mia Love gave a stunning speech at the Republican National Convention, her Wikipedia page was hacked. So in an atmosphere of  glowing GOP support for a rising star of the GOP who happens to be an African American woman, liberal attackers practiced their deceitful craft.  They used morally offensive language on her page and called her a “dirty, worthless wh*re who sold her soul in the name of big business, “and a house ni**er.”

This is the repugnant culture that mainstream media reporters and anchors have permitted to fester and grow, that seeds this type of morally bankrupt conduct. This is not new.

You do not have to go back very far to find media targeted bias. Last month, in the wake of the Colorado movie theater shootings, where 12 people were murdered, ABC News went on the air with a libelous claim against a Colorado Tea Party member.  During a morning news segment of Good Morning America, Anchor George Stephanopoulos, and Brian Ross, ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent erroneously and callously linked an innocent Colorado man with the same name to this tragedy without making any attempt at verification of his identity.   His only “alleged crime” was having being a member of the Tea Party. Brian Ross was never fired or reprimanded.

Will GOP National Convention pro-life support energize conservative voters

Sarah Palin has actively supported Susan B. Anthony List pro-life efforts

The country is now in the third quarter of a presidential election year that may very well determine the direction of the nation for the next quarter century in the battle to establish whether the right to life for the unborn will thrive or wither on the vine.  It is clear that historic battle lines are now being drawn, and liberal advertising blitzes are being planned and will be unleashed against Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan next week. This will occur after the GOP National Convention delegates formerly adopt the pro-life plank along with the convention platform in Tampa, Florida.

This right to life platform stand is more than just a thrown-in addition to the party platform to be discarded after the convention nominates Mitt Romney as the Republican Party presidential nominee and Paul Ryan as the vice-presidential nominee. This is a clarion call to all supporters of life that the election is going to define leadership on life itself.

Liberals under President Obama will continue to fight to destroy life by defending a “mother’s” right to kill, to eliminate their child’s life.  Sure, it may be couched in neatly convenient neutral terms like ”woman’s right to choose”, but murder by way of abortion, is not a choice, it is a legalized death sentence for the unborn, and a continuing moral scandal supported by liberals who would rather support the “soul” of a tree, rather than the soul of a unborn creation of God.

The real question, is how committed are conservatives to fight for the future of an unborn child, when the Hollywood  firebombing machine is revving up as the GOP convention attendees begin to assemble in Tampa?  Is this simply a convention platform plank to bring in conservatives?  Or is the pro-life stance a rallying point, that has the full weight and credit of the U.S. Constitutional spirit that protects the personhood of each and every man, woman and child in this nation?

The Pro-life plank states in part, Faithful to the ‘self-evident’ truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed, … We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.”

The words are not difficult to understand.  The sanctity of life is fundamental and it is complete!  The Fourteenth Amendment protections   must apply to an unborn child.  Their right to life such should and must be protected.  There is no reason for misinterpretation or equivocation.

This pro-life plank gives purpose and clarity of leadership to all convention delegates. Their vote and support, gives them an opportunity to distinguish themselves as warriors for protecting and preserving the right for a child. As they return to their hometowns they have to continue to fight to guarantee the unborn the same identical legal protections and privileges that anyone has in this great and wonderful nation.

The pro-life plank support is essentially a first step which can be likened to the Declaration of the Independence adoption by the Constitutional Convention in 1776.  Once it was adopted, there was cause for celebration, but the real battle of independence still had to be fought and more importantly still had to be won. Words of support will not win this war for life, but planning or taking part in pro-life activities in your community will help strengthen a victory for constitutional life federal legislation.

Pro-life activities are occurring this month. For example, the Susan B. Anthony (SBA) organization has begun a 30- stop national tour to raise grassroots attention concerning the Obama administration’s extremist pro-abortion record. Obama’s pro-abortion actions include continuing to use tax dollars to support Planned Parenthood’s abortion-related activities and refusing to protect, “baby girls from the lethal discrimination of sex-selective abortion,” according to SBA.

This week, SBA and Ohio Right to Life have joined SBA in taking the tour to Toledo, Dayton and Lima, Ohio on Wednesday. The state tour continues on Thursday to Cincinnati, Columbus and Zanesville, Ohio. The other battleground states on the tour include, Iowa, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Florida.

As conservative voters it is time to draw a distinct and unmovable line in the sand, where losing freedom and sacrificing justice for the unborn is a future that will no longer be tolerated in America.

The obligation of the nation’s patriot’s is not to yield sovereignty to the Hollywood elite, liberal punditry or to a president whose only obligation it seems is to singlehandedly  dismantle the U.S. Constitution’s personal and state’s rights.

Rather the citizen patriot should embrace their God given rights and insure that a nation built on moral biblical principles and constitutional rights, including the right to “life and liberty will not be abridged.

Founding Father and former President John Adams spoke on October 11, 1798, stating, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

So stand with strengthening the constitutional cords of our nation and defend its religious heritage in order to protect the right to life of the unborn, now, tomorrow and until their U.S. constitutional protection is won.  Now is that time!

Petition supports Sarah Palin America’s Heartland speech At GOP Convention

Send the RNC and the Romney campaign a message and sign the petition to “Let Sarah Speak.”

What is America’s mainstream republican leadership in the RNC or the Mitt Romney presidential campaign afraid of, by not letting Sarah Palin take the podium?

Are they in dread that Sarah Palin will wow the convention and America by drawing from her deep well of passionate and fervent feelings for America’s families suffering in the heartland? Does the Romney campaign feel somehow skittish that she will make a better case against Obama’s growing nightmarish handling of America’s economy and his intentional goal to undermine the U.S. constitution, than Romney or Ryan can? There are a lot of questions but no real honest answers available.

One answer to this lingering campaign non-commitment, is a petition supporting Palin speaking at the convention. You can sign and circulate it, to show your support for her continued conservative leadership and need to speak at the upcoming GOP Convention. Supporting her is a matter of principle not political gamesmanship. Let your principles and voice be heard.

After all, Governor Palin’s leadership has been, and continues to be genuine, principled, and unselfish. She has forgone the insider politics as usual approach, and instead has embraced the Tea Party’s inclusiveness and grassroots focus on conservative issues and solutions that have been neglected by the glad handing backroom political deal makers of either party.

So forgive Sarah Palin if her tireless campaigning for the past several years has been to build a new sense of political, social and fiscal issue empowerment that translates into real grassroots power. It seem that since the epicenter of power has shifted from Washington D.C., the liberal pundits and certain GOP elected officials have decided that Palin’s commitment to grassroots political power is both something to be feared as well as neutralized.

Now is not the time for Romney and Ryan to head into a presidential campaign battle with their fingers crossed hoping that Palin’s conservative supporters will somehow transfer their support for her to the GOP team, because of Ryan’s vice presidential selection.

This notion misses the point completely. Leadership and rallying troops is not like trading horses. This is not a time for political games playing. President Obama has launched an all out assault upon the American Constitution, and he has shown that he will take it apart piece by piece, with executive orders as often as he deems necessary. In battle, you don’t leave a field general at home in war, because you fear her command leadership will outshine you. This is war for America’s future not a beauty contest!

After this presidential election has long been logged into the annuals of digital history, those who will inherit the results of this election will either live in a nation severely economically and constitutionally diminished or a nation rescued from the brink of socialism and biblical principle abandonment.

In 1976, then, Governor Ronald Reagan understood the need to fight to preserve an America, 100 years from then.

At that time, President Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan had fought for the presidential nomination, which President Ford won. Instead of being bitter about the political combat and preventing Reagan from taking the convention podium, President Ford offered Reagan the opportunity to speak to an America that was in crisis.

Reagan’s speech added to the energy of the convention and helped to set into motion a new and refreshed vibrancy within the conservative movement.

Ronald Reagan reminded the convention attendees and America that in 2076, no one at present would know what kind of a world Americans will inherit. He said, “Will they look back with appreciation and say, ‘Thank God for those people in 1976 who headed off that loss of freedom, who kept us now 100 years later free, who kept our world from nuclear destruction’?… This is our challenge; and this is why here in this hall tonight, better than we have ever done before, we have got to quit talking to each other and about each other and go out and communicate to the world that we may be fewer in numbers than we have ever been, but we carry the message they are waiting for.”

Sarah Palin is carrying the message that millions in America’s heartland are waiting for. An election is won with more than a focus on numbers and budgets or hundreds of millions of dollars spent on television attack ads.

It is won in the grassroots campaign trenches found in Ohio counties and Pennsylvania coal fields and in the farmlands of Iowa, Indiana and Illinois and in the kitchens of homes in Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Florida and so many others. Sarah has been in the trenches and has worked tirelessly for the election of Tea Party backed conservative leaders like congressman Allen West of Florida, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky and New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez, and many, many others.

Let her remind America at the convention, of the fierce urgency of now. As President Ronald Reagan eloquently stated, “Let us be sure that those who come after will say of us in our time, that in our time we did everything that could be done. We finished the race; we kept them free; we kept the faith.”

Sarah is keeping the faith for everyone in the nation’s heartland for the present and America’s future.

You can actually help to “Let Sarah Speak” by sending the RNC and the Romney campaign a message and sign the petition to “Let Sarah Speak.” Conservatives can send a message that like Reagan, you want to keep the faith for your family and America’s future. Help get the word out to other conservatives and let Sarah Speak. Click here to sign the petition. Its not over until it is over!

Obama Campaign Admits Lawsuit Targets Ohio Military Voters To Equalize Vote

Obama Campaign and Ohio democrat leaders sue state of Ohio over protecting overseas early voting for military soldiers

Senior Obama Campaign official David Axelrod, admitted Sunday, August 5th on Fox News that Ohio military voters who are allowed early voting was indeed the target of the lawsuit filed against the state of Ohio. He incorrectly claimed that military early voting was an exception, which must be corrected, so that all Ohio voters can have the right to vote early

As Ohio Democrats and the Obama campaign were targeting the military overseas voters and lambasting the Ohio state legislature and the Secretary of State for engaging in alleged discriminatory practices, they conveniently avoided mentioning that federal law protects early voting rights of overseas soldiers.

The Obama lawsuit’s claim for relief states that as a matter of fact, Ohio voters are similarly situated as military overseas voters, in their inability to vote early. The lawsuit states: “Whether caused by legislative error or partisan motivation, the result of this legislative process is arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters with respect to in-person early voting,”

What is clear is that the intention of the lawsuit is to convey a sense of voter rights imbalance where none exists both legally or factually. The Obama lawsuit claims that the action by the state of Ohio was, ‘arbitrary’ and unconstitutional to allow three extra days of in-person early voting to military voters and their families who are overseas.

Yet, the 1986 and amended 2010 Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act allows this preferential treatment as a matter of fact and of law.

The very purpose for the law’s passage was due to congress’ recognition that tens of thousands of soldiers could not avail themselves of their U.S. Constitutional voters rights due to actual physical impossibilities related to their military service. Ohio voters are not confronted with similar physical service impossibilities. This is a matter of fact. So, where are the factually similar ongoing warfare conditions that military soldiers face, to be found for Ohio voters in the state? The Obama camp claims that the Ohio’s law provides, arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters. The Ohio democrat’s claims do not add up.

This lawsuit filing was more a political ploy by the Obama campaign and their desperate democrat allied officials in Ohio, to use the heroic military soldiers of Ohio as part of their ominous chess game. In fact, Ohio democrats could legally surmise before filing the lawsuit, that the state could legally establish voting procedures.

In fact earlier in July, Ohio democrat officials first claimed urban voters, i.e. democrat base voters would be deprived of their “right to early voting.” In fact, the few counties that used this practice saw a dwindling number of voters using this option. Democrats lost that round, and then turned their targets on the one group of voters, who were overseas defending the nation: Ohio military voters. Democrats hoped that this inconvenient mistruth would stick against the legal wall.

The Ohio democrats and the Obama political voter bean counters in Chicago went into court with this fallacy of reverse discrimination being practiced in Ohio. It is probable that they concluded that a federal judge would ignore the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which gives military overseas personnel the legal right to have access to early voting and extended voting. Not going to happen.

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act reads in part under Section G, paragraph D: “Hardship Exceptions”, that congress recognized as a matter of both fact and law, that military voters who are serving overseas are materially situated differently than other voters and therefore their voter rights must be protected and insured.

The law specifies that states must develop:

“(D) a comprehensive plan to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters are able to receive absentee ballots which they have requested and submit marked absentee ballots to the appropriate State election official in time to have that ballot counted in election for Federal office, which includes:

“(i) the steps the State will undertake to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters have time to receive, mark, and submit their ballots in time to have those ballots counted in the election;

Ohio state officials were keeping consistent with federal law which legally grants an exception for overseas military voters. In fact, the Obama administrations own U.S. Justice Department asserts that it works vigorously to enforce the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.It states the, “department has worked to aggressively enforce UOCAVA and the MOVE Act in order to ensure that all military and overseas voters can exercise their right to vote, and have their votes counted.”

The facts are clear. The U.S. Justice Department is aware of the law and says it enforces it. The state of Ohio election officials are attempting to do the same. The Ohio legislature’s intention was to protect the federal rights of military overseas voters. So don’t be fooled by the bait and switch legal and campaign tactics by the Obama campaign and Ohio democrats.

In the end, Ohio democrats and the Obama campaign are engaged in a high takes politically charged chess game and they are unfortunately using Ohio military overseas soldiers as the pawns. In November, the Ohio voters…all of them including the military voters will checkmate the Obama campaign and the Ohio democrat cronies.

Obama Campaign Sues To Eliminate Ohio Military Early Voting Rights

In the midst of foreign enemy pitched firefights, IED’s and rocket barrages, the Ohio military service men and women are now being targeted by an enemy at home as well. Obama presidential campaign officials, with the apparent go ahead from the commander-in-chief is suing to eliminate the legal voting rights of Ohio military soldiers. Millions in Ohio and across the nation may regard this as an unthinkable act of unbelievable disservice to soldiers who place themselves in harm’s way daily. Of course, they would be correct.

For a calculating politician who had just visited the Buckeye State, just scant days before, one would surmise that this callous act would not have occurred. Well it has occurred and it is clear from the Obama administration’s undertaking to openly deceive and divide the voting public with deceptive attention diverting advertising ploys against Mitt Romney, their end game is to win this key battleground state.

What drives this desperate move to disarm Ohio’s military voters is possibly tied to the Wednesday Gallup Poll numbers that were released, showing Obama’s approval poll numbers stalling at 46 percent in Ohio. If these underperforming approval ratings worsen as the campaign heads into the post Memorial Day election battlefield, Obama and his administration will be decommissioned by the voters of Ohio.

Enter the Obama campaign’s clumsy effort to outflank the one area of the Ohio voter base that can unseat the president: the military vote. This is important, because in the 2008 presidential election, approximately 1.7 million votes or close to 30 percent of Ohio’s vote total were cast through absentee ballots. With the military vote making up a large chunk of the votes cast and most military votes are supposedly typically cast for the republican presidential candidate, you can do the math. Eliminate the military early voting right and you eliminate a probably Obama presidential re-election loss.

What appears unfathomable to a majority of Americans in the heartland, is how can a president of the United States fight to protect the rights of millions of illegal aliens who engage in an ongoing criminal activity, i.e. residing in the United States by breaking federal and state laws of entry. Meanwhile soldiers under President Obama’s command are being undermined by this same commander-in-chief who is fighting in the courts to destroy the valuable voting rights of military servicemen and women protecting this nation.

Righteous outrage is the first phrase that comes to mind and former decorated military officer and now Florida congressman, Allen West is outraged by this dishonorable practice by Obama and his presidential campaign. Congressmen West stated, “To have the Commander in Chief make our US Servicemen and Women the target of a political attack to benefit his reelection actions is reprehensible.”

Yes, indeed and when you think about your family members who have been noble in their performance of duty and service to this nation it indeed leaves one with a deep sense of betrayal by Obama and his administration. On one hand as Obama’s campaign fights to take soldier’s early voter rights, the other Obama hand fights to increase and fast track jobs, education, housing for illegal aliens. His administration also is in court fighting to weaken state voter ID laws which will increase illegal alien illegal voting.

Soldiers who wear the uniform of the United States’ military are not going to take this laying down. In fact, while the president’s men are sniping at our soldiers’ voter rights, military organizations have entered the field of battle. AMVETS, the Association of the U.S. Army, The National Guard Association of the Unites States and many others are rallying to the cause in a concerted effort to force dismissal of the Obama’s sanctioned lawsuit against soldiers.

Americans all over this nation, who have loved ones in the military, have been in the military or who simply love and support the military should let the Obama administration know your feelings.

Write to this page… and let your feelings as well as your support be known!

Write to your congressional representative. Write the White House. Stand with the soldiers and with Congressmen Allen West who says with a noble heart, “As a Combat Veteran, for this President to unleash his campaign cronies against our Military is unconscionable… Barack Obama is undeserving of the title Commander-in-Chief.”

Ohio’s military knows it; Now America must know it…Forward to November when American military soldiers can give President Obama his separation from service papers for dishonorable conduct. This is a change that America can believe in.

Does God deserve credit for Gabrielle Douglas’ Olympic Gold Record

As a record shattering Olympian, gold medalist Gabrielle (Gabby) Douglas leapt into history as the first American athlete to win the prestigious team gold and the all-around gold medal in the same Olympics.

What is equally monumental is that she prepared herself for the arduous competitions by drawing upon her strength from God. In the midst of what has to be tremendous pressure, she has always maintained her faith and presence of mind to reach out to the Lord.

Sounds familiar?

Of course football sensation and devout Christian quarterback Tim Tebow does it as well, and many national comedians and liberal political pundits have attacked him for his faithful practice of kneeling on the gridiron and giving thanks to God.

His righteous practice has accomplished very noble purposes and caused him to be the target of vilification as well. First, he has shown his strength to honor his creator and thereby be a Christian role model for other young athletes. His commitment on the football field helps them to not be afraid to show that God has prepared their spirit and heart for the competition of the day.

Secondly, Tebow’s practice demonstrates a true Christian ministry that parents can point their children to as an example of standing for your faith, even when adversity and cruel pointless comments attempt to diminish their young spirits.

Does God deserve credit for Gabrielle Douglas Olympic gold record?

It appears that Gabby believes that he does. In fact, before the beginning of her All-Around competition, Gabby tweeted to the whole world, “Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things He does for me.”

Yes, Gabby sent out a message that is as clear as her faith is pure and her determination is focused, that the Lord, is responsible. She has shown that he endures in her heart and in her spirit and helped guide her pathway to historic Olympic gold.

Will she become scoffed at by comedic hatchet men for atheists, disbelievers, and liberal sanity challenged liberal pundits like HBO Bill Maher’s diatribes or even worse Bill Press? Yes it was liberal pundit Bill Press, who denounced Tebow’s actions in December of 2011 on his radio show, by stating, “Tell Tebow: ‘S-T-F-U’ (Shut the F**k Up) About Jesus.” Seems that Bill Press is immersed in his fear of Tim Tebow’s influence and his ability to expand his Christian ministry on the football field. Tough luck Press, on field penalty for illegally holding onto hate!

One has to wonder just how soon will these types of callous assaults that have been targeted at Tim Tebow by the likes of David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon, Jay Leno and others, will soon be directed toward Gabby Douglas. Yet, does it truly even matter that these comedic assaults which are germinated in the garden of hate and fear of God and of Christ are aired over and over again?

Not really, because the faith in Gabby Douglas’ and Tim Tebow’s heart and in their spirit is far more powerful than the comic engineers of hateful assaults upon Christian athletes.

Gabby and Tim listen to a different voice and it is both kind and reassuring, “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.” 1 Corinthians 9:25

So Gabby, you go girl and keep competing and keep winning for a grateful nation and a God who has provided you with the strength, courage and spiritual peace that has kept your eye on the sparrow.

What will her stellar Olympic wins mean in the months and years ahead for other young gymnasts who are witnessing her testimony of faith as she gracefully excelled in Olympic excellence? It means that like Tim Tebow, she can be a tremendous Christian role model, for other young girls and women. They will not fear to display the heart of a true a Christian, and a potential Olympian, who is guided by the hand of God.

They will now have the courage of their convictions to say aloud and to say proudly, as Gabby prayed before her competition: “Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things He does for me.”

Let me know what you think: http://shar.es/vcs4S

Gabby has shown that God endures in her heart and in her spirit and helped guide her pathway to historic Olympic gold.

Obama visit amazes Ohio and America with audacity of hopelessness

You do not have to be a political genius to understand that if the state of Ohio falls out of the President’s win column in November, he and Michelle will be packing their bags and heading back to Chicago faster than he can say, “Oh no they didn’t!”

Wednesday, the president went to several key democrat voter strongholds in Ohio, in order to reinforce a political firewall against a probable loss of the state of Ohio. The cities of Akron and Mansfield are crucial to the Ohio democrat voter bean counters. Their campaign goal is to continue to mystify the voters in Ohio in believing that they should care more about what Mitt Romney did in the private sector and his tax returns.

Meanwhile, these same voters are suppose to magically ignore the fact that empty unfulfilled Obama promises do not put bread on the table, nor does has it created non-existent jobs. Can these Akron voters take the president’s non-existent tax breaks to the mortgage company to stave off a foreclosure? Let your neighbors know how you are able to convert rising family bills into an employment opportunity.

After all, the president had promised Ohio voters in 2008 that he would stop down from office if he had not improved the economy. Yet, when he had the chance, he ducks and dodges and ignores, or in other words, he drops the ball on the court in mid game. In fact, this caring president has been missing in action from his own Jobs Council for the last six months!

You know the one, where he would be using his appointed job experts to stimulate the private sector into reversing the worst economic downturn since, the 1930’s depression.

Well, Ohioans have to wonder how this alleged laser-focused president could have managed to not pick up his White House phone one time in the six months, to meet with his jobs council, while the nation’s families were sliding deeper, and deeper and deeper into financial ruin. This is the same president who told the Akron and Mansfield, Ohio “believers” that this horrendous economic stagnation is, “A crisis that robbed too many of our friends and our neighbors of their homes, their jobs, their savings.”

It is hard to believe that President Obama could say those words with a straight face, and still insist that he cares about the pain of Ohioans and families in the heartland. Who treats their “friends” like this, while he spent those same six months gallivanting across the nation to 100 plus fundraisers with millionaires, billionaires and Hollywood’s liberal elite.

Come on now, Mr. President, if you really cared about Ohio families, about Colorado families, about Virginia families, about Michigan families, couldn’t you have arranged a jobs council conference call meeting on your smart phone, while you were fundraising or golfing? Afraid not…so much for friendship and caring, right?

With less than 100 days left before the November election, each time Obama visits a swing state like Ohio, he proves that his narcissism and hubris grows even more. In fact if he were Pinocchio his nose would be longer that the Washington Monument is tall. His new catch phrase should be the Audacity of Hopelessness. Promises made, promises discarded, and promises un-kept…but with a smile.

So one has to wonder just what Ohio voters does he keep coming back to speak to. He and his campaign political handlers in Chicago have keyed in on the slow but steady economic comeback record in Ohio. But Mr. President, to borrow your phrase, “You didn’t build that!”

This gradual economic turnaround is being accomplished on republican governor John Kasich’s watch. In fact in every state that is seeing an economic turnaround, like Texas, Florida and Wisconsin are headed by republican governors. Again, Obama, “you did not build that!”

The president continues to fly around the nation from one swing state to another in search of a steady dwindling number of believers who support his reckless political fiats based upon an audacity of hopelessness. Democrat Voters in swing states are absolutely essential to Obama’s Electoral College win. Yet, the numbers of supporters, do not account for the growing resentment in Ohio’s and the nation’s African American community to Obama’s embrace of gay marriage and insistence that the black clergy back him up on this in their pulpits. Not so fast Mr. President. Those voters may not be there for you blindly protect your voter margins in Ohio, Florida, South Carolina and Virginia.

Of course Romney has his own problems, and recent state polls show his polls are down to just 42 percent of the vote in Ohio. Not good, when most of the difference between winning and losing is due to conservative Palin and Tea Party voters who are not exactly thrilled by his candidacy yet. In fact, it is the Palin voter support that could seriously make the difference of a Romney win or a Romney loss in Ohio, and therefore the presidency.

Here’s a suggestion, Obama, if you care so much about the unemployed in Ohio or Virginia, or Iowa or anywhere else in America, stop blaming Bush, because that’s real old now. Instead, start creating private sector jobs and cutting taxes.

At least give the appearance that you have the capacity to lead instead of feeding Americans your memorized tired rhythmic refrains. Your audacity of hopelessness is truly wearing thin in Ohio and everywhere else.

Texas Sized GOP Senate Nomination Captured By Cruz – Shows Palin Power!

The anointed Texas political establishment contender, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, was leading in the GOP runoff race to capture the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. He had a who’s who list of solid republican mainstream backers. Most state and national election experts had already inked Dewhurst into the senatorial win column.

Yet, in the conservative voter trenches of Texas, the real who ’s who that truly counted was the voters and a Tea Party movement that would not say die or give up. In their corner was the former Alaskan Governor named Sarah “I’m Not Afraid to Fight” Palin. Palin endorsed Ted Cruz, and Ted Cruz won! Boy did he win.

But that is not the whole story. GOP insider politics in Texas had Dewhurst leading comfortably. In fact, in one corner of the political ring was Dewhurst, and the royalty of Texas politics who came out in a big way for the 66-year-old Dewhurst. The Lt. Governor even loaned $24 million from his fortune to his campaign to insure his win.

In the other corner of the political ring was Cruz, who had been the former state solicitor general and had never run for office. He was the proud son of a Cuban immigrant, and was without GOP mainstream support. Therefore he was like Rocky Balboa entering the heavyweight fight with little experience but a lot of heart and most importantly he had lots and lots of conservative grass roots Texans in his corner.

This was the runoff election and in round two, Ted “Rocky Balboa” not only got his second wind, but he received conservative Tea Party support from Texas and around the nation. He also obtained conservative organizational backing, and endorsements from several U.S. Senators like Rand Paul of Tennessee and from former U.S. Sen. and GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum. So the stage was set, or was it?

There had been news accounts circulating that Sarah Palin was leaning toward support of Cruz’s campaign effort which was endorsed by the Tea Party. Yet in a supposedly unrelated way comes an unsolicited announcement from former Vice President Dick Cheney, that Sarah Palin was supposedly not qualified to be president, when GOP presidential candidate U.S. Senator John McCain selected her in 2008.

Somewhat convenient and coincidental that Cheney’s announcement comes out in the period that Palin’s endorsement for Cruz is given, in one of the most important GOP backed establishment elections in the nation. One could speculate that this may have been a way to neutralize her endorsement’s effectiveness or create an air of diminishing importance? In other words they wanted to wish her and the Tea Party into the cornfield or cow pasture never to be seen again. Well it seems the Texas voters have already decided that one on Tuesday night. Texas endorses the Tea Party and Palin’s leadership.

When will these political dinosaurs understand that there is a new day in America? It would certainly be wise for the old style Washington insider political backroom deal makers to understand what incumbent U.S. Sen. Richard Lugar of Indiana found out earlier in May, first hand.

The Tea Party movement did not fade away but moved to unseat Lugar. They worked tirelessly to support Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock and meanwhile, Mourdock received the backing and endorsement of Palin. Mourdock beat Lugar who had not lost a U.S. Senate race since 1976. Another Tea Party and Palin win on the books.

So much for the media and the GOP establishment doubters and the Dick Cheney’s who are trying mightily to discard Sarah Palin’s leadership and influence with the conservative heart and soul of America’s heartland. Now Texas is added to this roster as well.

Ted Cruz wins uphill Texas GOP U.S. Seat nomination battle with Sarah Palin supportThe insiders within the Washington Beltway just simply do not get it. Sarah Palin has an ability to connect with people who not only want change but demand changes, in Washington as well as in their state capitols. The Tea Party is now the rightful army of political change in this nation. Of course the Tea Party had been discounted in 2010, and everyone knows how those congressional elections turned out for Tea Party supporters, and their candidates who unseated Pelosi’s democrat house majority.

The Texas race should be a crucial reminder that the Tea Party and Sarah Palin have remade the political campaign mapping strategy used in the good old days before the Tea Party. Now, freedom of political choice tied to conservative political principles is much more important as an election determiner than the millions of dollars spent to bury those principles, ideals and a single, sincere political leader called Sarah Palin.

How interesting, right? It may take a Texas sized shellacking to wake up the GOP establishment in Washington and America to the vibrancy and vitality of a supposedly dead Tea Party movement. How interesting indeed. They do things bigger in Texas. Texas heard Palin’s message, now it is America’s turn at the GOP national Convention in Tampa. Let Palin speak Mitt Romney. The Texas victory is real and so is Sarah Palin’s leadership. Conservatives can see the Tampa Convention from their living rooms. Romney are you listening?

Romney’s Best Convention Strategy – Let Sarah Palin Speak

Let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” President Franklin Delano Roosevelt thundered out those captivating words at his first inaugural speech in 1933. GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney must seriously confront the political ghosts haunting his decision to let Sarah Palin speak at the GOP National Convention in August in Tampa, FL. Allow Palin to speak so that a Romney administration can turn economic retreat by Obama into economic advance.

This is the time when Romney has the opportunity to not fall into the carefully laid traps of liberal commentators like MSNBC Chris Matthews with his over the top hyperbole or his fellow liberal combatant-in-arms Lawrence O’Donnell. Each has never seemed to miss an opportunity to cast verbal grenades at Sarah Palin, since 2008. Their goal is quite simple, demonize Palin, the Tea Party and plant the seeds of distrust in the American consciousness that Palin and the Tea Party is Kryptonite to Romney and in their crude way, also to America.

This liberal convention strategy is quite clear. They want fear of Sarah Palin to be the ongoing sound bite that reverberates in Romney’s mind. Liberals want the truth about the horrendous economic affects that millions of Americans are feeling every single moment of every single day in their homes to be blurred out. They want Americans who are hurting in Ohio, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan and all over the nation to be hidden behind campaign advertising lies blasting daily in their homes. If Sarah Palin is added to this liberal narrative, then her ability to connect and motivate conservatives and millions of independents is neutralized by their calculated deceit.

But you see, the “nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror” fear that the liberal media provocateurs try to place at Sarah Palin’s doorstep is truly unjustified and misplaced. Americans are much smarter than that.

Sarah Palin has not kept 23 million Americans jobless. Sarah Palin is not responsible for unemployment being above 8 percent for 42 months straight since February 2009, according to the National Bureau of Labor Statistics. Sarah Palin is not responsible for ongoing tragedy of 1.6 million children who are homeless, according to a study released by National Center on Family Homelessness in December 2011. There is a name for this fear and his name is President Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama and his media ad crafters know that American voter know full well the name of their fear for America’s future. They know that and he is not nameless, nor is their fear unreasoning, nor is their fear unjustified terror. Their fear is a renewal of another 4 year lease on the White House by President Obama.

With this dismal truth as the back drop, enters Sarah Palin, at the GOP Tampa convention. She is focused and determined as she stands at the convention podium. She elevates the conventioneers’ enthusiasm because she helps them to feel the electricity of renewal of dynamic faith in America’s “can do” belief.

Romney is the direct beneficiary of Palin’s rallying call that brings even Americans in their homes to their feet with a dynamic feeling in their hearts that vibrant hope, and definite positive meaningful change for their families, and for their future will be unleashed after Obama is sent packing in November.

Therefore, fear of what may happen at the convention podium cannot be the driving rationale that Romney uses for depriving Palin a primetime speaking role. Romney has to be the warrior for American families who will utilize all the power at his disposal, and not be consumed by political pundits who desperately deliberate in backrooms conjuring up methods to play defense against the Obama political machine.

Throw out that playbook and select Sarah Palin, because in less than a month, the millions of families who live on farms, in cities, suburbs, and millions of others living in homeless shelters will not want to be exposed to a political convention where it is business as usual. Romney, include Palin’s steel will and her vibrant clarion call to join with yours and allow America to feel a new dawn in their life, in their family’s future and in America is going to be possible.

At the convention, be the true American leader, who does not fear the past, does not fear the present, but embraces all vibrant spirits and voices who can and will make a difference at the convention. Lead at the convention from strength and not fear.

In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory.” President Franklin D. Roosevelt, 1933.

Sarah Palin can and will make a difference at the GOP national convention, and add vigor and build the support needed to unseat President Obama in November. Her speech can help turn a presidential bid into a presidential victory. And there begins the true transformation of Romney the candidate to Romney the American leader who will take back the White House.

Will You Give Up America’s Gun Rights to United Nations Arms Treaty

Tick, tock, on the clock, Tick Tock, on America’s freedom clock winds down and your time to protect your family and your Second Amendment Constitutional right to bear arms, may be running out.

If the United Nations new Arms Treaty goes into effect, Americans all over the nation may soon after adoption of the treaty, be subjected to United Nations jackboot thug enforcers coming into your community and even into your home to strip away by force your guns, your rifles, and most importantly, your family’s constitutional protection!

Where is the alarm and constitutional defense from the Obama administration? Is this acceptance by silence just one more indication that giving up on our nation’s sovereignty is par for the course for the White House’s abandonment of our constitutional rights? More importantly can Americans truly trust a president who has abandoned Arizona’s sovereign constitutional rights to protect its citizens and its borders from illegal aliens, really protect American’s gun owning citizens?

How is this happening under American’s radar?

Not that difficult to understand. While summer vacations and recreational opportunities are being pursued across the nation, the United Nations is working

Are Americans willing to witness the unraveling of its citizens’ Second Amendment rights by a United Nation’s mandate to go on a fishing expedition

to construct an Arms Treaty that would in effect disarm America’s Second Amendment rights through possible future amendments. What a rude awakening for the nation this would be in the near future to have the citizens’ gun rights served up on a Christmas platter.

This draft document is nearing completion and it is being largely influenced by such rogue nations as Iran, and Syria; not allies or supporters of America’s interests. America’s second amendment rights can be effectively nullified even though the language in the Arms Treaty draft states, “amendments are only legally binding on a country if ‘accepted’ according to leading arms officials close to the talks.

What this effectively means for American gun owners is, at a later date amendments can be added, which inhibit targeted American gun owner right. In fact, in a published account, the World Forum on the Future of Sport Shooting Activities’ U.S. executive secretary insists that an amendment to the arms treaty can modify American gun right protection possibly, by just a simple quorum of member states, as small as 10 countries.

Are Americans willing to witness the unraveling of its citizens’ Second Amendment rights by a United Nation’s mandate to go on a fishing expedition into every community and home in this sovereign nation, because of the United Nation’s agenda to disarm America by international fiat!

Tick Tock, tick tock, America’s freedom clock is counting down the moments when a possible United Nations’ attempt to neuter the nation’s gun rights becomes international law.

The U.S. Senate holds the key, and even though there have been at least 58 U.S. senators who have affirmed that they will reject the arms treaty if American civilian firearms are included, President Obama can circumvent the will of the U.S. senate and the nation, if he agrees to it and there is no ratification vote taken up in the democratic controlled senate.

There you have it. Weeks after Americans celebrate the birth of the U.S. Constitution, the United Nations waits in the shadows ready to unravel the very essence of its strength. You cannot wait for the next shoe to drop before the nation’s sovereignty is declared “null and void” under international law.

Demand a ratification rejection vote in the U.S. Senate by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) Nevada. The nation’s sovereignty is at stake and so are its citizens. Just ask the folks in Arizona how they feel about losing a part of their right to protect their sovereignty and their citizens. Look your children, spouse or loved one in the eyes this evening and ask yourself if they are not worth standing up for. Tick tock, tick tock…

Should ABC Fire Brian Ross For Linking Colorado Mass Murderer To Tea Party

As America was waking up to the horrific and tragic heinous actions of suspected lone gunman, James Holmes’, shooting and murder of 12 people and wounding of  58 others, ABC News was again practicing the worst kind of yellow journalism. During a morning news segment of Good Morning America, Anchor George Stephanopoulos, and Brian Ross, ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent erroneously and callously linked an innocent Colorado man with the same name to this tragedy without making any attempt at verification of his identity.  His only “alleged crime” was being a member of the Tea Party.

So in an instant, the name of an innocent man was automatically linked to one of the most despicable acts of violence perpetrated against the nation’s citizens, and the Tea Party was demonized.  This was done, because ABC’s Brian Ross neglected to follow the first essential rule of journalism 101, always, always check and verify your facts!

Make no mistake, this was not an innocent accident, because on previous occasions, former Clinton White House Political Advisor George Stephanopoulos has attempted to link or malign the Tea Party or Sarah Palin.  This was done most notably in after the  assassination attempt upon U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords and eighteen other people in  Casas Adobes, just outside of  Tucson, Arizona in January 2011.

There was a rush to judgment to link the Tea Party to the shooter by several media networks, including ABC, then MSNBC and ABC.  The goal was to discredit and demonize the Tea Party in the eyes of Americans, two months after the democrats lost the U.S. House of Representatives and Obama’s politics were soundly repudiated at the polls.

This type of gotcha journalism practiced at any cost must be stopped. There is a limit where yellow journalistic practices by media organizations which continue to perpetrate an active and ongoing fraud of disinformation campaigns must be eliminated.  The perpetrators must be fined, suspended or fired as was the case involving  Dan Rather  in 2004, when he aired falsified forged documents about President Bush on CBS ’60 Minutes.

ABC Brian Ross’ blurting out a clear un-validated libelous statement, showed an apparent intent to cast a dark ominous shadow on the Tea Party in the midst of a Presidential election years.  Again, past was prologue in 2004, when Dan Rather’s equally sinister design was to place doubt and suspicion in the minds of an unsuspecting American people about President Bush, two months before the 2004 general election.

The intent is clear and convincing to any unbiased viewer, that this fall general election is going to be close, and the Tea Part patriot voters and independents are going to supply the winning 1 ½ to 2 percent edge that could push Mitt Romney over the line and secure the presidency.

This is why any attempt by news organizations like ABC News with its Brian Ross’s and George Stephanopoulos to raise suspicions and cast doubt upon the Tea Party is so completely insulting to the integrity of journalism.

Both Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos must be fined and suspended or fired. CBS Mary Mapes, and several of her senior news executives, were asked to resign from the network in 2004 for their clearly fraudulent action; ABC News should follow CBS’s lead.

In addition, ABC News and its network should show integrity and issue a public apology as then CBS News President Andrew Heyward did in 2004, instead of lurking in the shadows behind a lame Twitter apology from Brian Ross.  Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos aired the false remarks on national network programming and the network apology should be done in the same fashion.

James Holmes allegedly opened fire inside the theater where12 people were killed and 59 wounded at an early morning screening of the Batman movie, ‘The Dark Knight Rises”

When America’s family suffers such a painful tragedy as the nation did when those innocent moviegoers; children, parents, couples, friends, and other just good regular folks, were callously murdered and injured, we all mourn.  This is the time when the families and survivors as well as the nation seek true answers and explanations to help each begin to cope.

ABC News’ Brian Ross unfortunately decided to select the slippery dark politicized road of mistruth and deception.  America, and its news gathers are better than that, and the nation deserves better than that.  America deserves integrity.

Sarah Palin Deserves To Deliver Game Changer Speech At GOP Convention

Winning the presidency has a lot more to do with the charisma of the leader than it does with the policies that are brought to the American dinner table.  Just look at the last sorrowful example the country was saddled with in 2008 with the current president.  Now there is reportedly, current intrigue moving about in the backrooms of  GOP political leadership within Romney’s campaign concerning Sarah Palin. It is suggested that Romney is sitting pat on the idea of not issuing Sarah Palin VIP credentials to the August RNC Convention in Tampa, let alone giving her any real speaking role.

The pundits and Palin detractors having been speaking recently about how toxic the idea would be to let a energized Sarah Palin speech loose upon the conventioneers and of course, into millions of  American homes across the nation.  There are even those within the Republican establishment who want to hang everything that went so badly south in the John McCain  2008 presidential run at the feet of Sarah Palin.  Of course the accusation is absolutely unfounded.

Whatever went badly for Senator McCain had more to do with his own inability to project leadership, than it had to do with smarmy characterizations of Sarah Palin by comedienne Tina Fey portrayal of Palin in Saturday Night Live sketches. Or gotcha sophomoric media antics of  then CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric.

What has happened since then is a course correction in the grassroots embodied in the emergence of the Tea Party.   Its power and strength was given birth out of the  out of  the president’s failure to lead, except through growing taxation, and failing trillion dollar bailout deficit policies.

Millions of grassroots people became patriots with a principled purpose, in small towns, farming communities, suburbs and cities.  They refused to be sold down the “tax and spend” river by a new president who was making it his own personal mission to disassemble the job creating capacity of the free enterprise system and replace it with failed economic policies that were sealed with the bailout kiss of creeping socialism.  Palin saw that and Palin spoke forcefully against this manhandling of America by the new president. So you see, while the mainstream media was attacking Tea Party patriot activists, there was Sarah Palin, ignoring the media slap fits and barnstorming the country to reignite and reconnect American values and conservative principles with the people, the native born, the legally naturalized, and defending the unborn who needed protection and the everyday hardworking and far too many unemployed Joes and Janes.

This is the America that may be economically down, but its citizens still embrace their beliefs that President Ronald Reagan’s “Shining City on a Hill” is still possible.  They believe that this is still an attainable vision.

Sarah Palin has been that moral and principled quarterback in rallying behind this noble vision.  No matter how “corny” and “old fashioned” the liberal media has attempted to label her approach,  the Tea Party and its millions of heartland members and supporters understand and support these values that she advocates.

It is now up to Mitt Romney to make a choice that demonstrates leadership and courage to go against the Palin detractors in the Republican establishment.  Instead, the presidential candidate should go into a quiet room and ask himself: “Do I want to be president and be a game changer for America’s future or do I want to win the political confinement day but lose America’s future in November?”

Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.”
Theodore Roosevelt

Sarah Palin does not need to be scripted in order to be invited to give a primetime speech.  Let her speak as she has already done to millions of Americans about their hearts and spirits that have grown weary from hope transformed into hopelessness and change now replaced with more of the same jobless heartache.

Let Palin speak to an America that is rich in the strength of personal purpose and guided by unchanging ideals that have clarity gained from sweat of the brow and not a government handout or bailout.  This is the America that she must be invited to speak to at the August Republican convention.

Let Palin speak of the strength of purpose and commitment to ideals deeply imbedded to create businesses from the ground up and not at the government trough.

There is a stormy sea of discontent blowing across the nation’s heartland.   Her vibrant voice can help to bring renewed enthusiasm and reinforcement to the convention attendee’s clarity of purpose.  Equally important, Palin will also be speaking directly to Americans who do not want the nation relegated to the dust heap of history as a country that was abandoned by its political leaders and sold out to a new socialistic order.

Let Palin speak to those undecided who understand how a change in the White House Oval Office will truly be a celebration of a new vibrancy, and encompass a more successful vision and delivery from this continuing leadership of mediocrity.  Let Palin show with her firmness and tone, not only who we can be, but what version of history will become the nation’s possible future.

Let Palin remind America about the fierce and unyielding urgency of now, with the bully pulpit that a primetime national convention speech allows.  Mitt Romney should follow President Theodore Roosevelt’s advice, “Far better it is to dare mighty things.”

America is waiting to listen and America will act.

Extremist History in the Defense of Liberty

George Washington, the father of our country was considered a dangerous extremist and a harbinger of malicious attitudes that challenged the status quo and American power brokers beholden to the British government.  Other founding fathers of our nation were also placed in that same angry boiling pot of dangerous anarchy.

So you have to pardon those supporters of New Gingrich for not being intimidated by the naysayers who had anointed Mitt Romney by liberal political pundits and party leaders their status quo choice.

Many in the GOP power circles had already prepared Romney a seat at the general election debate table with President Obama.  Yet, something happened on the way to the nomination that gummed up the works a bit.  It is called voters angry and tired of being angry and tired.  After all, was it not up to the voter to determine who should represent them?  Well, sometimes the obvious creates a voter eruption.

Voters did not listen to those political pundits who labeled Newt a verbal extremist because he dared speak the truth and used history as a guide  as political currency, while Romney relied on his wealth and the assurances of party leaders.

Well sometimes it comes to a point when American democracy just has to show its face.  The voters took hold and told the self anointed party and pundit mouthpieces that it is not extreme to select a person who speaks the language of  mainstream America. They reminded these blinded-sided political deal makers that it is indeed they, not the deal makers that still pull the election levers for their leaders.

Sounds extreme?

Let’s take a short but brisk walk down memory lane and take a quick look at those dangerous extremists that were the founding fathers that history slackers always seem to be so dismissive of Newt for always harkening back to.  After all Newt was an exceptional history professor before he even set foot in the nation‘s capitol. And yes again, it is Dr. Newt Gingrich, who first received his Ph.D. from Tulane University before going on to West Georgia College to teach history.

Many non-historians may not remember their history lessons concerning the Stamp Act, Sugar Act or the Tea Act.  Each one was increasingly odorous to the American colonists, because they represented an increasing burden being unfairly and unjustly placed upon the American Colonists.  And with the adoption of each nefarious action, the British government claimed it was in the “best interests of the colonists,” because after all, who would know better than the British government.

Well, those doggone right-wing extremists known in the day as the Sons of Liberty thought differently.  Over time, they recruited leaders and common folk who were simply good and tired of being led by their nose by American colonial leaders who were out of touch and a British government that was overreaching.

So there they went, the Sons of Liberty and soon the Committees of Correspondence that joined in, doing that extremist thing, called standing up for personal freedoms and calling for the removal of the government that embraced the status quo.

Well, fast forward to South Carolina’s primary victory this past weekend, where former speaker Dr. Newt Gingrich out maneuvered a well-heeled establishment machine that was out of touch with the voters.  Or as former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum put it, “Newt kicked butt!”

So there we have it, a history professor, who was a former U.S. Speaker of the House, and now is a current U.S. Presidential candidate doing exactly the same thing that our nation’s founding fathers Samuel Addams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and George Washington did. He is using the lessons of history as a tool to help guide and inform Americans of the dangerous course we are on.

Is that extremism, well consider President George Washington’s words, “If men are to be precluded from offering their sentiments on a matter which may involve the most serious and alarming consequences that can invite the consideration of mankind, reason is of no use; the freedom of speech may be taken away, and dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.

South Carolina voters decided that extremist history in the defense of liberty offered by a man of vision who actually has a proven track record of a balanced budget, welfare reform among other notable achievements was worth voting for.

You make the decision Florida voters, whether the status quo is worth it!
