Will Trump’s “Wall” Simply Be The Enforcement Of Existing Immigration Law?

Has Donald Trump been using symbolism when referring to the construction of a “wall” to keep illegal immigrants out of America? Could it be that the “wall” he has spoken so much about is simply the enforcement of American laws that Barack Obama has so smilingly disobeyed for eight years?

Since we had no wall along the preponderance of the border with Mexico prior to Obama, and since the simple act of enforcing the law was, in those pre-Obama years, enough to keep unwanted and undeserving people out of our country, if Mr. Trump, at this point by simply insisting that laws be obeyed, can make this tactic perform like a physical wall and control the passage of illegals into America, then it’s fine with me.

But no sane person, looking at the turbulent world of nuclear-armed dictatorships and unending wars and terrorism, can think that merely enforcing laws will keep bad guys out. So I’m placing my trust in Donald Trump that a tall and long wall will actually be built along the border with Mexico to deter those who will not be halted from crossing by merely more strictly enforcing our laws, but instead will resort to levels of violence if they want to enter badly enough.

It’s too bad that Mexicans and Central Americans don’t make the bold and difficult decision to stay home with their families and make changes in their home nation to ensure liberty and prosperity for their children and grandchildren in a culture and language that they understand and can comfortably function in, instead of coming to the foreign nation of America where their struggles only continue. But American liberal Democrats tempted, and in some cases even outright invited, these unfortunate people, with promises of welfare and sanctuary for all who would come here illegally and vote Democrat in each election, so one can’t really blame the immigrants who are being used by the Democrat Party of Obama and Hillary. It’s American Democrats who are causing additional misery and hardship, for Mexicans and Americans alike, and all for the Democrats’ selfish political gain.

Trump’s the man, and I back his plan.
