The10th Republican Debate Or Shake Hands And Come Out Fighting!!!

Marco Rubio, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz take part in

The tenth Republican debate was held Thursday night in Houston Texas and what a fiery,  contentious debate it was. Hosted by Wolf Blitizer of CNN, Telemundo and Salem Radio the five remaining candidates debated. Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich took the podiums and let the zingers fly and fly they did. The audience was a real rowdy Texas audience too with hoots and howls and loud applause. It was hard to decide who they were applauding the most as they seemed  to applaud everybody.

The debate mostly centered around the three highest competing candidates, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. Carson and Kasich who were on either end seemed he most civilized and sophisticated in their answers. At other times the remaining three were constantly interrupting each other and the moderators  had  a hard time keeping order even after the bell sounded..

The first 50 minutes of the debate centered around immigration and Trump’s main cause of building the wall along the Mexican border and making Mexico pay for it.

In tonight’s CNN Republican debate, Donald Trump responded to the former president of Mexico saying today that he’s “not paying for that f*cking wall.”

Trump responded by saying, “The wall just got 10 feet taller.” 😀

Wolf Blitzer repeatedly pressed Trump on exactly how he plans to force Mexico to pay for the wall. Trump insisted that he would just make it happen, and would not even rule out the possibility of starting a  trade war.’ https://www.mediaite.com/tv/trump-on-ex-mexican-presidents-fcking-wall-remark-ill-make-it-taller-now/

Marco Rubio jumped in with burn after burn directed at Trump, beginning by saying, “If he builds the wall the way he built Trump Towers, he’ll be using illegal immigrant labor to do it.”

Rubio brought up that Trump’s own clothing line manufactures in Mexico and China. Trump told Rubio he doesn’t know a thing about business.

Rubio shot back, “I don’t know anything about bankrupting four companies either.”

Trump called Rubio a “choker” meaning he gets choked up and sweats like crazy. “He looks like he just came out of the swimming pool. I don’t know what’s wrong with him,” Trump said in an interview after the debate.

Kasich said he was for securing the border and giving the illegals a path to legalization and not citizenship, “The American system will give rise to everyone,” Kasich said. Kasich has become more animated and outspoken in the past several debates and this one was no different, In fact he seemed more animated tonite than in past debates.

Later on the subject of healthcare came up and dominated the next half hour. Cruz and Trump disagreed on Obamacare with Trump saying for healthcare insurance companies  should have more competition by breaking down the borders between states.

Carson was in favor of securing all our borders and that we should  do things in other countries to improve their economy so they don’t want to come here.

Dr. Ben Carson told the audience tonight at the CNN GOP debate that after he spoke out against Obamacare at the National Prayer Breakfast he was audited by the Obama IRS.

Dr. Carson: I never had an audit until I spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast. And then all of the sudden they came in and said, “We just want to look at your real estate dealings.” And then they didn’t find anything. And then they took a look at the whole year. And they didn’t find anything. And then they looked at the next year and they didn’t find anything. And they won’t find anything… The fact is the IRS is not honest and we have to get rid of them.

At one point the other candidates were so busy replying to attacks by each other Carson who was silent for a while suddenly blurted out,  “I wish someone would attack me. I have a lot to say.” 😀

I’m personally going with Trump. He’s saying what the majority of people are feeling in both parties. They are angry and discouraged by politicians who talk the talk but don’t do anything. Trump gets things done and under budget. When he builds a building it comes in under budget and better than others. He’s built buildings all around the world and knows how to negotiate with these world leaders. When you attack Trump he fights back and doesn’t wimp out like current leaders. We need someone who is tough in there.

A Drudge Poll taken after the debate had Trump winning by 61%, Cruz 18%, Rubio 14%, Kasich 3% and Carson 2%
