New Year starts off with Radical Islamic violence, threats and death

As the world welcomes in 2016, Radical Islam got right to work terrorizing, killing and maiming innocent people.

Two people have been killed and at least four others were seriously injured in a shooting near a pub in Tel Aviv, Israel. Witnesses describe the attacker as a mask-wearing man dressed in all black indicating a pre-planned attack. The weapon used was described as a fully-automatic rifle.

Israeli police say a Palestinian drove a car into a crowd waiting at a bus stop and in another incident, three people were injured in a stabbing attack at the Jaffa Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem.

ISIS-linked suicide bomb threats caused German police to close two busy Munich train stations.

Kabul police say a car bomb targeted a restaurant popular with Afghan officials and foreign diplomats. “[An] official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to speak to the media, said the explosion appeared to have hit “Le Jardin”, one of a small number of restaurants in Kabul still frequented by foreigners,” Reuters says, adding that “the explosion came days after the Taliban claimed responsibility for a suicide attack near Kabul airport that killed one person and wounded 33 others, the latest in a series of suicide attacks in the city.”

Bomb threats in Moscow closed down two railway stations while authorities cleared them. No explosives were found and the stations re-opened.

All this and the first day of the new year isn’t even half-way over in the U.S.
