Why Americans Prefer Fox News

Liberals love complaining and knocking Fox News calling it “Faux News” and other names and saying they lie all the time. Nothing can be further from the truth as you shall see here. I guess they are jealous because someone took away their monopoly of the liberal news media.

Prior to cable news shows all we had was Walter Cronkite, Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw and Peter Jennings who were all liberals but we didn’t  know it at the time. We trusted them to be accurate  in  their  reporting. Then one day as I was listening to Bob Grant on the radio he had a caller that said to him, “Bob, besides you and Rush Limbaugh on the radio, on TV all we have is Brokaw, Jennings and Rather , Brokaw, Jennings and Rather, it goes on and on. There’s got to be someone else for the other side” To which Bob answered, “Well there isn’t and until we do have something this is all we got.”

Then came  CNN which I liked at first and it changed the news media and how we saw things on an international scale that we hadn’t seen before since they broadcast all around the world.  Then in 1992   at the annual convention of media outlets they voted that they didn’t have to be objective anymore and they could take sides. The shows were all liberals. On Sunday morning they would have their round table discussions which would feature four liberals and one conservative and they called it balance.

Around that time FOX News arrived bearing an outlet for conservatives. Their ratings immediately soared where they still are to this day much to liberals’ chagrin. Today Fox’s ratings are greater than CNN and MSNBC combined. Everyone of their shows average sat least two million viewers at any one  time  and more at night. The most MSNBC gets is 700,000. CNN recently got a new CEO and their ratings   plummeted.  FOX  has been NO.1 in the ratings for the last ten years now. In poll after poll it has been shown that people who watch FOX are better educated, better informed and more likely to vote than people who don’t watch Fox.  I’ve monitored these other stations and their reports and quality of their videos are inferior to Fox’s quality and reports.

Fox is also noted for its’ beautiful women with lots of brains. Liberals attack them too calling them ”trophy reporters” which I say is quite sexist coming from people who call others sexist. Are they saying just because a woman is beautiful she can’t be intelligent?  What a male chauvinist attitude coming from people who are supposed to be anti-chauvinist. Let‘s look at some of their resumes”

Sandra Smith has a degree from Harvard and a Master’s from Yale.

Kimberly Guilfoyle has a law degree and was chief prosecutor for San Francisco and Los Angeles. Guilfoyle graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Davis, and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1994.

Greta Van Sustern graduated from Xavier High School in Appleton in 1972 and the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1976, where she studied geography and economics. She later earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1979 and prior to the start of her television work returned to Georgetown Law as an adjunct faculty member in addition to her full-time legal career. She was awarded an honorary doctor of laws degree from Stetson Law School. Greta covered the O.J.Simpson trial for CNN before joining FOX and she recently got that marine out of that Mexican prison when all the other networks barely covered it. Obama refused to lift a finger to let him out when all he had to do was pick up the phone and call the Mexican President.

Meghyn Kelley has her own show on FOX News and is currently the No.1 news anchor on FOX and almost on all of cable TV news. After high school, Kelley pursued an undergraduate degree in political science at Syracuse University,[2] and earned a J.D. from Albany Law School in 1995.

Dana Perino   graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo (CSU-Pueblo) in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and minors in both political science and Spanish.[2] While attending CSU-Pueblo, she was on the forensics team. She also worked at KTSC-TV, the campus-based Rocky Mountain PBS affiliate,[8] where she served as host of Capitol Journal, a weekly summary of Colorado politics, and produced Standoff, a weekly public affairs program. While at college, she also worked at KCCY-FM on the 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. shift. Perino went on to obtain a masters degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS).[10] During her time at UIS, she also worked for WCIA, a CBS affiliate, as a daily reporter covering the Illinois Capitol. More recently she was press secretary for George W.Bush.

Andrea Tantaros graduated from Parkland High School in 1997. In 2001, Tantaros graduated from Lehigh University, where she majored in journalism and French and wrote political commentary for Lehigh’s college newspaper. Tantaros pursued graduate studies at the Sorbonne. She speaks three languages,Greek, French and English fluently.

The rest of these women’s resumes are far too extensive to list here, but you can check out their links below. So you can plainly see these women are more than just trophy reporters. Liberals  also complain that FOX News women are all blonde. A recent survey found there are 14 blondes and 12 brunettes and a few redheads too.

Besides as Austin Cunningham’s song about the women of Fox News says “Who can resist beauty with brains.” The same holds true for many of the male anchors and reporters too.

In my research I’ve noticed Fox goes into more detail than any of the other stations and shows you things the other stations don’t want you to see and censor from you. Sure FOX has their faults like all the stations do,but  they are far more accurate than other cable and network news shows and their shows like “Outnumbered” and  ‘The Kelley File” are more entertaining. I’ve also noticed the Fox reporters work harder than the other reporters on other stations. Other stations just have their reporters and anchors on at certain times. Fox has their reporters on at all different times during the day with some of the same reporters morning, noon and night. I often wonder “when do they sleep?” 😀
