Ill-trained TSA Looks at Disabled 3y/o as Terrorist

How many times must this happen???

A disabled three year old, in her wheelchair, and carrying her stuffed animal is singled out for special TSA screening at the airport.

Where, oh where, is the common sense?

  1. Attention: Common Sense has left the building. Now that is my first reaction & remains my ‘primary’one. Then I recall pictures of a very elderly woman apprehended by Border Patrol in Az that was a mule & carried bags of cocaine strapped to her thighs & a bundle around her waste ‘paying her way’ across the border. Also in Falfurias Tx a child in a stroller had almost a kilo of marajuana in the diaper. So will allow ‘some leeway, but there is a much better way if TSA has an ‘honest’ & rational suspicion. The parent under watch should be allowed to do any touching!!

By the way, this video is not available (4:45 pm cst)

    1. Thanks Jan. What we need are screeners who can read people and pick up cues from their body language.
I also updated with a link to the video.
