I can hear it now…the old lady may still call 911 to get her cat out of the tree, but 90% will all contain something similar to:
911 Operator: “What is your emergency?”
Caller: “He’s got a gun!”
I was dumb founded & speechless when I read this & it too an hour to find this silly wee sliver to say how incrediable this decision was made…& I pray for the good citizens in our nation’s murder capitol.
