I don’t think anyone wants to have that sort of attention focused on them.

But that doesn’t mean it had anything to do with the burglary. Look around and you’ll find that the pro-gun reporting of this incident has also been quite slanted, leaving out some details that would tend to suggest that this was just another burglary with no particular interest in guns.

Anytime some idiot puts your address in a newspaper and basically spells out that there are guns or no guns at that address, some opportunist is gonna take advantage of the situation.
That paper needs to be taken to court by every one who’s address was listed and make them pay for their indiscretion.

How we we know that they went “straight for” the safe? Does the house have video cameras? Are we do believe that they didn’t look ANYWHERE else in the house? That’s odd – the map didn’t say who had safes and who didn’t, or where to look for them.

Basically, all we know is that a house that was mentioned in a story was later robbed.

They have taken one person into custody, but so far it’s still speculation – here’s betting it’s unrelated.
