It’s highly doubful that Obama would even ‘think’ to open an umbrella in a rain storm, muchless how to open it. After this election, it’s proof that insanity & gullibility are both contagious…I ‘think’ that similar systems were in Poland & Russia asked this ‘would be king’ to move them & we did. Legacies may give us a nice fuzzy feeling, but don’t provide much protection unless learned from them.
