There is none above Him. While He reveals His fairness and justice in scriptures such as Exodus 32:14, I don’t believe there has ever been a need where God would literally change’ His mind. He is all-knowing. He knew us before we were. He knows our past, present, and future. One example might be where Abraham was asked to sacrifice Isaac. God already knew the depth of Abraham’s faithfulness. God was not testing Abraham. Abraham needed to know the depths of his own faithfulness to God which he demonstrated with flying colors. God knows answers for which we do not have questions. He has never been outdone nor had His power thwarted .not even in Eden.Amazing .He is beyond our most incredible imaginations!Carolyn/Internet Elias
