An accredited course in Human Geography would have taught them that civilization has ‘self-grouped’ since the clusters or clans of cavemen. Those with unacceptble behaviour were cast out. The same is true in animal practies….The very atmospher of a business is most often reflective of the self image of the one hiring…we just ‘like’ ourselves…. Perhaps Mr. Scocca suffers from acute lack of self-esteem & needs to live vicariously to even have an identity…If I don’t speak ‘ghetto’ or am white, does that make me racist or… you.. for thinking so? It doesn’t matter….We are AMERICANS struggling to salvage our homes in the greatest country in the world…the road to victory is littered with egos. If one is unable to kick them aside, then stay out of the way. Leaders lead from the front & don’t block the path.
