With events scheduled for in the White House and on the road, Barack Obama is back on the campaign trail spreading his message, with the clear and obvious intent of pressuring Congress into agreeing to his “fiscal cliff” terms.
While he will make claims to a willingness to listen to all ideas and negotiate with all parties, in fact he will endlessly argue for ending the current tax rates on Americans making $200,000 and above while accusing Congress of holding middle income families hostage.
To present the illusion he has been working hard to arrive at a successful resolution, Obama held closed doors meetings with big unions, big business and as an afterthought, small business owners.
Can you say all theatrics, no work?
Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell R-KY, categorized the White House efforts as nothing but a public relations ploy: “Rather than sitting down with lawmakers of both parties and working out an agreement, he’s back out on the campaign trail, presumably with the same old talking points we’re all familiar with. Look: We already know the president is a very good campaigner. What we don’t know is whether he has the leadership qualities necessary to lead his party to a bipartisan agreement on a big issue like this.”
Obama is planning to use American citizens as human props in the ongoing campaign to rally his base. He will call upon his followers to pressure Congress into submitting to “progressive” demands to raise taxes on small businesses and entrepreneurs. Obama will preach that if a stalemate persists, taxes on middle class American will go up because Republicans held them hostage to protect tax cuts for the rich.
Can you say economic justice?
Economic justice is a Marxist concept where economic policies must result in the distribution of economic benefits equally.
Obama’s push to let tax rates expire on incomes over $200,000 for individuals and $250,000 for families will hurt small businesses, the sector responsible for most new jobs growth in America.
Obama loves to characterize the tax increase as asking financially successful Americans to pay more in order to save government programs that face spending cuts. The fact is, ending current tax rates for “the rich” would fund the United States federal government for less than nine days.
For Obama to propagate the false notion that taxing the rich will solve America’s fiscal problems is a red herring. By consciously using middle class Americans as human props in attempts to sway public opinion in his favor, he is displaying true contempt for middle class Americans.
The United States federal government is borrowing forty cents of every dollar spent to prop up a slumping economy and support the deprived underclass it created using big government socialist programs to render American citizens dependent upon government.
Foreign debt buyers are slowly ending their investment in America’s bankruptcy and the Federal Reserve is now purchasing over sixty percent of America’s Treasury Bonds.
Can you say The Weimar Republic? Can you say Zimbabwe? Can you say today’s Eurozone on more steroids than the Soviet body builders at the 1952 Olympics, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lance Armstrong, Sammy Sosa, Jose Canseco, Lyle Alzado, Barry Bonds and Mark McGuire combined? Can you say the worst economic downturn ever?
America does not have a revenue shortage. America has a spending addiction.
Giving the United States government more money to spend is like trying to sober up an alcoholic by having them drink a gallon of gin.
In the ongoing “progressive” campaign to “fundamentally transform” America, the fiscal cliff created by “progressive” big spending will happen because “progressives” want it to happen.
And “progressives” will blame successful Americans.
So, now that Obama has been re-elected it seems the entire Republican Party Establishment, including the talking heads, are showing their real agenda and their lack of honor once again. How many members of Congress have now reneged on their pledge to not raise taxes? Sen. Saxby Chambliss and Rep. Peter King have been prominent among those of the GOP (Globalist Oligarchy Party) to join Speaker John Boehner and his chief henchman Eric Cantor in running up the white flag. At the same time they are sneering at the very people who have supported them based on their promises to cut spending and lower taxes on everyone, thereby avoiding the “Fiscal Cliff” in the first place.
I have screamed at the top of my lungs about who and what the Republican Establishment stands for and what their true intentions entail. George H. W. Bush turned on We the People and reneged on his promises of “no new taxes”. Then George W. Bush, the “compassionate conservative”, broke every promise he made to get elected and then re-elected. “Four more years to complete the program” is not a new tactic by the Obama Crime Syndicate. Karl “Marx” Rove used the very same tactic as effectively as did David Axelrod.
Republicans have marched leftward, along with Democrats, in creating the “fiscal cliff” they promised to prevent if we voted for them in 2010. Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Ok, has the answer but Republican Party leaders ignore him. Coburn, DeMint, and Rand Paul are as despised and hated by the Party insiders as are We the People. We are told they have to give in on every promise they made in those past elections to save the nation. The political parties and their propaganda outlets once again tell us that the solution to our fiscal and moral dilemmas are more of the same policies both parties have followed for the past 25 years , the policies that got us here.
For the last two years Republicans have done nothing but whine about “we only have control of one-half of one-third of government” while they reneged on every promise they made to get elected in 2010. And what did they do when they had total control of the government in the past? The “Patriot” Act, TSA, “No Child Left Behind” and the rest of the niceties Bush left us are still with us, supported by the same Republicans who always promise to cut the size of government to get elected and then promptly expand the government footprint in our lives. How long will it take for enough people to demand they do what they promised us they would do? Oh, wait, didn’t we do this once before? The TEA Party comprised 67% of We the People who swept Republicans into office in record numbers nationally, statewide, and locally in 2010. Three million less voted for Republicans in 2012 than did in 2008. Something like eight million less voted for Democrats. That is a sad commentary on the satisfaction and confidence producing citizens have in their government.
And as to the Democrats, what did they have to say about 67% of We the People and our opinions as to how our nation should be managed? They called us racist, sexist, Islamophobic, homophobic, Nazi terrorists. In the last two years I have not seen Democrats moderate their views of We the People, and the Republicans who dismissed us in 2010 are now blaming us for the mess our country is in. I said in 2009 that if Boehner and McConnell were in charge of the Republican Party nothing would change for the better. I wish I had been wrong but I based my opinions on their past records and the way they minced words to avoid taking a stand without an escape clause.
I am with Herman Cain on his call for a third political party. We don’t have much time to take our nation back, and with “representation” like this it won’t happen. We the People need Herman Cain, Sarah Palin, Lloyd Marcus, Sen. Jim DeMint, Sen. Rand Paul, Rep. Louis Gohmert, Rep. Michele Bachman, Tim Cox of GOOOH, Matt Kibbe of Freedom Works, and others to band together and lead a conservative movement that will truly represent the 67% that make up the TEA Party. If these leaders join forces officially to create a political party I believe the conservatives in this nation will show the same vigor we saw in 2009.
The reason Romney lost, like McCain in 2008, is that they don’t represent the 67% who are trying very hard to support the Republican Party. Boehner, McConnell, Graham, McCain, Chambliss, King, and many others are not now and never will be conservative. If Peggy Noonan, Bill Kristol, and their ilk are conservative I am ten feet tall. The TEA Party majority made a huge difference in the 2010 mid-term elections but found our voices ignored once the election was over. Politicians and media talking heads who are allegedly on the side of We the People now call us radicals for standing on The Constitution of the United States of America. Hmmm, haven’t I seen this movie before?
If the right people will band together for the good of the nation they will find support among the citizens. The 67% aren’t dead, they are frustrated by liars who make promises to get elected and immediately turn on them like they are the enemy. If those I mentioned can show they truly have the best interests of the citizens as their priority they can be a force in 2014, if our Republic can survive that long. We need people of honor and character who have the courage to back up their words with action. We don’t need any more of what the Republican Party Establishment is doing now, nor do we need the increase in pandering to the moochers and looters being offered by them for the future. I believe it is fruitless to try to change the Republican Party. They have gone the way of the Democrat Party. Republicans seem to be intent on competing with the Democrat Party for the votes of those with their hands out, and disparage those who make this nation thrive. Keeping poor people poor and dependent on government seems to be the plan of both political parties.
If the results of the 2010 election, the actions of Republicans since, and the results of the 2012 elections are not enough to show everyone where Conservatives stand in the eyes of the Republican Party Establishment I don’t know what will accomplish that. The left turns of this nation have to stop and 67% of We the People are looking for leadership, someone to truly represent our views and our standards. We need a group of patriots who will step up, band together, and offer conservatives a political party that we can believe in. I firmly believe they will draw strong support from registered voters of both political parties. There are a lot of disenfranchised Democrats in America who aren’t being represented any better by their party. We may not have enough time to save our Republic but we certainly aren’t going to save it continuing on the path we are on now. A third political party has become our only option to reverse course and save a nation for future generations.
I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.
Retired Colonel Oliver North spoke with Stuart Varney on FBN about the leap in gun sales over Thanksgiving weekend. Sales of guns jumped 20% above their previous record breaking numbers last year. An astonishing 154,000 background checks were done on Black Friday alone.
North and others are crediting the record breaking sales to possible UN treaty intervention in United States gun ownership. If this treaty is signed it would give the United Nations a registry list of all weapons in the U.S. and allow for their confiscation if deemed necessary. Many expect that the Obama administration will agree to such a treaty endangering their second amendment rights.
The Community College of Allegheny County, PA will cut the hours of its part time employees due to the upcoming ObamaCare program. College President Alex Johnson sent an email announcement that these cuts would affect 200 adjunct professors and 200 other employees.
Employees who work at least 30 hours per week are considered full time under the ObamaCare plan. Because the plan will retroactively look at past scheduled hours the changes will take place n the new year.
From HP: “While it is of course the college’s preference to provide coverage to these positions, there simply are not fun
ds available to do so,” David Hoovler, executive assistant to the president of CCAC, told The Huffington Post. “Several years of cuts or largely flat funding from our government supporters have led to significant cost reductions by CCAC, leaving little room to trim the college’s budget further.”
Of course. Employees who voted for President Obama in the election should not be surprised at these cuts. These are dollars and cents decisions made by businesses who have to manage their budgets.
Back in 1986, I ended up on a field trip to visit Moundsville, WV – home of a Native American burial mound (hence the city’s name), a prison, and a Hare Krishna commune. I went to a public school at that point, so theoretically there could have been some sort of argument over the fact that we were going to visit a sacred spot for a specific religion. In all honesty, other than the ludicrous amount of gold leaf throughout the temple, the biggest memory I have of the compound was of when we were entering it. Our teacher made the driver stop, and he dutifully told us not to accept anything to eat or drink while in the commune – presumably he was of the opinion that someone might attempt to drug us, and spirit us away to become new followers. If memory serves, that was the primary objection from a few parents – not the fact that we were going to learn about another religion, but the possibility that we could end up wearing orange robes, getting our heads shaved, and playing tambourines in an airport somewhere.

It’s been a few years since then, and supposedly we’ve become a far more understanding society. Progressives continually point out how open, understanding, and curious they are about other cultures. I’m guessing that group doesn’t include atheists, though. Over the past several months, it seems we can’t go more than a week or two without seeing a headline about atheists filing suit over one religious display or another. Now that the holiday season is upon us, we’re in for the yearly complaints about the season.
I’ve made no secret of the fact that I’m an atheist. I wasn’t born that way – wasn’t raised that way. In truth, I was raised Catholic, and spent a great deal of time over the years studying about various religious faiths. And I don’t think that I am an odd sort of atheist – there are many out there that took the time to try to find a religion that “fit”, and ended up having faith in nothing. Knowing that, it always annoys me to no end when I see atheists acting like atheism is actually a religion. The latest nonsense in Arkansas over a school taking kids to see a production of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” is no exception.
First, I would like to point out what should be obvious – children of atheists will spend a great deal of time interacting with children raised by Christians. The parent involved in this silliness did have enough sense to point out that her child might get bullied if she opted to keep the child from attending the play. I’m not suggesting that anyone should condone bullying, of course. I’m also not certain that would be the reaction of the other children – after all, if the family hadn’t drawn attention to themselves in the first place by raising objections to the outing, it could have easily been a matter of claiming the child wasn’t well that day, at least for the benefit of classmates.
Second, I am still waiting for a real response from an atheist on this whole religion-phobia. If one doesn’t believe in the existence of something, how in the world can one justify fear of being unduly influenced by others that happen to believe? People don’t believe in the Tooth Fairy. They don’t throw fits over someone else that happens to disagree with them, do they? No, they don’t.
Third, what harm does it do to have a child that is being raised in an atheist household end up learning about the beliefs of others? Sure, it can be confusing. Life is confusing. But, no matter how anyone wants to try to say otherwise, failing to expose a child to the beliefs and cultures of others is closed-minded. It impairs their ability to even attempt to see the world as others see it. But hey, I’m just an evil conservative heathen – bigoted, racist, and incapable of understanding the world view of anyone else. Well, that’s probably what those progressive atheists that are afraid of a god they don’t believe exists would say about me. As for Charlie Brown, get over yourselves. Your kids won’t melt if they hear passages from the Bible in a theatrical production, and they won’t spontaneously burst into flames if they set foot in a church. It’s called parenting. Explain what the kids will see, and answer their questions. Novel concept, I know. But, it’s a heck of a lot better than making yourselves the pariahs in the community with your silly notion that everyone else needs to bow down to your lack of belief, and hide their own ideas about deities from your offspring. And, let’s be brutally honest here. Failing to teach your kids about religion at all is just an invitation for them to become followers of one faith or another when they grow up. Teenage rebellion for radical atheists could very well become flocks of kids raised to not believe in a god going out and becoming Born Again Christians. Perish the thought!
When a civilization fails to preserve itself from threats arising from within, which can be physical, material, or ideological in nature, it is at risk of collapse. This collapse is typically followed by anarchy, and ultimately tyranny; which can be of the mind or by the sword. When a civilization fails to defend itself from threats arising from without, it can be infiltrated or invaded. The civilization can be corrupted, subjugated, absorbed, or destroyed.
Civilizations rise when they are ideologically sound, and fall when they become ideologically corrupted. Cultural traditions provide the ideals that city-states, societies, colonies, states, and nations hold aloft as the guiding lights for greatness. Cultures define good and evil, right and wrong, and virtue and vice. Civilizations thrive on open information, free communication and social feedback mechanisms, like democratic elections and sound currency. Cut off human communication, and social systems collapse; they often revert to collective violence to futilely preserve the order.
Government coercion therefore reflects a failure of civilization. Debt and deficits are signs that a people are becoming detached from economic reality, and are immorally and unrealistically living at the expense of future generations. Rationalization of unsustainable lifestyles involve a corruption of language; and entail censorship in the final act when the exploited rise up against their exploiters.
Turning upside down who is being exploited by whom is thus a key strategy of socialism; it leads to civil war, or an intra-societal war, instead of an organized cooperative overthrow of the exploitative state. Scapegoating is a clear sign of a civilization in collapse: as Ayn Rand pointed out, the Nazis had the Jews, the Soviets had the kulaks, and Americans have the rich. When people are unable to accept personal responsibility for their own lives, they vote for a party that reflects this mental weakness. The democratic party eggs this on and thrives on it. Socialism is in many ways the codification of an ethos of avoiding personal responsibility.
The ancient Greeks had a double-edged word for revolution and stagnation termed stasis. Stasis is that state when an existent polity has stopped believing in fundamental ideals necessary for societal cohesion and order; it is a state of fugue and entropy that disorients the citizenry by removing the institutional, cultural, and traditional framework that gives rise to a relatively predictable, stable, and orderly life. Stasis produces a mental state of aimlessness and desperation for strong leadership; it can give rise to tyranny, military adventurism, and hubris.
It is important to note that the rise of Western Civilization did not emerge from a utopian vision of mankind, but one which sees man as a political and vain animal that must be given the opportunity to compete with others for power and wealth, without holding out the possibility of political or economic domination. Thus the Madisonian idea, derived from the Baron de Montesquieu, of divided powers and checks and balances.
The philosophies of the Enlightenment hold out the promise of a better, more peaceful and prosperous world by acknowledging that men are capable of knowing their own self-interest and pursuing it, while allowing others the opportunity to do the same. If reasonable men can agree to these rules, then society can become collaborative, prosperous and enjoyable. If they reject them, then man is locked into a constant political war for resources.
These ideas and ideals can be categorized as “rational self-interest” and extended to imply not only political but also economic principles. Rational self-interest entails mutual cooperation and trade of the fruits of one’s freely chosen labor so that people in a just societal order can pursue happiness of their own accord and allow others to do likewise.
The proper and dignified life for man is one of personal challenge and triumph over obstacles, and the laissez-faire economic order provides all but the most helpless, clueless, and lazy the opportunity to eventually succeed. This is not to say that we cannot help one another, but help must be freely given, not coerced by exploitative politicians and their parasitical clients. Which brings us to another aspect of the Enlightenment, economic freedom built on the premise of private property.
Private property is indispensable to freedom, because without private property, one is vulnerable to the whims of the state or the collective. Without private property, one lacks the mental security and the sense of self-determination necessary to work in the confidence that the fruits of one’s labor will not be seized. Furthermore, one must be allowed to own and pursue wealth not only because it is key to freedom and prosperity, but also because it is conducive to peace.
When one has the freedom of opportunity to pursue wealth and ascend in social esteem and influence, then one has an alternative to the unabashed struggle for political power, which alternatively would imply economic control. History teaches that when a small group of elites have political and economic control, men are enslaved, persecuted, and oppressed in order for the elites to perpetuate their privileged status in society. Yet many fail to take such a hard-won historical lesson seriously. They fail to understand the historical struggle against tyranny that gave birth to the founding principles of life, liberty, and property.
Why do millions of Americans refuse to acknowledge or react to the dire threats to our nation? While many citizens are alarmed at the unchecked growth of government, there are still millions of apathetic, ill-informed, ignorant, parasitical, moderate, or progressive Americans who are unable or unwilling to see the dangers mounting from such growth. They cannot see that the increase of government power is directly related to the multiplication and exacerbation of our problems, which are economic, social, and national security-related.
This is because a nation becomes most vulnerable when the majority of people become removed from objective reality through the perversion of rational self-interest; this is how people’s ability to perceive threats is disabled.
The government uses a number of tactics to disarm people’s willingness or mental awareness to oppose the threat that comes from the growth of its power. It makes government power appear to these people as harmless, compassionate, or even desirable. It uses the false appearance of self-interest to “jujitsu” the system to collapse; it mainly does this by issuing paper money, which appears to be money, but it is not real money (Austrian School economist Ludwig von Mises defined money as a “store of wealth”).
Since there is a “deal of ruin” in a nation, as Adam Smith put it, entire generations of Americans can live at the expense of future generations. The industrial base is gutted as people transfer into education, civil service, or bureaucratic jobs, who serve a growing number of clients of the welfare state.
The ultimate result of the corruption of rational self-interest is the collapse of the American system of ordered liberty, and, due to the ignoble state of all of Europe, the demise of Western Civilization. Intellectual leadership will be key to restoring the institutions that can preserve and promote any sense of rational self-interest for each citizen; an incremental return to citizens living in accordance with objective reality and the human psyche is therefore paramount to success.
The Israeli Embassy in DC recently released the following video illustrating the danger of Palestinian President Abbas attempting to get observer status in the U.N. While it is amusing, it points out the folly of trying to side-step meaningful negotiations with the Israelis about the future of a Palestinian state. While the intentions of Abbas to get recognition from the U.N. are fairly clear, the statements from U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon on a two-state solution are not necessarily cut and dry. He has specified that there must be a lasting peace, but was not exactly clear on how to get there – most importantly, he did not seem to specify whether he was for or against the Abbas bus ride to statehood via the U.N.
Cedar Falls, Iowa joins the growing ranks of cities who are cutting back employee hours due to ObamaCare. ObamaCare requires employers to provide health insurance to employees who work at least 30 hours per week. Though the program doesn’t go into full effect until 2014 city officials are being told that there will be a ‘look back’ provision. Permanent, part time employees who were at 32 hours will now be cut to 29 hours per week. This might not seem like much but that $100/month might be enough to pay the electric bill.
I am not Catholic but I am an Indian. Having lived in India for more than a decade of my life, I know a thing or two about the poor who continuously struggle with abject poverty and hopelessness every day. Thus, an attack against the character and reputation of Mother Teresa is incomprehensible to me. Yet, the ongoing onslaught against Christianity is hardly surprising at all.
The Atheists Humanists Agnostics (AHA) of Dartmouth College plan to consider Mother Teresa’s character by looking through the lenses of Christopher Hitchens’s Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice. According to Hitchens’s Mother Teresa was anything but “good.” Her love and commitment to the poor was simply a façade. The title of the book itself is a strong indicator of Hitchens’s (err) position. Hitchens uses cheap, vulgar, and double meaning to make his case and it is obvious that his interest is merely in selling his book and bagging the funds. Unfortunately, Dartmouth College students blinded by anti-Christian rhetoric are more than happy to support his pathetic cause. It would be interesting to see how many of them have actually done anything to help the poor in their own communities let alone abroad.
It is easy to cast the stone on a woman, now gone forever, who gave up everything to help those who were in deep need. Perhaps these wonderful atheists should consider taking a trip to India and spend one day doing what Mother Teresa did gladly for most of her life. Life in India is hardly as glamorous as Bollywood would have one believe. For the “enlightened” ones who follow Hitchens and listen to the Deepak Chopras of the world, no, the beaches of Goa do not equate to the slums of Calcutta. The heat in itself is enough to make one insane and that is nothing to say of disease, oppression, congestion, filth, or death.
Of course, the idea would hardly occur to these thinkers since the plight of the poor in India is hardly the objective of their gimmick. Indeed, in this case, their idea is to extend a “healthy debate” sitting atop the cushioned seats of Dartmouth College where they rip Christianity to shreds. After all, how dare Mother Teresa think she could give up everything, travel halfway around the world, live (and die) in the midst of strangers? How dare she show compassion and love to the poor, an unfortunate group shunned shamelessly by their own society? Such a notion is apparently inconceivable to these godless students. It is unimportant if the poor in India themselves loved Mother Teresa or were grateful for her service. What is important is that people should have the freedom to debate, defame and destroy Christianity at any cost. Yes, we should all listen to these great, godless thinkers of Dartmouth College and follow suit without fail. Right.
In the history of our world no great society has lasted more than 200 years. America is now in our 243rd year so bye, bye Miss American pie, 2008 is the year that she died. Yes in my opinion 2008 is the year America died with the election of Barack Obama , a man who grew up in Indonesia, who hates America, who went over to mid-east countries and bashed us calling us arrogant and dismissive and other things and apologizing for us, and has admitted it isn’t faire that we are the strongest country in the world, a man who went from being a community organizer to a senator for 148 days where he only voted present and now Commander in chief of our armed forces.
During the campaign of 2008 he chastised Bush for spending 4 trillion dollars in eight years and called him” unpatriotic”, then he went and spent six trillion in four years where our deficit is now more than what we are taking in. It hasn’t been a month since his re-election and he stated he would get spending under control so what does he do? He just promised to give Burma 170 million dollars. More redistribution of our wealth. They re-elected a man who has no integrity whatsoever and is only in it for himself. Not speaking about Benghazi until after the election, running off to a fund raiser after four Americans died in a terror attack and blaming it on a little unknown video, getting outraged over the questioning of ambassador Susan Rice when he was the one who put her out there with the talking points in the first place speaks poorly of his character and volumes too.
In his first campaign his theme was “Hope and Change.” The change he was talking about was to in his words “transform America.” He meant to make us a socialist state and redistribute the wealth of this country to all those with their hands out.
It is a dangerous period in the history of our country as we are seeing the control of our country go to radical socialists led by Obama and his CZARs. The leftist minions that have taken control of government in many cities, counties, states, and now at the federal level are using the EPA and executive orders to pseudo nationalize our private industries through rules, regulations, and laws. Once the federal government gets control of our private economy, it will no longer be a “private” economy and will mutate toward a Venezuelian style dictatorship hidden under a “democracy” sheepskin.
In the aftermath of the re-election of President Barack Obama, conservatives searched the heavens and the earth for answers. Some suggested that Mitt Romney lost because Republicans didn’t reach out more to Latino voters; some suggested that Romney lost because his “get out the vote” system fell apart on Election Day. Romney himself said that he lost because President Obama separated voting groups with particularly calibrated “gifts” designed to curry their favor. Romney spoke the truth in every sentence they called gaffes. Overseas and here. Like in the movie quote from A Few God Men “you can’t handle the truth. No one could have won against Obama’s presents.
People are gloating over Obama’s victory, but he won by a mere 2.8% of the vote over a rich mormon like Mitt Romney in an entitlement society. With half the country on the government dole, I call it a victory that Mitt Romney won 49% of the vote.
In a previous blog I wrote about voting machine tampering. Right now the most important thing our GUTLESS congress should do is INVESTIGATE VOTER FRAUD or more accurately VOTING MACHINE TAMPERING. There is plenty of evidence of tampering. For example, almost every swing state city reports large precincts with NO votes for Romney. Who believes that? In a free country NO candidate receives 100% of the vote. WHY IS THIS NOT BEING INVESTIGATED? Tampering was easily accomplished in Iran and other places with electronic voting electronic vote counting machines. There’s plenty of evidence to prove it happened here as well.
In 2009 Newsweek Magazine ran a cover with red and blue hands shaking with the headline “We’re All Socialists Now”, Margaret Thatcher once said “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money”.
Once our public treasury is tapped out, watch for Obama to be eyeing all funds on deposit for our 401-K pensions. He has in fact hinted to that in the past – saying that those people can then be given extra “credits” on their social security accounts. He will do all this like he does with everything– bypassing Congress, doing it by “Executive Order”!
In one of BO’s early books he stated that Karl Marx had the right idea, he just didn’t go about it right! The one upside of Obama’s re-election is now he will really be right when he says he inherited a lot of problems from the previous administration.
Disgusting. Deranged. Denigrated. Disturbing. I could go on with any letter of the alphabet, to describe “Sandra Fluke as Person of the Year”. Not only is Fluke a paid shill, she is represented by SKD Kinckerbocker, as O’Reilly uncovered last March
O’Reilly made his case by first detailing who has been booking Fluke with various media outlets — a mysterious man named “Mike.” Strangely enough, O’Reilly can’t track Mike down, and now, Fluke is being represented by someone from the progressive PR firm SKDKnickerbocker, where Anita Dunn — the former Obama communications director — is a managing director.
So, here is this “activist”who is launched to be a paid “actor” in the fake “War on Women”. As you all remember, Fluke, a law student at Georgetown University, gave a mediocre “performance” testifying before the Democratic Steering Committee, headed by Nancy Pelosi and Elijah Cummings. She played the part of a “storyteller” about how women at Georgetown (a Catholic University by the way) could not obtain adequate birth control. Sounds like a “plot” rife with unreasonable scripting—if it wasn’t “real life” no one would believe it! Yet, that is how it went down. Fluke, sometimes on the verge of tears, sometimes with mock “outrage” in her voice, gave an implausible speech, not worthy of even a “B” movie. Sandy talked about how a friend had ovarian cysts, who couldn’t afford over 100 dollars a month out of pocket expense for Birth Control pills. Sandy stating she was denied coverage, oh yea and she was gay, so Sandy thought herself the smart vixen, saying “I don’t think pregnancy was her reason for needing the BC pills”. (Question- you can get it at the Walmart for 30 bucks a month, Sandy. Was that not an option?) She continued to preach to her handlers, Pelosi and Cummings, in a ridiculous hearing, paid for by you and me. All this to “launch” this fake “War on Women”, which sadly, did have quite an effect on single female voters.
We all recall their “game plan” then unfold. This would be a major “talking point” for the Obama re-election Campaign. Even though Sandy decided on Georgetown (I doubt anyone from the Vatican put a gun to Ms. Fluke’s head to attend Catholic Georgetown) she must have known the Church isn’t a fan of Birth Control, yet that’s where Sandy decided to place her cap for her education. Only to “kill two birds with one stone” attacking the Church and attacking insurances. Brilliant.
She went on to infamy, highlighted by our President making a phone call to Sandy. Yes, these memories are little nuggets of gold which helped re-elect Barak Obama. Obama, placed a much publicized phone call to Sandy, making sure “she was OK” after Rush Limbaugh referred to her as a whore in an on air diatribe. Perfectly reasonable, for the President to make sure a 30 year old paid shill was “OK” after such a National incident as the Limbaugh diatribe. Call Brian Terry’s family? You know, Brian Terry, the Border Patrol agent who was gunned down by our weapons in the Fast & Furious debacle. NO sir. Why would he call them? Sandy being called a whore, now there is a tragedy, worthy of a phone call.
Is Sandy a whore? You betcha. A whore for the Left, a paid shill. A self promoted activist, who was in the right place at the right time. Just like a “working girl” on any urban corner, waiting for the right “John” to drive by.
