Its complete bull…. The raptor wud be detected at that range by a mig29 x-band radar. Also the author seems to have generalized the rcs of the f15, f16 and the flanker family. Any defence enthusiast knows that they are very different. For example the f15 silent eagle has less than 1/10 rcs of a legacy f15a eagle. The author needs to do a bit more research before making threat assessments.
