Romney Slams Obama On Libyan Embassy

Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney has wasted no time in criticizing President Obama on the situation in Libya.  Just one day after the US Ambassador to Libya was killed in attacks on the embassy, Romney stated:

“I’m outraged by the attacks on American diplomatic missions in Libya and Egypt and by the death of an American consulate worker in Benghazi.  It’s disgraceful that the Obama Administration’s first response was not to condemn attacks on our diplomatic missions, but to sympathize with those who waged the attacks.”

The Romney campaign is in Jacksonville, Florida today preparing for a campaign event.

    I’m sorry, I must live in a different reality. This is the first sentence of Obama’s response as reported by this site. I believe as reported by this actual reporter.

    “I strongly condemn the outrageous attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi, which took the lives of four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.”

    How is this not a condemnation? This is only a slam from Romney if we call things that are completely baseless and moronic slams.

    Sad that Mitt Romney is using this for political gain. This is not the time to criticize the president and make things up. You had my vote, but have now lost it!
