This &#039;tatic&#039; is reminiscence of grade school &#039;class elections&#039; where the little kid handed out candy to those that would promise to vote for him. or the obnoxious one that no one liked, but would sit with at lunch because she&#039;d give you her desert. AND it appears that the maturity level of far too many hasn&#039;t move beyond 4th grade.  Amazingly these people walk upright]]></description>
