Romney: “Big Business Is Doing Fine”
At a campaign event, Mitt Romney put his own twist on an infamous line delivered by President Obama.
Earlier this year, Obama said, speaking about the economy, ”the private sector is doing just fine.”
Romney, who is hot on the campaign trail against Obama, now appears to have twisted Obama’s statement, and delivered it like a heat-seeking missile.
Speaking at a fundraiser event, Romney told the crowd, ”Big business is doing fine in many places … They get the loans they need. They can deal with all the regulation.”
Romney further went on to say that American small businesses are being “crushed” by these regulations that the Obama Administration has enacted.
Romney also vowed to include small businesses as part of his 5-point plan to spur growth in the American economy.
