5 Suspects Indicted In ‘Fast & Furious’

FoxNews is reporting that 5 suspects have been indicted in the “Fast & Furious” scandal -  the botched gun-smuggling investigation that led to the death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry 18 months ago

The suspects names are:

  • Manuel Osorio-Arellanes
  • Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga
  • Ivan Soto-Barraza
  • Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes
  • Lionel Portillo-Meza

They are charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, attempted interference with commerce by robbery, use and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence, assault on a federal officer and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.  Rito Osorio-Arellanes is a sixth defendant, but is only charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery.

    gp – my sentiments exactly….I found this story by typing in: sacrificial lambs in the fast and furious scandal.
    I can’t stand any more!

    I’m surprised it took this long to line up the sacrificial lambs to take the rap for obama and holder. Maybe now they will have to turn over documents so these poor suckers can defend themselves.
