    I agree with most of what was said here, and repentance starts in the house, rather than with others “out there” … the mention of return to “the founding fathers’ example” is interesting!
    lots of “Christian” beliefs of the early Americans are not the same as those of today … they do not celebrate Christmas for one thing, and lots of their activities are more conforming to those of Jews … Thanksgiving was their attempt at recreating the “Feast of Tabernacles” to name another …
    lots of today’s “Christian” practices are those that were of Rome, and they were done specifically to deny the Jewish nature of the gospel, and the early believers were slain for practicing them as directed by the apostles themselves …
    Yes, Christians need to repent, before there is any hope for America!
